背景技术
在现有的物流仓库中,各种物流终端设备(例如,PDA)一般集计算、存储、通信等多种功能于一体,以用来进行入库、出库、盘点、调拨等仓库管理操作。
现有的物流终端设备的工作方式一般是,扫码员工信息进行账号登录,数据存储,扫码包裹和库位以完成与业务系统的交互,与云端网关服务器进行交互。每个物流终端设备为了保障正常运行,需要设置充足的计算资源、内存资源、存储资源和交互资源(高清触屏、键盘)。

在本发明实施例中,当处理服务器1生成第二数据,并发送至外部后,外部可以针对该第二数据生成指令信息(例如,针对相关的物流对象的管理操作指令等),即,第三数据。当处理服务器1接收到第三数据后,对第三数据进行处理,生成移动终端2能够输出的展示数据,即,第四数据。相应的移动终端2则接收并输出该第四数据。具体地,第四数据可以为文字信息数据、语音信息数据或图片信息数据等。

在本发明实施例中,当用户通过移动终端进行物流对象管理时,首先,通过移动终端获取第一数据,该第一数据至少包括从物流对象的外表面上采集到的数据;然后移动终端将获取到的第一数据发送至处理服务器。
S302,处理服务器根据移动终端发送的第一数据生成第二数据。
在本发明实施例中,处理服务器则根据移动终端发送的第一数据生成第二数据,该第二数据至少包括物流对象的物流信息。也就是说,移动终端在采集到物流对象的物流对象信息后,直接将采集到的数据发送到处理服务器,由处理服务器进行相关处理,如,生成关于该物流对象的物流信息等。
另外,在本发明实施例提供的物流对象管理方法中,还可以包括如下步骤:
S303,处理服务器根据从外部接收的第三数据生成第四数据,并发送至移动终端。
在本发明实施例中,当处理服务器生成第二数据,并发送至外部后,外部可以针对该第二数据生成指令信息(例如,针对相关的物流对象的管理操作指令等),即,第三数据。
S304,移动终端接收并输出第四数据。
在本发明实施例中,当处理服务器接收到第三数据后,对第三数据进行处理,生成移动终端能够输出的展示数据,即,第四数据。相应的移动终端则接收并输出该第四数据。具体地,第四数据可以为文字信息数据、语音信息数据或图片信息数据等。
另外,移动终端与处理服务器可以通过局域网络传输数据。处理服务器与外部可以通过有线网络传输数据。从而使得数据传输更加稳定,通信效率更高。
本发明实施例提供的物流对象管理方法,通过设置处理服务器来为采集物流对象信息的各移动终端提供计算、存储等处理服务,使得移动终端仅保留输入输出和通信的功能,降低了设备成本;同时,将大部分处理数据的资源设置在处理服务器中,能够由多个移动终端所共用,因此提升了资源利用率。
实施例四
以上描述了物流对象管理系统的内部功能和结构,该系统可实现为一种电子设备。图4为本发明提供的电子设备一个实施例的结构示意图。如图4所示,该电子设备包括存储器41和处理器42。
存储器41,用于存储程序。除上述程序之外,存储器41还可被配置为存储其它各 种数据以支持在电子设备上的操作。这些数据的示例包括用于在电子设备上操作的任何应用程序或方法的指令,联系人数据,电话簿数据,消息,图片,视频等。
存储器41可以由任何类型的易失性或非易失性存储设备或者它们的组合实现,如静态随机存取存储器(SRAM),电可擦除可编程只读存储器(EEPROM),可擦除可编程只读存储器(EPROM),可编程只读存储器(PROM),只读存储器(ROM),磁存储器,快闪存储器,磁盘或光盘。
处理器42,与存储器41耦合,执行存储器41所存储的程序,以用于:
控制移动终端将输入的第一数据发送至处理服务器进行处理,该第一数据至少包括从物流对象的外表面上采集到的数据;
控制处理服务器根据移动终端发送的第一数据生成第二数据,该第二数据至少包括物流对象的物流信息。
进一步,如图4所示,电子设备还可以包括:通信组件43、电源组件44、音频组件45、显示器46等其它组件。图4中仅示意性给出部分组件,并不意味着电子设备只包括图4所示组件。
通信组件43被配置为便于电子设备和其他设备之间有线或无线方式的通信。电子设备可以接入基于通信标准的无线网络,如WiFi,2G或3G,或它们的组合。在一个示例性实施例中,通信组件43经由广播信道接收来自外部广播管理系统的广播信号或广播相关信息。在一个示例性实施例中,所述通信组件43还包括近场通信(NFC)模块,以促进短程通信。例如,在NFC模块可基于射频识别(RFID)技术,红外数据协会(IrDA)技术,超宽带(UWB)技术,蓝牙(BT)技术和其他技术来实现。
电源组件44,为电子设备的各种组件提供电力。电源组件44可以包括电源管理系统,一个或多个电源,及其他与为电子设备生成、管理和分配电力相关联的组件。
音频组件45被配置为输出和/或输入音频信号。例如,音频组件45包括一个麦克风(MIC),当电子设备处于操作模式,如呼叫模式、记录模式和语音识别模式时,麦克风被配置为接收外部音频信号。所接收的音频信号可以被进一步存储在存储器41或经由通信组件43发送。在一些实施例中,音频组件45还包括一个扬声器,用于输出音频信号。
显示器46包括屏幕,其屏幕可以包括液晶显示器(LCD)和触摸面板(TP)。如果屏幕包括触摸面板,屏幕可以被实现为触摸屏,以接收来自用户的输入信号。触摸面板包括一个或多个触摸传感器以感测触摸、滑动和触摸面板上的手势。所述触摸传感器 可以不仅感测触摸或滑动动作的边界,而且还检测与所述触摸或滑动操作相关的持续时间和压力。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种物流对象管理系统,其特征在于,包括:处理服务器和用于采集物流对象信息的至少一个移动终端,其中,
    所述移动终端用于,将输入的第一数据发送至所述处理服务器进行处理,所述第一数据至少包括从物流对象的外表面上采集到的数据;
    所述处理服务器用于,根据所述移动终端发送的所述第一数据生成第二数据,所述第二数据至少包括所述物流对象的物流信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的物流对象管理系统,其特征在于,
    所述处理服务器还用于,根据从外部接收的第三数据生成第四数据,并发送至所述移动终端,所述第三数据为外部对于所述第二数据的指令信息,所述第四数据为用于展示所述指令信息的数据;
    所述移动终端还用于,接收并输出所述第四数据。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的物流对象管理系统,其特征在于,所述第四数据为文字信息数据、语音信息数据或图片信息数据。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的物流对象管理系统,其特征在于,所述移动终端包括:
    数据采集模块,用于采集所述物流对象的外表面上的数据;
    第一通信模块,用于与所述处理服务器传输数据。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的物流对象管理系统,其特征在于,所述处理服务器包括:
    业务逻辑处理模块,用于对所述移动终端发送的数据进行业务逻辑处理;
    第二通信模块,用于与所述移动终端传输数据。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的物流对象管理系统,其特征在于,所述处理服务器还包括:
    数据存储模块,用于存储所传输的数据。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的物流对象管理系统,其特征在于,所述移动终端为多个,所述处理服务器中的业务逻辑处理模块具体用于,对多个所述移动终端发送的数据进行业务逻辑批量处理。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7中任一权利要求所述的物流对象管理系统,其特征在于,所述移动终端与所述处理服务器通过局域网络传输数据。
  9. 根据权利要求1至7中任一权利要求所述的物流对象管理系统,其特征在于,所述处理服务器与外部通过有线网络传输数据。
  10. 一种物流对象管理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    移动终端将输入的第一数据发送至处理服务器进行处理,所述第一数据至少包括从物流对象的外表面上采集到的数据;
    处理服务器根据所述移动终端发送的所述第一数据生成第二数据,所述第二数据至少包括所述物流对象的物流信息。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的物流对象管理方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    所述处理服务器根据从外部接收的第三数据生成第四数据,并发送至所述移动终端,所述第三数据为外部对于所述第二数据的指令信息,所述第四数据为用于展示所述指令信息的数据;
    所述移动终端接收并输出所述第四数据。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的物流对象管理方法,其特征在于,所述第四数据为文字信息数据、语音信息数据或图片信息数据。
  13. 根据权利要求10至12中任一权利要求所述的物流对象管理方法,其特征在于,所述移动终端与所述处理服务器通过局域网络传输数据。
  14. 根据权利要求10至12中任一权利要求所述的物流对象管理方法,其特征在于,所述处理服务器与外部通过有线网络传输数据。
  15. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,所述电子设备包括:
    存储器,用于存储程序;
    处理器,用于运行所述存储器中存储的所述程序,以用于:
    控制移动终端将输入的第一数据发送至处理服务器进行处理,所述第一数据至少包括从物流对象的外表面上采集到的数据;
    控制处理服务器根据所述移动终端发送的所述第一数据生成第二数据,所述第二数据至少包括所述物流对象的物流信息。
