旋风分离系统是吸尘器行业的一大热门卖点,有着很广泛的使用,对于吸尘器行业商业用途极大。工作中较大的垃圾和部分粉尘在旋风分离单元中从空气流中分离出来,垃圾和异物会收集在尘腔内,然后带有少量粉尘的气流经过过滤棉过滤后排到空气中。目前吸尘器行业中大部分过滤件都内置在尘杯旋风分离器内部,同时尘杯内部旋风分离器过滤件和电机出风过滤件是分开的,导致用户不易清理过滤件。
发明内容
本申请提供一种吸尘器,所述吸尘器具有方便拆卸、清洗的优点。
根据本申请实施例的吸尘器,包括:机身,所述机身具有尘气进口和尘气出口;支架组件,所述支架组件与所述机身可拆卸地连接,所述支架组件的部分外周壁与所述机身限定出连通风道,所述支架组件包括第一支架和与所述第一支架连接的第二支架,所述第一支架内具有第一风道,所述第一风道与所述尘气进口直接或间接连通,所述第二支架内具有第二风道,所述第一风道和所述第二风道通过所述连通风道连通,所述第二风道与所述尘气出口直接或间接连通;第一部件,所述第一部件与所述第一支架连接,所述第一部件用于对所述第一风道内的气流进行除尘或消音;第二部件,所述第二部件与所述第二支架连接,所述第二部件用于对所述第二风道内的气流进行除尘或消音。
根据本申请实施例的吸尘器,通过将支架组件可拆卸地设置于机身上,并且将第一部件和第二部件设置于支架组件上,由此当需要将支架组件从机身上拆卸下来时,第一部件和第二部件均可以跟随支架组件从机身上拆卸下来,从而便于对第一部件、第二部件进行清洗或更换。另外,通过设置支架组件可以利用支架组件构造出部分风道结构,一方面可以延长气流在机身内部的流动路径,消除气流的紊流噪音,降低吸尘器的工作噪音;另一方面,还可 以利用具有除尘或消音功能的第一部件、具有除尘或消音功能的第二部件对气流进行进一步消音或除尘,从而可以提升吸尘器的使用性能。
在一些实施例中,所述支架组件还包括第三支架,所述第三支架与所述第二支架连接,所述第三支架内具有第三风道,所述第三风道与所述第二风道连通;所述吸尘器还包括第三部件,所述第三部件与所述第三支架连接,所述第三部件用于对所述第三风道内的气流进行除尘或消音,所述第三风道与所述尘气出口直接或间接连通。
在一些实施例中,所述第三支架呈筒状,所述第三支架轴线方向上的两端中,一端敞开,另一端封闭,所述第三支架的一端与所述第二支架连接,且所述第二风道与所述第三风道通过所述第三支架的一端连通,所述第三风道的出口设于所述第三支架的周壁,所述第三支架的内周壁和所述第三支架的外周壁中的至少一个具有所述第三部件,所述第三部件遮挡所述第三风道的出口,以对从所述第三风道的出口流出的气流进行除尘或消音。
在一些实施例中,所述第二支架呈筒状,所述第二支架的一端敞开,另一端封闭,所述第二支架的封闭端与所述第一支架连接,所述第二风道的进口设于所述第二支架的周壁,所述第二支架的外周壁和所述第二支架的内周壁中的至少一个设有所述第二部件,所述第二部件遮挡所述第二风道的进口,以对进入到所述第二风道内的气流进行除尘或消音。
在一些实施例中,所述第一支架呈筒状,所述第一支架的一端敞开,另一端封闭,所述第一支架的封闭端与所述第二支架连接;所述第一支架的敞开端为所述第一风道的出口,所述第一风道的进口设于所述第一支架的周壁;所述第一支架的内周壁和所述第一支架的外周壁中的至少一个设有所述第一部件,所述第一部件遮挡所述第一风道的进口,以对进入到所述第一风道内的气流进行除尘或消音。
在一些实施例中,吸尘器还包括:电机组件,所述电机组件设于所述机身内,所述电机组件内具有电机风道,所述电机风道的进口与所述第一风道的出口连通,所述电机风道的出口与所述连通风道的进口连通。
在一些实施例中,所述支架组件为一体成型件。
在一些实施例中,所述第一部件为海帕件或消音棉层。
在一些实施例中,所述机身内设有旋风分离风道,所述吸尘器还包括外罩件,所述外罩件外套于所述第一支架,所述第一支架的外周壁与所述外罩件的内周壁限定出导引风道,所述导引风道的一端与所述旋风分离风道连通,所述导引风道的另一端与所述第一风道的进口连通;所述外罩件的外周壁与所述机身的部分内周壁限定出所述连通风道。
在一些实施例中,所述旋风分离风道内具有间隔开的第一旋风分离装置和第二旋风分离装置,气流依次经过所述第一旋风分离装置、所述第二旋风分离装置流入到所述导引风道内。
在一些实施例中,所述第一支架与所述外罩件之间设有密封件,以防止所述导引风道和所述连通风道间隔开。

下面参考图1-图6描述根据本申请实施例的吸尘器100。
如图1所示,根据本申请实施例的吸尘器100,包括机身110、支架组件120、第一部件131和第二部件132。
具体而言,如图4-图5所示,机身110具有尘气进口111和尘气出口112,支架组件120与机身110可拆卸地连接。这里,支架组件120可以用于支撑吸尘器100中的一些消耗部件或易损坏,例如过滤部件、消音部件等,从而当需要对这些部件进行清洗或更换时,这些部件跟随支架组件120从机身110上拆卸下来,进而可以提升清洗、更换这些部件的便利性。
如图1-图3所示,支架组件120的部分外周壁与机身110限定出连通风道113。如图6所示,支架组件120可以包括第一支架121和与第一支架121连接的第二支架123,第一支架121内具有第一风道122,第一风道122与尘气进口111直接或间接连通。如图3所示,气流可以沿着箭头a4的方向进入到第一风道122,并沿着箭头a5所示的方向在第一风道122内流动,然后再沿着箭头a6所示的方向流出第一风道122。
如图2所示,第二支架123内具有第二风道124,第一风道122和第二风道124通过连通风道113连通,第二风道124与尘气出口112直接或间接连通。如图3所示,从第一风道122内流出的气流进入到连通风道113内后,沿着箭头a8的方向流动,然后气流沿着箭头a9的方向进入到第二风道124,并沿着箭头a10的方向流出第二风道124。由此,通过设置支架组件120,可以延长气流在机身110内部的流动路径,进而可以消除气流的紊流噪音,降低吸尘器100的工作噪音。
如图6所示,第一部件131与第一支架121连接,第一部件131用于对第一风道122内的气流进行除尘或消音。第二部件132与第二支架123连接,第二部件132用于对第二风道124内的气流进行除尘或消音。可以理解的是,第一部件131和第二部件132可以均为用于除尘的部件,也可以均为用于消音的部件;当然,第一部件131和第二部件132的类型并不限于此,例如,在一些实施例中,第一部件131和第二部件132中的一个为除尘部件,另一个为消音部件。
这里,通过将第一部件131和第二部件132均设置在支架组件120上,再通过将支架组件120设置成与机身110可拆卸的状态,从而当将支架组件120从机身110上拆卸下来时,第一部件131和第二部件132均可以从机身110上拆卸下来,进而可以对第一部件131、第二部件132进行清洗或更换。
根据本申请实施例的吸尘器100,通过将支架组件120可拆卸地设置于机身110上,并且将第一部件131和第二部件132设置于支架组件120上,由此当需要将支架组件120从机身110上拆卸下来时,第一部件131和第二部件132均可以跟随支架组件120从机身110上拆卸下来,从而便于对第一部件131、第二部件132进行清洗或更换。另外,通过设置支架组件120可以利用支架组件120构造出部分风道结构,一方面可以延长气流在机身110内部的流动路径,消除气流的紊流噪音,降低吸尘器100的工作噪音;另一方面,还可以利用具有除尘或消音功能的第一部件131、具有除尘或消音功能的第二部件132对气流进行进一步消音或除尘,从而可以提升吸尘器100的使用性能。
如图2、图6所示,根据本申请的一些实施例,支架组件120还可以包括第三支架125。其中,第三支架125与第二支架123连接,第三支架125内具有第三风道126,第三风道126与第二风道124连通。如图2、图6所示,吸尘器100还可以包括第三部件133,第三部件133与第三支架125连接,第三部件133用于对第三风道126内的气流进行除尘或消音,第三风道126与尘气出口112直接或间接连通。如图3所示,气流可以沿着箭头a10的方向进入到第三风道126内,并沿着箭头a12的方向从第三风道126内流出。
如图5、图6所示,在一些实施例中,第三支架125可以呈筒状,第三支架125轴线方向上的两端中,一端敞开,另一端封闭。第三支架125的一端与第二支架123连接,且第二风道124与第三风道126通过第三支架125的一端连通。例如,如图6所示,第三支架125的上端敞开,下端封闭,第二支架123的下端敞开,第三支架125的上端与第二支架123的下端连接,以使第二风道124与第三风道126连通。如图3所示,第三风道126的出口设于第三支架125的周壁,气流可以通过位于第三支架125周壁上的开口从第三风道126内流出。
为了方便对从第三风道126内流出或在第三风道126内流动的气流进行过滤除尘或者消音,第三支架125的内周壁和第三支架125的外周壁中的至少一个具有第三部件133,第三部件133遮挡第三风道126的出口,以气流进行除尘或消音。例如,如图6所示,第三部件133设于第三支架125的内周壁上,且第三部件133为环形件,环形的第三部件133沿所述第三支架125的周向方向延伸,也即第三部件133内套于第三支架125。 一方面,可以提升第三部件133与第三支架125之间的连接稳定性,使第三部件133可以牢靠、稳定地与第三支架125安装在一起;另一方面,还可以减小第三部件133占用的空间体积,提升支架组件120的结构紧凑程度。
当然,第三部件133的设置位置并不限于此,例如,在一些示例中,第三部件133也可以设于第三支架125的外周壁上,且第三部件133为环形件,环形的第三部件133沿所述第三支架125的周向方向延伸,也即第三部件133外套于第三支架125;再如,在一些实例中,第三支架125的外周壁和第三支架125的内周壁上均可以设置第三部件133,也即第三部件133为两个,其中一个外套于第三支架125的外周,另一个内套于第三支架125的内周。
如图6所示,在一些实施例中,第二支架123可以呈筒状,第二支架123的一端敞开,另一端封闭,第二支架123的封闭端与第一支架121连接,第二风道124的进口设于第二支架123的周壁。例如,如图6所示,第二支架123的上端封闭,下端敞开,第二支架123的下端与第三风道126连通,气流从第二支架123的周壁进入到第二风道124内,并从第二支架123的下端进入到第三风道126内。
为了方便对进入到第二风道124内的气流或在第二风道124内流动的气流进行过滤除尘或消音,可以在第二支架123的上设置第二部件132,第二部件132可以对气流进行过滤除尘、消音。第二部件132可以遮挡第二风道124的进口,第二部件132可以设置在第二支架123的外周壁上,或者第二部件132可以设置在第二支架123的内周壁上;当然,第二支架123的内周壁和第二支架123的外周壁均可以设置有第二部件132。
如图6所示,在一些实施例中,第一支架121可以呈筒状,第一支架121的一端敞开,另一端封闭,第一支架121的封闭端与第二支架123连接,第一支架121的敞开端为第一风道122的出口,第一风道122的进口设于第一支架121的周壁。为了对进入到第一风道122内的气流进行过滤除尘或消音,第一支架121的内周壁上可以设置第一部件131,第一部件131遮挡第一风道122的进口,以对第一风道122内的气流进行过滤除尘或消音。第一部件131的设置位置并不限于此,例如,第一支架121的外周壁还可以设有第一部件131;再如,第一支架121的内周壁和第一支架121的外周壁均可以设置第一部件131,只要第一部件131遮挡第一风道122的进口、以对进入到第一风道122内的气流或者在第一风道122内流动的气流进行过滤除尘或消音即可。
如图1-图3所示,根据本申请的一些实施例,吸尘器100还可以包括电机组件150。其中,电机组件150设于机身110内,电机组件150内具有电机风道151,电机风道151的进口与第一风道122的出口连通,电机风道151的出口与连通风道113的进口连通。 如图2、图3所示,气流沿着箭头a6的方向从第一风道122内流出,并进入到电机风道151内;在电机风道151内,气流沿着箭头a7的方向从电机风道151内流出,并沿着箭头a8的方向流向到连通风道113内;在连通风道113内,气流沿着a8方向流动,并沿着箭头a9的方向进入到第二风道124内。
为了简化支架组件120的结构,简化支架组件120的加工、装配过程,根据本申请的一些实施例,支架组件120可以为一体成型件。可以理解的是,可以通过注塑的工艺加工支架组件120,使得第一支架121、第二支架123以及第三支架125可以通过注塑的工艺一体成型。一方面,可以省略第一支架121、第二支架123以及第三支架125之间的装配过程;另一方面,还可以增强第一支架121与第二支架123之间的连接强度、增强第二支架123与第三支架125之间的连接强度。
在一些实施例中,第一部件131可以为海帕件,海帕件为吸尘器100领域的常见过滤除尘部件,其结构简单,使用成本低。当然,第一部件131还可以为消音件,消音件可以为由消音棉构造成的部件,其可以对气流进行降噪,从而可以降低吸尘器100的噪音。另外,第二部件132也可以为海帕件或消音件;同样地,第三部件133也可以为海帕件或消音件。
如图1、图3所示,根据本申请的一些实施例,机身110内可以设有旋风分离风道114。气流在流经旋风分离风道114时,可以利用旋风产生的离心力,将夹杂在气流内的灰尘、杂质等杂物分离出来。如图3所示,气流通过尘气进口111进入到旋风分离风道114,进行初步的尘气分离后,再进入到第一风道122。
进一步地,如图1、图2所示,吸尘器100还可以包括外罩件160。其中,外罩件160外套于第一支架121,第一支架121的外周壁与外罩件160的内周壁限定出导引风道161,导引风道161的一端与旋风分离风道114连通,导引风道161的另一端与第一风道122的进口连通。外罩件160的外周壁与机身110的部分内周壁限定出连通风道113。
如图3所示,气流沿着箭头a1的方向从尘气进口111进入到旋风分离风道114内,并沿着箭头a4的方向从旋风分离风道114流出,并流向导引风道161;在导引风道161内,导引风道161环绕在第一支架121的外周,气流在导引风道161的导引下,沿着箭头a5所示的方向进入到第一风道122内;气流从第一风道122流出后,沿着箭头a6所示的方向流入到电机风道151内,在电机风道151流动后,沿着箭头a7所示的方向从电机风道151流出,并沿着箭头a8所示的方向流入到连通风道113内;气流从连通风道113内流出后,沿着箭头a9所示的方向进入到第二风道124内;气流继续流动,沿着箭头a10所示的方向从第二风道124内流出,并流向第三风道126;气流沿着箭头a11 的方向在第三封道126内流动后,再沿着箭头a12的方向从尘气出口112流出。
为了提升旋风分离风道114的尘气分离效果,在一些实施例中,旋风分离风道114内具有间隔开的第一旋风分离装置115和第二旋风分离装置116,气流依次经过第一旋风分离装置115、第二旋风分离装置116流入到导引风道161内。需要说明的是,气流在旋风分离风道114内流动时,先经过第一旋风分离装置115,并在第一旋风分离装置115内进行第一次旋风分离,即气流在第一旋风分离装置115处进行初步尘气分离;气流经过第一旋风分离装置115后,再流向第二旋风分离装置116,并在第二旋风分离装置116内进行第二次旋风分离,即气流在第二旋风分离装置116处进行二次尘气分离;经过二次尘气分离的气流再流向导引风道161。
在一些实施例中,如图3所示,第一支架121与外罩件160之间设有密封件140,以防止导引风道161和连通风道113间隔开。由此,可以将导引风道161和连通风道113间隔开,从而可以限定出密闭的风道,限定气流的流动路径,从而可以增强吸尘器100的除尘效果。如图6所示,密封件140可以环形垫圈,环形的密封件140可以套设在第一支架121上。为了提升密封件140的装配稳定性,第一支架121上可以设有用于盛放密封件140的环形槽。
在本申请的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“上”、“下”、“内”、“外”、“轴向”、“周向”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本申请和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制。“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种吸尘器,其中,包括:
    机身,所述机身具有尘气进口和尘气出口;
    支架组件,所述支架组件与所述机身可拆卸地连接,所述支架组件的部分外周壁与所述机身限定出连通风道,所述支架组件包括第一支架和与所述第一支架连接的第二支架,所述第一支架内具有第一风道,所述第一风道与所述尘气进口直接或间接连通,所述第二支架内具有第二风道,所述第一风道和所述第二风道通过所述连通风道连通,所述第二风道与所述尘气出口直接或间接连通;
    第一部件,所述第一部件与所述第一支架连接,所述第一部件用于对所述第一风道内的气流进行除尘或消音;
    第二部件,所述第二部件与所述第二支架连接,所述第二部件用于对所述第二风道内的气流进行除尘或消音。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的吸尘器,其中,所述支架组件还包括第三支架,所述第三支架与所述第二支架连接,所述第三支架内具有第三风道,所述第三风道与所述第二风道连通;
    所述吸尘器还包括第三部件,所述第三部件与所述第三支架连接,所述第三部件用于对所述第三风道内的气流进行除尘或消音,所述第三风道与所述尘气出口直接或间接连通。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的吸尘器,其中,所述第三支架呈筒状,所述第三支架轴线方向上的两端中,一端敞开,另一端封闭,所述第三支架的一端与所述第二支架连接,且所述第二风道与所述第三风道通过所述第三支架的一端连通,
    所述第三风道的出口设于所述第三支架的周壁,所述第三支架的内周壁和所述第三支架的外周壁中的至少一个具有所述第三部件,所述第三部件遮挡所述第三风道的出口,以对从所述第三风道的出口流出的气流进行除尘或消音。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的吸尘器,其中,所述第二支架呈筒状,所述第二支架的一端敞开,另一端封闭,所述第二支架的封闭端与所述第一支架连接,
    所述第二风道的进口设于所述第二支架的周壁,
    所述第二支架的外周壁和所述第二支架的内周壁中的至少一个设有所述第二部件,所述第二部件遮挡所述第二风道的进口,以对进入到所述第二风道内的气流进行除尘或 消音。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的吸尘器,其中,所述第一支架呈筒状,所述第一支架的一端敞开,另一端封闭,所述第一支架的封闭端与所述第二支架连接;
    所述第一支架的敞开端为所述第一风道的出口,所述第一风道的进口设于所述第一支架的周壁;
    所述第一支架的内周壁和所述第一支架的外周壁中的至少一个设有所述第一部件,所述第一部件遮挡所述第一风道的进口,以对进入到所述第一风道内的气流进行除尘或消音。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的吸尘器,其中,还包括:
    电机组件,所述电机组件设于所述机身内,所述电机组件内具有电机风道,所述电机风道的进口与所述第一风道的出口连通,所述电机风道的出口与所述连通风道的进口连通。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的吸尘器,其中,所述支架组件为一体成型件。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的吸尘器,其中,所述第一部件为海帕件或消音棉层。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的吸尘器,其中,所述机身内设有旋风分离风道,
    所述吸尘器还包括外罩件,所述外罩件外套于所述第一支架,所述第一支架的外周壁与所述外罩件的内周壁限定出导引风道,所述导引风道的一端与所述旋风分离风道连通,所述导引风道的另一端与所述第一风道的进口连通;
    所述外罩件的外周壁与所述机身的部分内周壁限定出所述连通风道。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的吸尘器,其中,所述旋风分离风道内具有间隔开的第一旋风分离装置和第二旋风分离装置,气流依次经过所述第一旋风分离装置、所述第二旋风分离装置流入到所述导引风道内。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的吸尘器,其中,所述第一支架与所述外罩件之间设有密封件,以防止所述导引风道和所述连通风道间隔开。
