- the droplet amount calculation unit 220 counts the number of pixels of an image occupied by droplets (human body injection droplets) injected into the human body from the image frame immediately after the fall, and the counted number of pixels using a previously calculated droplet amount per unit pixel Calculate the amount of droplets corresponding to.
- 3 shows a field of view (FOV, 300) photographed by the photographing apparatus 110, the liquid 310 formed at the nozzle 140 and the nozzle tip, and the droplets falling from the nozzle 140 ( 320), the drop determination region 170, the drop chamber 150, and the inner wall droplet 330 attached to the inner wall of the drop chamber are enlarged.
- 4 shows an inner wall droplet 410, a total droplet 420 including a falling droplet 422 and an inner wall droplet 424, and a two-dimensional inner wall droplet 430.
- the droplet amount calculating unit 220 must first determine a human injection droplet before counting the number of pixels of an image occupied by the human injection droplet.
- the droplet amount calculation unit 220 is an inner wall droplet that increases the area of the falling droplet attached to the falling droplet 422 in an image frame having the falling droplets 320 and 422 and the inner wall droplets 330 and 410 to determine the droplet injected into the body. It is necessary to exclude (426).

- the boundary line detection unit 222 detects a boundary line where the shape of the falling droplet 422 and the shape of the inner wall droplet 426 meet.
- the inflection point detection unit 224 detects inflection points on the detected boundary line.
- the two-dimensional inner wall droplet detection unit 226 connects the inflection point and the neighboring inflection line with a straight line 428, excluding the falling droplet 426 connected by the straight line from the total droplet including the inner wall droplet and the falling droplet.
- the inner wall droplet 430 is detected.
- the pixels may be displayed on the camera CCD of the photographing apparatus 110.
- 5 shows pixels of a field of view (FOV) area 500 displayed on a CCD of the photographing apparatus 110. That is, the droplets photographed in the FOV area 500 are divided into fine grids (pixels), and the number of pixels is counted to calculate the area of the droplets. For pixels that are not sufficiently occupied by droplets in each pixel, it may be determined whether or not there are droplets by applying a threshold value. For example, if a droplet occupies more than 1/2 of the pixel size by setting 0.5 as the default, it is counted as having a pixel, and when a droplet occupies less than 1/2 of the pixel size, it is counted as no pixel. In FIG. 5, two droplets 510 and 520 exist, and when the threshold is set to 1/2, the upper droplet 510 counts as having 24 pixels, and the lower droplet 520 has 15 pixels. Counts as being present.
- the number of pixels occupied by the human body injection droplet is referred to as a total droplet image, and the image including the falling droplet 160 falling away from the nozzle 140 and the inner wall droplet 152 attached to the inner wall of the dropping chamber 150 is referred to as a total droplet image.
- a total droplet image When an inner wall droplet excluding a portion that overlaps the falling droplet 160 among the inner wall droplets 152 in the droplet image is referred to as a two-dimensional inner wall droplet, the droplet (human body injection droplet) excluding the 2D inner wall droplet in the total droplet image It can be the number of pixels occupied.
- the number of pixels of the droplet image is counted for each falling droplet to calculate the number of pixels for the entire droplet falling for a predetermined time, and the total number of pixels and the total amount of the dropped droplets are calculated. It can be obtained in advance by calculating the amount of droplets for one pixel by using.
- the above-described droplet amount measuring apparatus 130 may be implemented by a program executed by a computer. For example, an image captured from the photographing apparatus 110 is received and an image frame immediately after falling is extracted. In addition, by executing the image processing program, the outline of the falling droplet and the inner wall droplet is detected through vision processing to find the inflection point, and the two-dimensional inner wall droplet can be obtained by straightening the neighboring inflection points. Then, from the total droplets of the image frame immediately after the fall, the human body injection droplets excluding the two-dimensional inner wall droplets are calculated, and the number of pixels of the image occupied by the human body injection droplets is counted to calculate the amount of the human body injection droplets. By repeating this process, the amount of liquid crystal injected for a certain period of time may be obtained.
- an additional method may be used to increase the speed of calculating the amount of droplets.
- the falling droplets fall down by gravity, that is, the edge continuously increases with time, and the droplets attached to the inside of the chamber have a fixed size. Therefore, in calculating the amount of droplets, the speed of calculating the amount of droplets can be increased by calculating only the amount of change in the size of the falling droplets for a time when the size of the inner wall droplets attached to the inside of the chamber is fixed. That is, the volume of the droplet may be calculated by adding only the change amount of pixels inside the closed curved surface of the outline of the falling droplet.
- the method of calculating the amount of droplets can be used in parallel with the method of detecting the inflection point and the method of calculating the amount of variation in the inner area of the closed curve, or selectively according to the state of the image.
- the number of pixels of the image occupied by the droplets injected into the human body from the image frame immediately after falling is calculated, and the amount of droplets corresponding to the counted number of pixels is calculated using the amount of droplets per unit pixel calculated in advance. .
- FIG. 6 is a flowchart illustrating an embodiment of a method for measuring the amount of droplets injected into a human body according to the present invention.
- the droplet chamber including the nozzle and the droplet is photographed through the photographing apparatus 110 (step S610), and an image immediately after the drop immediately after the droplet falls from the nozzle is obtained (step S620).
- Step S630 The number of pixels of the image occupied by the droplet (human body injection droplet) injected into the human body is counted from the image immediately after the drop through the droplet amount measuring device 630.
- Step S630 The amount of droplets per unit pixel calculated in advance is used to calculate the number of pixels.
- step S640 The amount of droplets corresponding to the counted number of pixels is calculated (step S640).
- the pixels may be displayed on the camera CCD.
- FIG. 7 is a detailed flowchart illustrating the droplet amount calculation step (S640) of FIG. 6.
- the 2D inner wall droplets are extracted (S710). If the 2D inner wall droplets are excluded from the falling droplets and the inner wall droplets of the image frame immediately after the fall, the human body injection droplets can be extracted (S720). A first or second image frame in which a droplet exists in the fall determination region 170 among consecutive image frames of the image captured by 110) and no droplets may be used as the image frame immediately after the fall.
- the human body injection droplet is obtained, the number of pixels of the human body injection droplet may be counted, and a droplet amount corresponding to the counted pixel number may be calculated (step S730).
- FIG. 8 is a detailed flowchart illustrating the step of extracting a 2D inner wall droplet (step S710) of FIG. 7.
- the two-dimensional inner wall droplet can be obtained as follows. First, the boundary line where the inner wall droplet meets the falling droplet is detected (step S810), and inflection points are detected at the detected boundary line (step S820). The detected inflection point and the neighboring inflection point are connected with a straight line (step S830). The falling droplets connected in the straight line are excluded from the inner wall droplets and the falling droplets (S840 step).
- FIG. 9 is a detailed illustration of the process of extracting the two-dimensional inner wall droplets.
- a shape of an inner wall droplet attached to an inner wall of the drop chamber 150 is extracted from an image frame photographing a drop chamber including a dropping droplet and an inner wall droplet (910 ).
- the shape of the falling droplet overlapping the inner wall droplets is extracted.
- a boundary line between the shape of the extracted inner wall droplet and the shape of the falling droplet overlapping the inner wall droplet is detected.
- An inflection point is extracted from the detected boundary line, and the inflection point and the neighboring inflection point are extracted.
- the two-dimensional inner wall droplet is extracted from the inner wall droplet at which the boundary line is detected and the falling droplet linearized between the inflection points (950).
- FIG. 10 is a diagram illustrating an error that may occur through the straightening of the inflection point 940 of FIG. 9. As shown in FIG. 10, the more the inflection point is straightened in the inner wall droplet, the greater the error may be.
- the error generation area 1010 shown in FIG. 10 is only 1% or less error even if it is generated in the eight inner wall droplets as a result of the simulation, and the size of the inner wall droplet is 10% or less compared to the size of the falling droplet. Therefore, the occurrence error 1010 is insignificant. If the maximum allowable error is 3%, the occurrence error 1010 is negligible.
- the image including the falling droplet falling away from the nozzle 140 and the inner wall droplet attached to the inner wall of the droplet chamber 150 is referred to as a total droplet image. It can be calculated as the number of pixels occupied by droplets (human body injection droplets) excluding 2D inner wall droplets in the image.
- the amount of droplets per unit pixel can be calculated in advance as follows. After counting the number of pixels in the droplet image for each dropping drop, calculating the number of pixels for the total dropping drops for a predetermined time, the total number of pixels and the weight of the total dropped drop are used to calculate the number of droplets for one pixel. You can calculate the weight. For example, suppose that 300 droplets fall from the nozzle for 10 minutes, and the number of pixels in the droplet image is counted for each drop falling, and the number of pixels is 100, 102, 101, 98. . . The number of pixels for 300 dropping droplets is summed up. Then, after measuring the total weight of the dropped droplets, dividing the weight by the number of pixels, the weight of one pixel, that is, the amount of droplets per unit pixel can be calculated.
- the amount of droplets injected into the human body is measured and controlled through the remote control system.

In FIG. 19, two droplets 810 and 820 exist, and when the threshold is set to 1/2, the upper droplet 810 is counted as having 24 pixels, and the lower droplet 820 has 15 pixels. - the number of pixels of the droplet image is counted for each falling droplet to calculate the number of pixels for the entire droplet falling for a predetermined time, and the total number of pixels and the total amount of the dropped droplets are calculated. - the above-described droplet amount measurement unit 310 may be implemented by a program executed by a computer. For example, an image captured from the photographing apparatus 210 is received and an image frame immediately after falling is extracted.

First, a boundary line where an inner wall droplet meets a falling droplet is detected (step S1110), and inflection points are detected at the detected boundary line (step S1120). By connecting the detected inflection point and the neighboring inflection point in a straight line (step S1130), the The falling droplets connected in the straight line are excluded from the inner wall droplets and the falling droplets (step S1140).
- FIG. 23 is a detailed diagram illustrating a process of extracting a two-dimensional inner wall droplet.
- the shape of the inner wall droplet attached to the inner wall of the drop chamber 216 is extracted from an image frame photographing the drop chamber including the falling droplet and the inner wall droplet (1210).
- a boundary line between the shape of the extracted inner wall droplet and the shape of the falling droplet overlapping the inner wall droplet is detected.
- An inflection point is extracted from the detected boundary line, and the inflection point and the neighboring inflection point are extracted.
- a two-dimensional inner wall droplet is extracted from the inner wall droplet at which the boundary line is detected and the falling droplet linearized between the inflection points. (1250)
- FIG. 24 is a diagram illustrating an error that may occur through the straightening 1240 of the inflection point of FIG. 23.

Therefore, the generation error 1310 is insignificant. In addition, if the maximum allowable error is 3%, the generated error 1310 is negligible.

- step S950 step the total amount of droplets injected into the human body (total injected droplets) and the droplet amount injected per unit time (unit time injection amount) using the calculated droplet amount ) Is calculated (S950 step)
- the amount of injected droplets is remotely adjusted so that the unit time injection amount and unit time target amount are the same. Adjust. (S960 step)
- An alarm may be generated when power supplied to the droplet amount control devices 110, 120, 130 due to a power outage is cut off, when bubbles occur in a tube through which droplets flow, or when droplet injection reaches a target amount (S970). step)

Abstract
