本申请基于申请号为201910549823.2、申请日为2019年06月24日的中国专利申请提出,并要求该中国专利申请的优先权,该中国专利申请的全部内容在此引入本申请作为参考。
技术领域
本申请涉及制冷设备技术领域,例如涉及一种罩壳及空调。
背景技术
目前,罩壳上设置有用于进风或出风的风口,为了对气流中的灰尘等杂物进行过滤,风口上覆盖有滤网组件。为了便于清洗滤网组件,目前通常将滤网组件与罩壳的主体进行卡接。
在实现本公开实施例的过程中,发现相关技术中至少存在如下问题:滤网组件与罩壳的主体卡接时,滤网组件需要弯成弧形以使其边缘卡入罩壳,反复拆装滤网组件易导致滤网组件变形损毁。
发明内容

本公开实施例提供了一种罩壳及空调,以解决滤网组件与罩壳的主体卡接时,滤网组件容易变形损毁的技术问题。
在一些实施例中,罩壳包括:主体,设置有风口;滤网组件,覆盖于所述风口上;连接组件,与所述滤网组件滑动连接,所述连接组件滑动至第一位置时与所述主体连接以使所述滤网组件和所述主体相对固定,所述连接组件滑动至第二位置时与所述主体脱离以使所述滤网组件和所述主体分离。
在一些实施例中,空调包括前述实施例提供的罩壳。
本公开实施例提供的罩壳及空调,可以实现以下技术效果:连接组件与滤网组件滑动连接,当连接组件滑动至第一位置时,与主体卡接以使滤网组件和主体相对固定,滑动至第二位置与主体脱离以使滤网组件和主体分离,通过连接组件的滑动,实现滤网组件与主体的连接和分离,从而避免滤网组件发生变形导致损毁。

图1是本公开实施例提供的罩壳的结构示意图;图2是本公开实施例提供的罩壳的爆炸示意图;图3是图2的A部放大图。如图1至图3所示,本公开实施例提供了一种罩壳,包括:主体1,设置有风口11;滤网组件2,覆盖于风口11上;连接组件3,与滤网组件2滑动连接,连接组件3滑动至第一位置时与主体1连接以使滤网组件2和主体1相对固定,连接组件3滑动至第二位置时与主体1脱离以使滤网组件2和主体1分离。
应理解,滤网组件2为可以使空气通过并对空气进行过滤的组件。
连接组件3与滤网组件2滑动连接,当连接组件3滑动至第一位置时,与主体1卡接以使滤网组件2和主体1相对固定,滑动至第二位置与主体1脱离以使滤网组件2和主体1分离,通过连接组件3的滑动,实现滤网组件2与主体1的连接和分离,从而保护滤网组件2免于变形损毁。
应理解,罩壳可以应用于各种需要与外界交换空气的设备中。例如,作为空调的罩壳,油烟机的罩壳或者空气净化设备的罩壳。
可选地,滤网组件2包括面板,面板上对应风口11设置有气流通道。这样,当滤网组件2覆盖于风口11上时,气流通道对应风口11,可以使气流通过滤网组件和风口11,面板与主体1相贴合。
图6是本公开实施例提供的滤网组件的内侧示意图。如图3、6所示,在一些实施例中,滤网组件2设置有滑槽21,连接组件3可滑动地设置于滑槽21内。
连接组件3沿滑槽21滑动,在第一位置时与主体1连接,第二位置时与主体1分离。滑槽21可以对连接组件3的移动路径进行限定,便于操作连接组件3实现滤网组件2的拆装。
可选地,滑槽21沿水平方向或竖直方向设置。通过左右滑动或上下滑动连接组件3,能够实现滤网组件2的拆装。这样,便于对连接组件3操作,使连接组件3进行移动。
可选地,滤网组件2设置有阻止连接组件3偏移滑槽21的限位件22。这样,连接组件3可以沿滑槽21平稳滑动,使滤网组件2与主体1的连接和分离更加顺畅。
如图3所示,在一些实施例中,连接组件3包括:卡件31,设置于滤网组件2的内侧,且被设置为在连接组件3滑动至第一位置时与主体1卡接;操作件32,设置于滤网组件2的外侧且贯穿滑槽21与卡件31连接。
通过在滤网组件2的外侧控制操作件32沿滑槽21滑动,带动滤网组件2内侧的卡件31沿滑槽21移动,从而实现连接组件3与主体1的连接和分离。滤网组件2的内侧是指滤网组件2朝向主体1的一侧,滤网组件2的外侧是指与内侧相反的一侧。
可选地,操作件32上设置有防滑结构。防滑结构被设置为增大操作件32的摩擦力。这样,用户在操作操作件32时,与操作件32之间的摩擦力增大,便于移动操作件32。

在一些实施例中,卡件31与操作件32可拆卸连接。安装时,将卡件31放置于滤网组件2的内侧,操作件32从滤网组件2的外侧穿过滑槽21与操作件32连接。这样,便于连接组件3安装在滤网组件2上。
图8是本公开实施例提供的操作件的结构示意图。如图8所示,操作件32包括卡扣320,卡件31包括开口311,卡扣320穿过滑槽21卡入开口311,以连接操作件32和卡件31。卡扣320卡入该开口311中,实现操作件32与卡件31的连接,卡扣320受挤压后产生形变以脱离开口,实现操作件32与卡件31的分离。这样,便于连接组件3的操作件32和卡件31进行拆卸或安装。

图6是本公开实施例提供的滤网组件的内侧示意图。如图6所示,在一些实施例中,滤网组件2设置有卡爪23,主体1上设置有卡持卡爪23的开口。卡爪23卡入主体1的开口中,阻止滤网组件2相对主体1移动,进一步增强了滤网组件2与主体1连接的牢固程度。
可选地,滤网组件2包括面板,卡爪23背向面板延伸并向下弯折成型。这样,由于滤网组件2的重力作用,卡爪23卡入开口后,可以阻止滤网组件2相对主体1水平移动,配合连接组件3阻止滤网组件2相对主体1竖直移动,能够使滤网组件2更加牢固稳定。
可选地,卡爪23靠近滑槽21设置。这样,安装滤网组件2和主体1时,使滤网组件2覆盖于主体1的风口11上,将滤网组件2上的卡爪卡入主体1的开口,接着操作连接组件3相对固定滤网组件2和主体1,对滤网组件2的操作更加容易,且使滤网组件2结构更加紧凑。
可选地,如图3所示,滤网组件2设置有把手24,把手24被设置为受力并牵拉滤网组件2。这样,在安装滤网组件2时,可以操作把手24将滤网组件2放置于主体1的合适位置,然后连接组件3进行安装;拆卸时,手扶把手24操作连接组件3。这样,便于拆装滤网组件2。
在一些实施例中,主体1设置有放置滤网组件2的放置槽14,风口11设置于放置槽14内。这样,当滤网组件2安装在主体1上时,滤网组件2位于放置槽14内,可以使整个罩壳保持平整,并对滤网组件2产生一定程度的限位作用,使滤网组件2更加牢固稳定。
在一些实施例中,放置槽14的槽口面积大于滤网组件2的外周围成的面积。这样,能够使滤网组件2放置于放置槽14内。
图9是本公开实施例提供的空调的结构示意图。如图9所示,本公开实施例还提供了一种空调,包括前述任一项实施例提供的罩壳。空调包括该罩壳,罩壳上的滤网组件2通过连接组件3与主体1连接,当连接组件3滑动至第一位置时,与主体1卡接以使滤网组件2和主体1相对固定,滑动至第二位置与主体1脱离以使滤网组件2和主体1分离,拆装过程中滤网组件2无需发生弯曲变形,可以保护滤网组件2,使其免于变形损毁。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种罩壳,其特征在于,包括:
    主体,设置有风口;
    滤网组件,覆盖于所述风口上;
    连接组件,与所述滤网组件滑动连接,所述连接组件滑动至第一位置时与所述主体连接以使所述滤网组件和所述主体相对固定,所述连接组件滑动至第二位置时与所述主体脱离以使所述滤网组件和所述主体分离。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的罩壳,其特征在于,所述滤网组件设置有滑槽,所述连接组件可滑动地设置于所述滑槽内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的罩壳,其特征在于,所述连接组件包括:
    卡件,设置于所述滤网组件的内侧,且被设置为在所述连接组件滑动至第一位置时与所述主体卡接;
    操作件,设置于所述滤网组件的外侧且贯穿所述滑槽与所述卡件连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的罩壳,其特征在于,所述卡件设置有沿所述滑槽的长度方向延伸的凸块,所述主体设置有供所述凸块卡入的卡槽。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的罩壳,其特征在于,所述卡件与所述操作件可拆卸连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的罩壳,其特征在于,所述滤网组件设置有卡爪,所述主体设置有卡持所述卡爪的开口。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的罩壳,其特征在于,所述主体设置有放置所述滤网组件的放置槽,所述风口设置于所述放置槽内。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的罩壳,其特征在于,所述放置槽的槽口面积大于所述滤网组件的外周围成的面积。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的罩壳,其特征在于,所述滤网组件设置有把手,所述把手被设置为受力并牵拉所述滤网组件。
  10. 一种空调,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1至9中任一项所述的罩壳。
