Description

一种维修灯 技术领域
本发明涉及灯具,更具体地说,涉及一种维修灯。
背景技术
目前市面上的维修灯一般包括机身以及至少一个灯体,该灯体从该机身的侧壁延伸出,一直处于类似张开翅膀的展开状态,因其与该机身是固定连接的,因此其无法朝该机身收回,从而带来携带不便、装箱不便、占用空间大的弊端,另外,一直处于展开状态的这种维修灯在跌落时,容易摔坏灯体,从而导致该维修灯报废,进而缩短该维修灯的使用寿命。
技术问题
目前市面上的维修灯一般包括机身以及至少一个灯体,该灯体从该机身的侧壁延伸出,一直处于类似张开翅膀的展开状态,因其与该机身是固定连接的,因此其无法朝该机身收回,从而带来携带不便、装箱不便、占用空间大的弊端,另外,一直处于展开状态的这种维修灯在跌落时,容易摔坏灯体,从而导致该维修灯报废,进而缩短该维修灯的使用寿命。
技术解决方案
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,提供一种改进的维修灯。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:构造一种一种维修灯,包括机身、以及至少一个第一灯体;所述机身的侧壁上设有与所述至少一个第一灯体对应设置的收纳槽;所述至少一个第一灯体可转动地设置在所述机身的侧壁上,以收容于所述收纳槽中;
每一所述第一灯体包括光源组件;
每一所述第一灯体还包括朝远离所述机身方向转动以进行照明的展开状态以及朝所述收纳槽转动使所述光源组件收容于所述收纳槽中的收容状态。
优选地,所述收纳槽的形状与所述第一灯体的形状相适配;
和/或所述收纳槽的长度以及宽度与所述第一灯体的长度以及宽度相适配;
和/或,所述收纳槽的深度大于或等于所述第一灯体的厚度。
优选地,所述光源组件包括壳体、设置在所述壳体中的发光体;所述壳体上设有供所述发光体出光的出光面;在所述第一灯体处于收容状态,所述出光面朝向所述收纳槽内壁面设置。
优选地,还包括第一旋转机构;
所述第一旋转机构包括设置在所述收纳槽一端的第一轴孔部,以及设置在所述第一灯体上与所述第一轴孔部两端分别连接的第一转轴;

实施本发明的维修灯,具有以下有益效果:该维修灯通过在机身的侧壁上开设收纳该至少一个第一灯体且与该至少一个第一灯体对应设置收纳槽;并通过将该至少一个第一灯体可转动地设置在该机身的侧壁上,以收容于该收纳槽中,从而使得该至少一个第一灯体处于展开状态时可朝远离该机身方向转动以便于用于照明;其处于收容状态时可朝该收纳槽转动将该灯体上的光源组件收容于该收纳槽中以便于携带、装箱、减少占用空间、防止跌落时损坏、以及提高使用寿命。

图1及图2示出了本发明维修灯的一些优选实施例。该维修灯可用于维修现场的照明,其具有携带方便、装箱方便、占用空间小、耐摔、使用寿命长、功能多样化、以及适用环境广的优点。
如图1及图2所示,该维修灯可包括机身10、至少一个第一灯体20、第二灯体30、供电装置40、操作按键50以及控制电路。该机身10可用于供该至少一个第一灯体20、第二灯体30、供电装置40、以及操作按键50的安装。该至少一个第一灯体20可以包括一个第一灯体20或者多个第一灯体20;在一些实施例中,其可包括两个第一灯体20,该两个第一灯体20可设置在该机身10的两相对侧;该第一灯体20可转动地设置在该机身的侧壁上,可用于照明。该第二灯体30可拆卸地设置在该机身10上,其可从该机身10上拆卸出用于照明或者发送警示信号。该供电装置40可设置在该机身10中,其可用于给该第一灯体20供电,其也可以给该第二灯体30供电。该控制电路可设置在该机身10中,其可用于控制该第一灯体20。该操作按键50可设置在该机身10上且其可与该控制电路连接,其可操控该第一灯体20开启或者关闭。
如图1至图5所示,进一步地,在一些实施例中,该机身10可包括底座11、机壳12、以及手柄组件13;该底座11可放置于一些平台上,其可用于支撑该机壳12;该机壳12可设置在该底座11上;其可形成收容腔,用于收容该供电装置40。该手柄组件13可设置在该机壳12上,其可便于用户携带该维修灯。
进一步地,在一些实施例中,该底座11的底面可以为平面,以便于搁置于一些平台上。在一些实施例中,该底座11上还设有安装孔;该安装孔可与外置云台配合安装,该安装孔可设置在底座11的中轴处,且该安装孔可贯穿该底座11设置,其可以为螺孔。可以理解地,在其他一些实施例中,该安装孔也可以省去。该底座11可以为长方体状,其四个角可以为倒角。可以理解地,在其他一些实施例中,该底座11可不限于长方体状。该底座11外围可套设防护套;该防护套可为弹性套;具体地,该防护套可为包软胶,其可对该底座11进行防护,产生缓冲的作用,进而对第一灯体20和该第二灯体30进行防护。可以理解地,在其他一些实施例中,该防护套可以省去。
进一步地,在一些实施例中,该机壳20可为长方体状,其可采用绝缘材质制成,具体地,其可以采用塑料制成。可以理解地,在其他一些实施例中,其可不限于长方体状。该机壳20内侧可形成该供电装置的收容腔。
该机身10的侧壁上可设置收纳槽121;该收纳槽121可以为两个,其可与该两个第一灯体20对应设置,可以理解地,在其他一些实施例中,该收纳槽121可不限于两个。该两个收纳槽121可设置在该机身10相对设置的两个侧壁上。底座11底面尺寸大于该机壳20的尺寸,其可与该机壳20的上部配合形成开设在该机壳20侧壁上的收纳槽121。该收纳槽121可用于收容该第一灯体20,其形状与该第一灯体20的形状相适配,其长度以及宽度也与该第一灯体20的长度以及宽度相适配,其深度可等于该第一灯体20的厚度,从而可使得该第一灯体20置于该收纳槽121中,从而可以防止该维修灯跌落而导致该第一灯体20损坏。可以理解地,在其他一些实施例中,该收纳槽121的形状不限于与该第一灯体20的形状相适配,其长度以及宽度不限于与该第一灯体20的长度以及宽度相适配,其深度可大于该第一灯体20的厚度。
在一些实施例中,该机壳12上可设置卡槽122,该卡槽122可用于收容该第二灯体30;该卡槽122可设置在该机壳12的前端面,其尺寸与该第二灯体30的尺寸相适配,以便于固定该第二灯体30。该卡槽122的侧壁上可设置让位缺口1221;该让位缺口1221可位于该卡槽122的下部侧壁,其可供维修工人的手指放置,便于维修工人将该第二灯体30从该卡槽122中抠出。可以理解地,在其他一些实施例中,该让位缺口1221可以省去。
在一些实施例中,该机壳12一端的端面可开设开口,该开口可开设在该机壳12的后端面,其可用于供供电装置40装入并提高该机身10的整体美观度;该机身10还包括盖板123;该盖板123可盖合该开口,其可与该机壳12可拆卸连接。具体地,其可通过弹扣124与该机壳12可拆卸连接。该弹扣124可设置在该机壳12上,其可扣合该盖板123,从而便于该盖板123盖合该开口。
在一些实施例中,该机壳12上可设置卡接槽125;该卡接槽125可用于与该手柄组件13的卡接件132卡接,该卡接槽125可设置在该机壳12的顶部,且靠近该机壳12的后端设置。该卡接槽125中可设置导向面1251;该导向面1251可用于给该手柄组件12的卡接件132转动导向,其导向面125可以为该卡接槽125的底面,其可以为弧面,以便于形成供该卡接件132滑动的轨道。该卡接槽125的后端的侧壁高度小于其前端的高度,其可用于与该卡接件132配合,供该卡接件132定位。
如图1、图2、图3、图5所示,进一步地,在一些实施例中,该手柄组件可包括手柄本体131、卡接件132、固定轴133;该手柄本体131包括第一端1311和第二端1312;该手柄本体131的第一端可与该机壳12连接,且该手柄本体131可与该机壳12一体成型。该手柄本体13与该机壳12之间留设有间隔以形成卡位134,以便于供维修灯安装的外置安装结构卡入。该卡接件132设置在该手柄本体的第二端,其通过该固定轴133与该手柄本体131可转动连接,其可通过转动卡设在该机壳12上的卡接槽125中,从而使得该卡位134形成闭合,其也可以通过转动收容于该手柄本体131中,以使得该卡位134可供该外置安装结构卡入,从而可以防止该维修灯跌落。该固定轴133的两端可设置在该手柄本体131上。在一些实施例中,该外置安装结构可以包括桌面、柜体、连接杆、水平的板子、架子或者其他。
在一些实施例中,该手柄本体131的第一端1311的端面可以为梯形,该手柄本体131的主体部可以为长方体状,其可与该机壳12的顶部平行设置。该手柄本体131的第一端的端面上可设置让位槽1313;该让位槽1313可为梯台状,其可与该卡接件132相背设置,其可给该用户手指让位,以便于用户推动该卡接件132转动,使得该外置安装结构卡入该卡位134中。使用时,用户的手指可从该让位槽1313伸入,通过朝外置安装结构方向推动该手柄本体131,当该外置安装结构与该卡接件132接触,产生反作用力,推动该卡接件132朝该手柄本体131转动,脱离该卡接槽125,该外置安装结构顺式可以卡入该卡位134中。该让位槽1313的底壁可设置若干防滑凹槽,该防滑凹槽可以形成手指位,其可用于防止工人的手指从该让位槽1313中脱出。可以理解地,在其他一些实施例中,该防滑凹槽可以省去,在其他一些实施例中,也可以在该让位槽1313的底壁设置防滑凸条。该让位槽1313中内侧壁也可以设置防护件;该防护件可以对工人的手指进行防护,避免手指损伤。该防护件可以为包软胶,其可用来增加舒适度,并且起到防滑的作用。
在一些实施例中,该手柄本体131上可设置收容槽1314;该收容槽1314可设置在该手柄本体131与该机壳12顶面相对设置的一侧,且其可从该手柄本体131的第二端开设至该手柄本体131的中部,其尺寸以及形状与该卡接件132的尺寸以及形状相适配,其可用于收容该卡接件132。当该卡接件132朝该手柄本体131转动,其可收容于该卡接件132中。
在一些实施例中,该卡接件132可以为长方体状,其一端设有轴孔,可供该固定轴穿过,其轴孔的孔径大于该固定轴的直径,从而可便于该绕该固定轴转动。当该卡接件132卡设在该卡接槽125上时,其可与该手柄本体131形成直角。该卡接件132上设有限位台阶1321;该限位台阶1321可设置在该卡接件132与该手柄本体131第一端相背设置的一侧,且设置远离该轴孔的一端,其可与该卡接槽125远离该手柄本体131的第一端1311的侧壁配合限位。其可卡设在该侧壁上。当该外置安装结构产生反作用力推动该卡接件132时,该卡接件132可沿该导向面1251滑出,并朝该收容槽1314转动收容于该收容槽1314中。
在一些实施例中,该卡接件132与该卡接槽125之间设有卡接机构;该卡接机构可包括卡骨以及凹槽1322;该卡骨可设置在该卡接槽125远离该手柄本体131第一端1311的侧壁上;该凹槽1322可设置在该限位台阶1321的侧壁上,且与该卡骨对应设置,其供该卡骨卡入,从而便于该卡接件132的固定。
如图1、图4、图6、图7、及图8所示,进一步地,在一些实施例中,该第一灯体20可包括光源组件21、第一连接件22、第二连接件23、缓冲组件、阻尼机构25、以及防转动机构26。该光源组件21可转动地设置在该第三连接件23上,该第一连接件22与该第二连接件23以及该机身10可转动连接,以带动该光源组件21开合。该缓冲组件设置在该第二连接件23与该第一连接件22连接的一端,其可用于给该光源组件21转动缓冲,该阻尼机构可设置在该第二连接件23与该第一连接件22连接的一端,其可以增加该第二连接件23与该第一连接件22之间的摩擦力。防转动机构26设置在该第二连接件23与该第一连接件22连接的一端,其可用于防止该阻尼机构25转动。
在一些实施例中,该第一灯体20可包括展开状态以及收容状态;当其处于展开状态,其可朝远离该机升10方向转动,类似张开翅膀,以便于使该光源组件21朝向维修现场对该维修现场进行照明。当不需要照明时,可将该第一灯体20朝该收纳槽121转动,进而使得该光源组件21收容于该收纳槽121中形成收纳状态,从而可以减少该维修灯整体的占用空间,便于携带和装箱,并且提高该维修灯的美观度。
在一些实施例中,该光源组件21可包括壳体211以及发光体212;该壳体211可包括用于供该发光体212安装,其可采用绝缘材质制成,具体地,其可采用塑料制成。该壳体211上可设置出光面2111;该出光面2111可供该发光体212出光。该发光体212可以为LED光源,其可设置在在该壳体211中,其可与该控制电路连接以由该控制电路控制开启或关闭。该LED光源可以为一个或者多个。在本实施例中,其可以为一个。
在一些实施例中,该第一连接件22可包括第一主体221以及让位槽222;该第一主体221可以为长方形板状,其可以为中空结构,以便于走线。该第一主体221的一端可与该收纳槽121可转动连接,该让位槽222可设置在该第一主体221远离该光源组件21的一端,其可以由在该第一主体221远离该光源组件21一端开设的缺口形成。

在一些实施例中,该第二主体231与该第一连接件22之间还设有缓冲组件;该缓冲组件可包括该中空的连接柱233、以及设置在该连接柱233上的弹性件24;该弹性件24可以为弹簧,其可套设在该连接柱233上,其一端可与该连接柱233抵接,另一端可与该第一连接件22的侧壁抵接,从而在将该第一灯体20从该收纳槽14中远离该收纳槽14方向转动时,对该光源组件21起到缓冲作用。可以理解地,在其他一些实施例中,该缓冲组件可以省去。
在一些实施例中,该弹性件24的两端还可分别设置阻尼机构25;该阻尼机构25可套设在该连接柱233上,其可包括第一阻尼片251和第二阻尼片252;该第一阻尼片251和该第二阻尼片252可沿该连接柱233轴向并排设置,且可分别位于该弹性件24的两端,其可分别为环片,其外径可与该第一连接件22的内部空腔的宽度相适配,其可与该第一连接件22内部空腔的宽度相当,以与该第一连接件22的内侧壁接触,产生摩擦力。
在一些实施例中,该第一阻尼片251和该第二阻尼片252与该弹性件相背设置的一侧均可设置防转动机构26;该防转动机构26可以为金属片,其可以套设在该连接柱233上,其可用于防止该第一阻尼片251和第二阻尼片252转动。
如图1、图4以及图9及图10所示,进一步地,在一些实施例中,该第二灯体30可拆卸地设置在该卡槽122中,其可从该卡槽122拆卸出,供维修工人离开维修现场或者应急使用。该第二灯体30可包括灯座31、发光组件32以及穿戴组件33;该灯座31可用于供该发光组件32安装;该发光组件32可设置在该灯座31上,其可起到照明或者警示作用。该穿戴组件可以设置在该灯座31相背于该发光组件32的一侧,其可在该灯座31从该机身10拆卸出时供工人穿戴,以便于工人用该发光组件进行照明或者发送警示信号。
在一些实施例中,该灯座31可为平板状,其可采用绝缘材质制成,其形状以及尺寸可与该卡槽122的形状以及尺寸相适配。可以理解地,在其他一些实施例中,该灯座31可不限于平板状。
在一些实施例中,该发光组件32可包括LED光源以及蓄电池;该LED光源可设置在该灯座31上,其可在通电状态下发光,具体地,该LED光源可以为包括灯板以及设置在该灯板上的若干LED灯珠。该蓄电池可设置在该灯座31中,且其可与该LED光源连接,其可用于给该LED光源供电。该蓄电池可与该灯座31可拆卸连接,以便于更换,在一些实施例中,其可以为锂离子电池,可以理解地,在其他一些实施例中,其可不限于锂离子电池。在一些实施例中,该蓄电池可以与该供电装置40电连接,该供电装置可以给该蓄电池进行充电,从而可以增加该蓄电池的电量。当该第二灯体30至于该卡槽122中时,可由该供电装置40给该蓄电池进行供电。可以理解地,在一些实施例中该灯座31上可设置充电接口;该充电接口可与该蓄电池连接,其可与外置电源连接,通过外置电源给该蓄电池充电。该充电接口可以通过连接充电线与该蓄电池连接。
在一些实施例中,该维修灯还可包括导电连接组件;该导电连接组件可用于将该供电装置40与该蓄电池导电连接。该导电连接组件可包括第一导电触点34和第二导电触点;该第一导电触点34可设置在该灯座31相背于该LED光源一侧,且其可包括间隔设置的正极触点和负极触点。该第二导电触点可设置在该机身10上,具体地,其可设置在该卡槽122的侧壁上,且其可与该第一导电触点对应设置。当将该第二灯体30至于该卡槽122中,该第一导电触点34 可与该第二导电触点抵接,从而实现电连接,进而可通过该供电装置40给该蓄电池进行充电。
可以理解地,在其他一些实施例中,该发光组件可不限于包括LED光源和蓄电池,其可以为涂覆在灯座31表面的荧光层,该荧光层可由荧光材料制成,其可在该第一灯体20损坏时,在维修工人的其他光源照射下发光,以给维修工人发出警示信号,避免维修工人被绊倒。
进一步地,在一些实施例中,该供电装置40可以为大容量的蓄电池或者电池组;其可从该机身10后端面的开口装入该机身10的收容腔中,其可与该第一灯体20电连接,其可给该第一灯体20供电。可以理解地,在其他一些实施例中,其也可以与该第二灯体30连接,以给该第二灯体30供电。
进一步地,在一些实施例中,该控制电路可与该供电装置40、该操作按键50连接、第一灯体20连接,其可根据该操作按键50输入的指令对该第一灯体20进行控制。该控制电路可包括与该供电装置40、操作按键50以及该第一灯体20连接的控制模块;该控制模块可以为处理器。可以理解地,该第二灯体20也可不限于通过手动触碰操作按键来进行控制,其也可以通过语音识别或者手势势别进行控制。可以理解地,在其他一些实施例中,该控制电路可包括与该控制模块以及该第一灯体20连接的语音识别模块和/或手势识别模块。该第一灯体20上可设置驱动该第一转轴转动的第一驱动机构以及驱动该第二转轴转动的第二驱动机构;通过该语音识别模块和/或手势识别模块与该第一驱动机构和该第二驱动机构以及该光源组件21连接,可以控制该第一灯体20展开或者收容于该收纳槽121中,以及控制该光源组件21开启或关闭。
进一步地,该操作按键50可设置在该手柄本体131上,其可便于用户操作。具体地,其可靠近该手柄本体131第一端1311设置,其可包括电源开关按键、亮度调节按键、照明模式按键。可以理解地,在其他一些实施例中,其还可以包括控制该第一灯体20展开的展开按键以及控制该第一灯体20收容于该收纳槽121中的收容按键。
可以理解的,以上实施例仅表达了本发明的优选实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制;应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,可以对上述技术特点进行自由组合,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围;因此,凡跟本发明权利要求范围所做的等同变换与修饰,均应属于本发明权利要求的涵盖范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种维修灯,其特征在于,包括机身(10)、以及至少一个第一灯体(20);所述机身(10)的侧壁上设有与所述至少一个第一灯体(20)对应设置的收纳槽(121);所述至少一个第一灯体(20)可转动地设置在所述机身(10)的侧壁上,以收容于所述收纳槽(121)中;
    每一所述第一灯体(20)包括光源组件(21);
    每一所述第一灯体(20)还包括朝远离所述机身(10)方向转动以进行照明的展开状态以及朝所述收纳槽(121)转动使所述光源组件(21)收容于所述收纳槽(121)中的收容状态。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的维修灯,其特征在于,所述收纳槽(121)的形状与所述第一灯体(20)的形状相适配;
    和/或所述收纳槽(121)的长度以及宽度与所述第一灯体(20)的长度以及宽度相适配;
    和/或,所述收纳槽(121)的深度大于或等于所述第一灯体(20)的厚度。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的维修灯,其特征在于,所述光源组件(21)包括壳体(211)、设置在所述壳体(211)中的发光体(212);所述壳体(211)上设有供所述发光体(212)出光的出光面(2111);在所述第一灯体(20)处于收容状态,所述出光面(2111)朝向所述收纳槽(121)内壁面设置。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的维修灯,其特征在于,还包括第一旋转机构;
    所述第一旋转机构包括设置在所述收纳槽(121)一端的第一轴孔部(1211),以及设置在所述第一灯体(20)上与所述第一轴孔部(1211)两端分别连接的第一转轴;
    所述第一灯体(20)包括一端与所述光源组件(21)连接的第一连接件(22);
    所述第一转轴设置在所述第一连接件(22)远离所述光源组件(21)的一端。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的维修灯,其特征在于,所述第一连接件(22)包括第一主体(221)、以及在所述第一主体(221)远离所述光源组件(21)一端设置以给所述第一轴孔部(1211)让位的让位槽(222);
    所述第一转轴设置在所述第一主体(221)上且位于所述让位槽(222)的两相对侧。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的维修灯,其特征在于,所述第一灯体(20)还包括第二连接件(23);所述第二连接件(23)包括一端与所述第一连接件(22)连接的第二主体(231)、以及在所述第二主体(231)远离所述第一连接件(22)的一端设置的安装槽(232);所述光源组件(21)可转动地收纳于所述安装槽(232)中。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的维修灯,其特征在于,所述第二主体(231)与所述第一连接件(22)之间设有缓冲组件;
    所述缓冲组件包括中空的连接柱(233)、设置在所述连接柱(233)上的弹性件(24);所述连接柱(233)设置在所述第二主体(231)远离所述安装槽(232)一端,以穿入所述第一连接件(22)设置;
    所述弹性件(24)的一端与所述连接柱(233)抵接,另一端与所述第一连接件(22)的侧壁抵接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的维修灯,其特征在于,所述连接柱(233)上且位于所述弹性件(24)的两端分别阻尼机构(25);
    所述阻尼机构(25)包括沿所述连接柱(233)轴向并排设置且分别位于弹性件(24)两端的第一阻尼片(251)和第二阻尼片(252);
    所述第一阻尼片(251)和第二阻尼片(252)与所述弹性件相背设置的一侧均设有防转动机构(26)。
  9. 根据权利要求4所述的维修灯,其特征在于,所述机身(10)包括底座(11)、以及设置在所述底座(11)上的机壳(12);所述收纳槽(121)设置在所述机壳(12)的外侧壁;
    所述维修灯还包括可拆卸设置在所述机壳(12)中的供电装置(40);
    所述机壳(12)内侧形成供电装置(40)的收容腔;所述机壳(12)的一端的端面开设有与所述收容腔连通的开口;
    所述机身(10)包括与所述机壳(12)可拆卸连接以盖合所述开口的盖板(123);
    所述底座(11)上设有与外置云台配合安装的安装孔;和/或,所述底座(11)的外围套设有弹性的防护套。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的维修灯,其特征在于,所述至少一个第一灯体(20)包括设置在所述机身(10)两相对侧的两个第一灯体(20)。
