工作原理:在需要打开炉盖4时,只需手部轻拉炉盖4,在扭簧9的弹力作用下,为炉盖4提供了一个缓冲力,使炉盖4具有向上运动的趋势,此时即可轻松的打开炉盖4,同时可通过罩壳13里面的螺杆10来调节力度,调节时只需转动螺杆10,螺杆10带动推板11移动,从而可使扭簧9的扭转力更大,螺杆10越靠近轨道轴14,扭簧9受力越大,炉盖4打开就会越省力,可以使我们的陶瓷炉打开烧烤的时候一根手指的力量就可以把炉盖4打开,同 时在野外烧烤过程中,即使有大风把炉盖4吹下来,在扭簧9的作用下,炉盖4不会夹到手也不会有人受伤,解决了由于炉盖4重量较大,炉盖4的翻起较为困难,且经常使用轻型摇臂会导致弹簧拉力减轻,需要拧紧调节力度的螺丝才能保证摇臂的拉力的问题。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种陶瓷烧烤炉用轻型摇臂,包括外壳(1)、转轴(2)、陶瓷炉本体(3)和炉盖(4),所述转轴(2)的两端均贯穿外壳(1),且转轴(2)和外壳(1)转动连接,其特征在于:所述外壳(1)的内壁活动连接有下抱圈链接脚(5),所述下抱圈链接脚(5)和陶瓷炉本体(3)固定连接,所述外壳(1)的内壁通过转轴(2)转动连接有上抱圈链接脚(7),所述上抱圈链接脚(7)的内壁固定连接有轨道轴(14),所述上抱圈链接脚(7)的内壁固定连接有挡板(8),所述转轴(2)的表面套设有扭簧(9),所述扭簧(9)的上端部与挡板(8)活动连接,所述外壳(1)的一侧螺纹连接有螺杆(10),所述螺杆(10)贯穿外壳(1)并转动连接有推板(11),所述扭簧(9)的下端部与推板(11)活动连接,所述外壳(1)的一侧设置有罩壳(13)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种陶瓷烧烤炉用轻型摇臂,其特征在于:所述转轴(2)的表面套设有数量为两个挡块(6),所述挡块(6)与外壳(1)活动连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种陶瓷烧烤炉用轻型摇臂,其特征在于:所述下抱圈链接脚(5)的数量为两个。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种陶瓷烧烤炉用轻型摇臂,其特征在于:所述扭簧(9)的数量为三个,三个所述扭簧(9)均位于两个所述挡块(6)之间。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种陶瓷烧烤炉用轻型摇臂,其特征在于:所述推板(11)的一侧固定连接有转动座(12),所述转动座(12)的内壁设置有轴承,所述轴承的内缘与螺杆(10)套接,且推板(11)的一侧固定连接有限位杆(15),所述限位杆(15)贯穿外壳(1)并延伸至外壳(1)的外部。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种陶瓷烧烤炉用轻型摇臂,其特征在于:所述外壳(1)的一侧设置有合页,所述罩壳(13)通过合页与外壳(1)转动 连接,所述罩壳(13)的内壁固定连接有第一磁条,所述外壳(1)的一侧固定连接有第二磁条,所述第一磁条和第二磁条磁性连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种陶瓷烧烤炉用轻型摇臂,其特征在于:所述下抱圈链接脚(5)的一侧设置有螺纹孔,所述外壳(1)的一侧螺纹连接有螺栓,所述螺栓与螺纹孔螺纹连接。
