Abstract
L'invention concerne un tuyau de chauffage par le sol doté d'électrodes à fil électrique (2) placées sur la paroi interne d'un tuyau en plastique (1), comprenant le tuyau en plastique (1) et les électrodes à fil électrique (2) disposées sur la paroi de tuyau, deux électrodes à fil électrique (2) étant mutuellement isolées électriquement et disposées symétriquement sur le diamètre de la paroi interne du tuyau en plastique (1) en lignes droites parallèles ou selon un mode d'enroulement parallèle. L'eau formée entre les deux électrodes à fil électrique (2) au niveau de la paroi interne du tuyau est connectée électriquement en parallèle aux deux électrodes à fil électrique (2) pour constituer un circuit électrique dans lequel les électrodes à fil électrique (2) produisent de la chaleur par résistance à l'eau. Un chauffage électrique sûr du tuyau de chauffage par le sol chauffé électriquement est obtenu par alimentation directe des deux électrodes à fil électrique (2) placées sur la paroi interne du tuyau en plastique, et par utilisation de la résistance inhérente de l'eau entre les deux électrodes à fil électrique (2) à l'intérieur du tuyau en plastique pour produire de la chaleur. L'invention concerne en outre un procédé de fabrication du tuyau de chauffage par le sol doté des électrodes à fil électrique (2) placées sur la paroi interne du tuyau en plastique (1).
