   结合图3可知,在第一连接片4的后端设有一刚好可配合第一弧形滑动槽7、第二弧形滑动槽8进行旋转滑动的第一弧形旋转片9和第二弧形旋转片10,在形状上,第一弧形旋转片9和第二弧形旋转片10的横向截面均呈L型结构,且第一弧形旋转片9和第二弧形旋转片10呈左右对称设置。
在第一连接孔3的上端设有嵌入式连接槽11,在第一连接片4上端的相应位置,设有当第一弧形旋转片9、第二弧形旋转片10沿着第一弧形滑动槽7、第二弧形滑动槽8旋转到一定角度时,可嵌入该嵌入式连接槽11并形成定位的嵌入式定位块12。
在本实用新型中,优选的嵌入式连接槽11的数量为两个,且两个嵌入式连接槽11大小和结构相同,当然,在实际应用中,该嵌入式连接槽11的数量也可以是一个,同样属于本实用新型的保护范畴。
继续看图1,在接线盒盒体1的上端面设有一和该接线盒盒体1内部相通的凸环13,该凸环13内设有内连接螺纹14,一连接环15,其外侧周向设有可和内连接螺纹14形成螺纹连接配合的外连接螺纹16,该连接环15的上端设有一防尘盖17,在连接环15的上端和防尘盖17底部之间设有旋转锁止结构,从而使防尘盖17和连接环15之间形成可拆式固定连接。由于该旋转锁止结构和上述描述的旋转锁止结构的结构相同,因此在这里不作重复描述。
采用旋转锁止结构连接防尘盖17,便于防尘盖17的连接和拆卸,同时可使接线盒盒体1内部的防尘效果更好。
结合图4可知,本实用新型还包括一用于定位连接木质板的定位片18,以及位于接线盒盒体1侧边的、和接线盒盒体1内部相通的第二连接孔19,定位片18后端设有和该定位片18呈90度角、且和定位片18呈一体式连接的第二连接片20,在第二连接片20前端和第二连接孔19之间设有旋转锁止结构,从而使定位片18和接线盒盒体1之间形成可拆式固定连接。由于该旋转锁止结构和上述描述的旋转锁止结构的结构相同,因此在这里不作重复描述。
本实用新型中的第一弧形滑动槽7和第一弧形旋转片9,以及第二弧形滑动槽8和第二弧形旋转片10,实际上从横向截面看,刚好是一对呈开放式的凹凸连接结构,即将凹凸锁合结构和旋转结构相结合,加上嵌入式连接槽11和嵌入式定位块12的嵌入连接,最终形成旋转锁止结构,该旋转锁止结构连接紧密,不易产生松动,且连接和拆卸均较为方便。
工业实用性
用于电源线连接的接线盒,一种组装式接线盒连接结构,包括一接线盒盒体,以及用于穿线的连接线管,所述连接线管和接线盒盒体的侧面之间通过一旋转锁止结构形成可拆式固定连接。

Claims (1)

  1. 一种组装式接线盒连接结构,包括一接线盒盒体(1),以及用于穿线的连接线管(2),其特征在于,所述连接线管(2)和接线盒盒体(1)的侧面之间通过一旋转锁止结构形成可拆式固定连接。
    2.如权利要求1所述的一种组装式接线盒连接结构,其特征在于,所述旋转锁止结构包括:位于接线盒盒体侧边、和接线盒盒体内部相通的第一连接孔(3),以及位于连接线管(2)后端、和连接线管(2)呈一体式连接的第一连接片(4),所述第一连接孔(3)内壁的左端和右端设有呈对称结构设置的凸状弧形连接条,分别为第一凸状弧形连接条(5)和第二凸状弧形连接条(6),所述第一凸状弧形连接条(5)、第二凸状弧形连接条(6)的横向截面呈L型,从而使第一凸状弧形连接条(5)的外侧形成一开放式的第一弧形滑动槽(7);以及使第二凸状弧形连接条(6)的外侧形成一开放式的第二弧形滑动槽(8);
       所述第一连接片(4)的后端设有一刚好可配合第一弧形滑动槽(7)、第二弧形滑动槽(8)进行旋转滑动的第一弧形旋转片(9)和第二弧形旋转片(10),所述第一弧形旋转片(9)和第二弧形旋转片(10)的横向截面均呈L型结构,且所述第一弧形旋转片(9)和第二弧形旋转片(10)呈左右对称设置,同时所述第一连接孔(3)的上端设有嵌入式连接槽(11),所述第一连接片(4)上端的相应位置,设有当第一弧形旋转片(9)、第二弧形旋转片(10)沿着第一弧形滑动槽(7)、第二弧形滑动槽(8)旋转到一定角度时,可嵌入该嵌入式连接槽(11)并形成定位的嵌入式定位块(12)。
    3.如权利要求1所述的一种组装式接线盒连接结构,其特征在于,所述嵌入式连接槽(11)的数量为两个,且两个嵌入式连接槽(11)大小和结构相同。
    4.如权利要求1所述的一种组装式接线盒连接结构,其特征在于,所述接线盒盒体(1)的上端面设有一和该接线盒盒体(1)内部相通的凸环(13),所述凸环(13)内设有内连接螺纹(14),一连接环(15),其外侧周向设有可和所述内连接螺纹(14)形成螺纹连接配合的外连接螺纹(16),其上端设有一防尘盖(17),所述连接环(15)的上端和防尘盖(17)底部之间设有如权利要求1和2所述的旋转锁止结构,从而使防尘盖(17)和连接环(15)之间形成可拆式固定连接。
    5.如权利要求1所述的一种组装式接线盒连接结构,其特征在于,还包括一用于定位连接木质板的定位片(18),以及位于接线盒盒体(1)侧边的、和接线盒盒体(1)内部相通的第二连接孔(19),所述定位片(18)后端设有和该定位片(18)呈90度角、且和定位片(18)呈一体式连接的第二连接片(20),所述第二连接片(20)前端和第二连接孔(19)之间,设有如权利要求1和2所述的旋转锁止结构,从而使定位片(18)和接线盒盒体(1)之间形成可拆式固定连接。
    6、如权利要求1所述的一种组装式接线盒连接结构,其特征在于,所述连接线管(2)的数量为一个、两个或两个以上,且每个连接线管(2)均由一对呈并列设置的线管组成。
