Abstract

La présente invention concerne un vérin électrique, lequel vérin comprend : un moteur; une vis à billes reliée de façon coaxiale au moteur; un écrou de vis à billes effectuant un mouvement linéaire par la rotation de la vis à billes; une tige cannelée ayant une partie creuse longitudinale pour recevoir la vis à billes et reliée à l'écrou de vis à billes de façon à effectuer un mouvement linéaire; un écrou cannelé entourant la tige cannelée et empêchant la rotation de la tige cannelée; et un boîtier dans lequel sont reçus la tige cannelée et l'écrou cannelé. Le vérin électrique selon la présente invention a une structure qui peut minimiser une perte de charge en empêchant la rotation de la tige et réaliser la prévention de rotation tout en empêchant fondamentalement une entrée de matières étrangères, et en outre, facilite une simplification du processus de fabrication et une réduction des coûts de fabrication. En particulier, le vérin électrique a une structure qui est fondamentalement fermée vis-à-vis de l'extérieur sans l'utilisation d'un procédé de formation d'une quelconque ouverture dans la tige ou le boîtier, et il n'y a donc pas de risque d'entrée de poussière ou de matières étrangères. En outre, le vérin électrique assure un fonctionnement régulier et empêche une perte de charge par l'emploi d'une nouvelle structure d'alimentation en graisse.
