It is inclined with respect to the horizontal center line 13a so that the distance between the 20 and the lower side edge connecting portion 22 is gradually narrowed. Further, the upper side edge joint portion 20 and the lower side edge joint portion 22 deform the mask body 2 into a shape along the nose and chin to form a steam generator 1 having a good fit to the three-dimensional shape of the face. Therefore, it is curved in a concave shape that draws a gentle arc toward the horizontal center line 13a (inside of the panel portions 10A and 10B) along the concave portion 12.
As shown in FIG. 4, the upper side edge connecting portion 20 is provided on the horizontal center line 13a side of the upper side edge portion 7 at a predetermined interval, whereby the upper side edge portion 7 and the upper side are provided. A dry edge 24 that has not been subjected to a bonding treatment is formed between the edge bonding portion 20 and the edge bonding portion 20. Similarly, the lower side edge connecting portion 22 is also provided on the horizontal center line 13a side of the lower side edge portion 8 at a predetermined interval, whereby the lower side edge portion 8 and the lower side are provided. A dry edge 24 that has not been subjected to a bonding treatment is formed between the side edge bonding portion 22 and the side edge bonding portion 22. The upper side edge connecting portion 20 is provided inside with an interval of 0.5 mm or more and 5.0 mm with respect to the upper side edge portion 7, and the lower side edge connecting portion 22 is provided on the lower side edge portion 8 It is provided inside with an interval of 0.5 mm or more and 5.0 mm.
The mask body 2 having the above configuration attaches a finger to the recessed portion 12 of the upper side edge portion 7 and the recessed portion 12 of the lower side edge portion 8, and approaches the upper side edge portion 7 and the lower side edge portion 8 to each other. By pressing in the direction of the face, the uncoupled arcuate peripheral portion (opening of the face-contact side end portion 5) of the first panel portion 10A and the second panel portion 10B expands, and a flat bag-like shape (opening of the face-contact side end portion 5) is formed. It is configured to transform from (see FIG. 4) to a three-dimensional cup shape (see FIG. 1).
The mask body 2 has enough rigidity to maintain a cup shape (retain shape) when the user holds it in his hand. Further, as shown in FIG. 1, the mask body 2 is in a cup-shaped shape (a state in which the opening of the face-contacting side end portion 5 is widened), and the face-contacting side end portion 5 to the closing side end portion 5 It has a peripheral surface that tapers toward 6. Further, the peripheral surface of the mask body 2 has a recessed portion 12 that is concave toward the internal space 4, and the recessed portion 12 is located at a position facing the peripheral surface of the mask body 2 (upper side in the present embodiment). A pair is formed on the side edge portion 7 and the lower side edge portion 8).
Further, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the mask body 2 has a size such that the opening of the face-contacting end portion 5 can cover the user's mouth and nose.
Specifically, the width W (see FIG. 8) of the opening of the face-contacting side end 5 in the state where the mask body 2 is held in a cup shape is preferably 40 mm or more, and preferably 60 mm or more. More preferably, it is more preferably 80 or more, further preferably 170 mm or less, further preferably 150 mm or less, further preferably 130 mm or less. As described above, when the width W of the opening of the face-contact side end portion 5 is 40 mm or more, the distance between the steam generator 3 and the mouth and nose is made large enough to cover the user's mouth and nose. There is an advantage that the temperature can be prevented from being too far apart, and an appropriate feeling of warmth and the amount of steam can be obtained. Further, since the width W of the opening of the face contact side end portion 5 is 170 mm or less, it is possible to prevent the steam generator 3 from getting too close to the mouth and nose, and it is possible to obtain an appropriate warmth and steam amount. There is. Further, since the width W of the opening of the face-contact side end portion 5 is set, it can be used without any problem even in a configuration in which the size of the opening described later can be changed. As shown in FIG. 8, the “width W of the opening of the face-contacting end portion 5” refers to the center and the second of the face-contacting side end portion 5 of the first panel portion 10A in a cup-shaped shape-retaining state. 2 Refers to the straight line distance between the panel portion 10B and the center of the face contact side end portion 5.
Further, the mask body 2 preferably has an opening height H (see FIG. 8) of the face-contacting end portion 5 in a cup-shaped shape-retaining state of 50 mm or more, and more preferably 70 mm or more. , 90 or more, more preferably 150 mm or less, more preferably 140 mm or less, still more preferably 130 mm or less. As described above, when the height H of the opening of the face-contact side end portion 5 is 50 mm or more, the steam generator 3 and the mouth and nose are made large enough to cover the user's mouth and nose. There is an advantage that it is possible to prevent the distance from being too far and to obtain an appropriate feeling of warmth and the amount of steam. Further, when the height H of the opening of the face contact side end portion 5 is 150 mm or less, it is possible to prevent the steam generator 3 from getting too close to the mouth and nose, and to obtain an appropriate feeling of warmth and the amount of steam. There are advantages. Further, since the height H of the opening of the face contact side end portion 5, it can be used without any problem even in a configuration in which the size of the opening described later can be changed. As shown in FIG. 8, the “height H of the opening of the face-contact side end portion 5” is the intersection of the upper side edge portion 7 and the face-contact side end portion 5 in the state of being held in a cup shape. And the straight line distance between the lower side edge portion 8 and the intersection of the face contact side end portion 5.
As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the mask body 2 has an internal space 4 formed between the mask body 2 and the user's face in a state where the user's mouth and nose are covered by the opening of the face-contact side end portion 5. The volume of is preferably 50 ml or more and 200 ml or less, and more preferably 100 ml or more and 150 ml or less. By setting the volume of the internal space 4 to be equal to or less than the above upper limit value, it is possible to impart a sufficient feeling of steam while maintaining good handleability and appearance. Further, by setting the volume of the internal space 4 to the above lower limit value or more, it becomes easy to breathe and it becomes easy to add vapor and aroma components.
The internal space 4 formed between the mask body 2 and the user's face is not limited to the closed space formed by the mask body 2 coming into contact with the user's face, and the mask body 2 and the user's face It may have a slight gap between the two. The slight gap mentioned here means a gap that can be generated when the steam generator 1 is attached by a normal method. Even if there is such a gap, the gap is large enough not to impair the effect of the steam generated by the steam generator 3, so that the gap is also closed along the edge of the mask body 2. It can be treated as if it were.
[Volume measurement method of internal space]
Here, the volume of the internal space 4 can be measured as follows. That is, using a human head model modeled using the average human head data (latest data at the time of filing) manufactured by Digital Human Technology Co., Ltd., the usage state of the steam generator 1 is reproduced, and a three-dimensional measuring machine is used. It can be converted into three-dimensional data and measured. Further, as shown in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2012-205926, a liquid-impermeable film is placed inside the mask, and water is poured into this portion so that the state is the same as when the mask is attached. Almost the same value can be obtained by measuring the amount of remaining water with the face facing downward. Therefore, if it is difficult to convert into three-dimensional data due to the shape of the steam generator 1, JP2012-205926 The volume of the internal space 4 may be measured by the method disclosed in the publication.

[How to use the steam generator]
Next, a method of using the steam generator 1 according to the present embodiment will be described.
In this embodiment, since the steam generator 3 is integrated with the mask body 2, the entire steam generator 1 is stored in an oxygen blocking bag. In this storage state, the mask body 2 is folded in a bag-like state.
First, the user opens the oxygen blocking bag at the time of use and takes out the steam generator 1 from the oxygen blocking bag. As a result, the steam generator 3 comes into contact with air, and the steam generator 3 starts to generate heat due to the oxidation reaction of the metal to be oxidized contained in the steam generator 3.
After removing the steam generator 1 from the oxygen blocking bag, the user puts his or her finger on the recess 12 of the upper side edge 7 of the mask body 2 and the recess 12 of the lower edge 8 as shown in FIG. The upper side edge portion 7 and the lower side edge portion 8 are pressed in a direction approaching each other. As a result, the uncoupled arcuate peripheral portion (opening of the face-contact side end portion 5) of the first panel portion 10A and the second panel portion 10B expands, and the mask body 2 changes from a flat bag shape. It transforms into a three-dimensional cup shape. The user brings the mask body 2 close to the face so that the mouth and nose are covered by the mask body 2 deformed into a cup shape in this way. At this time, it is preferable that the face-contacting end 5 of the mask body 2 is brought into close contact with the user's face, but the present invention is not limited to this, and the face-contacting side of the mask body 2 is not impaired. The end portion 5 may be used in a state of being separated from the user's face.
Then, when the steam generator 3 generates heat while the mouth and nose are covered by the mask body 2, the water contained in the steam generator 3 is heated by the heat, and steam at a predetermined temperature (steam) ( It becomes hot steam) and is discharged to the internal space 4 of the mask body 2 via the inner surface sheet 14 of the mask body 2 and supplied to the mouth and nose of the user. At this time, since the steam generator 3 is perfume, the aroma component is sucked by the user together with the steam. As described above, according to the steam generator 1 according to the present embodiment, the hot steam and the aroma component can be supplied to the user by a simple method.
As described above, the steam generator 1 according to the present embodiment has a mask body 2 that can be deformed into a bottomed tubular shape (cup shape) having an opening at the end portion 5 on the face contact side, and an internal space 4 of the mask body 2. The mask body 2 in a cup-shaped deformed state is provided with a steam generator 3 capable of generating steam, and has a peripheral surface that tapers from the face-contact side end portion 5 to the obstruction side end portion 6. The peripheral surface has a concave portion 12 that is concave toward the internal space 4, and a pair of the concave portions 12 are formed at positions facing each other on the peripheral surface of the mask main body 2.
Then, according to the steam generator 1 having such a configuration, as shown in FIG. 6, when the user's mouth and nose are covered with the opening of the face-contact side end portion 5, the upper side edge portion 7 is covered. The inner surface side 12b of the formed recessed portion 12 (one recessed portion 12) fits the user's nose, and the inner surface side of the recessed portion 12 (the other recessed portion 12) formed on the lower side edge portion 8. Since 12b fits the user's chin, it is possible to improve the fit to the user's face and prevent the leakage of steam generated in the internal space 4.
Further, as shown in FIG. 6, the steam generator 1 according to the present embodiment is formed on the upper side edge portion 7 when the user's mouth and nose are covered with the opening of the face contact side end portion 5. The outer surface side 12a of the recess 12 fits the user's finger (for example, the index finger), and the outer surface 12a of the recess 12 formed on the lower side edge 8 fits the user's other finger (for example, the thumb). Because it fits, it has excellent grip when held by hand during use.
Further, in the steam generator 1 according to the present embodiment, the mask main body 2 and the user's face are compared with the case where the pair of recessed portions 12 are formed so that the pair of recessed portions 12 is not formed. Since it is possible to reduce the volume of the space formed between the two, it is possible to improve the steam effect on the amount of steam. That is, according to the steam generator 1 according to the present embodiment, the same steam effect can be obtained with a small amount of steam, or more excellent with the same amount of steam, as compared with the case where the pair of recesses 12 are not formed. It is possible to obtain a steam effect.
In particular, in the steam generator 1 according to the present embodiment, a pair of upper and lower side edge coupling portions (upper side edge coupling portion 20 and lower side edge coupling portion 22) for connecting the first panel portion 10A and the second panel portion 10B. Is provided inside with an interval of 0.5 mm or more and 5.0 mm or less with respect to the upper side edge portion 7 and the lower side edge portion 8, whereby the upper side edge portion 7 and the lower side edge portion 7 and the lower side edge portion 7 are provided. A dry edge 24 is formed between the portion 8 and the side edge connecting portions 20 and 22. According to the steam generator 1 having such a configuration, it is possible to impart flexibility to the upper side edge portion 7 and the lower side edge portion 8, so that the fingers hurt when held by hand during use. It has the additional advantage of being difficult.
Further, in the steam generator 1 according to the present embodiment, since the face contact side end portion 5 is formed in an arc shape, the fit to the user's cheek is improved, and the fit to the user's face is further improved. It becomes possible to prevent the leakage of steam generated in the internal space 4 by improving the above.
Further, in the steam generator 1 according to the present embodiment, by arranging the steam generator 3 on both the first panel portion 10A and the second panel portion 10B, it is possible to inhale the same amount of steam into the left and right nasal cavities. It will be possible. Further, when the amount of steam generated for 10 minutes supplied to the internal space 4 by the steam generator 3 arranged in the first panel portion 10A and the steam generator 3 arranged in the second panel portion 10B exceeds 500 mg, Sufficient supply of hot steam to the throat and nose enhances the function of the airway mucosa, activates ciliary movements, and can obtain a preventive effect on colds and influenza.
Further, in the steam generator 1 according to the present embodiment, since the steam generator 3 is scented, for example, by adding a pleasant scent to the steam, it is possible to enhance the relaxing effect.
Although the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been illustrated above, the technical scope of the present invention is not limited to the scope described in the above-described embodiments. Various changes or improvements can be made to each of the above embodiments.
For example, in the above-described embodiment, it has been described as a type that does not have an ear hook and is held by the user (a type in which the mask body 2 is held and used by hand), but the present invention is not limited to this, for example. It is also possible to use it without holding it by hand by inserting it inside the ear-hook mask.
In the above-described embodiment, the mask body 2 has been described as having an opening capable of covering the user's mouth and nose, but the present invention is not limited to this, and the opening of the mask body 2 is the user's mouth and nose. It may be large enough to cover at least one of the above.
Further, the mask body 2 may have a configuration in which the size of the opening can be changed. As a configuration for changing the size of such an opening, for example, as shown in FIGS. 9A and 9B, a part of the mask bodies 2A and 2B (upper side temporary coupling portion 40, lower portion). An example is a configuration in which the opening is enlarged by breaking the side temporary coupling portion 42). The upper temporary joint portion 40 and the lower temporary joint portion 42 are, for example, portions where the first panel portion 10A and the second panel portion 10B are joined in a perforated or continuous seal shape, and the first panel portion 10A is formed. And the second panel portion 10B can be broken by an operation of separating them from each other. This bond is not limited to the perforated shape or the continuous seal shape, but the first panel portion 10A and the second panel portion 10B are bonded at the upper temporary joint portion 40 and the lower temporary joint portion 42, and the breakage occurs as described above. Any method may be used if possible. The meaning of "combination" is as described above.
In such a modified example, the upper temporary connecting portion 40 is the face-contacting side end from the intersection of the upper side edge portion 7 and the face-contacting side end portion 5, as in the mask body 2A shown in FIG. 9A, for example. Any configuration such as a configuration extending along the portion 5 or a configuration extending from the middle portion of the upper side edge portion 7 toward the face-contacting side end portion 5 as in the mask main body 2B shown in FIG. 9B, for example. It can be adopted. Further, the lower temporary joint portion 42 is provided along the face contact side end portion 5 from the intersection of the lower side edge portion 8 and the face contact side end portion 5, as in the mask body 2A shown in FIG. 9A, for example. It is possible to adopt an arbitrary configuration such as a configuration extending from the middle portion of the lower side edge portion 8 toward the face-contact side end portion 5 as in the mask main body 2B shown in FIG. 9B. is there.
According to the mask main bodies 2A and 2B according to such a modification, it is possible to break the upper temporary connecting portion 40 and the lower temporary connecting portion 42 and freely change the size of the opening. It is possible for the user to adjust the size of the opening according to the preference of the user, the age of the user (adult, child), the size of the face, and the like.
In the above-described embodiment, the mask main body 2 has been described as having a foldable configuration, but the present invention is not limited to this, and the shape may be retained in advance.
In the above-described embodiment, the mask main body 2 folds a single sheet-like member in which the first panel portion 10A and the second panel portion 10B are integrally continuous at the closed side end portion 6, and the upper side edge portion 7 and Although it has been described as being formed in a bag shape by connecting the lower side edge portions 8, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the mask body 2 is made by superimposing the first panel portion 10A and the second panel portion 10B separated from each other and connecting the closed side end portion 6, the upper side edge portion 7, and the lower side edge portion 8 to form a bag. It may be formed in a shape.
In the above-described embodiment, it has been described that one recessed portion 12 is formed on each of the upper side edge portion 7 and the lower side edge portion 8, but the present invention is not limited to this, and the number of recessed portions 12 is arbitrary. It is possible to change. When a plurality of recessed portions 12 are formed in this way, it is possible to improve the fit of the fingers when gripping the mask body 2 with a plurality of fingers, and to support the mask body 2 more stably. There is an advantage that it becomes.
In the above-described embodiment, the first panel portion 10A and the second panel portion 10B have been described as having vertically symmetrical shapes, but the present invention is not limited to this, and the vertically asymmetrical shapes may be used. For example, the number of recessed portions 12 formed on the upper side edge portion 7 and the number of recessed portions 12 formed on the lower side edge portion 8 may be different. As an example of such a modification, as in the mask body 2C shown in FIG. 10, two recesses 12A and 12B are formed on the upper side edge 7, and one recess 12 is formed on the lower edge 8. The configuration to be formed is illustrated. The recessed portions 12A and 12B formed in the upper side edge portion 7 have a smaller radius of curvature and a shorter arc length than the recessed portion 12 formed in the lower side edge portion 8. According to such a mask body 2C, for example, two fingers (for example, the index finger and the middle finger, or the middle finger and the ring finger) are attached to the two recessed portions 12A and 12B formed in the upper side edge portion 7, and the lower part is attached. Since it is possible to grip the mask body 2C with one finger (for example, the thumb) attached to the recessed portion 12 formed in the side edge portion 8, when gripping with one upper and lower finger. Compared with this, there is an advantage that the mask body 2C can be stably supported.
In the above-described embodiment, it has been described that a finger is attached to the recessed portion 12 formed in the upper side edge portion 7 and the lower side edge portion 8, but the present invention is not limited to this, and as shown in FIGS. 11 and 12, for example. A finger may be inserted into a through hole 54 or a slit 56 formed in the vicinity of the recessed portion 12. As such a modification, for example, as in the mask body 2D shown in FIG. 11, the margins 50 and 52 extending from the peripheral surface of the mask body 2D (specifically, the upper side edge portion 7 and the lower side). A through hole having margins 50, 52) extending from the edge 8 in a brim shape and having a size that allows the user's finger to be inserted at a position close to the recess 12 in the margins 50, 52. The configuration in which each of the 54 is formed is exemplified. Further, instead of the through hole 54, a slit 56 through which a finger can be inserted may be formed as in the mask body 2E shown in FIG. 12, for example. Further, in FIGS. 11 and 12, one through hole 54 and one slit 56 are provided in the upper side edge portion 7 and the lower side edge portion 8, but the number thereof is not limited. For example, two may be provided on the upper side edge portion 8 and one may be provided on the lower side edge portion 8. In such a case, the mask bodies 2D and 2E can be stably supported as compared with the case of gripping with one upper and lower finger. According to such mask bodies 2D and 2E, there is an advantage that the mask bodies 2D and 2E are less likely to get tired even if they are held for a long time.
In the above-described embodiment, the face-contact side end portion 5 of the first panel portion 10A and the second panel portion 10B has been described as being formed in an arc shape, but the present invention is not limited to this, and any shape such as a linear shape is not limited to this. Can be adopted.
In the above-described embodiment, it has been described that the arc-shaped face-contacting arc portions 7a and 8a and the closed arc portions 7b and 8b are provided so as to sandwich the recessed portion 12 so as to sandwich the recessed portions 12. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and for example, both sides of the recessed portion 12 may be formed linearly.
In the above-described embodiment, it has been described that dry edges are formed on the upper side edge portion 7 and the lower side edge portion 8 of the first panel portion 10A and the second panel portion 10B, but the present invention is not limited to this and is dry. The configuration may be such that no edge is formed.
In the above-described embodiment, the steam generator 3 is provided for each of the first panel portion 10A and the second panel portion 10B, but the present invention is not limited to this, and for example, the first panel portion 10A and A plurality of configurations may be provided in each of the second panel portions 10B, or may be provided in only one of the first panel portion 10A and the second panel portion 10B. Further, the structure is not limited to the configuration in which the steam generator 3 is included in the first panel portion 10A and the second panel portion 10B, and a pocket-shaped storage portion is provided on the inner surface of the mask main body 2 and the steam generator 3 is provided in the storage portion. The steam generator 3 may be attached and detached, or the steam generator 3 may be fixed to the inner surface of the mask body 2 by using a fixing means such as an adhesive. Further, in the type in which the steam generator 3 is retrofitted to the mask body 2 as described above, only the steam generator 3 may be stored in an oxygen blocking bag. When a plurality of steam generators 3 are provided, the steam characteristics and shapes of the steam generators 3 may be the same or different, but from the viewpoint of uniformly supplying steam and scent to the user, the same steam has the same shape. It is preferable to have characteristics.
In the above-described embodiment, the steam generator 3 has been described as being scented, but the present invention is not limited to this, and a steam generator that is not scented may be used.
It is clear from the description of the claims that the above-mentioned modifications are included in the scope of the present invention.
Regarding the above-described embodiment, the present invention further discloses the following steam generator.
