Description

一种LED天花灯 技术领域
本发明涉及一种LED灯具,尤其涉及一种LED天花灯。
背景技术
随着科学技术的发展,LED灯具应用日益广泛,将其作为照明光源和灯具也越来越多。天花灯是灯具的一种,顾名思义,其安装于室内天花板的开洞处。为防止水汽从室内进入到天花板内部,现有的天花灯一般需要是天花板处额外设置独立的防水密封圈,一般将防水密封圈粘贴于天花灯的面盖上,这种天花灯的防水密封圈容易随着使用时间的延长而脱落,而且成本较高、结构稍显复杂,密封效果不稳定。
另外,现有的天花板上有的需要覆盖隔热棉,安装天花灯时,天花灯的背面直接与隔热棉相接触,存在发热引起火灾的隐患。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种结构简单、成本较低、防水性能好的LED天花灯。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:本发明包括内置LED发光元件的灯体、面环,所述灯体上设有卡簧,所述面环与所述灯体相固定连接,所述面环的背面靠近外边缘处设有第一包胶防水胶圈,所述第一包胶防水胶圈通过包胶模具与所述面环注塑成一体,所述LED天花灯安装于天花板上时,所述卡簧与所述面环将所述天花板夹持,以使所述第一包胶防水胶圈与所述天花板接触处密封,用于阻挡水进入天花板上部。
所述面环的背面靠近内边缘处设有二包胶防水胶圈,所述第二包胶防水胶圈通过包胶模具与所述面环注塑成一体,所述面环与所述灯体连接后,所述第二包胶防水胶圈使得所述面环与所述灯体的接触处密封,用于阻挡喷水进入所述灯体。
所述面环的背面设有若干个卡接部,所述面环通过所述卡接部与所述灯体相固定连接。
所述LED天花灯还包括至少两个支架,所述支架与所述灯体的背面可拆卸连接,所述支架与所述灯体之间形成纵向的空间,用于阻隔所述灯体与所述天花板上覆盖的隔热棉的接触,防止起火。
所述支架上设有插槽,所述插槽与所述灯体相插接,所述支架的前端设有卡钩,所述卡钩用于限位,防止所述支架从所述灯体上自动脱出。
所述灯体呈扁平状。
