Description
本发明涉及环保设备技术领域,具体是一种自清洗倒吸式废水环保处理设备。
废水(wastewater)是指居民活动过程中排出的水及径流雨水的总称。它包括生活污水、工业废水和初雨径流入排水管渠等其它无用水,一般指经过一定技术处理后不能再循环利用或者一级污染后制纯处理难度达不到一定标准的水。
随着我国经济的发展,工厂化的同时也带来了大量的污染,这些污染物排入环境中,超过了环境的自净能力,同时给环境治理带来了极大的压力,公厂未经处理的废水进入水体中会造成水质恶化,使得地下水造成污染,危害了周围人群的饮用水安全。
现有的废水处理设备更换过滤膜的过程麻烦,不方便对过滤膜进行更换,缺乏投药孔,依靠废水静置沉淀导致废水处理效率缓慢,中国专利(公告号:CN208802937U)公开了一种家具废水处理社保,包括外箱体、加药盒、调节杆、挡流板和滑轨,所述外箱体顶端的左侧设置有进水口,所述外箱体的右侧设置有出水口,所述进水口的右侧固定有延伸管,所述加药盒固定安装在延伸管的顶端,所述加药盒的底端设置有投药管,所述投药管的底端贯穿于延伸管的内部,所述延伸管的左侧和外箱体内部的左侧均设置有导流板,虽然该装置通过设置膜架方便了过滤膜的更换清洗,但是拆卸过程仍然十分麻烦,因此,仍然对上述设备进行进一步的改进,以满足对过滤膜的清洗需要。

本发明的目的在于提供一种自清洗倒吸式废水环保处理设备,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。

一种自清洗倒吸式废水环保处理设备,包括处理箱,所述处理箱上端安装有支撑架,支撑架上端通过缓冲垫安装有驱动电机,驱动电机下端连接有主动齿轮,主动齿轮左端啮合有中间齿轮,中间齿轮中部安装有中间轴,中间轴下端穿过处理箱上端连接有过滤箱,过滤箱底端通过旋转轴连接于处理箱内部底端,所述中间 轴内部设有搅拌轴,搅拌轴下端穿过过滤箱上端连接于过滤箱内部底端,位于过滤箱内部的搅拌轴外侧设有搅拌叶,所述中间齿轮左侧啮合有从动齿轮,从动齿轮上端同轴连接有旋转筒,旋转筒外侧设有旋转槽,旋转槽内部设有导向杆,导向杆末端连接有升降杆,升降杆下端穿过处理箱连接有升降环,升降环位于过滤箱外侧,所述搅拌轴上端穿过中间轴连接有吸液箱。

参阅图1~4,本发明实施例中,一种自清洗倒吸式废水环保处理设备,包括处理箱1,所述处理箱1左侧上端设有投药斗5,用于往处理箱1中添加絮凝剂,增加整个处理箱1内废水的沉淀效果,左侧下端安装有排渣管2,用于絮凝后沉淀的排出,右侧上端设有进污管6,用于污水处理时的导入,所述处理箱1上端安装有支撑架13,所述支撑架13为U型结构,支撑架13上端通过缓冲垫安装有驱动电机20,用于带动主动齿轮21进行转动,驱动电机20下端连接有主动 齿轮21,主动齿轮21左端啮合有中间齿轮22,中间齿轮22中部安装有中间轴12,中间轴12下端穿过处理箱1上端连接有过滤箱9,所述过滤箱9中部外侧设有环形的过滤孔8,过滤箱9底端通过旋转轴3连接于处理箱1内部底端,所述旋转轴3上端中部设有旋转叶4,用于增加了处理箱1底端污水的沉淀效果,所述中间轴12内部设有搅拌轴10,搅拌轴10下端穿过过滤箱9上端连接于过滤箱9内部底端,位于过滤箱9内部的搅拌轴10外侧设有搅拌叶11,用于对过滤箱9内部的污水进行进一步搅拌作用,所述中间轴12和搅拌叶11内部设有相互连通的空腔24,搅拌叶11上设有若干个进液孔25,用于处理后污水的导入,所述中间齿轮22左侧啮合有从动齿轮23,从动齿轮23上端同轴连接有旋转筒16,旋转筒16外侧设有旋转槽17,旋转槽17内部设有导向杆18,所述导向杆18可以沿着旋转槽17进行相应的运动,由于水平方向被限制,而旋转运动是有水平运动和竖直运动合成的,因此,升降杆19在导向杆18的作用下只会发生上下直线运动,导向杆18末端连接有升降杆19,升降杆19下端穿过处理箱1连接有升降环7,所述升降环7内侧设有若干个清洗刷26,升降环7位于过滤箱9外侧,从而对过滤箱9外侧的过滤孔8进行清洗,所述搅拌轴10上端穿过中间轴12连接有吸液箱14,所述吸液箱14上端连接有吸液管15,吸液管15连接有吸液泵,进而产生负压,将过滤箱9内部的水倒吸出来,实现处理后污水的排出。
实施例2
本发明的另外一种实施例中,该实施例与上述实施例的区别之处在于,所述导向杆18前端设有与旋转槽17相互配合的导向球,通过设置导向球可以使得导向杆18可以更好的在旋转槽17移动,确保升降杆19的有序升降。
本发明,使用时,将污水通过进污管6导入到处理箱中,同时通过投药斗5往处理箱1中加入絮凝剂,然后启动驱动电机20,使得主动齿轮21进行转动,从而与中间齿轮22啮合,使得过滤箱9同步转动,另一搅拌轴也会转动,同时,从动齿轮23与中间齿轮22啮合,使得旋转筒16带动旋转槽17转动,进而通过导向杆18作用使得升降杆19带动升降环7上下移动,使得清洗刷26对过滤孔8进行上下往复清洗,确保过滤孔8的吸液顺畅,大大增加了处理效果。本发明,结构合理,设计新颖,通过设有的旋转筒16与升降杆19之间的相互配合,实现了对升降环7的上下移动,进而对过滤箱9外侧的过滤孔8进行自动清 洗,确保了过滤效果,同时通过设置具有空腔24的搅拌轴10和搅拌叶11实现了对过滤沉淀后废水的倒吸,进一步增加了处理效果,实用性强,可靠性高。
