下面参照附图详细描述本发明实施例的防水智能电动牙刷。
参照图1至图6所示,根据本发明实施例提供的防水智能电动牙刷,包括牙刷头10、手柄20、软胶件30及驱动电机40。
具体的,牙刷头10上具有刷毛,用于清洁口腔内的牙刷。
手柄20为中空结构且具有第一端和第二端,所述第一端具有第一通孔,也即是,手柄20为筒状件,第一端和第二端为筒状件轴向的两端。手柄20可以供用户使用时握持,一般的,手柄20采用具有一定硬度的硬质塑料,例如PC(聚碳酸酯)材料,ABS(丙烯晴-丁二烯-苯乙烯)材料等。
软胶件30位于所述手柄20内且与所述手柄20注塑成型为一体,所述软胶件30包括帽体301,所述帽体301套配于所述第一通孔内,所述帽体301具有轴孔,所述轴孔与所述第一通孔轴线重合。
也就是说,软胶件30采用相对于手柄20更软的软胶材料,例如硅胶材料或橡胶材料等,该软胶件30位于手柄20内部,并且通过注塑成型工艺(例如二次成型)与手柄20注塑成型为一体。该软胶件30至少包括一帽体301,该帽体301位于第一端的第一通孔内,并且,帽体301具有与第一通孔同轴的轴孔。
驱动电机40设在所述手柄20内,所述驱动电机40的输出轴401自所述轴孔穿出后与所述牙刷头10连接,所述轴孔与所述驱动电机40的输出轴401紧配合,也即是,驱动电 机40的输出轴401的直径小于帽体301上轴孔的直径,驱动电机40的输出轴401紧配合在帽体301的轴孔内,此时,由于帽体301为软胶材料,具有一定的弹性,所以,轴孔的孔壁保持紧密贴合在驱动电机40的输出轴401的外周壁上,进而达到良好的密封效果。
相关技术中,为了提高电动牙刷防水性能,在电机的输出轴上套设防水圈,并且,在装配时,需要采用其他抵持件,将防水圈抵持压紧在手柄的端部,这种结构,能够起到一定程度的防水效果,但是,一方面,伴随着电机的振动及使用时间较长,牙膏及其他污染物与防水圈长时间接触,导致防水圈老化,水容易容防水圈与电机的输出轴及手柄的端部之间的缝隙进入至手柄内,防水效果越来越差;另一方面,在装配时,需要将防水圈装入至手柄内的端部,并通过抵持件将防水圈与手柄的端部压紧,否则会漏水,很显然,其装配复杂,可靠性低。
根据本发明实施例提供的防水智能电动牙刷,软胶件30与手柄20注塑成型为一体,并且,软胶件30包括帽体301,该帽体301与驱动电机40的输出轴401套接且紧配合,如此,帽体301与第一端的第一通孔之间没有间隙,可以起到更好的防水效果,外部的水难以通过驱动电机40的输出轴401渗入至手柄20内,进而可以确保该防水智能电动牙刷的工作性能更加稳定可靠,不易发生故障(例如电路板23烧坏等),使用寿命更长。
此外,由于软胶件30位于手柄20内并与手柄20注塑为一体,所以,在装配时,只需要将驱动电机40的输出轴401穿入至帽体301即可,其装配方便简单。
在一个示例中,手柄20包括主壳体201及套壳202,套壳202套设在主壳体201的一端,套壳202可以作为装饰件,使得该防水智能电动牙刷的外观更加美观。
参照图2及图3所示,在本发明的一个实施例中,帽体301包括柱体部3011,所述轴孔包括贯穿所述柱体部3011的柱形孔,驱动电机40的输出轴401与所述柱形孔紧配合,如此,利用柱体部3011上的柱形孔与驱动电机40的输出轴401紧配合,以实现防水密封效果。
可选地,柱形孔的周壁具有沿径向向内凸出形成的环形密封部3011a,且所述驱动电机40的输出轴401的周壁上具有环形卡槽4011,所述环形密封部3011a密封配合在所述环形卡槽4011内。
也就是说,柱形孔的周壁上向内凸出的环形密封部3011a卡设在驱动电机40输出轴401上的环形卡槽4011内,如此,利用环形密封部3011a与环形卡槽4011的配合,延长了水渗透的路径,且该路径更加曲折,由此,可以使得密封效果显著提高,此外,环形密封部3011a与环形卡槽4011的配合,也可以使得帽体301在轴向上相对于驱动电机40的输出轴 401保持相对固定,确保帽体301与驱动电机40的输出轴401配合更加可靠。
需要说明的是,柱形孔的周壁的环形密封部3011a与驱动电机40的输出轴401的环形卡槽4011的配合结构,为了进一步提高防水密封效果而增加的结构,而不是必须的结构,换言之,也可以不需要该配合结构。
参照图2及图3所示,在本发明的一个实施例中,帽体301还包括锥体部3012,所述锥体部3012注塑成型于所述第一通孔的内壁;所述柱体部3011远离所述牙刷头10的一端具有沿径向向外侧凸出形成的环形肩部3013,所述环形肩部3013与所述锥形部相连。
也就是说,锥体部3012注塑成型于第一通孔的内壁,并且,锥体部3012通过环形肩部3013与柱体部3011远离牙刷头10的一端连接,较佳的,锥体部3012、环形肩部3013及柱体部3011为一体成型结构,如此,可以确保帽体301与第一通孔的内壁为一体式结构,确保其良好的防水密封效果。
参照图2至图5所示,在本发明的一些实施例中,还包括支架50,所述支架50装设于所述手柄20内,所述支架50上邻近所述第一端的一端具有向所述第一通孔方向凸出的锥台部,所述锥台部具有贯穿孔5011;所述驱动电机40设在所述支架50上,所述驱动电机40的输出轴401穿过所述贯穿孔5011。
轴孔还包括贯穿所述锥体部3012且与所述柱形孔相通的锥形孔,所述锥台部与所述锥形孔紧配合,且所述锥台部靠近所述第一通孔的一端与所述环形肩部3013相抵。
也就是说,支架50安装于手柄20内,驱动电机40安装于支架50上,并且,支架50上的一端具有向第一通孔方向凸出的锥形台501,该锥形台501套配在锥体部3012上的锥形孔孔并形成紧配合,而驱动电机40的输出轴401自锥形台501上的贯穿孔5011穿过后伸入至柱形孔内。
本实施例中,利用锥形台501与锥体部3012上锥形孔紧配合,可以使得锥体部3012被压紧在第一通孔的孔壁上,进一步提高锥体部3012与手柄20之间的结合强度,提高防水密封效果。此外,装配时,将驱动电机40安装至支架50之后,将支架50穿入至手柄20内直至锥形台501与环形肩部3013相抵即可,其装配简单方便。
参照图2及图3所示,在本发明的一些实施例中,还包括压紧套60,所述压紧套60套设在所述柱体部3011外,且将所述柱体部3011向内束紧在所述驱动电机40的输出轴401上。
也就是说,压紧套60的直径小于柱体部3011的直径,柱体部3011紧配合于压紧套60内且处于被挤压状态,如此,柱体部3011向内包裹住驱动电机40的输出轴401,使得柱 体部3011与驱动电机40的输出轴401之间配合更加紧密,防水效果更好。
较佳地,该压紧套60可以采用具有相对于柱体部3011硬度更高的硬质塑料或金属材料制成,如此,压紧套60对柱体部3011的挤压束紧效果更好。
参照图2及图3所示,在本发明的一个实施例中,还包括束紧弹簧61,所述束紧弹簧61套设在所述柱体部3011外且提供向内的弹性作用力,以将所述柱体部3011束紧在所述驱动电机40的输出轴401上。压紧套60套设在所述束紧弹簧61外,且所述束紧弹簧61与所述压紧套60的内壁相抵。
也就是说,在本实施例中,先在柱体部3011外套设一束紧弹簧61,束紧弹簧61的内径小于柱体部3011的外径,束紧弹簧61套设在柱体部3011外时,利用束紧弹簧61收缩时产生的弹性作用力,将柱体部3011束紧在驱动电机40的输出轴401的外周壁上。再在将压紧套60套设在束紧弹簧61外,利用压紧套60对束紧弹簧61施加径向向内的作用力,使得束紧弹簧61与驱动电机40的输出轴401配合更加紧密。
更为有利地,压紧套60的一端具有沿径向向内侧凸出形成的卡沿601,所述驱动电机40的输出轴401的周壁上具有定位卡槽4012,所述卡沿601卡设在所述定位卡槽4012内,所述压紧套60的另一端套设在所述柱体部3011外。
如此,利用压紧套60上的卡沿601与驱动电机40的输出轴401上的定位卡槽4012配合,可以使得压紧套60在轴向上与驱动电机40的输出轴401相对固定,进而确保压紧套60与柱体部3011及束紧弹簧61之间的配合更加稳定可靠。
参照图2所示,在本发明的一些实施例中,手柄20上设有按键孔H20,所述按键孔H20内设有按键帽21。软胶件30还包括遮挡片体302,所述遮挡片体302注塑成型于所述手柄20的内周壁且封闭所述按键孔H20,所述遮挡片体302的一端与所述帽体301相连,所述遮挡片体302的另一端沿所述手柄20的长度方向延伸。手柄20内设有电路板23,所述电路板23上设有与所述按键孔H20相对的按键开关231,所述按键开关231在所述按键帽21按压所述遮挡片体302时被触发。
本实施例中,遮挡片体302用于遮挡并封闭按键孔H20,按键帽21设在按键孔H20上,而手柄20内电路板23上的按键开关231位于遮挡片体302的内侧,当用户操作按压手柄20上的按键帽21时,按键帽21沿径向向手柄20内运动,进而挤压遮挡片体302,使得遮挡片体302向内变形并触压到手柄20内的按键开关231,使得按键开关231被触发。
如此,按键孔H20被遮挡片体302完全密封,外部的水无法通过按键孔H20进入至手柄20内,进而起到更好的防水效果,确保其性能更加稳定可靠,使用寿命长。此外,由 于遮挡片体302为软胶材质具有一定弹性,在按键帽21被松开后,遮挡片体302恢复形变,可以迫使按键帽21快速复位,进而可以提高按键帽21按压质感。
参照图2、图4及图6所示,在本发明的一个实施例中,手柄20设有灯孔,所述遮挡片体302上形成有填充在所述灯孔内的填充部3021;电路板23上设有与所述的灯孔相对的指示灯232,所述指示灯232的光线经由所述填充部3021射出。
如此,灯孔内遮挡片体302上的填充部3021填充密封,外部的水无法通过灯孔进入至手柄20内,进而起到更好的防水效果,确保其性能更加稳定可靠,使用寿命长。此外,指示灯232位于填充部3021内侧,可以对指示灯232起到保护作用。
有利地,软胶件30可以采用透光材质,例如透光的硅胶材质,如此,可以使得指示灯232发出的光线能够通过填充部3021射出。
参照图2及图4所示,在本发明的一个实施例中,还包括无线充电单元70及盖体80,所述无线充电单元70设在所述第二端内,所述无线充电单元70包括线圈骨架701及绕制在所述线圈骨架701上接收线圈。盖体80密封盖合在所述第二端。可以理解的是,手柄20内还设有储能电池71,该储能电池71可以接收无线充电单元70传输的电能。
如此,当该防水智能电动牙刷的手柄20的第二端安放在无线充电座上时,无线充电单元70即可接收电能,进而通过无线充电单元70为储能电池71充电,其充电更加方便。
较佳地,储能电池71、电路板23可以安装在支架50上,而线圈骨架701与支架50可以形成为一体,如此,驱动电机40、储能电池71、电路板23、支架50及无线充电单元70组装后形成一个整体部件,在装配时,直接将该整体部件装入至手柄20内,如此,其结构更加简单紧凑,装配更加方便。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种防水智能电动牙刷,其特征在于,包括:
    牙刷头;
    手柄,所述手柄为中空结构且具有第一端和第二端,所述第一端具有第一通孔;
    软胶件,所述软胶件位于所述手柄内且与所述手柄注塑成型为一体,所述软胶件包括帽体,所述帽体套配于所述第一通孔内,所述帽体具有轴孔,所述轴孔与所述第一通孔轴线重合;驱动电机,所述驱动电机设在所述手柄内,所述驱动电机的输出轴自所述轴孔穿出后与所述牙刷头连接,所述轴孔与所述驱动电机的输出轴紧配合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的防水智能电动牙刷,其特征在于,所述帽体包括柱体部,所述轴孔包括贯穿所述柱体部的柱形孔,所述驱动电机的输出轴与所述柱形孔紧配合。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的防水智能电动牙刷,其特征在于,所述柱形孔的周壁具有沿径向向内凸出形成的环形密封部,所述驱动电机的输出轴的周壁上具有环形卡槽,所述环形密封部密封配合在所述环形卡槽内。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的防水智能电动牙刷,其特征在于,所述帽体还包括锥体部,所述锥体部注塑成型于所述第一通孔的内壁;所述柱体部远离所述牙刷头的一端具有沿径向向外侧凸出形成的环形肩部,所述环形肩部与所述锥形部相连。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的防水智能电动牙刷,其特征在于,还包括:
    支架,所述支架装设于所述手柄内,所述支架上邻近所述第一端的一端具有向所述第一通孔方向凸出的锥台部,所述锥台部具有贯穿孔;所述驱动电机设在所述支架上,所述驱动电机的输出轴穿过所述贯穿孔;
    所述轴孔还包括贯穿所述锥体部且与所述柱形孔相通的锥形孔,所述锥台部与所述锥形孔紧配合,且所述锥台部靠近所述第一通孔的一端与所述环形肩部相抵。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的防水智能电动牙刷,其特征在于,还包括:
    压紧套,所述压紧套套设在所述柱体部外,且将所述柱体部向内束紧在所述驱动电机的输出轴上。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的防水智能电动牙刷,其特征在于,所述压紧套的一端具有沿径向向内侧凸出形成的卡沿,所述驱动电机的输出轴的周壁上具有定位卡槽,所述卡沿卡设在所述定位卡槽内,所述压紧套的另一端套设在所述柱体部外。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的防水智能电动牙刷,其特征在于,所述手柄上设有按键孔,所述按键孔内设有按键帽;
    所述软胶件还包括遮挡片体,所述遮挡片体注塑成型于所述手柄的内周壁且封闭所述按键 孔,所述遮挡片体的一端与所述帽体相连,所述遮挡片体的另一端沿所述手柄的长度方向延伸;
    所述手柄内设有电路板,所述电路板上设有与所述按键孔相对的按键开关,所述按键开关在所述按键帽按压所述遮挡片体时被触发。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的防水智能电动牙刷,其特征在于,所述手柄设有灯孔,所述遮挡片体上形成有填充在所述灯孔内的填充部;
    所述电路板上设有与所述的灯孔相对的指示灯,所述指示灯的光线经由所述填充部射出。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的防水智能电动牙刷,其特征在于,还包括:
    无线充电单元,所述无线充电单元设在所述第二端内,所述无线充电单元包括线圈骨架及绕制在所述线圈骨架上接收线圈;
    盖体,所述盖体密封盖合在所述第二端。
