为了实现完全的无工具组装,且不增加大量的预埋件,以达到节约成本,也要保证牢固。必须要对现有技术中的连接件进行优化。
此外,在灯箱中,灯管和电线的安装并没有得到优化,灯管或是卡在型材上,电线或是绑在型材上,现场十分的混乱,并不美观,也不可靠,因此在无工具灯箱中,对于灯管的无工具组装也不要兼顾和考虑的问题。
发明内容
本发明为了解决灯箱的完全的无工具组装问题,并实现灯管与灯箱同步无工具组装的问题,提供了一个优化的无工具灯箱的技术方案,如下:

优选的,所述的同一直线上的型材由多根型材通过直行连接件拼接。这样的话,在直线上,可以利用多个型材的组合拼接,延长直线型材的长度,灵活设置。

结合附图加以说明具体的一种无工具灯箱,由顶部型材1、底部型材3、竖杆型材2拼接四围形成闭合框体,所述的型材有两个以上的中空腔体,所述的型材的每个端部设置两个以上圆孔12,所述的型材内壁有槽口连接穿线型材6,所述的穿线型材6的中空腔体内穿入电线,电线两头连接至导电插孔14上,所述的导电插孔14嵌入穿线型材6端部内,所述的型材之间有连接件,所述的连 接件有突出端,所述的突出端插入型材中空腔体内,所述的突出端上还有凸台11,所述的凸台11的内侧具有弹性体21,可以弹出凸台11,使得凸台11扣入所述的圆孔12内,并保持弹出扣紧的状态不松动,以达到对接的目的,所述的连接件上还有对接导电柱13,所述的导电柱13与导电插孔14配套拼接导电,所述灯箱型材上有圆孔12,电线从圆孔12中引出,接至电源适配器9和插头,所述的顶部、底部、竖杆型材的内壁槽内嵌入灯条7。灯条7设置在顶部和底部型材的内壁矩形槽18,而穿线型材6设置在竖杆型材的矩形槽18。
顶部或底部与竖杆型材之间,由直角连接件4拼接。直行连接件5用于在一条直线上拼接型材,直行连接件5上设置有卡槽,竖杆型材之间有中间横支撑杆10,所述的支撑杆10两端有卡块,卡块卡入卡槽连接。中间横支杆10,左右每两个直行连接件5之间均设置中间横直杆10卡块是矩形块,矩形块的一角是圆角。
直行连接件5,中间两端有对接的导电柱13。导电柱13是低压导电公插,导电柱13上下位置在内部是相对接的,用于上下传递导电。
凸台11的外口,是斜坡面,内口是直角。
型材的截面,外壁居中的位置有梯形槽17口,外壁两端有矩形槽18口,内壁居中位置有矩形槽口20,外壁至内壁有圆弧过渡面19。
底部型材下还连接有地脚8,地脚8上有梯形块16,梯形块16可旋转的安装在地脚8上,插入底部型材外壁的梯形槽口内17。
型材的内壁矩形槽口20两侧,外壁至内壁的圆弧过渡面19上具有反光凹凸的条纹结构。起到反光的作用。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种无工具灯箱,由顶部、底部、竖杆型材拼接四围形成闭合框体,其特征在于,所述的型材有两个以上的中空腔体,所述的型材的每个端部设置两个以上圆孔,所述的型材内壁有槽口连接穿线型材,所述的穿线型材的中空腔体内穿入电线,电线两头连接至导电插孔上,所述的导电插孔嵌入穿线型材端部内,所述的型材之间有连接件,所述的连接件有突出端,所述的突出端插入型材中空腔体内,所述的突出端上还有凸台,凸台的内侧有弹性体,所述的凸台扣入所述的圆孔内,所述的连接件上还有对接导电柱,所述的导电柱与导电插孔配套拼接导电,所述灯箱型材上有孔,电线从孔中引出,接至电源适配器和插头,所述的顶部、底部、竖杆型材的内壁槽内嵌入灯条。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的无工具灯箱,其特征在于,所述的同一直线上的型材由多根型材通过直行连接件拼接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的无工具灯箱,其特征在于,所述的顶部或底部与竖杆型材之间,由直角连接件拼接。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的无工具灯箱,其特征在于,所述的直行连接件垂直面上设置有卡槽,竖杆型材之间有中间横支撑杆,所述的支撑杆两端有卡块,卡块卡入卡槽连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的无工具灯箱,其特征在于,所述的卡块是矩形块,矩形块的一角是圆角。
  6. 根据权利要求2或4或5所述的无工具灯箱,其特征在于,所述的直行连接件,中间两端有对接的导电柱。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的无工具灯箱,其特征在于,所述的凸台的外口,是斜坡面,内口是直角。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的无工具灯箱,其特征在于,所述的型材的截面, 外壁居中的位置有梯形槽口,外壁两端有矩形槽口,内壁居中位置有矩形槽口,外壁至内壁有圆弧过渡面。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的无工具灯箱,其特征在于,底部型材下还连接有地脚,地脚上有梯形块,梯形块可旋转的安装在地脚上,梯形块插入底部型材外壁的梯形槽口内连接。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的无工具灯箱,其特征在于,所述的型材的内壁矩形槽口两侧,外壁至内壁的圆弧过渡面上具有反光凹凸的条纹结构。
