Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于具有拍摄功能的通信设备的防偷拍装置及系统,所述防偷拍装置包括套体及锁定装置,也可进一步附加防盗标签或者RFID标签及相应的探测系统;套体用于容纳通信设备,套体上设有供通信设备进出的进出口,套体上还具有非透明区域;非透明区域用于对准放进套体内后的通信设备所具有的摄像头;锁定装置,设于套体上,并用于锁定时锁住进出口和解锁后解开进出口;防盗标签或者RFID识别标签,设于套体上。探测系统设在所需要控制防偷拍区域的人员出口处并可与视频监控联动。本发明能够避免因强制保管通信设备而给活动参与者带来的不好体验,并同时能够让活动参与者在活动期间及时发现通信设备上的电话和消息而避免造成不好后果。

Description

用于具有拍摄功能的通信设备的防偷拍装置及系统 技术领域
本发明涉及通信设备配件技术领域,尤其是涉及一种用于具有拍摄功能的通信设备的防偷拍装置及系统。
背景技术
目前,随着手机的功能越来越多,手机日益成为人们工作和生活中不可缺失的一部分。但是在一些场合中,是不允许人们用手机进行拍摄的,以避免造成不必要的损失。例如,电影院或歌剧院等演出场所为了保护版权,严禁观众用手机偷拍演出场景。又例如,在很多收藏有具有历史保护意义文物的博物馆或展示有极具价值的展示品的展览馆,也是严禁观众不可以用手机拍摄的。又例如,一些企业和事业单位的研发及生产场所中有很多处于保密状态的技术设备及技术资料等涉及商业秘密的无形资产,这些场所的管理者并不希望也不允许员工或者来访者私自用手机拍摄这些机密。
而为了避免出现人们在上述的场合使用手机来偷拍的现象,现在采取的做法普遍是:在进入该场合内之前,将相关人员的手机采取强制措施收集起来并进行暂时保管,待相关人员从该场合内出来后,再将手机归还给机主。而有些活动场所,因为怕影响来访者或者观众体验,无法采用强制暂时保管手机的措施,这样对一些活动参与者违反规定私自偷拍就会无法遏制,导致其珍贵的版权、设计作品、创意方案或技术秘密等被偷拍,其造成的损失甚至远远超过现金或实物的被盗。目前,尚未发现有进一步地有效针对这些场所的防止手机偷拍的技术手段出现。
发明人在实施本发明的过程中,发现现有技术的上述做法存在以下问题:
1、由于需要将人们的手机进行暂时保管,人们普遍担心这些场所的工作人员因为保管不到位,会可能出现手机被不法使用而导致这些手机内的用户隐私 被侵犯,所以人们对强制暂时保管手机的做法是存在一些抵触情绪的,从而会给来这些场所的人们带来尴尬等不好的体验;2、由于人们进入这些场所内参与相关活动的时间一般都比较长,若人们的手机被强制收集起来保管,会使得手机离开机主比较长的时间,若在这个过程中,手机接到非常重要的电话或信息,那么会使得人们不能及时地知悉,有可能会导致不好的后果甚至是引起法律后果;例如,在这个过程中,若手机接到对于该手机的机主来说是非常重要的商业协商电话或者家人的紧急呼叫,如果错失了该电话会使得该手机的机主错失一个很重要的商业合同或者引起家庭纠纷;又例如,在这个过程中,若手机接到地震的自动报警消息通知,如果错失了该消息通知可能会使得该手机机主无法及时进行逃生。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种用于具有拍摄功能的通信设备的防偷拍装置及系统,其能够避免因强制保管通信设备而给活动参与者带来的不好体验,并能够让活动参与者在活动参与期间及时发现通信设备上的电话和消息而避免造成不好后果。
为了实现上述目的,本发明一实施例提供了一种用于具有拍摄功能的通信设备的防偷拍装置,其包括:
套体,其用于不妨碍所述通信设备的通信功能地容纳所述通信设备,其上设有供所述通信设备进出的进出口,其上具有非透明区域;所述非透明区域用于覆盖放进所述套体内的所述通信设备所具有的摄像头;及,
锁定装置,其设于所述套体上,并用于锁定时锁住所述进出口和解锁后使所述进出口退出被锁住状态。
作为上述方案的改进,所述防偷拍装置还包括被检测用标签;所述被检测用标签,设于所述套体上,并用于在进入预设的检测系统的检测区域范围时被所述检测系统探测到。
作为上述方案的改进,所述套体上还具有透明区域,所述透明区域用于对准放进所述套体内的所述通信设备所具有的显示屏。
作为上述方案的改进,所述透明区域为触控用的透明材质。
作为上述方案的改进,所述触控用的透明材质为触控用的塑料膜。
作为上述方案的改进,所述防偷拍装置,还包括卡紧装置;所述卡紧装置设于所述套体内,并用于将放进所述套体内的所述通信设备卡紧在所述套体内,以使卡紧后的所述通信设备的所述摄像头准确地被对应的所述透明区域覆盖。
作为上述方案的改进,所述套体上设有显示窗口,所述显示窗口用于对准放进所述套体内的所述通信设备所具有的显示屏。
作为上述方案的改进,所述通信设备具有前置摄像头及后置摄像头;所述套体上具有两处所述非透明区域,分别用于对准放进所述套体内的所述通信设备的所述前置摄像头及所述后置摄像头。

本发明另一实施例提供了一种用于具有拍摄功能的通信设备的防偷拍系统,其包括:防盗标签检测系统及上述的防偷拍装置;所述防盗标签检测系统用于检测监测区域范围内的防盗标签的存在。
作为上述方案的改进,所述被检测用标签为射频标签,且所述标签检测系统为RFID检测系统,所述RFID检测系统用于检测所述射频标签的存在及其携带有的用户标识信息。
相比于现有技术,本发明实施例提供的所述用于具有拍摄功能的通信设备的防偷拍装置及系统,能够让活动参与者随身携带通信设备进入防偷拍场所的同时还能够实现防偷拍,无需强制保管,因此可以避免这些场所的管理者与活动参与者之间的尴尬甚至是冲突这些不良的体验;而且,由于活动参与者可以随身携带通信设备,能够及时发现通信设备上的电话及消息,并可以做出相应的处理,从而能够避免因为错失电话或消息而造成的损失甚至是由此产生的相应的法律后果。此外,通过在所述套体上设有所述被检测用标签,这样能够有效回收所述防偷拍装置,使得对防偷拍工作的管理更方便,而不会像现有技术那样在离开这些场所时需要根据机主的姓名来归还通信设备那样麻烦。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
参见图1至图3,本发明一实施例提供了一种用于具有拍摄功能的通信设备的防偷拍装置,所述防偷拍装置包括:套体1、锁定装置2及被检测用标签3;所述套体1具有容纳腔,用于用于不妨碍所述通信设备9的通信功能容纳所述通信设备9,所述套体1上设有供所述通信设备9进出的进出口10,所述套体1上还具有非透明区域11;所述非透明区域11在所述套体1上的设置位置,可以让所述非透明区域11对准放进所述套体1内后的所述通信设备9所具有的摄像头90;所述锁定装置2,设于所述套体1上,并用于锁定时锁住所述进出口10和解锁后使所述进出口10退出被锁住状态;所述所述被检测用标签3,设于所述套体1上,并用于在进入预设的检测系统的检测区域范围时被所述检测系统探测到。其中,所述被检测用标签3为可选的。
在本发明实施例中,当带有所述通信设备9的活动参与者需要进入防偷拍的场所时,该场所的工作人员可以为每个活动参与者提供所述防偷拍装置,并让这些活动参与者的所述通信设备9放进到所述套体1中,然后通过所述锁定装置2锁住所述套体1上的所述进出口10,避免所述通信设备9被非正常取出。由于放进所述套体1内的所述通信设备9的摄像头90会被放置为对准所述非透明区域11,这样放进所述套体1内的所述通信设备9即使能够被机主操作,也不能再进行正常拍摄工作,从而有效避免了带有所述通信设备9的活动参与者进入到防偷拍场所中来进行偷拍,因此可以让这些活动参与者能够随身携带所述通信设备9进入到这些场所中。此外,在这些活动参与者进入到所述场所内 进行较长时间的活动参与过程中,若所述通信设备9有电话或消息过来时,相关的活动参与者由于随身携带有所述通信设备9而可以及时发现(电话或消息过来时,一般会有振动甚至是振动跟响铃),那么该活动参与者可以及时作出相关反应。例如,可以要求所述场所中的工作人员帮忙解锁所述锁定装置2而从所述套体1中取出所述通信设备9,然后及时对相关的电话及消息进行处理。当这些活动参与者不再参与活动而离开这些场所时,这些活动参与者需要将所述防偷拍装置归还给这些场所的工作人员,如果不归还,那么所述套体1上的防盗标签3会被这些场所的离开通道中设置的检测系统检测到而触发报警。
作为附加的效果,这些装置可以整体熏蒸或干洗或洗涤烘干后再次使用。如果不归还,那么所述套体上的被检测用标签3(例如防盗标签或者RFID标签)会被这些场所的离开通道中设置的防盗标签检测系统或者RFID标签检测器检测到而触发报警。
该装置也可以选用有抗菌作用的复合材料构成帮助每次回收使用。
该装置也可选用一次性环保可回收材料构成,使用时由工作人员在入口出在活动参与者将通信设备放入装置后,用热封口或倒钩式单向封口尼龙束带保证不透明区域覆盖前后摄像头但其透明区域可以有触摸屏无障碍操作通信功能。当活动参与者离开控制区域时自助或工作人员协助用特别设计形状的工具快速安全简易将封口切开,取出通讯设备扔掉该一次性装置。作为附加功能,该一次性装置可以选择内置防盗标签,如果未经工作人员检视带出控制区时会触发报警提醒需要用特殊工具切开封口。该控制区域入口处有金属探测器不让活动参与者带入任何金属工具,在区域内很难徒手打开该封口。如果出口时工作人员发现该装置封口已经打开,可以作为活动参与者故意偷拍的意向和间接证据进行合法询问或者报警处理。
由上分析可知,本发明实施例能够让活动参与者随身携带通信设备9进入防偷拍场所的同时还能够实现防偷拍,无需强制保管,因此可以避免这些场所的管理者与活动参与者之间的尴尬甚至是冲突这些不良的体验;而且,由于活动参与者可以随身携带通信设备9,因此能够及时发现和处理通信设备9上的电 话及消息,从而能够避免因为错失电话或消息而造成的损失甚至是由此产生的相应的法律后果;此外,由于所述套体1上设有所述被检测用标签3,因此能够有效回收所述防偷拍装置,使得对防偷拍工作的管理更方便,而不会像现有技术那样在离开这些场所时需要根据机主的姓名来归还通信设备9那样麻烦。
需要指出的是,所述套体不妨碍放进所述套体内的所述通信设备的通信功能,可以理解为:放进所述套体1内的所述通信设备9,可以正常地接收甚至是发送通信信号。例如,所述套体1是金属材质的,但是所述套体1不是密闭的,而是有一开口区域供所述通信设备9的天线与外界进行正常通信;又例如,所述套体1是非金属的,其材质不影响所述通信设备9的天线与外界的通信。
需要说明的是,本实施例的“拍摄”指的是拍照或录制视频中的一种或全部,本实施例的“防偷拍”指的是“防拍照”或“防录制视频”中的一种或全部。
需要说明的是,在本实施例中,所述套体1的所述进出口10被锁住后,所述套体1可以是接近密闭的,也可以是非密闭的,其中,为了便于让放于所述套体1内的通信设备9的响铃声能够更好地传递到所述套体1外,所述套体1的所述进出口10被锁住后,所述套体1是非密闭的。
可以理解的是,在本实施例中,所述具有拍摄功能的通信设备9可以是功能手机、智能手机或平板电脑等,在此不做具体限定。其中,这些通信设备9可以具有一个摄像头90,也可以具有多个摄像头90(可以分布于所述通信设备9上的同一区域,也可以分布于所述通信设备9的不同侧面上),但不论这些通信设备9的摄像头90的设置位置是怎样的,只要这些通信设备9放进对应的所述套体1内后,均可以被对应的所述套体1上的对应的所述非透明区域11遮挡住。
可以理解的是,在本实施例中,所述锁定装置2锁定时锁住所述进出口10时,所述进出口10可以是部分被封住,也可以是整体被封住,只要确保其被锁住后放进所述套体1内的通信设备9不能够被取出即可。此外,所述非透明区域11对于所述摄像头90的拍摄光线来说,可以是完全不透明的,也可以是部 分透明的,其透明程度可以是根据让所述摄像头90不能正常拍摄到清晰的图像来进行设置。
在本实施例中,所述被检测用标签3可以是粘贴于所述套体1外,也可以是设于所述套体1内或者是嵌入所述套体1的材质里面等,在此不做具体限定。
在本实施例中,可选地,所述套体1可以是盒状的硬质壳体,也可以是形状可变的软质壳体,在此不做具体限定。
作为其中的一种可选实施例,参见图1至图3,所述套体1上还具有透明区域12,所述透明区域12的设置位置,会让所述透明区域12对准放进所述套体1内的所述通信设备9所具有的显示屏91,这样当放进所述套体1内的所述通信设备9有相关通知信息(例如短信)而亮屏显示时,机主可以通过该套体1上的所述透明区域12来查阅相关的通知信息,从而让机主能够清楚其且及时地了解相关信息内容,无需从所述套体1中取出所述通信设备9,增强了用户的使用体验。
进一步地,所述透明区域12为触控用的透明材质,这样机主可以通过该透明区域12来操作所述通信设备9具有的触控屏(例如接听电话或查阅信息等),从而进一步增强了用户的使用体验。其中,所述触控用的透明材质为触控用的塑料膜,当然也可以为触控用的玻璃。
作为其中的另一种可选实施例,所述套体1上设有显示窗口(图未示),所述显示窗口的设置位置,会让该显示窗口对准放进所述套体1内的所述通信设备9所具有的显示屏91,这样当放进所述套体1内的所述通信设备9有相关通知信息(例如短信)而亮屏显示时,机主可以通过该套体1上的所述透明区域12来查阅相关的通知信息,从而让机主能够清楚且及时地了解相关信息内容,并且机主还可以通过该窗口对通信设备9的显示屏91进行触摸操作,从而增强了用户的使用体验。
作为其中的一种可选实施例,参见图1至图3,所述通信设备9具有前置摄像头及后置摄像头;所述套体1上具有两处所述非透明区域11,分别用于覆盖放进所述套体1内的所述通信设备9的所述前置摄像头及所述后置摄像头。
作为其中的一种可选实施例,所述套体1为非透明套体。可选地,所述套体1还为非金属软性套体,这样所述套体1能够有一定的伸缩幅度,能够适应不同尺寸规格的通信设备9,从而能够使得所述防偷拍装置具有更好的通用性。此外,所述套体1为非金属软性套体,还便于机主操作所述通信设备的相应按键(例如操作接听电话按键)。
作为其中的一种可选实施例,所述套体1为非金属套体且为透明套体,所述套体1的内侧粘贴有非透明贴(图未示)以形成所述非透明区域11,这样所述套体1能够根据不同的通信设备9的摄像头90的位置来粘贴非透明贴以形成对应的所述非透明区域11,从而能够使得所述防偷拍装置具有更好的通用性。
作为其中的一种可选实施例,参见图1与图3,所述套体1上设有按键孔13,所述按键孔13的开设位置,可以让所述按键孔13对准放进所述套体1内的所述通信设备9所具有的对应的按键92,从而能够让机主能够操作所述通信设备9的按键92,增强了用户的使用体验。
作为其中的一种可选实施例,参见图1与图3,所述套体1上设有出音孔14,所述出音孔14的开设位置,可以让所述出音孔14对准放进所述套体1内的所述通信设备9所具有的对应的扬声孔93,这样能够让机主清楚的听到响铃或通话的声音。
作为其中的一种可选实施例,所述锁定装置2为电磁式锁定装置(即通过电磁的工作方式来实现锁定与解锁的装置)或机械式锁定装置(即通过人工用钥匙或者密码等机械的工作方式来实现锁定与解锁的装置,例如钥匙锁装置、密码锁装置或者是拉链锁装置)等,这些装置的具体结构可以参考现有技术,在此不做具体限定。其中,示例性地,当所述锁定装置2的结构为通过防盗标签钉扣住所述进出口时,所述锁定装置2的开锁装置可以是目前广泛使用在防盗AM或者RF硬标签的磁性开锁取钉器或者AM硬标的机械开锁器。
示例性地,参见图1与图3,所述锁定装置2包括门板20及钥匙锁21;其中,所述门板20可转动设于所述进出口10处并与所述套体1可转动连接,且 所述门板20的转动半径最大的一侧上设有锁孔(图未示);所述钥匙锁21设于所述套体1上,当所述钥匙锁21的锁芯(图未示)弹出时,可以对准并卡住所述锁孔,从而实现锁定。
作为其中的一种可选实施例,所述被检测用标签3为声磁AM防盗标签3(例如21KHz、58KHz或280KHz的声磁防盗标签)或射频RF防盗标签3(例如4.0MHz、8.2MHz或10.0MHz的射频防盗标签),或电磁EM防盗标签3(例如800Hz、1500Hz或2000Hz的电磁防盗标签),或射频标识标签3(例如13.56MHz、15MHz或812MHz的射频标识标签),在此不做具体限定。
作为其中的一种可选实施例,所述防偷拍装置还包括卡紧装置;所述卡紧装置设于所述套体1内,并用于将放进所述套体1内的所述通信设备9卡紧在所述套体1内,以使卡紧后的所述通信设备9的所述摄像头准确地被对应的所述透明区域覆盖。这样能够使得所述通信设备的摄像头被准确地且稳定地被所述非透明区域遮挡住。示例性地,如图4所示,所述卡紧装置包括弹性压条8,所述弹性压条8设于所述套体的内侧上,该内侧且与所述套体设有所述进出口的内侧不同且不相对,所述弹性压条8包括弹性的斜面部80及弹性的顶压部81,其中斜面部80靠近所述进出口,当所述通信设备9从所述进出口放进来时,所述通信设备会沿着所述斜面部的斜面移动到所述顶压部81上,从而被压紧于所述顶压部81与所述套体1的对应的内侧之间。
本发明另一实施例提供了一种用于具有拍摄功能的通信设备的防偷拍装置(图未示)。其中,所述防偷拍装置包括:套体、锁定装置及被检测用标签;所述套体容纳所述通信设备,所述套体设有供所述通信设备进出的进出口,且为非弹性套体;所述锁定装置设于所述套体上,并用于锁定时锁住所述进出口和解锁后打开所述进出口;所述防盗标签设于所述套体上。其中,所述被检测用标签为可选的。
在本发明实施例中的使用方法:当带有所述通信设备的活动参与者需要进入防偷拍的场所时,该场所的工作人员可以为每个活动参与者提供所述防偷拍 装置,并让这些活动参与者的所述通信设备放进到所述套体中,然后通过所述锁定装置锁住所述套体上的所述进出口,避免所述通信设备被非正常取出。由于所述套体为刚性套体(例如为玻璃材质的套体、硬质塑料材质的套体等,可以为透明的,也可以为非透明的),这样放进所述套体内的所述通信设备就不能够被机主通过按压所述套体来操作相关的用于开启拍摄功能的按钮(通信设备具有触控屏的,由于套体为刚性套体,机主也很难隔着该刚性套体正常触摸操作所述触摸屏,尤其是触控屏不紧贴所述套体的内侧的情况下),也就不能再进行正常拍摄工作,从而有效避免了带有所述通信设备的活动参与者进入到防偷拍场所中来进行偷拍,因此可以让这些活动参与者能够随身携带所述通信设备进入到这些场所中。此外,在这些活动参与者进入到所述场所内进行较长时间的活动参与过程中,若所述通信设备有电话或消息过来时,相关的活动参与者由于随身携带有所述通信设备而可以及时发现(电话或消息过来时,一般会有振动甚至是振动跟响铃),从而可以及时对相关的电话及消息进行相关处理。当这些活动参与者不再参与活动而离开这些场所时,这些活动参与者需要将所述防偷拍装置自助或者在工作人员协助下开锁,取出通信设备后将装置归还给这些场所的工作人员。作为附加的效果,这些装置可以整体熏蒸或干洗或洗涤烘干后再次使用。如果不归还,那么所述套体上的防盗标签或者RFID标签会被这些场所的离开通道中设置的防盗标签检测系统或者RFID标签检测器检测到而触发报警。
该装置也可以选用有抗菌作用的复合材料构成帮助每次回收使用。
该装置也可选用一次性环保可回收材料构成,使用时由工作人员在入口出在活动参与者将通信设备放入装置后,用热封口或倒钩式单向封口尼龙束带保证不透明区域覆盖前后摄像头但其透明区域可以有触摸屏无障碍操作通信功能。当活动参与者离开控制区域时自助或工作人员协助用特别设计形状的工具快速安全简易将封口切开,取出通讯设备扔掉该一次性装置。作为附加功能,该一次性装置可以选择内置防盗标签,如果未经工作人员检视带出控制区时会触发报警提醒需要用特殊工具切开封口。该控制区域入口处有金属探测器不让 活动参与者带入任何金属工具,在区域内很难徒手打开该封口。如果出口时工作人员发现该装置封口已经打开,可以作为活动参与者故意偷拍的意向和间接证据进行合法询问或者报警处理。
由上分析可知,本发明实施例能够让活动参与者随身携带通信设备进入防偷拍场所的同时还能够实现防偷拍,无需强制保管,因此可以避免这些场所的管理者与活动参与者之间的尴尬甚至是冲突这些不良的体验;而且,由于活动参与者可以随身携带通信设备,因此能够及时发现和处理通信设备上的电话及消息,从而能够避免因为错失电话或消息而造成的损失甚至是由此产生的相应的法律后果;此外,由于所述套体上设有所述被检测用标签,因此能够有效回收所述防偷拍装置,使得对防偷拍工作的管理更方便,而不会像现有技术那样在离开这些场所时需要根据机主的姓名来归还通信设备那样麻烦。
在本实施例中,可选的,对于具有触控屏的所述通信设备来说,所述套体对准放进到所述套体中的所述通信设备所具有触控屏的一面为不可触控的材质。当然,所述套体的对准放进到所述套体中的所述通信设备所具有触控屏的一面还可以为可触控的材质,只要确保该面与放进到所述套体中的所述通信设备的所述触控屏具有一定间隔,那么就可以保证所述触控屏不能被正常触摸。
可以理解的是,本发明实施例的所述防偷拍装置的相关结构及说明均可以相应参考上面实施例的所述防偷拍装置的相关内容,在此不再展开赘述。
本发明另一实施例提供了一种用于具有拍摄功能的通信设备的防偷拍系统(图未示),其包括:标签检测系统及如上任一方案所述的防偷拍装置;所述标签检测系统用于检测监测区域范围内的被检测用标签的存在。
其中,具体地,所述标签检测系统用于设置在防偷拍场所的离开通道中,当这些场所的活动参与者从所述离开通道离开时,所述防盗标签检测系统会检测位于该离开通道中的监测区域范围内的被检测用标签3的存在,当检测到有被检测用标签3存在时,表明有活动参与者携带有所述防偷拍装置而未及时归还,此时所述标签检测系统会触发报警动作(例如触发报警装置发出警报声)。
示例性地,所述探测用标签为射频标签,且所述标签检测系统为RFID检测系统,所述RFID检测系统用于检测所述射频标签的存在及其携带有的用户标识信息。其中,所述射频标签可以为一些活动场所的具有射频识别功能的参观卡或者是员工卡等。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本领域技术的技术人员在本发明公开的技术范围内,可轻易想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应以所述权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种用于具有拍摄功能的通信设备的防偷拍装置,其特征在于,包括:
    套体,其用于不妨碍所述通信设备的通信功能地容纳所述通信设备,其上设有供所述通信设备进出的进出口,其上具有非透明区域;所述非透明区域用于覆盖放进所述套体内的所述通信设备所具有的摄像头;
    锁定装置,其设于所述套体上,并用于锁定时锁住所述进出口和解锁后使所述进出口退出被锁住状态;及,
    被检测用标签,其设于所述套体上,并用于在进入预设的检测系统的检测区域范围时被所述检测系统探测到。
  2. 一种用于具有拍摄功能的通信设备的防偷拍装置,其特征在于,包括:
    套体,其用于不妨碍所述通信设备的通信功能地容纳所述通信设备,其上设有供所述通信设备进出的进出口,且其为刚性套体;
    锁定装置,其设于所述套体上,并用于锁定时锁住所述进出口和解锁后使所述进出口退出被锁住状态;及,
    被检测用标签,其设于所述套体上,并用于在进入预设的检测系统的检测区域范围时被所述检测系统探测到。
  3. 一种用于具有拍摄功能的通信设备的防偷拍系统,其特征在于,包括:标签检测系统及如权利要求1或2所述的防偷拍装置;所述标签检测系统用于检测监测区域范围内的被检测用标签的存在。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的用于具有拍摄功能的通信设备的防偷拍系统,其特征在于,所述被检测用标签为射频标签,且所述标签检测系统为RFID检测系统,所述RFID检测系统用于检测所述射频标签的存在及其携带有的用户标识信息。
  5. 一种用于具有拍摄功能的通信设备的防偷拍装置,其特征在于,包括:
    套体,其用于不妨碍所述通信设备的通信功能地容纳所述通信设备,其上设有供所述通信设备进出的进出口,其上具有非透明区域;所述非透明区域用于覆盖放进所述套体内的所述通信设备所具有的摄像头;及,
    锁定装置,其设于所述套体上,并用于锁定时锁住所述进出口和解锁后使所述进出口退出被锁住状态。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的用于具有拍摄功能的通信设备的防偷拍装置,其特征在于,还包括被检测用标签;
    所述被检测用标签,设于所述套体上,并用于在进入预设的检测系统的检测区域范围时被所述检测系统探测到。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的用于具有拍摄功能的通信设备的防偷拍装置,其特征在于,所述套体上还具有透明区域,所述透明区域用于对准放进所述套体内的所述通信设备所具有的显示屏。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的用于具有拍摄功能的通信设备的防偷拍装置,其特征在于,所述透明区域为触控用的透明材质。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的用于具有拍摄功能的通信设备的防偷拍装置,其特征在于,所述触控用的透明材质为触控用的塑料膜。
  10. 根据权利要求5所述的用于具有拍摄功能的通信设备的防偷拍装置,其特征在于,还包括卡紧装置;所述卡紧装置设于所述套体内,并用于将放进所述套体内的所述通信设备卡紧在所述套体内,以使卡紧后的所述通信设备的所述摄像头准确地被对应的所述透明区域覆盖。
  11. 根据权利要求5所述的用于具有拍摄功能的通信设备的防偷拍装置,其特征在于,所述套体上设有显示窗口,所述显示窗口用于对准放进所述套体内的所述通信设备所具有的显示屏。
  12. 根据权利要求5所述的用于具有拍摄功能的通信设备的防偷拍装置,其特征在于,所述通信设备具有前置摄像头及后置摄像头;所述套体上具有两 处所述非透明区域,分别用于对准放进所述套体内的所述通信设备的所述前置摄像头及所述后置摄像头。
  13. 根据权利要求5所述的用于具有拍摄功能的通信设备的防偷拍装置,其特征在于,所述套体为非透明套体,且为非金属软性套体。
  14. 根据权利要求5所述的用于具有拍摄功能的通信设备的防偷拍装置,其特征在于,所述套体为非金属套体且为透明套体,所述套体的内侧粘贴有非透明贴以形成所述非透明区域。
  15. 根据权利要求5所述的用于具有拍摄功能的通信设备的防偷拍装置,其特征在于,所述套体上设有按键孔,所述按键孔用于对准放进所述套体内的所述通信设备所具有的按键;
    所述套体上设有出音孔,所述出音孔用于对准放进所述套体内的所述通信设备所具有的扬声孔。
  16. 根据权利要求6所述的用于具有拍摄功能的通信设备的防偷拍装置,其特征在于,所述锁定及开锁装置为电磁式锁定装置或机械式锁定装置;
    所述被检测用标签为声磁(AM)防盗标签、射频(RF)防盗标签或电磁式(EM)防盗标签。
  17. 一种用于具有拍摄功能的通信设备的防偷拍装置,其特征在于,包括:
    套体,其用于不妨碍所述通信设备的通信功能地容纳所述通信设备,其上设有供所述通信设备进出的进出口,且其为刚性套体;及,
    锁定装置,其设于所述套体上,并用于锁定时锁住所述进出口和解锁后使所述进出口退出被锁住状态。
