Abstract

本发明公开一种使用交流面板开关实现直流关断的电路,包括开关电源、直流接触器、面板开关及负载,直流接触器包括接触器线圈及对应的常开式接触器开关;开关电源包括直流电源以及与直流电源正极连接的正极端、与直流电源负极连接的负极端、与外部交流电源正极连接的火线端及与外部交流电源负极连接的零线端;接触器线圈与面板开关串联形成第一支路,第一支路的一端与正极端连接,第一支路的另一端与负极端连接;常开式接触器开关与负载串联形成第二支路,第二支路的一端与外部交流电源正极连接,第二支路的另一端与外部交流电源负极连接。本发明通过直流回路中的面板开关控制交流回路中的接触器开关的闭合或断开,进而实现对负载的控制。

Description

一种使用交流面板开关实现直流关断的电路 技术领域
本发明涉及电路开关控制领域,尤其涉及一种使用交流面板开关实现直流关断的电路。
背景技术
在现有技术中,通常是通过设置在墙体上的面板开关来控制对应的光源负载,具体为,将负载和对应的面板开关接入到220V交流市电的火线和零线上,以形成交流电路,如图4所示:当面板开关闭合,则交流电源为负载提供电力,光源负载发光;当面板开关断开时,则切断交流电源,光源负载停止发光。但是,在面板开关导通的瞬间,高压交流电对面板开关的损伤是特别大的,使得面板开关的使用寿命大大降低,同时,面板开关无法立即关断220V电源的电流,产生拉弧现象,有可能会造成安全事故。
现有技术中不存在通过交流面板开关实现直流关断进而控制交流供电电路中负载的工作情况。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术的问题,本发明提供了一种使用交流面板开关实现直流关断的电路,所述技术方案如下:
本发明提供了一种使用交流面板开关实现直流关断的电路,包括开关电源、直流接触器、面板开关及负载,所述直流接触器包括接触器线圈及对应的常开式接触器开关;
所述开关电源包括直流电源及四个对外接口端,所述四个对外接口端分别为与所述直流电源正极连接的正极端、与所述直流电源负极连接的负极端、与外部交流电源正极连接的火线端及与外部交流电源负极连接的零线端;
所述接触器线圈与面板开关串联形成第一支路,所述第一支路的一端与所 述正极端连接,所述第一支路的另一端与所述负极端连接;
所述常开式接触器开关与负载串联形成第二支路,所述第二支路的一端与所述外部交流电源正极连接,所述第二支路的另一端与所述外部交流电源负极连接。
进一步地,所述使用交流面板开关实现直流关断的电路还包括电气箱,所述开关电源和直流接触器安装在所述电气箱内。
进一步地,所述电气箱嵌入在墙体中。
进一步地,所述开关电源设置在外壳固定脚上,所述外壳固定脚上设有多个螺栓孔,所述开关电源通过螺栓与所述螺栓孔配合而固定在所述电气箱内。
进一步地,所述外部交流电源为220V三相交流电源。
进一步地,所述开关电源的直流电源为24V直流电源。
进一步地,所述开关电源的直流电源为12V直流电源。
进一步地,所述开关电源的正极端和负极端设置在所述开关电源的本体外壳上。
进一步地,所述开关电源的火线端和零线端通过引线引出至所述开关电源的本体外壳外部。
本发明提供的技术方案带来的有益效果如下:
a.面板开关采用低压低电流工作模式,安全性高;
b.减小电源导通时对面板开关的损伤,延长面板开关的使用寿命。

在本发明的一个实施例中,提供了一种使用交流面板开关实现直流关断的电路,如图1所示,所述使用交流面板开关实现直流关断的电路包括开关电源1、直流接触器、面板开关2及负载4,所述直流接触器包括接触器线圈31及对应的常开式接触器开关32;
所述开关电源1包括直流电源及四个对外接口端,所述四个对外接口端分别为与所述直流电源正极连接的正极端11、与所述直流电源负极连接的负极端12、与外部交流电源正极51连接的火线端13及与外部交流电源负极52连接的零线端14;所述外部交流电源为220V三相交流电源,所述开关电源1的直流电源为24V或12V直流电源,具体地,所述开关电源1的正极端11和负极端12设置在所述开关电源1的本体外壳上,所述开关电源1的火线端13和零线端14通过引线引出至所述开关电源1的本体外壳外部。
所述接触器线圈31与面板开关2串联形成第一支路,所述第一支路的一端与所述正极端11连接,所述第一支路的另一端与所述负极端12连接;
所述常开式接触器开关32与负载4串联形成第二支路,所述第二支路的一端与所述外部交流电源正极51连接,所述第二支路的另一端与所述外部交流电源负极52连接。
在本发明的一个实施例中,所述使用交流面板开关实现直流关断的电路还包括电气箱,所述开关电源1和直流接触器安装在所述电气箱内。优选地,所述电气箱嵌入在墙体中,实现可以挂墙的内部超薄电路设计。具体地,如图2所示,所述开关电源1固定设置在外壳固定脚6上,所述外壳固定脚6上设有多个螺栓孔61,如图3所示,所述开关电源1通过螺栓与所述螺栓孔61配合而固定在所述电气箱内。
本发明提供的使用交流面板开关实现直流关断的电路的工作过程如下:
所述接触器线圈31、面板开关2与24V(或12V)直流电源串联形成直流电路,所述直流电路由所述面板开关2控制其导通或者关断;在需要开灯的时候,闭合所述面板开关2,则直流电路导通回路,所述接触器线圈31得电,则使得对应的常开式接触器开关32由常开状态变为闭合状态,则外部交流电源与所述负载4接通,使所述负载4工作;直至断开所述面板开关2,则所述直流电路断开回路,则所述接触器线圈31失电,则对应的接触器开关32恢复为常开状态,则所述负载4与外部交流电源断开,则所述负载4停止工作。
本发明改变传统的控制面板开关设置在高压交流电源回路中的方式,而是利用低压直流电路控制高压交流电路,提高开关控制的安全性,延长控制开关的使用寿命。

  1. 一种使用交流面板开关实现直流关断的电路,其特征在于,包括开关电源(1)、直流接触器、面板开关(2)、负载(4)及电气箱,所述直流接触器包括接触器线圈(31)及对应的常开式接触器开关(32),所述开关电源(1)和直流接触器安装在所述电气箱内;
    所述开关电源(1)包括直流电源及四个对外接口端,所述四个对外接口端分别为与所述直流电源正极连接的正极端(11)、与所述直流电源负极连接的负极端(12)、与外部交流电源正极(51)连接的火线端(13)及与外部交流电源负极(52)连接的零线端(14);所述外部交流电源为220V三相交流电源,所述开关电源1的直流电源为24V或12V直流电源,所述开关电源(1)的正极端(11)和负极端(12)设置在所述开关电源(1)的本体外壳上,所述开关电源(1)的火线端(13)和零线端(14)通过引线引出至所述开关电源(1)的本体外壳外部;
    所述开关电源(1)固定设置在外壳固定脚(6)上,所述外壳固定脚(6)上设有多个螺栓孔(61),所述开关电源(1)通过螺栓与所述螺栓孔(61)配合而固定在所述电气箱内;
    所述接触器线圈(31)与面板开关(2)串联形成第一支路,所述第一支路的一端与所述正极端(11)连接,所述第一支路的另一端与所述负极端(12)连接;
    所述常开式接触器开关(32)与负载(4)串联形成第二支路,所述第二支路的一端与所述外部交流电源正极(51)连接,所述第二支路的另一端与所述外部交流电源负极(52)连接;
    所述接触器线圈(31)、面板开关(2)与所述直流电源串联形成直流电路,所述直流电路由所述面板开关(2)控制其导通或者关断;在需要开灯的时候,闭合所述面板开关(2),则直流电路导通回路,所述接触器线圈(31)得电,使得对应的常开式接触器开关(32)由常开状态变为闭合状态,则外部交流电源与所述负载(4)接通,使所述负载(4)工作;直至断开所述面板开关(2),则所述直流电路断开回路,则所述接触器线圈(31)失电,则对应的接触器开 关(32)恢复为常开状态,则所述负载(4)与外部交流电源断开,则所述负载(4)停止工作。
  2. 一种使用交流面板开关实现直流关断的电路,其特征在于,包括开关电源(1)、直流接触器、面板开关(2)及负载(4),所述直流接触器包括接触器线圈(31)及对应的常开式接触器开关(32);
    所述开关电源(1)包括直流电源及四个对外接口端,所述四个对外接口端分别为与所述直流电源正极连接的正极端(11)、与所述直流电源负极连接的负极端(12)、与外部交流电源正极(51)连接的火线端(13)及与外部交流电源负极(52)连接的零线端(14);
    所述接触器线圈(31)与面板开关(2)串联形成第一支路,所述第一支路的一端与所述正极端(11)连接,所述第一支路的另一端与所述负极端(12)连接;
    所述常开式接触器开关(32)与负载(4)串联形成第二支路,所述第二支路的一端与所述外部交流电源正极(51)连接,所述第二支路的另一端与所述外部交流电源负极(52)连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的使用交流面板开关实现直流关断的电路,其特征在于,还包括电气箱,所述开关电源(1)和直流接触器安装在所述电气箱内。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的使用交流面板开关实现直流关断的电路,其特征在于,所述电气箱嵌入在墙体中。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的使用交流面板开关实现直流关断的电路,其特征在于,所述开关电源(1)设置在外壳固定脚(6)上,所述外壳固定脚(6)上设有多个螺栓孔(61),所述开关电源(1)通过螺栓与所述螺栓孔(61)配合而固定在所述电气箱内。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的使用交流面板开关实现直流关断的电路,其特征 在于,所述外部交流电源为220V三相交流电源。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的使用交流面板开关实现直流关断的电路,其特征在于,所述开关电源(1)的直流电源为24V直流电源。

  9. 根据权利要求2所述的使用交流面板开关实现直流关断的电路,其特征在于,所述开关电源(1)的正极端(11)和负极端(12)设置在所述开关电源(1)的本体外壳上。
