Description
本实用新型涉及龙头安装技术领域,具体为一种龙头台上安装装置。
水龙头是一个控制水的流止的阀门,水龙头的更新换代速度非常快,从老式铸铁工艺发展到电镀旋钮式的,又发展到不锈钢单温单控的,现在许多家庭中,用的是不锈钢双温双控龙头,还出现了厨房组合式龙头,常规水龙头的安装,通常是在安装板之下进行的,因此需要专业人士长时间弯腰、或蹲着或躺在阴暗狭窄的台盆底下,并使用多种专用工具才能完成。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种龙头台上安装装置,以解决传统的安装方式工作人员劳动强度大,安装费时费力,且传统连接操作较繁琐等问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:一种龙头台上安装装置,安装板,所述安装板整体呈矩形结构,所述安装板任意一处开设有安装孔,所述安装孔上下贯穿安装板设置,且安装孔整体呈圆状结构;
龙头本体,所述龙头本体安装在安装板上,所述龙头本体的下端中心处安装有螺杆,所述龙头本体的下端在螺杆的外部套设有垫片、密封圈,所述螺杆的下端安装有水管;
定位组件,所述定位组件整体套设在螺杆的外部,所述定位组件由螺母、弹性端、撑张片、约束环组成,所述螺母与螺杆之间螺旋结合,所述撑张片安装在螺母的上方且套设在螺杆的外部,所述撑张片设置有若干组,且撑张 片整体呈荷花状结构,所述撑张片上通过开设若干组缺口,所述弹性端安装在螺母与撑张片之间的位置,所述约束环安装在撑张片的上端边缘处,且约束环的下端通过设置若干组凸块与撑张片上缺口卡接。
优选的,所述撑张片由厚度为1-2毫米的薄金属片卷压成型,所述螺母压刻有内螺纹。
优选的,所述龙头本体整体采用不锈钢材质,所述龙头本体的一端安装有控制阀。
优选的,所述约束环整体呈圆环状结构,所述约束环采用尼龙绳制成。
优选的,所述撑张片上均设置有若干组纵向筋或脊。
本实用新型提供了一种龙头台上安装装置,具备以下有益效果:
(1)本实用新型通过在安装板上开设有上下贯穿的安装孔,使用时,便于快速的对龙头进行定位固定处理,同时通过在螺杆的外部套设有垫片与密封圈,使用时,有效的保证了安装的密封效果,便于后续使用,该装置不但可以实现在安装板之上安装水龙头,而且可以适用各种款式的水龙头,又可提供足够大的安装空间。
(2)本实用新型通过在螺杆的外部套设有定位组件,安装时,便于快速有效的对龙头进行定位安装工作,同时操作简单,通过设置撑张片为荷花状结构,使用时,有效的保证了支撑稳定性,同时通过在撑张片上开设有缺口,使用时,便于快速的对约束环进行定位安装工作,通过设置约束环采用良好抗拉伸材质制成,当撑张片张开后,该约束环可限制其张开的角度,有助于增大支撑强度,优选的撑张片上设置有若干组纵向的筋或脊,以提高其强度。

下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
如图1-3所示,本实用新型提供一种技术方案:一种龙头台上安装装置,包括:
安装板1,所述安装板1整体呈矩形结构,所述安装板1任意一处开设有安装孔2,所述安装孔2上下贯穿安装板1设置,且安装孔2整体呈圆状结构;
龙头本体3,所述龙头本体3安装在安装板1上,所述龙头本体3的下端中心处安装有螺杆4,所述龙头本体3的下端在螺杆4的外部套设有垫片5、密封圈6,所述螺杆4的下端安装有水管7;
定位组件,所述定位组件整体套设在螺杆4的外部,所述定位组件由螺母8、弹性端9、撑张片10、约束环11组成,所述螺母8与螺杆4之间螺旋结合,所述撑张片10安装在螺母8的上方且套设在螺杆4的外部,所述撑张片10设置有若干组,且撑张片10整体呈荷花状结构,所述撑张片10上通过开设若干组缺口12,所述弹性端9安装在螺母8与撑张片10之间的位置,所述约束环11安装在撑张片10的上端边缘处,且约束环11的下端通过设置若干组凸块与撑张片10上缺口12卡接。
所述撑张片10由厚度为1-2毫米的薄金属片卷压成型,所述螺母8压刻有内螺纹,保证了撑张片10的整体的强度及弹性;所述龙头本体3整体采用不锈钢材质,所述龙头本体3的一端安装有控制阀;所述约束环11整体呈圆环状结构,所述约束环11采用尼龙绳制成,可限制其张开的角度,有助于增大支撑强度;所述撑张片10上均设置有若干组纵向筋或脊,以提高其强度。
工作原理:安装时,将龙头自带的垫片5、密封圈6等套在螺杆4上后,将该螺母8自下往上旋在螺杆4上,直到撑张片10顶端与龙头底座的距离略大于安装板1厚度的位置,再将龙头引水软管按其设计连接到龙头螺杆4末端的内水管,将引水软管和龙头螺杆4及已经旋上的所述安装装置一起穿过安装板1安装孔后,将龙头螺杆4靠紧安装板1安装孔2壁的一侧并上提,令至少一片撑张片10顶端自下往上顶住安装板1,同时将龙头螺杆4按螺纹方向旋转,因为撑张片10被安装板1顶住不能旋转,导致螺母8沿着螺纹上行,与安装板1一起撑开撑张片10,令其顶端连成的圆环直径大于安装板1安装孔2,旋转螺杆4直到撑张片10产生足够的张力将龙头固定于安装板1上,将约束环11卡在每个撑张片10顶端预留的缺口12上,当撑张片10张开后,该约束环11可限制其张开的角度,有助于增大支撑强度,撑张片10上设置有纵向的筋或脊,以提高其强度。
尽管已经示出和描述了本实用新型的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本实用新型的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本实用新型的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

- 一种龙头台上安装装置,其特征在于,包括:安装板(1),所述安装板(1)整体呈矩形结构,所述安装板(1)任意一处开设有安装孔(2),所述安装孔(2)上下贯穿安装板(1)设置,且安装孔(2)整体呈圆状结构;龙头本体(3),所述龙头本体(3)安装在安装板(1)上,所述龙头本体(3)的下端中心处安装有螺杆(4),所述龙头本体(3)的下端在螺杆(4)的外部套设有垫片(5)、密封圈(6),所述螺杆(4)的下端安装有水管(7);定位组件,所述定位组件整体套设在螺杆(4)的外部,所述定位组件由螺母(8)、弹性端(9)、撑张片(10)、约束环(11)组成,所述螺母(8)与螺杆(4)之间螺旋结合,所述撑张片(10)安装在螺母(8)的上方且套设在螺杆(4)的外部,所述撑张片(10)设置有若干组,且撑张片(10)整体呈荷花状结构,所述撑张片(10)上通过开设若干组缺口(12),所述弹性端(9)安装在螺母(8)与撑张片(10)之间的位置,所述约束环(11)安装在撑张片(10)的上端边缘处,且约束环(11)的下端通过设置若干组凸块与撑张片(10)上缺口(12)卡接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种龙头台上安装装置,其特征在于:所述撑张片(10)由厚度为1-2毫米的薄金属片卷压成型,所述螺母(8)压刻有内螺纹。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种龙头台上安装装置,其特征在于:所述龙头本体(3)整体采用不锈钢材质,所述龙头本体(3)的一端安装有控制阀。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种龙头台上安装装置,其特征在于:所述约束环(11)整体呈圆环状结构,所述约束环(11)采用尼龙绳制成。
