本发明涉及一种工业用并联进水单级碟片式净水器,其属于水处理技术领域。
背景技术
现今工业发展迅速,在工业生产中不可避免的会产生大量的废水。这些废水的过滤排放、回收利用等问题影响着水资源环境。如何有效地利用、过滤工业废水成为了当前工业排放亟需解决的问题。但是目前的工业净水装置存在着过滤装置结构单一、过滤不充分、水资源利用率低以及需要高压设备施加高压等问题。
发明内容
本发明针对上述现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种工业用并联进水单级碟片式净水器。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:
一种工业用并联进水单级碟片式净水器,包括外筒,所述滤芯包括自上而下设置的上端导流盘、导流盘和下端导流盘,所述上端导流盘的下表面、下端导流盘的上表面和导流盘的表面都设有滤膜,所述外筒的下端设有原水进口、净水出口和污水出口。
优选地,所述螺杆的上端与下端通过螺母与外筒固定,所述螺母与外筒的顶部与底部之间设有垫片,所述外筒顶部的垫片与螺母之间还设有螺套。

一种工业用并联进水单级碟片式净水器,包括外筒1,所述外筒1内部设有滤芯2,滤芯2包括自上而下设置的上端导流盘14、导流盘16和下端导流盘15,所述上端导流盘14的下表面、下端导流盘15的上表面和导流盘16的表面都设有滤膜17,所述外筒1的下端设有原水进口8、净水出口9和污水出口10。
所述螺杆7的上端与下端通过螺母12与外筒1固定,所述螺母12与外筒1的顶部与底部之间设有垫片11,所述外筒1顶部的垫片11与螺母12之间还设有螺套13。
所述所述滤芯2的上端和下端分别连接有上端盖3和下端盖4,所述上端盖3的上侧和下端盖4的下侧分别设有上挡板5和下挡板6,所述外筒1的中心还设有贯穿上挡板5、上端盖3、滤芯2、下挡板6、下端盖4和外筒1的螺杆7。

工作原理:
需要过滤的原水从原水进口8流入滤芯2与外筒内壁之间的空隙中,在持续进水的过程中,空隙中的水在水压下进水上端盖3的原水孔,再由于重力进入导流盘16的原水孔19内,原水流经导流盘16的表面通过滤膜17进行过滤,过滤后的净水和污水分别通过净水孔20和污水孔21流出,并分别通过净水出口9和污水出口10排出。
