Description

便于拆卸的闭式叶轮 技术领域
本实用新型属于水泵技术领域,特别是涉及一种便于拆卸的闭式叶轮。
背景技术
水泵是输送流体或使流体增压的机械,它将机械能或其他外部能量输送给液体,使液体能量增加。叶轮作为水泵的核心部件,通过叶轮的高速转动而在泵室内形成负压,在大气压的作用下,水被压入泵室,并在叶轮的离心力的作用下而把水甩出。
现有的水泵叶轮由金属或塑料制成,但是在水泵工作时,叶轮在高速旋转时会和流体产生摩擦,长此以往,导致叶轮的叶片损坏,如果叶片损坏,则严重影响叶轮的工作效率,严重时需要将叶轮进行更换,现有的叶轮为一体式叶轮,叶片的维修更换很不方便,而且维修成本较高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型主要解决的技术问题是提供一种便于拆卸的闭式叶轮,便于对叶片进行拆卸更换,较少维修成本,利于液体的吸入,提高了叶轮的工作效率。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的一个技术方案是:一种便于拆卸的闭式叶轮,包括上盖板、下盖板、轴套和叶片,所述上盖板和所述下盖板之间设有所述叶片和所述轴套,所述轴套位于所述叶轮的中心,若干片所述叶片沿着所述叶轮的周向均匀分布,且所述叶片可拆卸连接于所述下盖板,所述上盖板可拆卸连接于若干片所述叶片;
所述上盖板的中心设有进液口,相邻所述叶片之间形成液体流道,所述叶轮的外周且位于相邻所述叶片之间设有出液口,所述进液口和所述液体流道相通,所述液体流道与所述出液口相通;
所述下盖板的上表面向下凹陷形成若干条安装槽,所述安装槽的相对两侧壁设有限位条,所述叶片设有凸条,所述凸条的两侧设有导向条,所述安 装槽的侧壁设有与所述导向条相匹配的让位部,所述导向条卡入所述限位条和所述安装槽的底面之间以使所述叶片安装于所述下盖板;
所述叶片包括相对设置的两个导流面,所述导流面由所述叶轮的外周向叶轮的中心逐渐向所述叶轮转动的方向倾斜。

本实用新型的叶片的相对设置的两个导流面,导流面由叶轮的外周向叶轮的中心逐渐向叶轮转动的方向倾斜,使液体从进液口流向出液口时更为流畅,更佳的是,导流面设有至少一条导流槽,对液体进行导流,且叶片出射角为20-30°,合理的出射角的设置,提高了叶轮的工作效率;
本实用新型的下盖板设有至少两个平衡孔,平衡孔的数量为偶数,且平衡孔贯穿下盖板的上、下表面,从而减少叶轮上下两侧的压差,使叶轮运行平稳。

所述上盖板1的中心设有进液口11,相邻所述叶片4之间形成液体流道,所述叶轮的外周且位于相邻所述叶片4之间设有出液口5,所述进液口11和所述液体流道相通,所述液体流道与所述出液口5相通;
所述下盖板2的上表面向下凹陷形成若干条安装槽21,所述安装槽21的相对两侧壁设有限位条22,所述叶片4设有凸条41,所述凸条41的两侧设有导向条42,所述安装槽21的侧壁设有与所述导向条42相匹配的让位部23,所述导向条42卡入所述限位条22和所述安装槽的底面之间以使所述叶片4 安装于所述下盖板2;

本实用新型的工作原理如下,本实用新型的叶片、上盖板和下盖板在轴套的带动下转动,液体从进液口进入,在叶片的导流下,使液体流动更为流畅,提高叶轮的工作效率,最后液体从出液口流出;
当需要更换叶片时,将螺栓拧下,拆下损坏的叶片,将新的叶片的导向条从让位部插入,再使叶片卡入限位条和安装槽的底面之间,从而对叶片进行更换,保证叶轮的工作效率,较少叶轮的维修成本。

    所述上盖板的中心设有进液口(11),相邻所述叶片之间形成液体流道,所述叶轮的外周且位于相邻所述叶片之间设有出液口(5),所述进液口和所述液体流道相通,所述液体流道与所述出液口相通;
    所述下盖板的上表面向下凹陷形成若干条安装槽(21),所述安装槽的相对两侧壁设有限位条(22),所述叶片设有凸条(41),所述凸条的两侧设有导向条(42),所述安装槽的侧壁设有与所述导向条相匹配的让位部(23),所述导向条卡入所述限位条和所述安装槽的底面之间以使所述叶片安装于所述下盖板;
