作为优选技术措施,所述外壳设有具有腔体的壳体一、壳体二,所述壳体一和壳体二沿电机的转轴轴向延伸方向扣合在一起;外壳由两个壳体扣合形成,便于生产制造,降低制造难度以及生产成本;两个壳体沿转轴轴向延伸方向扣合,便于电机和外壳的安装,电机先放入一个壳体中,再把另一个壳体扣上,结构简单、实用,方案切实可行。
所述壳体一和壳体二具有弧形结构和平面结构,弧形结构能够最大程度贴合电机,使得本实用新型结构紧凑,同时使得本实用新型结构美观;平面结构便于安装其他零部件,比如电池等。
所述外壳内设有电池,本实用新型自带可充电电池,使得本实用新型可以独立使用。或本实用新型也可以外接电源使用,使其可以长时间工作而不用充电。对于尺寸及力量级数较小的本实用新型,带有可充电电池,可以独立使用,也可以外接电源边充电边使用。而对于尺寸及力量级数较大的本实用新型,一般使用外接电源供电。
有益效果
本实用新型采用电机作为力的发生装置,利用现有电机扭矩的可控性,结合拉力器结构,实现力的大小能够根据用户的实际使用需要而变动,使得用户健身体验更加丰富,效果也更好,并且本实用新型结构轻便,方便旅行携带。

如图1-2所示,一种健身拉力器,包括扭矩可控的电机1以及拉力机构,所述拉力机构包括能够罩设电机1的外壳2、固定在外壳2内腔的电机基座3、与电机1的输出轴11回转连接的绕线件4、缠绕在绕线件4上的绳索。
所述电机1的定子端12固定在电机基座3上,所述外壳2开设用于穿接绳索的线孔23,所述线孔23的开设位置与绕线件4装配位置相匹配;
所述电机1传递用户需要的力矩给绕线件4上的绳索,实现力的大小根据用户的实际使用需要而变动。
本实用新型采用电机1作为力的发生装置,利用现有电机1扭矩的可控性,结合拉力器结构,实现力的大小能够根据用户的实际使用需要而变动,使得用户健身体验更加丰富,效果也更好,并且本实用新型结构轻便,方便旅行携带。
进一步,所述绳索可以是多种截面形状的绳索,包括但不限于圆形、方形界面。所述绳索在用户握持端设有拉环,便于用户使用。
本实用新型电机1一种具体实施例:
所述电机1为无刷电机或永磁同步电机,所述电机1的转子的侧部装配用于实时确认电机1转子端位置信息的编码器,从而实现对所述电机1的控制和确认用户当前拉动的所述绳索的长度位置。
本实用新型电路板一种具体实施例:所述电机1设有能够根据绕线件4转动角度信息进行实时控制电机1输出扭矩的电路板。电路板控制电机1的力矩可以根据所述绕线件4实际转动到的角度、速度,以及规划的健身拉力曲线实时调整。电机1的力矩根据人体肌肉的训练特性而变动,使得尽可能提高训练效果。
电路板能够控制电机1在用户拉动绕线件4旋转时,电机1将自动开始工作,而无需额外的开关,用户较长时间不使用,将自动关机或休眠。
用于控制电机1输出扭矩的电路板与所述编码器相连接,用于实时接收电机1的转动信息。
本实用新型增设减速器5的一种具体实施例:所述电机1通过减速器5驱动绕线件4旋转连接,所述减速器5包括行星减速器以及固定支架51;所述固定支架51的端部与电机基座3固定连接,两者形成用于装配行星减速器和绕线件4的空间;所述电机1的输出轴11与行星减速器的太阳齿轮固定连接,使得本实用新型结构紧凑,体积小,便于携带。
本实用新型绕线件4一种具体实施例:所述绕线件4具有用于容纳绳索的凹型回转结构41;所述绕线件4与所述行星减速器的输出行星架为一体或固定连接的结构,使得本实用新型结构紧凑,体积小。
本实用新型外壳2一种具体实施例:
所述外壳2外端面设置便于与其他器材固定的卡扣和/或螺栓孔。所述卡扣用于与绳状物体连接,比如用绳带穿接。所述螺栓孔用于把本实用新型直接用螺栓固定在外部物体上,比如墙壁上。
所述外壳2设有具有腔体的壳体一21、壳体二22,所述壳体一21和壳体二22沿电机1的转轴轴向延伸方向扣合在一起;所述壳体一21和壳体二22具有弧形结构24和平面结构25,所述外壳2内设有电池6。本实用新型自带可充电电池6,使得本实用新型可以独立使用。或本实用新型也可以外接电源使用,使其可以长时间工作而不用充电。对于尺寸及力量级数较小的本实用新型,带有可充电电池6,可以独立使用,也可以外接电源边充电边使用。而对于尺寸及力量级数较大的本实用新型,一般使用外接电源供电。
本实用新型增设数据记录模块和无线通讯模块的一种具体实施例:
还包括用于记录用户使用状况的数据记录模块、用于连接用户手机和/或电脑和/或云端服务器的无线通讯模块。无线通讯模块可以是使用所述电机1自带的蓝牙等无线通讯模块,实现和用户手机的链接。又或者在健身房,所述无线通讯功能可以是使用所述电机1自带的蓝牙或WIFI等通讯模块,实现和健身房主机的连接,方便健身房统一内部管理本实用新型健身设备。
本实用新型设置发电模块一种具体实施例:
所述电机1设有回馈制动模块,当绕线件4在绳索作用力下转动,进而带动电机1转动,所述回馈制动模块让电机1处于发电状态,发电产生能够给电池6充电或对外供电的电能;所述回馈制动模块内置在所述电路板内。用户拉动本实用新型时,可以收集用户拉动电机1做工时发电产生的多余电能,用于给本实用新型自身的电池6充电,或者对外供电,从而节省电能的消耗,结构简单、实用,功能齐全,利用推广。
本申请中,固接或固定连接方式可以为螺接或焊接或铆接或插接或通过第三个部件进行连接,本领域技术人员可根据实际情况进行选择。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种健身拉力器,包括扭矩可控的电机(1)以及拉力机构,其特征在于,
    所述拉力机构包括能够罩设电机(1)的外壳(2)、固定在外壳(2)内腔的电机基座(3)、与电机(1)的输出轴(11)回转连接的绕线件(4)、缠绕在绕线件(4)上的绳索;
    所述电机(1)的定子端(12)固定在电机基座(3)上,所述外壳(2)开设用于穿接绳索的线孔(23),所述线孔(23)的开设位置与绕线件(4)装配位置相匹配;
    所述电机(1)传递用户需要的力矩给绕线件(4)上的绳索,实现力的大小根据用户的实际使用需要而变动。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种健身拉力器,其特征在于,所述电机(1)为无刷电机或永磁同步电机,所述电机(1)的转子的侧部装配用于实时确认电机(1)转子端位置信息的编码器。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种健身拉力器,其特征在于,所述电机(1)设有能够根据绕线件(4)转动角度信息进行实时控制电机(1)输出扭矩的电路板。
  4. 如权利要求3 所述的一种健身拉力器,其特征在于,用于控制电机(1 )输出扭矩的电路板与所述编码器相连接
  5. 如权利要求4所述的一种健身拉力器,其特征在于,所述电机(1)通过减速器(5)驱动绕线件(4)旋转连接,所述减速器(5)包括行星减速器以及固定支架(51);所述固定支架(51)的端部与电机基座(3)固定连接,两者形成用于装配行星减速器和绕线件(4)的空间;所述电机(1)的输出轴(11)与行星减速器的太阳齿轮固定连接。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的一种健身拉力器,其特征在于,所述绕线件(4)具有用于容纳绳索的凹型回转结构(41);所述绕线件(4)与所述行星减速器的输出行星架为一体或固定连接的结构。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的一种健身拉力器,其特征在于,所述外壳(2)外端面设置卡扣和/或螺栓孔。
  8. 如权利要求1-7任一所述的一种健身拉力器,其特征在于,还包括用于记录用户使用状况的数据记录模块、用于连接用户手机和/或电脑和/或云端服务器的无线通讯模块。
  9. 如权利要求8 所述的一种健身拉力器,其特征在于,所述电机(1 )设有回馈制动模块,当绕线件(4 )在绳索作用力下转动,进而带动电机(1 )转动,所述回馈制动模块让电机(1 )处于发电状态,发电产生能够给电池(6 )充电或对外供电的电能;所述回馈制动模块内置在电路板内
  10. 如权利要求9 所述的一种健身拉力器,其特征在于,所述外壳(2 )设有具有腔体的壳体一(21 )、壳体二(22 ),所述壳体一(21 )和壳体二(22 )沿电机(1 )的转轴轴向延伸方向扣合在一起;
    所述壳体一(21 )和壳体二(22 )具有弧形结构(24 )和平面结构(25 ),所述外壳(2 )内设有电池(6
