本申请涉及扬声器领域,尤其涉及一种扬声器箱及电子设备。
背景技术
随着现代音频发声设备的快速发展,对于各式音频设备的要求也越来越高,特别是运用在移动设备上的音频设备,更是需要朝着高品质、高质量的方向前进,以期能满足人们的消费需求。
技术问题
相关技术中的扬声器箱包括具有收容空间的外壳和收容于所述收容空间的发声单体,所述外壳包括具有第一开口的上壳、具有第二开口并与所述上壳组配围成所述收容空间的下壳、固定于所述上壳并对应覆盖所述第一开口的第一钢片以及固定于所述下壳并对应覆盖所述第二开口的第二钢片,两个钢片需要分开接地,一般会选择在中框或者背壳用导电泡棉或FPC引出,容易出现阻值不稳定的情况。
因此,实有必须提供一种新的扬声器箱及电子设备解决上述技术问题。
技术解决方案
本申请的目的是克服上述技术问题,提供一种设计更加合理的扬声器箱和电子设备。
为了解决上述技术问题,本申请提供的一种扬声器箱,所述扬声器箱包括具有收容空间的外壳和收容于所述收容空间的发声单体,所述外壳包括具有第一开口的上壳、具有第二开口并与所述上壳组配围成所述收容空间的下壳、固定于所述上壳并对应覆盖所述第一开口的第一钢片以及固定于所述下壳并对应覆盖所述第二开口的第二钢片,所述扬声器箱还包括设于所述收容空间内的导电连接件,所述导电连接件的一端与所述第一钢片抵接,另一端与所述第二钢片抵接。

在本申请提供的扬声器箱的一种较佳实施例中,所述弹簧为柱状弹簧。
在本申请提供的扬声器箱的一种较佳实施例中,所述弹簧由单根螺旋丝制成。
在本申请提供的扬声器箱的一种较佳实施例中,所述第一钢片包括盖设于所述第一开口的外钢片、用于与所述导电连接件抵接的内钢片以及连接所述外钢片与所述内钢片的连接部,所述内钢片和所述连接部位于所述收容空间内,所述上壳还包括具有凹槽的限位部,所述导电连接件置于所述凹槽并与所述内钢片抵接。
另外,本实施例还提供一种电子设备,包括本实施例中所提供的扬声器箱。
有益效果
与相关技术相比,本申请提供的扬声器箱通过在壳体内设置分别与上壳位置的第一钢片和下壳位置的第二钢片连接的导电连接件,只需要将第一钢片或第二钢片接地,即可同时实现第一钢片和第二钢片的接地功能,有效地优化了整机的接地设计方案,也充分利用了扬声器内部空间,避免扬声器箱影响电子设备的天线辐射功能,从而使所述扬声器箱及所述电子设备的可靠性和声学性能更好。

请同时参阅图1、图2和图3,图1为本申请提供的扬声器箱的分解示意图,图2为图1所示扬声器箱的结构示意图,图3为图2沿III-III线的剖面图。所述扬声器箱100包括具有收容空间10的外壳1和收容于所述收容空间10的发声单体3,所述外壳1包括具有第一开口110的上壳11、具有第二开口130并与所述上壳11组配围成所述收容空间10的下壳13、固定于所述上壳11并对应覆盖所述第一开口110的第一钢片15以及固定于所述下壳13并对应覆盖所述第二开口130的第二钢片17,所述扬声器箱100还包括设于所述收容空间10内的导电连接件5,所述导电连接件5的一端与所述第一钢片15抵接,另一端与所述第二钢片17抵接,在本实施例中,通过在扬声器箱100的外壳1体内设置分别与上壳11位置的第一钢片15和下壳13位置的第二钢片17连接的导电连接件5,有效地利用扬声器箱100的内部空间。
所述导电连接件5为弹簧、双头针或弹片脚中的任意一种,在本实施例中,所述导电连接件5为导电金属制成的弹簧5。
请参阅图3,所述弹簧5为柱状弹簧5,在所述柱状弹簧5的中部还有可以容纳其他导电连接件5的空腔50,确保所述第一钢片15与所述第二钢片17的连接。
所述弹簧5由单根螺旋丝制成,制造工艺简单,安装方便。
请结合参阅图4和图5,图4为本申请提供的扬声器箱的上壳与第一钢片组合的结构示意图,图5为图1所示扬声器箱中第一钢片的结构示意图。所述第一钢片15包括盖设于所述第一开口110的外钢片151、用于与所述导电连接件5抵接的内钢片153以及连接所述外钢片151与所述内钢片153的连接部154,所述内钢片153和所述连接部154位于所述收容空间10内,所述上壳11还包括具有凹槽1110的限位部111,所述导电连接件5置于所述凹槽1110并与所述内钢片153抵接,所述限位部111使得导电连接件5不能水平移动脱离接触位置,从而影响所述第一钢片15与第二钢片17的连接导通。
请参阅图6,图6为本申请提供的电子设备的立体结构示意图。本申请还提供了一种电子设备200,所述电子设备200运用了本申请提供的上述扬声器箱100。
相较于相关技术,本申请提供的扬声器箱通过在壳体内设置分别与上壳位置的第一钢片和下壳位置的第二钢片连接的导电连接件,只需要将第一钢片或第二钢片接地,即可同时实现第一钢片和第二钢片的接地功能,有效地优化了整机的接地设计方案,也充分利用了扬声器内部空间,避免扬声器箱影响电子设备的天线辐射功能,从而使所述扬声器箱及所述电子设备的可靠性和声学性能更好。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种扬声器箱,包括具有收容空间的外壳和收容于所述收容空间的发声单体,所述外壳包括具有第一开口的上壳、具有第二开口并与所述上壳组配围成所述收容空间的下壳、固定于所述上壳并对应覆盖所述第一开口的第一钢片以及固定于所述下壳并对应覆盖所述第二开口的第二钢片,其特征在于,所述扬声器箱还包括设于所述收容空间内的导电连接件,所述导电连接件的一端与所述第一钢片抵接,另一端与所述第二钢片抵接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述导电连接件为弹簧、双头针或弹片脚中的任意一种。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述弹簧为柱状弹簧。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述弹簧由单根螺旋丝制成。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述第一钢片包括盖设于所述第一开口的外钢片、用于与所述导电连接件抵接的内钢片以及连接所述外钢片与所述内钢片的连接部,所述内钢片和所述连接部位于所述收容空间内,所述上壳还包括具有凹槽的限位部,所述导电连接件置于所述凹槽并与所述内钢片抵接。
  6. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-5任一项所述的扬声器箱。
