Definitions
- the technical field of this invention relates to the water purification equipment in the building.
- the large volume of water that is consumed daily is not so dirty and polluted that no longer can’t it be reused, for example, the water used in the wash-basin is converted into reusable water through a series of processes. Hence, the consumed water that is made reusable using some processes also is called“gray water ".
- the sewage produced by these sections can be collected by a separate plumbing in the proper place inside the building, and a simple and preliminary filtration and purification system for this wastewater is implemented, this part of the sewage can easily be reused for special purposes within the same building or another area instead of draining into sewerage network.
- the invention discloses a device for increasing the reuse rate of purified water of a refinery plant, and a using method of the device, belonging to the technical field of purified water recovery of refinery plants.
- Filters are introduced into a purified water pipeline in the existing hydrogenation water injection water source; two stages of filtration facilities are added for improving the water quality of the purified water.
- One stage of filtration facility comprises two filters which can be switched; one of the two filters is started and the other filter is used for standby application during normal production; the filters are switched for washing at the fixed period; the two filters are respectively and internally provided with a filter screen wire mesh as a filter element, and the filter precision is greater than 25mu m; the differential pressure indication on an inlet and outlet pipeline of the first stage filter is used for displaying the differential pressure of the first stage filter; a built-in framework of the second stage filter is formed by a 304 stainless steel punched filter screen and an internal filter bag, and the filter precision is greater than lOmu m.
- the device provided by the invention increases the proportion of the purified water in hydrogenation water injection and improves the properties of the purified water in the hydrogenation water injection.
- Wash-basins and sinks are usually made from shatterproof porcelain materials. But there are some sinks which are made of ceramics, glass, wood and metal. In this project, a sink made of quartz, marble and ... is developed and at the end of which, a special connection system for water purification is embedded.
- a foam concrete conduit which consists of various parts, such as sedimentation, deposition, natural purification and chemical purification, is used to purify wastewater completely.
- the water used to wash vegetables and hands and face can be directed to the flash tank by piping so that purified water can be used for drinking purposes.
- the sink bed has consisted of porous concrete. This concrete is used to prevent passing coarse objects through the purification system. After passing water through no-fine concrete, it enters into an end-capped concrete conduit in which several purifying systems are used.
- this conduit and its junctions are designed such that the water can be dissolved and solid particles can be deposited, as well as all its fittings and parts can be replaced.
- the entire body structure of this conduit is made of silica that is the best aggregate for natural purification.
- the no-fine concrete (1) is embedded under sink bed that is combined with powdered activated carbon and graphene, then the water passes through a fiber pad layer (2).
- the no-fine concrete (3) with powdered activated carbon and graphene is located.
- all soluble substances in the water which are electrically charged or has hazardous and toxic compounds, are completely neutralized after passing through this the no-fine concrete.
- the next layer is the lamella clarifier (4), which teats and purifies suspended solids.
- antisealant (5) requires some times to be operated.
- the conduit compartment is designed so that water has enough time to do this operation and all the dissolved solid particles are deposited.
- a netted filter (6) made from a 200 # mesh sieve, and completely safe and potable water is ready to be used. All connected parts consisting of lamella plates, graphene filters, and crystalline material are available as a mechanical system where all parts are replaceable. At the same time, a place (7) is considered for replacing operation. Also, a place (8) is embedded to replace the netted filter at the end of the system.
- silica aggregate for natural treatment and purification in the porous concrete and conduct wall allows it to act as a natural purification device when passing contaminated water and it can completely separate suspend solids.
- Water purification sink consists of following parts:
- No Fines Concrete a porous concrete which has a lower specific gravity than ordinary concrete. If the aggregate density is normal, the specific gravity of the no-fine concrete is estimated to be about 1600-2000 kg/m 3 .
- All known living organisms on Earth are carbon-based organisms. This element is found in all living structures. The black matter from the burning of all organic matter or living structures is carbon. Carbon is found in nature in different shapes like diamonds and graphites. Graphite is a layer of carbon atoms that are held together with a van der Waals bond. In each of these layers, each carbon atom is connected to three other carbon atoms and has a honeycomb structure. Each carbon atom has 4 bonding electrons.
- Anti-Sealant dosage it is very important to calculate the exact Anti-Sealant dosage. If a smaller dosage is injected, it will create a precipitate, and if it is injected more than the required dosage, the Anti-Sealant itself will precipitate on the membrane and causes blockage.
- the appropriate dosage of anti-sealant injection depends on the water analysis, feed water flow, system efficiency, feed water type, pH, and temperature and system membrane type.
