固定轴b 11的内侧还设置有连接于支撑底座1两支撑臂之间的辅助支撑轴13,支撑轴b 12上安装有两个扭簧,该两个扭簧安装在两连接臂a2-1之间,第一活动件2的两连接臂a2-1的内侧部分别设有卡钩,两个扭簧的一端分别卡合于相应的卡钩上,两个扭簧的另一端连接成一体抵压在辅助支撑轴13上,支撑轴a10上安装有两个扭簧,第二活动件3的两连接臂b3-1的外侧部分别设有卡钩,支撑底座1在与第二活动件3相连处的两支撑臂内侧也分别设有卡钩,支撑轴a10上安装的两个扭簧分别处于连接臂b3-1与支撑底座1的支撑臂之间的支撑轴a10上,支撑轴a10上安装的两个扭簧的一端分别卡合于两连接臂b3-1的卡钩上,支撑轴a10上安装的两个扭簧的另一端分别卡合于支撑底座1两支撑臂的卡钩上。
导气管17靠近充气导管5的位置上设置有充气止回阀18。
充气导管5的出气端口连接有充气气嘴19,充气气嘴19可采用多用气嘴,使用时,可根据打气对象的不同选择不同的气嘴进行各车型轮胎、球类或者救生圈等充气操作。
支撑底座1、第一活动件2和第二活动件3均可采用铝合金材质制成。
气压表8为指针式压力表或电子式压力表。
本实用新型相对目前的单脚踩踏的充气装置而言有很大差别,首先是结构上发生了很大变化,而且最重要的是在腿部用力方式和用力力度上有很大改善。目前的单脚踩踏的充气装置通常需要使用者利用较为有力的右脚来踩,基本上全部依靠的是腿部发力,时间一长就会累,而且只有在右脚将踏板踩下去才能充气,在脚部往上的时候是不能进行充气的,而本实用新型的充气装置由于充气时,双脚交替踩踏,左脚往上的时候右脚充气,右脚往上的时候左脚踩踏充气,所以是时刻在充气的,由此能够使得充气效率提高,而且充气时,本实用新型装置使用时,这个装置是受到使用者整个身体的重力,使用者通过脚部踩踏 踏板变得更加轻松,通过控制偏移,从而方便使用者有针对的踩踏任一边的踏板而进行充气。
利用本实用新型所述的双脚交替踩踏充气装置进行充气时,首先,将装置平稳的放置于地面上,将充气导管5上的充气气嘴19与充气对象的充气口相连,然后操作者的双脚分别踩踏于第一活动件2和第二活动件3上的踏板4上,踩踏充气时,操作者的双脚一上一下进行左右两个踏板的踩踏,而且踩踏时可随时控制身体重心偏向要踩踏的一侧,这样就能为使用者减少脚部和腿部用力,避免了单脚踩踏时需腿部用较大的力才能踩到底的情况发生,从而使得双脚踩踏充气变得更加迅速、更加省力。
本实用新型提供了一种双脚交替踩踏充气装置,能够解决现有充气装置采用单脚来踩而带来的费时费力问题,本实用新型提供的双脚交替踩踏充气装置,配置了呈交叉式设置的第一活动件与第二活动件,通过双脚踩踏第一活动件与第二活动件上的踏板,能够轻松、快速的实现充气操作,具有结构紧凑、设计合理、使用方便等优点,适合推广。
尽管已描述了本实用新型的优选实施例,但本领域内的技术人员一旦得知了基本创造性概念,则可对这些实施例作出另外的变更和修改。所以,所附权利要求意欲解释为包括优选实施例以及落入本实用新型范围的所有变更和修改。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本实用新型进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本实用新型的精神和范围。这样,倘若本实用新型的这些修改和变型属于本实用新型权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本实用新型也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种双脚交替踩踏充气装置,其特征在于,包括支撑底座(1)、第一活动件(2)、第二活动件(3)、踏板(4)、充气导管(5)、两个气缸a(6)、两个气缸b(7)以及气压表(8);
    所述支撑底座(1)上设置有第一活动件(2)和第二活动件(3),所述第一活动件(2)和第二活动件(3)的顶端一体连接有踏板(4),所述第一活动件(2)和第二活动件(3)的底端均以可转动的方式与支撑底座(1)相连接,所述第一活动件(2)与第二活动件(3)之间呈交叉式设置,所述第一活动件(2)设置于第二活动件(3)内侧,两个气缸a(6)的缸体铰接于支撑底座(1)的一端,两个气缸b(7)的缸体铰接于支撑底座(1)的另一端,且两个气缸b(7)处于两个气缸a(6)的两侧;所述第一活动件(2)包括两连接臂a(2-1),两连接臂a(2-1)之间连接有主轴a(14),所述第二活动件(3)包括两连接臂b(3-1),两连接臂b(3-1)之间连接有主轴b(15),两连接臂a(2-1)设置于两连接臂b(3-1)之间,所述主轴a(14)、主轴b(15)上均固定套接有连接件(16),所述连接件(16)开设有气道、与该气道相连通的出气端口、以及两个与该气道相连通的进气端口;两个气缸a(6)的活塞杆分别固定连接于主轴a(14)上连接件的两个进气端口,两个气缸b(7)的活塞杆分别固定连接于主轴b(15)上连接件的两个进气端口,两个连接件(16)的出气端口分别连接有导气管(17)并通过导气管(17)与充气导管(5)连接,所述充气导管(5)上设置有气压表(8)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种双脚交替踩踏充气装置,其特征在于,所述支撑底座(1)包括两并列设置的支撑臂,对应于同一端的两支撑臂之间分别连接有固定轴a(9)、支撑轴a(10),所述支撑轴a(10)位于固定轴a(9)的外侧,对应于另一端的两支撑臂之间连接有固定轴b(11)、支撑轴b(12),所述支撑轴b(12)位于固定轴b(11)的外侧,所述第一活动件(2)与支撑底座(1)通过支撑轴b(12)以转动方式连接在一起,所述第二活动件(3)与支撑底座(1)通过支撑轴a(10)以转动方式连接在一起,所述支撑轴b(12)、支撑轴a(10)上均安装有扭簧,所述第一活动件(2)通过支撑轴b(12)上安装的扭簧与支撑底座(1)相配合,所述第二活动件(3)通过支撑轴a(10)上安装的扭簧与支撑底座(1)相配合,两个气缸a(6)的缸体活动连接于支撑底座(1)的固定轴a(9)上,两个气缸b(7)的缸体活动连接于支撑底座(1)的固定轴b(11)上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种双脚交替踩踏充气装置,其特征在于,所述固定轴b(11)的内侧还设置有连接于支撑底座(1)两支撑臂之间的辅助支撑轴(13),所述支撑轴b(12)上安装有两个扭簧,所述第一活动件(2)的两连接臂a(2-1)的内侧部分别设有卡钩,两个扭簧的一端分别卡合于相应的卡钩上,两个扭簧的另一端连接成一体抵压在辅助支撑轴(13)上,所述支撑轴a(10)上安装有两个扭簧,所述第二活动件(3)的两连接臂b(3-1)的外侧部分别设有卡钩,所述支撑底座(1)在与第二活动件(3)相连处的两支撑臂内侧也分别设有卡钩,所述支撑轴a(10)上安装的两个扭簧的一端分别卡合于两连接臂b(3-1)的卡钩上,所述支撑轴a(10)上安装的两个扭簧的另一端分别卡合于支撑底座(1)两支撑臂的卡钩上。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一所述的一种双脚交替踩踏充气装置,其特征在于,所述导气管(17)靠近充气导管(5)的位置上设置有充气止回阀(18)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种双脚交替踩踏充气装置,其特征在于,所述充气导管(5)的出气端口连接有充气气嘴(19)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种双脚交替踩踏充气装置,其特征在于,所述支撑底座(1)、第一活动件(2)和第二活动件(3)均可采用铝合金材质制成。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种双脚交替踩踏充气装置,其特征在于,所述气压表(8)为指针式压力表或电子式压力表。
