在本发明的描述中,还需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“设置”、“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
本发明实施例提供一种盖板开合组件,应用于形成有开口的箱体结构,如图3和图1所示,包括:盖板110以及平面四杆机构120,盖板110与开口的边缘通过平面四杆机构120连接,使盖板110能够在开口上通过翻转的方式打开或闭合;平面四杆机构120包括第一铰杆121、第二铰杆122、第三铰杆123以及第四铰杆124,第一铰杆121的一端与开口的边缘铰接,另一端与盖板110铰接,第二铰杆122的一端与开口的边缘铰接,另一端与第三铰杆123的一端铰接,第三铰杆123的另一端铰接于第一铰杆121上,第四铰杆124的一端与第二铰杆122和第三铰杆123的铰接端铰接,另一端与盖板110铰接;其中,第一铰杆121和第二铰杆122分别铰接于开口的同一侧边缘(如图4和图5所示),第一铰杆121与第四铰杆124分别铰接于盖板110的同一面。
需要说明的是,第一,本领域技术人员应当知晓,在实际应用时盖板110与开口的形状应当相互配合,以使盖板110在开口上闭合时能够相对严密的将该开口封闭。示例地,开口的形状为矩形,对应的盖板110也设置为矩形,且盖板110的周长相对于开口的边缘的周长略小(比如差值在1至1.5厘米),从而使盖板110在闭合时能够与开口紧密配合,已达到封闭开口的作用。当然,在本使用新型实施例中,对于开口的形状以及盖板110的具体形状不做限制。
该盖板开合组件在使用时,通过扳动盖板110与平面四杆机构120相邻的两侧即可使盖板110在开口上进行位移并进行一定角度的翻转,从而实现盖板110在开口上打开或闭合。如图2、图3以及图4所示,分别为盖板110以及平面四连杆在盖板110闭合、打开中和打开后状态时的结构示意。
本发明实施例提供的一种盖板开合组件,应用于形成有开口的箱体结构,包括盖板110以及平面四杆机构120,盖板110通过平面四杆机构120与开口的边缘连接。其中平面四杆机构120包括第一铰杆121、第二铰杆122、第三铰杆123以及第四铰杆124,通过第一铰杆121的一端以及第四铰杆124的一端分别与盖板110铰接使盖板110与平面四杆机构120相连接,又由于第一铰杆121的另一端与开口的边缘铰接,第三铰杆123的两端分别与第一铰杆121和第四铰杆124铰接,所以当第一铰杆121相对于开口的边缘转动时能够通过第三铰杆123带动第四铰杆124进行运动,同时,由于第二铰杆122一端与开口的边缘铰接,另一端与第三铰杆123铰接,所以在第一铰杆121的带动下,第四铰杆124与第三铰杆123铰接的铰接端的运动轨迹能够受到第二铰杆122的约束,从而使盖板110能够沿其与第一铰杆121和第四铰杆124分别铰接的两个铰接端的运动轨迹进行运动,即盖板110能够通过第一铰杆121和第四铰杆124的摆动而实现一定角度的翻转。盖板110以翻转的形式实现对开口的封闭或敞开,使得盖板110在打开或闭合的过程中,部分盖板110的运动路径位于箱体内部,从而时盖板110所占用的箱体外部空间相对减小。
可选地,如图3所示,平面四杆机构120包括两个,两个平面四杆机构120对应设置于开口相对的两侧边缘。
需要说明的是,两个平面四杆机构120对应设置于开口相对的两侧边缘,是指两个平面四杆机构120分别在开口相对的两侧边缘设置的位置相对一致,即两个平面四杆机构120分别和开口与其相邻的同一侧边缘之间的距离相同。
在开口相对的两侧边缘分别设置一个平面四杆机构120,使盖板110能够通过平面四杆机构120与开口的边缘连接的更加稳固,使盖板110在使用过程中运动的更加平稳。并且是盖板110能够抵抗相对较大的压力,使该盖板开合组件整体具有更好的稳定性。
可选地,如图4和图5所示,第一铰杆121的长度与第一铰杆121和第二铰杆122分别与开口的边缘铰接的铰接点之间的间距相等。
将第一铰杆121的长度与第一铰杆121和第二铰杆122分别与开口的边缘铰接的铰接点之间的间距设置相等,使该盖板110的运动过程更加稳定流畅。
可选地,如图2所示,开口呈矩形。
开口呈矩形,结构相对简单,使对应设置为矩形的盖板110与该开口相对容易配合。
可选地,如图4和图5所示,平面四杆机构120所在平面与开口所在平面相互垂直。
使平面四杆机构120所在平面与开口所在平面相互垂直,盖板110通过平面四杆机构120相对于开口位移和翻转时,盖板110与箱体侧面发生碰撞的几率相对较小,且能够使盖板110的运动更加流畅。
可选地,如图2所示,开口与平面四杆机构120相邻的两侧边缘设有挡边130,挡边130用于限制盖板110闭合时的位置。
在开口与平面四杆机构120相邻的两侧边缘设置挡边130,通过该挡边130能够对处于闭合状态时的盖板110起到限位的作用,从而使该盖板110不会过度翻转而导致闭合时对开口封闭不严。
本发明实施例的另一方面,提供一种储物装置,如图4和图5所示,包括:箱体及上述任意一项的盖板开合组件,箱体包括一个底板210和沿底板210周缘围设的多个侧板220,侧板220远离底板210的一侧围合形成开口,盖板开合组件的平面四杆机构120设置于开口的边缘,使开口能够通过盖板开合组件的盖板110敞开或封闭。
需要说明的是,沿底板210周缘围设的多个侧板220,通常是指在沿底板210的每个边垂直于底板210设置一个侧板220,且各侧板220之间相互连接,形成柱状结构。
本发明实施例提供的一种储物装置,包括箱体以及上述的盖板开合组件。箱体包括一个底板210和沿底板210周缘围设的多个侧板220,侧板220远离底板210的一侧围合形成开口,通过设置在开口的边缘的盖板开合组件,使箱体的开口能够通过盖板110翻转的方式实现敞开或封闭,从而使该储物装置的盖板110在打开或闭合时所占用的外部空间相对减小,以使储物装置在安置和摆放时,需为盖板110开合所预留空间相对减小,时储物装置的安置和摆放更加方便,以及更加利于储物装置内的物品的取放。
可选地,如图4或图5所示,平面四杆机构120的第一铰杆121和第二铰杆122分别铰接于同一个侧板220远离底板210的一侧边缘。
需要说明的是,通常,第一铰杆121和第二铰杆122均铰接于侧板220的内侧,即平面四杆机构120位于箱体内部。
通过该方式将平面四杆机构120设置于箱体的开口边缘,结构相对简单,维修和安装更加方便。
可选地,储物装置还包括设置在开口的框架,框架沿开口的边缘与侧板220连接,平面四杆机构120与框架连接(附图中未示出)。
需要说明的是,通常框架的形状与开口的形状相同且大小一致,框架沿开口的边缘与侧板220开口处相连接,从而能够增强该箱体的开口的结构强度,从而减小在使用中,箱体侧板220由于受挤压而变形导致开口变形与盖板110无法相配合的情况发生。
可选地,如图4和图5所示,底板210和侧板220均为矩形,且侧板220包括四个。
将底板210和侧板220均设置为矩形,采用四个侧板220,从而是该箱体通过底板210和侧板220组成的结构为长方体,结构相对简单,便于设置盖板开合组件。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种盖板开合组件,应用于形成有开口的箱体结构,其特征在于,包括:盖板以及平面四杆机构,所述盖板与所述开口的边缘通过所述平面四杆机构连接,使所述盖板能够在所述开口上通过翻转的方式打开或闭合;所述平面四杆机构包括第一铰杆、第二铰杆、第三铰杆以及第四铰杆,所述第一铰杆的一端与所述开口的边缘铰接、另一端与所述盖板铰接,所述第二铰杆的一端与所述开口的边缘铰接、另一端与所述第三铰杆的一端铰接,所述第三铰杆的另一端铰接于所述第一铰杆上,所述第四铰杆的一端与所述第二铰杆和所述第三铰杆的铰接端铰接,另一端与所述盖板铰接;其中,所述第一铰杆和所述第二铰杆分别铰接于所述开口的同一侧边缘,所述第一铰杆与所述第四铰杆分别铰接于所述盖板的同一面。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的盖板开合组件,其特征在于,所述平面四杆机构包括两个,两个所述平面四杆机构对应设置于所述开口相对的两侧边缘。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的盖板开合组件,其特征在于,所述第一铰杆的长度与所述第一铰杆和所述第二铰杆分别与所述开口的边缘铰接的铰接点之间的间距相等。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的盖板开合组件,其特征在于,所述开口呈矩形。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的盖板开合组件,其特征在于,所述平面四杆机构所在平面与所述开口所在平面相互垂直。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的盖板开合组件,其特征在于,所述开口与所述平面四杆机构相邻的两侧边缘设有挡边,所述挡边用于限制所述盖板闭合时的位置。
  7. 一种储物装置,其特征在于,包括箱体及如权利要求1~6任一项的盖板开合组件,所述箱体包括一个底板和沿所述底板周缘围设的多个侧板,所述侧板远离所述底板的一侧围合形成开口,所述盖板开合组件的平面四杆机构设置于所述开口的边缘,使所述开口能够通过所述盖板开合组件的盖板敞开或封闭。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的储物装置,其特征在于,所述平面四杆机构的第一铰杆和第二铰杆分别铰接于同一个所述侧板远离所述底板的一侧边缘。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的储物装置,其特征在于,所述储物装置还包括设置在所述开口的框架,所述框架沿所述开口的边缘与所述侧板连接,所述平面四杆机构与所述框架连接。
  10. 如权利要求7所述的储物装置,其特征在于,所述底板和所述侧板均为矩形,且所述侧板包括四个。
