本发明涉及铝型材加工辅助设备技术领域,具体涉及一种铝型材出料辅助装置。
背景技术
挤压机是轻合金(铝合金、铜合金和镁合金)管、棒、型材生产的主要设备。它的产生和发展不过是一个多世纪的时间,却发生了巨大的变化。从几兆牛手动的水压机,发展成为两百兆牛全自动的油压机。挤压机的种类也大大增加。挤压机的能力、数量反映了一个企业的生产技术水平。一个国家拥有挤压机的能力、数量、生产能力和装备水平,反映了一个国家的工业发展水平。
但是,挤压机在第一根出料的时候,由于出料方向的不稳定性,需要人工使用工具将料头拉住导向,避免将设备损坏,但是,在牵引较大的工件时,往往需要多人牵引,存在安全风险。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种铝型材出料辅助装置,它结构简单,无需人工牵引,能够确保牵引的安全性,减少工人的牵引劳动强度。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案是:它包含压机前板1、出料口2,它还包含固定架3、摄像头4、遥控器5、导向机构6,所述的出料口2设置在压机前板1的中间位置,所述的固定架3安装在出料口2的外侧四周,所述的固定架3为四边形构件,固定架3的四个边上均设置有通孔31和两个导向孔32,四个所述的导向机构6安装在固定架3的四周,所述的导向机构6包含伸缩油缸61、滚筒62、连接支架63、限位杆64,所述的滚筒62通过连接支架63安装在固定架3的内侧,所述的伸缩油缸61垂直固定连接在固 定架3的外侧,且伸缩油缸61的推杆贯穿通孔31与连接支架63固定连接,两根所述的限位杆64分别贯穿两个导向孔32与连接支架63固定连接,所述的摄像头4安装在压机前板1的上方,所述的遥控器5安装在压机前板1的一侧。
所述的限位杆64与两个导向孔32的连接处均安装有滚珠滑套7。
所述的摄像头4与铝型材挤压机操作台上的监控显示屏电性连接。
所述的伸缩油缸61通过连接管道与外部油箱连接,且外部油箱上的电磁阀与遥控器5电性连接。
所述的遥控器5上设置有多个操作按钮51,操作按钮51包含上部操作按钮、下部操作按钮、左侧操作按钮、右侧操作按钮。
所述的滚筒62的外侧套接有耐高温毛毡套621。
所述的四个导向机构6分别与出料口2的上、下、左、右方向垂直相对应。
本发明的工作原理:在铝型材挤压机出料的时候,牵引人员站在出料口处,料头出料的时候,通过遥控器5控制导向机构6将弯曲的铝型材料头进行导向,同时挤压机操作人员通过摄像头4可以实时的查看牵引人员的实时情况,避免牵引时发生安全事故。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明有益效果为:它结构简单,无需人工牵引,能够确保牵引的安全性,减少工人的牵引劳动强度。

参看图1-图6所示,本具体实施方式采用的技术方案是:它包含压机前板1、出料口2,它还包含固定架3、摄像头4、遥控器5、导向机构6,所述的出料口2设置在压机前板1的中间位置,所述的固定架3安装在出料口2的外侧四周,所述的固定架3为四边形构件,固定架3的四个边上均设置有通孔31和两个导向孔32,四个所述的导向机构6安装在固定架3的四周,所述的导向机构6包含伸缩油缸61、滚筒62、连接支架63、限位杆64,所述的滚筒62通过连接支架63安装在固定架3的内侧,所述的伸缩油缸61垂直固定连接在固定架3的外侧,且伸缩油缸61的推杆贯穿通孔31与连接支架63固定连接,两根所述的限位杆64分别贯穿两个导向孔32与连接支架63固定连接,所述的摄像头4安装在压机前板1的上方,所述的遥控器5安装在压机前板1的一侧。
所述的限位杆64与两个导向孔32的连接处均安装有滚珠滑套7。滚珠滑套7确保限位杆64在两个导向孔32内部滑动时,限位杆64不会产生磨损,从而确保了限位杆64的使用寿命,同时滚珠滑套7还能减少限位杆64与两个导向孔32之间的摩擦系数。
所述的摄像头4与铝型材挤压机操作台上的监控显示屏电性连接。摄像头4可以实时查看铝型材的出料情况,以及操作人员在对出料牵引时,开机人员能够实时查看牵引工人的实时情况,避免在牵引时发生安全事故。
所述的伸缩油缸61通过连接管道与油箱连接,当伸缩油缸61需要工作时,油箱给伸缩油缸61提供工作所需的油压,且外部油箱上的电磁阀与遥控 器5电性连接,通过遥控器5控制外部油箱上的电磁阀打开或是关闭时,则可以控制伸缩油缸61伸出或是收缩。
所述的遥控器5上设置有多个操作按钮51,操作按钮51包含上部操作按钮、下部操作按钮、左侧操作按钮、右侧操作按钮。通过上部操作按钮、下部操作按钮、左侧操作按钮、右侧操作按钮可以分别控制与出料口2的上、下、左、右方向垂直相对应的导向机构6。
所述的滚筒62的外侧套接有耐高温毛毡套621,通过耐高温毛毡套621可以避免滚筒62直接与铝型材接触,避免铝型材上产生划伤。
所述的四个导向机构6分别与出料口2的上、下、左、右方向垂直相对应。
本发明的工作原理:在铝型材挤压机出料的时候,牵引人员站在出料口处,料头出料的时候,通过遥控器5控制导向机构6将弯曲的铝型材料头进行导向,同时挤压机操作人员通过摄像头4可以实时的查看牵引人员的实时情况,避免牵引时发生安全事故。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明有益效果为:它结构简单,无需人工牵引,能够确保牵引的安全性,减少工人的牵引劳动强度。
