本实用新型的另一个目的在于提供一种具有上述折叠屏展开装置的终端。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型第一方面的技术方案提供了一种折叠屏展开装置,包括:固定块;以及滑动块,与固定块滑动连接,折叠屏与固定块以及滑动块连接,其中,滑动块能至少部分嵌入固定块内,以实现折叠屏的折叠;滑动块还能从固定块内伸出,以使折叠屏展开。
本方案中,滑动块能嵌入固定块内,或从固定块内伸出,从而能使折叠屏折叠或展开。通过设置能嵌入固定块内的滑动块,在折叠屏展开装置折叠时占用的体积更小,携带方便,用户体验更好。同时,能够减少因挤压造成折叠屏展开装置意外展开的可能。
在上述技术方案中,优选地,固定块与滑动块中的一个设有导向槽,另一个设有导向凸起,导向凸起嵌入导向槽内并沿导向槽滑动,以实现滑动块与固定块的滑动连接。
本方案中,通过设置与导向槽配合的导向凸起,使滑动块滑动更加规则,减少因滑动块运动不规则导致折叠屏损坏的可能。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,导向槽固定在固定块上时,导向槽靠近滑动块的一端设有第一止挡部,导向凸起靠近固定块的一端设有第二止挡部,第一止挡部能与第二止挡部抵靠,以使滑动块位于伸出的极限位置。
本方案中,通过设置第一止挡部和第二止挡部,能够限制滑动块相对于固定块的滑动,防止滑动块从固定块内完全抽出导致折叠屏展开装置分体的可能。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,滑动块包括:第一子滑块,与固定块滑动连接;第二子滑块,与第一子滑块滑动连接且设于第一子滑块远离固定块的一侧,折叠屏与第二子滑块连接。
本方案中,滑动块包括第一子滑块和第二子滑块,第一子滑块能与固定块相对滑动,同时第二子滑块与第一子滑块相对滑动,以使滑动块完全展开,能够适应尺寸较大的折叠屏,同时便于减小固定块的宽度,便于用户的握持。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,固定块或滑动块上设有卷轴,折叠屏卷设于卷轴外,并与未设置卷轴的固定块或滑动块固定连接。
本方案中,折叠屏卷设于卷轴外,当折叠屏展开装置处于折叠状态时,多余的折叠屏卷设于卷轴外,当折叠屏展开装置展开时,卷轴转动,以使折叠屏展开。通过设置卷轴能够减少收纳折叠屏占用的空间,便于减小折叠屏展开装置的体积,便于携带。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,卷轴设于滑动块上,卷轴设于滑动块远离固定块的一侧且卷轴的轴线与滑动块滑动的方向垂直,折叠屏与固定块远离滑动块的一侧固定连接。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,还包括:复位装置,设于所述滑动块上且与所述卷轴连接,所述复位装置用于在所述滑动块嵌入所述固定块内时带动所述卷轴转动,以使所述折叠屏卷绕于所述卷轴上。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,还包括:驱动装置,与固定块以及 滑动块连接,驱动装置能带动滑动块相对于固定块滑动,以使折叠屏折叠或展开。
本方案中,通过设置驱动装置能使折叠屏展开装置自动展开或折叠,用户使用更加便捷。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,驱动装置包括丝杠、电机、以及伸缩杆机构,丝杠与固定块转动连接;电机固设于固定块上且电机的转轴与丝杠连接;伸缩杆机构的一端与丝杠螺纹连接,另一端与滑动块滑动连接,其中,电机带动丝杠转动,丝杠带动伸缩杆机构伸缩,伸缩杆机构带动滑动块相对固定块滑动,以使折叠屏折叠或展开。
本方案中,电机驱动丝杠转动,丝杠通过螺纹配合使伸缩杆机构折叠或展开,进而使伸缩杆机构伸缩,伸缩杆机构带动滑动块与固定块相对滑动,实现折叠屏展开装置的展开或折叠。由于丝杠在转动时占用空间减小,便于使折叠屏展开机构结构更加紧凑,同时螺纹传动转动比准确,便于精准操控。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,伸缩杆机构包括:菱形伸缩杆组和配合件;配合件与丝杠螺纹连接;菱形伸缩杆组具有驱动侧和从动侧,驱动侧的至少一端与配合件转动连接,滑动块上设有滑槽,从动侧的至少一端能嵌入滑槽内并沿滑槽滑动,其中,丝杠转动时,配合件沿丝杠运动,配合件带动菱形伸缩杆组的驱动侧运动,以使菱形伸缩杆组伸缩并带动滑动块滑动。
本方案中,配合件和丝杠螺纹配合连接,配合件能沿丝杠的轴向运动,在配合件沿丝杠轴向运动的过程中,配合件菱形伸缩杆组的驱动侧运动,使菱形伸缩杆组伸缩,菱形伸缩杆组的从动侧嵌入滑槽内并能沿滑槽滑动,配合件通过改变菱形伸缩杆组两杆之间的夹角使菱形伸缩杆组伸缩进而使滑动块滑动,折叠屏展开装置在折叠和展开两个状态之间切换。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,折叠屏包括柔性屏、基材层以及多个条形龙骨;柔性屏与基材层粘接;多个条形龙骨间隔设置在基材层远离柔性屏的一侧,条形龙骨的长度方向与滑动块滑动的方向垂直。
本方案中,折叠屏由依次排列的柔性屏、基材层以及数个条形龙骨。 柔性屏与基材层粘接且与基材层贴合,条形龙骨依次排列在基材层远离柔性屏的一侧。基材层能够为柔性屏提供支撑,减少柔性屏的形变,便于延长柔性屏的使用寿命。同时,条形龙骨能够限制折叠屏的折叠,进而限制柔性屏的弯折,便于延长柔性屏的使用寿命。同时便于折叠屏在卷轴上的缠绕。
本实用新型第二方面的技术方案提供了一种终端,包括第一方面任一技术方案中的折叠屏展开装置。

为了可以更清楚地理解本实用新型的上述目的、特征和优点,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型进行进一步的详细描述。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本实用新型,但是,本实用新型还可以采用其他不同于在此描述的其他方式来实施,因此,本实用新型的保护范围并不受下面公开的具体实施例的限制。
下面参照图1至图17描述根据本实用新型的一些实施例。
如图1至图17所示,本实用新型第一方面的实施例提供了一种折叠屏展开装置,包括:固定块10;以及滑动块20,与固定块10滑动连接,折叠屏90与固定块10以及滑动块20连接,其中,滑动块20能至少部分嵌入固定块10内,以实现折叠屏90的折叠;滑动块20还能从固定块10内伸出,以使折叠屏展开。
本方案中,滑动块20能嵌入固定块10内,或从固定块10内伸出,从而能使折叠屏90折叠或展开。通过设置能嵌入固定块10内的滑动块20,在折叠屏展开装置折叠时占用的体积更小,携带方便。同时,能够减少因挤压造成折叠屏展开装置意外展开的可能。
如图5和图8所示,在上述实施例中,优选地,固定块10与滑动块20中的一个设有导向槽30,另一个设有导向凸起40,导向凸起40嵌入导向槽30内并沿导向槽30滑动,以实现滑动块20与固定块10的滑动连接。
本方案中,通过设置与导向槽30配合的导向凸起40,使滑动块20滑动更加规则,减少因滑动块20运动不规则导致折叠屏90损坏的可能。
其中,如图5至图8所示,优选设计为将导向槽30设置于固定块10上,并将导向凸起40设置在滑动块20上。
进一步优选设计导向槽30设于固定块10的上下两侧,且导向凸起40设于滑动块20的上下两侧,使滑动块20滑动更加规则。
在上述任一实施例中,优选地,导向槽30固定在固定块10上,导向槽30靠近滑动块20的一端设有第一止挡部50,导向凸起40靠近固定块10的一端设有第二止挡部,第一止挡部50能与第二止挡部抵靠,以使滑动块20位于伸出的极限位置。
本方案中,通过设置第一止挡部50和第二止挡部,能够限制滑动块20相对于固定块10的滑动,防止滑动块20从固定块10内完全抽出导致折叠屏展开装置分体的可能。
如图10和图13所示,在上述任一实施例中,优选地,滑动块20包括:第一子滑块21,与固定块10滑动连接;第二子滑块22,与第一子滑块21滑动连接且设于第一子滑块21远离固定块10的一侧,折叠屏90与第二子滑块22连接。
本方案中,滑动块20包括第一子滑块21和第二子滑块22,第一子滑块21能与固定块10相对滑动,同时第二子滑块22与第一子滑块21相对滑动,以使滑动块20完全展开,能够适应尺寸较大的折叠屏90,同时便于减小固定块10的宽度,便于用户的握持。
进一步地,如图7和图9所示,第一子滑块21上设有子滑槽211,第二子滑块22上设有子导向凸起221,子导向凸起221嵌入子滑槽211内并能沿子滑槽211移动,以使第二子滑块22与第一子滑块11滑动连接。
在上述任一实施例中,优选地,滑动块20上设有卷轴70,折叠屏90卷设于卷轴70外,并与未设置卷轴70的固定块10或滑动块20固定连接。
本方案中,折叠屏90卷设于卷轴70外,当折叠屏展开装置处于折叠状态时,多余的折叠屏90卷设于卷轴70外,当折叠屏展开装置展开时,卷轴转动,以使折叠屏展开。通过设置卷轴70能够减少收纳折叠屏90占用的空间,便于减小折叠屏展开装置的体积,便于携带。
其中,卷轴70也可设于固定块10上,亦能达到上述技术效果,此处不再赘述。
在上述任一实施例中,优选地,还包括:复位装置,设于所述滑动块20上且与所述卷轴70连接,所述复位装置用于在所述滑动块20嵌入所述固定块10内时带动所述卷轴70转动,以使所述折叠屏卷绕于所述卷轴上。
具体地,如图10、图6和图17所示,复位装置为连接在卷轴70两端的扭簧24。滑动块上设有套筒25,套筒25为两个且设于滑动块的两侧,转轴的两端嵌入套筒25内,以实现转轴和滑动块的转动连接。扭簧24呈螺旋形设于转轴和套筒25之间且套设于转轴外,扭簧24的两端分别和套筒25的内壁以及转轴的外壁固定连接(焊接或螺钉连接)。
当折叠屏展开装置处于折叠状态时,扭簧24存在形变,并作用于卷轴70使卷轴70将折叠屏90拉紧;当折叠屏展开装置由折叠状态变为展开状态时,滑动块20从固定块10内抽出,卷轴70转动且扭簧24的形变逐渐增加,直至折叠屏展开装置处于展开状态,此时折叠屏展开至最大,同时扭簧24的形变处于最大的状态。其中,扭簧24的选用以不影响折叠屏展开装置在展开位置的稳定为基准。
在上述任一实施例中,优选地,卷轴70设于滑动块20远离固定块10的一侧且卷轴70的轴线与滑动块20滑动的方向垂直,折叠屏90与固定块10远离滑动块20的一侧固定连接。
在上述任一实施例中,优选地,还包括:驱动装置80,与固定块10以及滑动块20连接,驱动装置80能带动滑动块20相对于固定块10滑动,以使折叠屏90折叠或展开。
本方案中,通过设置驱动装置80能使折叠屏展开装置自动展开或折叠,用户使用更加便捷。
在上述任一实施例中,优选地,驱动装置80包括丝杠81、电机82、以及伸缩杆机构83,丝杠81与固定块10转动连接;电机82固设于固定块10上且电机82的转轴与丝杠81连接;伸缩杆机构83的一端与丝杠81螺纹连接,另一端与滑动块20滑动连接,其中,电机82带动丝杠81转动,丝杠81带动伸缩杆机构83结构伸缩,伸缩杆机构83机动带动滑动块20相对固定块10滑动,以使折叠屏90折叠或展开。
本方案中,电机82驱动丝杠81转动,丝杠81通过螺纹配合使伸缩杆机构83折叠或展开,进而使伸缩杆机构83伸缩,伸缩杆机构83带动滑动块20与固定块10相对滑动,实现折叠屏展开装置的展开或折叠。由于丝杠81在转动时占用空间减小,便于使折叠屏展开机构结构更加紧凑,同时螺纹传动转动比准确,便于精准操控。
在本实用新型的一个实施例中,丝杠81与滑动块20的滑动方向一致,伸缩杆机构10为杆体,伸缩杆机构10套设在丝杠81且与丝杠81螺纹配合,缩杆机构10远离固定块10的一端与滑动块20固定连接,电机驱动丝杠81转动后,伸缩杆机构10在丝杠81的带动下沿滑动块20的滑动方向来驱动滑动块20滑动,以使滑动块20嵌入固定块10内或从固定块10内滑出,进而使折叠屏展开装置展开或折叠。
在上述任一实施例中,优选地,伸缩杆机构83包括:菱形伸缩杆组832和配合件831;配合件831与丝杠81螺纹连接;菱形伸缩杆组832具有驱动侧和从动侧,驱动侧的至少一端与配合件831转动连接,滑动块20上设有滑槽23,从动侧的至少一端能嵌入滑槽23内并沿滑槽23滑动,其中,丝杠81转动时,配合件831沿丝杠81运动,配合件831带动菱形伸缩杆组832的驱动侧运动,以使菱形伸缩杆组832伸缩并带动滑动块20滑动。
本方案中,配合件831和丝杠81螺纹配合连接,配合件831能沿丝杠81的轴向运动,在配合件831沿丝杠81轴向运动的过程中,配合件831菱形伸缩杆组832的驱动侧运动,使菱形伸缩杆组832伸缩,菱形伸缩杆组832的从动侧嵌入滑槽23内并能沿滑槽23滑动,配合件831通过改变菱形伸缩杆组832两杆之间的夹角使菱形伸缩杆组832伸缩进而使滑动块20滑动,折叠屏展开装置在折叠和展开两个状态之间切换。
其中,如图1和图2所示,菱形伸缩杆组832伸出时,带动滑动块20伸出,卷轴转动,以使折叠屏展开装置由折叠状态变为展开状态。
值得说明的是,菱形伸缩杆组832可以设置一组菱形伸缩机构(如图1和图2),也可为设置多组菱形伸缩机构(图10中即为两组菱形伸缩机构)。
进一步地,当菱形伸缩杆组832设置多组菱形伸缩机构时,如图10所示,对应地滑动块20包括第一子滑块21以及第二子滑块22,第一子滑块21和第二子滑块22分别设有滑槽23,滑槽23与丝杠81平行且两组菱形伸缩机构分别与滑槽23配合,一方面,能使滑动块20展开过程中受力均匀,同时第一子滑块21和第二子滑块22能同步展开,另一方面,菱形伸缩杆组832运动增加规则。
如图10和图13所示,菱形伸缩杆组832伸出时,带动第一子滑块21和第二子滑块22伸出,卷轴70转动并使第一子滑块21和第二子滑块22完全伸出,以使折叠屏展开装置由折叠状态变为展开状态。
在本实用新型的一个实施例中,菱形伸缩杆组主动侧的一端与固定块转动连接,另一端与配合件转动连接,从动侧的一端与滑动块转动连接且另一端嵌入滑槽内,主动侧与固定块连接的一端以及从动侧与滑动块转动连接的一端位于菱形伸缩杆组的同侧。
本方案中,丝杠通过螺纹配合带动配合件沿丝杠运动,配合件带动菱形伸缩杆组运动,菱形伸缩杆组从动侧的一端在滑槽内滑动,菱形伸缩杆组伸缩,进而带动滑动块移动,以使折叠屏展开装置折叠或展开。本方案中只设置一个配合件,占用的空间较小,便于减小折叠屏展开装置的体积,能更加便携。
在本实用新型的另一个实施例中,丝杠分为左旋段和右旋段,配合件为两个且连个配合件分别与左旋段以及右旋段螺纹连接,菱形伸缩杆组主动侧的两端分别与两个配合件转动连接。菱形伸缩杆组从832动侧的两端嵌入滑槽内并能沿滑槽滑动。
进一步优选设计菱形伸缩杆组832由多个杆体依次转动连接形成,从动侧相邻的两个杆体通过转轴连接,转轴向菱形伸缩杆组832外伸出,转轴伸出的部位嵌入滑轮内以实现转轴与滑轮的转动连接,滑轮嵌入滑槽内并能沿滑槽滑动,以实现从动侧与滑槽的连接。菱形伸缩杆组832伸缩时,滑轮在滑槽内滑动,以实现从动侧相对于滑槽的运动。本方案中,通过设置滑轮,能减少菱形伸缩杆组832与滑槽之间的摩擦力,使菱形伸缩杆组832的伸缩更加顺畅,便于折叠屏展开装置快速展开和折叠。
本方案中,丝杠转动时,两个配合件的运动方向相反,相对于上述方案,本方案中主动侧的两端同时运动,使菱形伸缩杆组的伸缩更加顺畅,便于滑动块的快速滑动,使折叠屏展开装置能够快速展开和折叠。
在上述任一实施例中,优选地,折叠屏90包括柔性屏91(例如为OLED柔性屏)、基材层92以及多个条形龙骨93;柔性屏91与基材层92粘接;多个条形龙骨93间隔设置在基材层92远离柔性屏91的一侧,条形龙骨93的长度方向与滑动块20滑动的方向垂直。
本方案中,折叠屏90由依次排列的柔性屏91、基材层92以及数个条形龙骨93。柔性屏91与基材层92粘接且与基材层92贴合,条形龙骨93依次排列在基材层92远离柔性屏91的一侧。基材层92能够为柔性屏91提供支撑,减少柔性屏91的形变,便于延长柔性屏91的使用寿命。同时,条形龙骨93能够限制折叠屏90的折叠,进而限制柔性屏91的弯折,便于延长柔性屏91的使用寿命。同时便于折叠屏90在卷轴70上的缠绕。同时基材层92和条形龙骨93还能够弥补滑动块20与固定块10之间的高度差,便于使折叠屏90平整。
其中,柔性屏91为可弯折卷曲的显示屏(例如以OLED技术为代表的柔性屏或其它技术所实现的可弯折卷曲的显示屏)。
本实用新型第二方面的实施例提供了一种终端,包括第一方面任一实 施例中的折叠屏展开装置。
本方案中,由于终端包括第一方面任一实施例中的折叠屏展开装置,因此具备上述实施例的全部优点,此处不再赘述。
其中,终端既包括手机、平板电脑等移动终端,又包括汽车、飞机、高铁列车、轮船上面的设备,例如驾驶室内可伸出的操控端设备、乘客座位上的视听设备,还包括电视、显示器等显示设备。

    固定块(10);以及
    滑动块(20),与所述固定块(10)滑动连接,折叠屏(90)与所述固定块(10)以及所述滑动块(20)连接,
    其中,所述滑动块(20)能至少部分嵌入所述固定块(10)内,以实现所述折叠屏(90)的折叠;所述滑动块(20)还能从所述固定块(10)内伸出,以使所述折叠屏展开。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠屏展开装置,其特征在于,
    所述固定块(10)与所述滑动块(20)中的一个设有导向槽(30),另一个设有导向凸起(40),所述导向凸起(40)嵌入所述导向槽(30)内并沿所述导向槽(30)滑动,以实现所述滑动块(20)与所述固定块(10)的滑动连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的折叠屏展开装置,其特征在于,
    所述导向槽位于所述固定块(10)上时,所述导向槽(30)靠近所述滑动块(20)的一端设有第一止挡部(50),所述导向凸起(40)靠近所述固定块(10)的一端设有第二止挡部,所述第一止挡部(50)能与所述第二止挡部抵靠,以使所述滑动块(20)位于伸出的极限位置。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的折叠屏展开装置,其特征在于,所述滑动块(20)包括:
    第一子滑块(21),与所述固定块(10)滑动连接;
    第二子滑块(22),与所述第一子滑块(21)滑动连接且设于所述第一子滑块(21)远离所述固定块(10)的一侧,所述折叠屏(90)与所述第二子滑块(22)连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的折叠屏展开装置,其特征在于,
    所述固定块(10)或所述滑动块(20)上设有卷轴(70),所述折叠屏(90)卷设于所述卷轴(70)外,并与未设置卷轴(70)的所述固定块 (10)或所述滑动块(20)固定连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的折叠屏展开装置,其特征在于,
    所述卷轴(70)设于所述滑动块上,所述卷轴(70)设于所述滑动块(20)远离所述固定块(10)的一侧且所述卷轴(70)的轴线与所述滑动块(20)滑动的方向垂直,所述折叠屏(90)与所述固定块(10)远离所述滑动块(20)的一侧固定连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的折叠屏展开装置,其特征在于,还包括:

  8. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的折叠屏展开装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    驱动装置(80),与所述固定块(10)以及所述滑动块(20)连接,所述驱动装置(80)能带动所述滑动块(20)相对于所述固定块(10)滑动,以使所述折叠屏(90)折叠或展开。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的折叠屏展开装置,其特征在于,所述驱动装置(80)包括丝杠(81)、电机(82)、以及伸缩杆机构(83),
    所述丝杠(81)与所述固定块(10)转动连接;
    所述电机(82)固设于所述固定块(10)上且所述电机(82)的转轴(70)与所述丝杠(81)连接;
    所述伸缩杆机构(83)的一端与所述丝杠(81)螺纹连接,另一端与所述滑动块(20)滑动连接,
    其中,所述电机(82)带动所述丝杠(81)转动,所述丝杠(81)带动所述伸缩杆机构伸缩,所述伸缩杆机构带动所述滑动块(20)相对所述固定块(10)滑动,以使所述折叠屏(90)折叠或展开。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的折叠屏展开装置,其特征在于,所述伸缩杆机构(83)包括:
    菱形伸缩杆组(832)和配合件(831);
    所述配合件(831)与所述丝杠(81)螺纹连接;
    所述菱形伸缩杆组(832)具有驱动侧和从动侧,所述驱动侧的至少一端与所述配合件(831)转动连接,所述滑动块(20)上设有滑槽,所述从动侧的至少一端能嵌入滑槽内并沿滑槽滑动,
    其中,所述丝杠(81)转动时,所述配合件(831)沿所述丝杠(81)运动,所述配合件(831)带动所述菱形伸缩杆组(832)的驱动侧运动,以使所述菱形伸缩杆组(832)伸缩并带动所述滑动块(20)滑动。
  11. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的折叠屏展开装置,其特征在于,所述折叠屏(90)包括柔性屏(91)、基材层(92)以及多个条形龙骨(93);
    所述柔性屏(91)与所述基材层(92)粘接;
    多个所述条形龙骨(93)间隔设置在所述基材层(92)远离所述柔性屏(91)的一侧,所述条形龙骨(93)的长度方向与所述滑动块(20)滑动的方向垂直。
  12. 一种终端,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1至权利要求9中任一项所述的折叠屏展开装置。
