作为优选,所述第四连杆设有第一夹持部和第二夹持部,第一夹持部和第二夹持部用于夹持蓄力弹性组件的所述另一端,所述第一夹持部设有与所述凸柱滑动连接的滑槽,所述滑槽和螺栓均倾斜设置并相互平行。
作为优选,所述第四连杆设有第一限位柱和第二限位柱,所述螺栓包括螺杆和与螺杆连接的螺头,所述螺杆远离螺头的一端穿过第一限位柱和第二限位柱之间后与所述滑块螺接,所述螺头抵触所述第一限位柱以及所述第二限位柱;所述第四连杆还设置有供所述螺头显露出第四连杆外部的旋拧孔。
作为优选,所述蓄力弹性组件包括蓄力弹簧、连接块、与基座铰接的连接座以及插设在蓄力弹簧内部的导向柱,所述蓄力弹簧的一端以及所述导向柱的一端均与连接座连接,所述蓄力弹簧的另一端与连 接块的一端连接,所述连接块的另一端与连接组件铰接。
作为优选,所述省力机构还包括与基座可拆卸连接的盖板,所述连接组件以及蓄力弹性组件设置在盖板和基座之间。
本发明的有益效果:通过设置蓄力弹性组件来向使用者提供用于开合家具的助力,从而使得使用者能够更省力地开合家具,并达到令家具更易于使用的效果。

具体实施方式
为了便于本领域技术人员的理解,下面结合实施例与附图对本发明作进一步的说明,实施方式提及的内容并非对本发明的限定。以下 结合附图对本发明进行详细的描述。
如图1和图2所示,一种用于家具上翻支撑的可调节省力机构,包括基座1、固定件2、第一连杆3、连接组件4以及蓄力弹性组件5,所述第一连杆3的一端与固定件2的一端铰接,所述第一连杆3的另一端与连接组件4的一端铰接,连接组件4的另一端与基座1铰接,所述蓄力弹性组件5的一端与基座1铰接,所述蓄力弹性组件5的另一端与连接组件4铰接。
以图2所示的方向为基准方向,当家具处于闭合状态下时,固定件2与水平面平行,蓄力弹性组件5处于压缩状态。在使用者打开家具的过程中,固定件2以家具开合时的旋转轴作为中心轴逐渐转动,固定件2通过第一连杆3带动连接组件4转动,蓄力弹性组件5在连接组件4的带动下沿顺时针方向转动并逐渐恢复弹性形变,蓄力弹性组件5的弹性势能向连接组件4、第一连杆3以及固定件2提供向上的力,从而使得使用者能够更省力地向上打开家具,操作起来省时省力。本实施例还能实现令家具自动保持在一定的打开角度的效果。由于蓄力弹性组件5在恢复形变的过程中,弹性势能逐渐减少,因此若蓄力弹性组件5无法转动,即在蓄力弹性组件5与连接组件4间的角度无法改变时,蓄力弹性组件5向连接组件4、第一连杆3以及固定件2提供的竖直方向上的力会逐渐减少,箱盖91、连接组件4、第一连杆3以及固定件2会在重力的影响下自动下翻。但在本实施例中,打开家具时,蓄力弹性组件5在连接组件4的带动下转动,蓄力弹性组件5在相对水平面倾斜的位置向相对水平面垂直的位置靠近,将蓄力弹性组件5对其它 零件提供的力分解为水平分力和竖直分力,可知蓄力弹性组件5移动的过程中,蓄力弹性组件5对外提供的竖直分力逐渐增大,同时由于蓄力弹性组件5的弹性势能逐渐减少(即蓄力弹性组件5对其它零件提供的总力逐渐减少),因此能够实现蓄力弹性组件5向连接组件4、第一连杆3以及固定件2提供的竖直方向上的力不变的效果。蓄力弹性组件5向连接组件4、第一连杆3以及固定件2提供的竖直方向的力等于连接组件4、第一连杆3、固定件2以及家具中箱盖91的重力之和,因此能够保证连接组件4、第一连杆3以及固定件2不会在重力的影响下自动下翻,即当使用者将箱盖91打开至设定的角度时,该家具的箱盖91能够自动保持在所打开的角度。具体地,当打开角度大于20°时,箱盖91能够在任意角度停留,当打开角度小于或等于20°时,箱盖91会缓缓地闭合。
如图1和图2所示,所述省力机构还包括第二连杆6和第三连杆7,所述第二连杆6的一端与所述基座1铰接,所述第二连杆6的另一端与第三连杆7的一端铰接,所述第二连杆6的中部与第一连杆3的中部铰接,所述第三连杆7的另一端与固定件2铰接,从而使得第一连杆3和固定件2能更稳定地转移。
如图2所示,所述省力机构还包括缓冲组件8,所述缓冲组件8包括缓冲弹性件81,所述缓冲弹性件81的一端固定于所述基座1,所述缓冲弹性件81的另一端用于抵触第二连杆6的所述另一端。当关闭家具时,缓冲弹性件81抵触第二连杆6以起缓冲作用,从而防止家具闭合时强烈碰撞,并减少家具闭合时的声响。优选地,缓冲弹性件81 为阻尼器。
如图3所示,所述连接组件4包括第四连杆41、与第四连杆41转动连接的螺栓42以及与所述螺栓42螺接的滑块43,所述蓄力弹性组件5的所述另一端与滑块43铰接,所述第四连杆41的一端与第一连杆3的所述另一端铰接,所述第四连杆41的另一端与基座1铰接。当家具使用不同材质或尺寸的箱盖91时,箱盖91的重力不同。使用者能够通过旋拧螺栓42来使得滑块43移动,从而调节蓄力弹性组件5相对连接组件4的初始角度,即调节蓄力弹性组件5对连接组件4、第一连杆3以及固定件2提供的力,从而保证蓄力弹性组件5对连接组件4、第一连杆3以及固定件2提供的竖直方向的力能够等于连接组件4、第一连杆3、固定件2以及家具中箱盖91的重力之和。另外,将螺栓42和滑块43整合在第四连杆41内,一方面是便于调节蓄力弹性组件5的输出力作用在连接组件4上的大小,另一方面是节省了零配件的使用,减小了省力机构的体积,节约了家具的空间,改变了传统的省力机构中的蓄力装置还需要经由额外的连杆方可将输出力作用在连接组件4上,使得省力机构的结构简单,降低了制造成本,缩小了占用家具的空间,力度调节方便。
如图3至图5所示,所述滑块43设有纵截面为圆形的凸柱431,蓄力弹性组件5的所述另一端凹陷形成有用于容纳所述凸柱431的凹槽51,通过凸柱431和凹槽51来实现滑块43与蓄力弹性组件5的所述另一端铰接,结构简单实用且易于组装。
如图3和图5所示,所述第四连杆41设有第一夹持部411和第二夹 持部412,第一夹持部411和第二夹持部412用于夹持蓄力弹性组件5的所述另一端,所述第一夹持部411设有与所述凸柱431滑动连接的滑槽4111,所述滑槽4111和螺栓42均倾斜设置并相互平行。滑槽4111的侧壁抵触凸柱431,能够对凸柱431进行限制,使得第一夹持部411和第二夹持部412能够对蓄力弹性组件5进行限制,保证凸柱431和蓄力弹性组件5沿固定轨迹移动。
如图3和图5所示,所述第四连杆41设有第一限位柱413和第二限位柱414,所述螺栓42包括螺杆421和与螺杆421连接的螺头422,所述螺杆421远离螺头422的一端穿过第一限位柱413和第二限位柱414之间后与所述滑块43螺接,所述螺头422抵触所述第一限位柱413以及所述第二限位柱414;所述第四连杆41还设置有供所述螺头422显露出第四连杆41外部的旋拧孔415。利用第一限位柱413和第二限位柱414对螺栓42进行限位,既能保证螺栓42能够转动,又能保证螺栓42不会自行移位,结构简单实用。旋拧孔415便于使用者转动螺栓42。
如图4所示,所述蓄力弹性组件5包括蓄力弹簧52、连接块53、与基座1铰接的连接座54以及插设在蓄力弹簧52内部的导向柱55,所述蓄力弹簧52的一端以及所述导向柱55的一端均与连接座54连接,所述蓄力弹簧52的另一端与连接块53的一端连接,所述连接块53的另一端与连接组件4铰接。蓄力弹簧52可能会在使用过程中自行弯曲,导致难以对连接组件4施力。本实施例中利用导向柱55对蓄力弹簧52进行限位,能够保证蓄力弹性在使用过程中呈直线状态,并稳定对连接组件4施力。
如图1所示,所述省力机构还包括与基座1可拆卸连接的盖板11,所述连接组件4以及蓄力弹性组件5设置在盖板11和基座1之间。减少灰尘进入连接组件4以及蓄力弹性组件5,当家具中放置有衣物等容易被钩挂的物件时,盖板11还能够防止连接组件4以及蓄力弹性组件5钩挂物件。
由于家具使用不同材质或尺寸的箱盖91,箱盖91的重力不同,因此,使用者需要根据不同材质或尺寸的箱盖91来调节省力机构中蓄力弹性组件5作用于连接组件4上的输出力的大小。假设需要减小蓄力弹性组件5作用于连接组件4上的输出力时,使用者利用工具经由旋拧孔415拧动螺栓42,由于螺栓42与滑块43螺纹连接,所以转动的螺栓42使得滑块43沿着螺杆421向下斜移,向下斜移的滑块43的凸柱431在滑槽4111内滑动且抵触连接块53向下斜移,向下斜移的连接块53使得整个蓄力弹性组件5顺时针转动设定的角度,同时第四连杆41向下摆动,使得第四连杆41的滑槽4111的侧壁始终抵触滑块43的凸柱431,保证蓄力弹性组件5的输出力始终能够作用于连接组件4上。由于蓄力弹性组件5顺时针转动设定的角度,使得蓄力弹性组件5向连接组件4、第一连杆3以及固定件2提供的竖直方向上的力会逐渐减少,从而减小蓄力弹性组件5作用于连接组件4上的输出力,进而对蓄力弹性组件5作用于连接组件4上的输出力进行调节,调节方便,操作简单。
本发明可以调节扭矩来改变扭力,以达到和箱盖91扭力平衡,进而达到省力效果。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种用于家具上翻支撑的可调节省力机构,其特征在于:包括基座(1)、固定件(2)、第一连杆(3)、连接组件(4)以及蓄力弹性组件(5),所述第一连杆(3)的一端与固定件(2)的一端铰接,所述第一连杆(3)的另一端与连接组件(4)的一端铰接,连接组件(4)的另一端与基座(1)铰接,所述蓄力弹性组件(5)的一端与基座(1)铰接,所述蓄力弹性组件(5)的另一端与连接组件(4)铰接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于家具上翻支撑的可调节省力机构,其特征在于:所述省力机构还包括第二连杆(6)和第三连杆(7),所述第二连杆(6)的一端与所述基座(1)铰接,所述第二连杆(6)的另一端与第三连杆(7)的一端铰接,所述第二连杆(6)的中部与第一连杆(3)的中部铰接,所述第三连杆(7)的另一端与固定件(2)铰接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种用于家具上翻支撑的可调节省力机构,其特征在于:所述省力机构还包括缓冲组件(8),所述缓冲组件(8)包括缓冲弹性件(81),所述缓冲弹性件(81)的一端固定于所述基座(1),所述缓冲弹性件(81)的另一端用于抵触第二连杆(6)的所述另一端。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于家具上翻支撑的可调节省力机构,其特征在于:所述连接组件(4)包括第四连杆(41)、与第四连杆(41)转动连接的螺栓(42)以及与所述螺栓(42)螺接的滑块(43),所述蓄力弹性组件(5)的所述另一端与滑块(43)铰接,所述第四连杆(41)的一端与第一连杆(3)的所述另一端铰接,所述第四连杆(41)的另一端与基座(1)铰接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种用于家具上翻支撑的可调节省力机构, 其特征在于:所述滑块(43)设有纵截面为圆形的凸柱(431),蓄力弹性组件(5)的所述另一端凹陷形成有用于容纳所述凸柱(431)的凹槽(51)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种用于家具上翻支撑的可调节省力机构,其特征在于:所述第四连杆(41)设有第一夹持部(411)和第二夹持部(412),第一夹持部(411)和第二夹持部(412)用于夹持蓄力弹性组件(5)的所述另一端,所述第一夹持部(411)设有与所述凸柱(431)滑动连接的滑槽(4111),所述滑槽(4111)和螺栓(42)均倾斜设置并相互平行。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的一种用于家具上翻支撑的可调节省力机构,其特征在于:所述第四连杆(41)设有第一限位柱(413)和第二限位柱(414),所述螺栓(42)包括螺杆(421)和与螺杆(421)连接的螺头(422),所述螺杆(421)远离螺头(422)的一端穿过第一限位柱(413)和第二限位柱(414)之间后与所述滑块(43)螺接,所述螺头(422)抵触所述第一限位柱(413)以及所述第二限位柱(414);所述第四连杆(41)还设置有供所述螺头(422)显露出第四连杆(41)外部的旋拧孔(415)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于家具上翻支撑的可调节省力机构,其特征在于:所述蓄力弹性组件(5)包括蓄力弹簧(52)、连接块(53)、与基座(1)铰接的连接座(54)以及插设在蓄力弹簧(52)内部的导向柱(55),所述蓄力弹簧(52)的一端以及所述导向柱(55)的一端均与连接座(54)连接,所述蓄力弹簧(52)的另一端与连接块(53)的一端连接,所述连接块(53)的另一端与连接组件(4)铰接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于家具上翻支撑的可调节省力机构,其特征在于:所述省力机构还包括与基座(1)可拆卸连接的盖板(11), 所述连接组件(4)以及蓄力弹性组件(5)设置在盖板(11)和基座(1)之间。
