所述控制盒包括盒体和设置在所述盒体内的电路板,所述电路板上集成有电源模块、强声驱离模块、劝导模块、强光驱离模块、执法记录模块、电池检测模块和保护模块,所述电源模块分别连接各个模块的电量输入端。
所述保护模块包括禁用环、禁用环检测电路和微处理器,所述禁用环包括设置在所述控制盒上的支架、依次设置在所述支架上的干簧管、磁铁和引磁片,所述干簧管和引磁片固定在所述支架上,所述磁铁设置成活动式,可以从所述支架上抽出也可以插入所述支架,所述干簧管两端通过电线连接所述电路板,所述禁用环检测电路和微处理器均集成在所述电路板上,所述干簧管、禁用环检测电路和微处理器形成回路。

与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:本发明所述声波驱离装置具有强声驱离、强光驱离、喊话录音、执法记录、禁用环等功能,驱离方式多样灵活。所述声波盾牌集强声驱离、强光驱离、喊话录音、执法记录、禁用环等功能于一体,当有非法集会、暴徒违法等现象时,可以通过喊话劝导,也可以采用强声、强光驱离,内部集成的执法记录模块会记录执法过程为执法行为提供执法依据。保护模块可以保障执法过程中出现意外立马停止所述声波驱离装置的使用,避免所述声波驱离装置对人员造成意外伤害。

实施例一
请参见图1,一种声波驱离装置,包括电源模块、强声驱离模块、劝导模块、执法记录模块、保护模块和强光驱离模块。
所述电源模块包括电池11和电源管理电路12,所述电源管理电路12的输入端连接所述电池11,所述电源管理电路12的输出端连接各个模块的电量输入端。所述电池11对装置供电,所述电源管理电路12将电池11电压进行升压或者降压,输出各个模块所需要的电压。
所述强声驱离模块包括噪声触发开关21、微处理器22、噪声信号驱动电路23和发声器阵列24。所述噪声触发开关21触发所述微处理器22,所述噪声信号驱动电路23的输入端连接所述微处理器22,所述噪声信号驱动电路23的输出端连接所述发声器阵列24。所述发声器阵列24为平面阵列、曲面阵列,或者平面阵列和曲面阵列在不同法向方向上的不同阵列组合,具体的,为面阵列。所述微处理器22经过所述噪声触发开关21触发,所述微处理器22中的噪声信号输入所述噪声信号驱动电路23,经过放大后,输入至所述发声器阵列24,所 述强声驱离模块发出难以忍受的噪音,引起人员不适,起到驱离的作用。
所述劝导模块包括喊话模块、循环播放模块和录音模块。所述喊话模块包括手咪31、语音处理电路36、大功率功放驱动电路32和扬声器33。所述手咪31连接所述语音处理电路36的输入端,所述语音处理电路36的输出端连接所述大功率功放驱动电路32的输入端,所述大功率功放驱动电路32的输出端连接所述扬声器33。进行喊话劝导时,所述手咪31拾取信号传至所述语音处理电路36,所述语音处理电路36进行环境音处理,并将处理后的信号传至所述大功率功放驱动电路32放大,放大后的信号经过所述扬声器33播放。
所述录音模块包括录音开关35、所述微处理器22、所述手咪31和所述语音处理电路36,所述录音开关触发所述微处理器22,所述微处理器22连接所述语音处理电路36,所述手咪31连接所述语音处理电路36的输入端,所述录音开关触发所述微处理器22,所述微处理器22控制所述语音处理电路36存储来自所述手咪31的信息。
所述循环播放模块包括循环播放开关34、所述微处理器22、所述语音处理电路36、所述大功率功放驱动电路32和扬声器33。所述循环播放开关34触发所述微处理器22,所述微处理器22控制所述语音处理电路36将电路中的信号传输至所述大功率功放驱动电路32进行放大,然后由所述扬声器33进行播放,循环往复,所述语音处理电路中的信号可以是提前录入,也可以是实时录取。
所述保护模块包括禁用环51、禁用环检测电路52和微处理器22,所述禁用环51连接所述禁用环检测电路52的输入端,所述禁用环检测电路52的输出端连接所述微处理器22,所述微处理器22根据所述禁用环检测电路52检测到的禁用环51是否存在的信号,控制所述声波驱离装置是否使用。
所述执法记录模块包括拾音器41、摄像头42和音频处理存储电路43,所述拾音器41和摄像头42采集的信号存储在所述音频处理存储电路43中,为执法行为提供执法依据。
所述强光驱离模块包括爆闪灯62和连接所述爆闪灯的爆闪灯开关61,所 述爆闪灯开关61控制所述爆闪灯62,爆闪灯62发出强光进行强光驱离。
还包括电池检测模块,所述电池检测模块包括电池电压检测电路71和所述微处理器22,所述电池电压检测电路71的输入端连接所述电池11,所述电池电压检测电路的输出端连接所述微处理器22。
实施例二
请参见图1~图4,本实用新型还提供了一种声波盾牌,包括盾牌本体81和设置在所述盾牌本体81上的控制盒82,所述盾牌本体81上开有观察窗811,所述盾牌本体81的正面设有强声驱离窗812和强光驱离窗813,所述盾牌本体81的背面固定设置所述控制盒82。
所述控制盒82包括盒体821和设置在所述盒体821内的电路板,所述电路板上集成有声波驱离装置,所述电源模块、强声驱离模块、劝导模块、强光驱离模块、执法记录模块、电池检测模块和保护模块集成在所述电路板上,所述电源模块分别连接各个模块的电量输入端。
请结合参见图5,所述保护模块包括禁用环51、禁用环检测电路52和微处理器22,所述禁用环51包括设置在所述盒体821上的支架83、依次设置在所述支架83上的干簧管84、磁铁85和引磁片86,所述干簧管84和引磁片86固定设置在所述支架83上,所述磁铁85设置活动式,可以从所述支架83上抽取也可以插入所述支架83,所述支架83包括卡槽831,所述卡槽831的上部设置所述干簧管84,下部设置所述引磁片86,所述磁铁85设置在所述卡槽831中可以进行抽拔活动,所述磁铁85和引磁片86相互吸引,所述引磁片86上与所述磁铁85吸引的表面裸露在所述卡槽831中,所述干簧管84两端通过电线连接所述电路板,所述禁用环检测电路52和微处理器22均集成在所述电路板上,所述干簧管84、禁用环检测电路52和微处理器22形成回路。当所述磁铁85插在所述支架83上位于所述干簧管84和引磁片86之间,所述磁铁85和引磁片86吸引,所述干簧管84内的导线因为所述磁铁85的引力而导通,所述禁用环51、禁用环检测电路52和微处理器22形成通路,当抽出所述磁铁85时,所述 干簧管84内导线断路,此时禁用环51、禁用环检测电路52和微处理器22形成断路,触发所述微处理器22,盾牌各功能失效。为了便于抽拔磁铁85,所述磁铁85上设置一外壳851,所述外壳851包覆所述磁铁85,所述磁铁85上与引磁片86吸引的面裸露,所述外壳851上设置拉绳进一步便于抽拔磁铁,所述外壳851上设置一凹槽,所述支架83上设置凸起,形成一卡扣87,当所述磁铁85位于所述支架83中时,所述凹槽与凸起耦合,提高牢固性。
继续参见图1~图4,结合参见图8,所述强声驱离模块包括噪声触发开关21、所述微处理器22、噪声信号驱动电路23和发声器阵列24,每个所述发声器25均与所述电路板连接,所述微处理器22和噪声信号驱动电路23均集成在所述电路板上,所述噪声触发开关21连接在所述电路板上,所述噪声触发开关21触发所述微处理器22,所述噪声信号驱动电路23的输入端连接所述微处理器22,所述噪声信号驱动电路23的输出端连接所述发声器阵列24。所述发声器阵列24设置在声板上,设置为面阵列,包括平面阵列、曲面阵列,或者平面阵列和曲面阵列在不同法向方向上的不同阵列组合,所述声板与所述盒体821一体成型,每个所述发声器25通过所述强声驱离窗812发出强声信号。所述保护模块和强声驱离模块设置在所述控制盒上形成声板组件。
所述强光驱离模块包括爆闪灯62和爆闪灯开关61,所述爆闪灯开关61连接所述电路板,所述爆闪灯62连接所述电路板并通过所述强光驱离窗813发出强光。所述爆闪灯62包括三种颜色,分别是蓝、白和红色,蓝色和红色起到警示作用,白色起到炫目的作用。
所述劝导模块包括喊话模块、循环播放模块和录音模块。所述喊话模块包括手咪31、语音处理电路36、大功率功放驱动电路32和扬声器33,所述手咪31设置在所述盾牌本体81上并连接所述电路板,所述扬声器33设置在所述声板上并连接所述电路板,所述语音处理电路36和大功率功放驱动电路32集成在所述电路板上,所述手咪31连接所述语音处理电路36的输入端,所述语音处理电路36的输出端连接所述大功率功放驱动电路32的输入端,所述大功率 功放驱动电路32的输出端连接所述扬声器33。为了提高喊话的音量以及减少啸叫,所述声板上设置圆形的声腔822,所述扬声器33设置在所述声腔822内。本实施例中,所述发声器阵列24设置成平面阵列,发声器25环绕所述扬声器33设置。
所述循环播放模块包括循环播放开关34、所述微处理器22、所述语音处理电路36、所述大功率功放驱动电路32和所述扬声器33,所述循环播放开关34连接所述电路板,所述循环播放开关34触发所述微处理器22,所述微处理器22连接所述语音处理电路36的输入端,所述语音处理电路36的输出端连接所述大功率功放驱动电路32的输入端,所述大功率功放驱动电路32的输出端连接所述扬声器33。所述录音模块包括录音开关35、所述微处理器22和所述语音处理电路36,所述录音开关35连接所述电路板,所述录音开关35触发所述微处理器22,所述微处理器22的输出端连接所述语音处理电路36的输入端,所述手咪31连接所述语音处理电路36的输入端。
所述执法记录模块包括拾音器41、摄像头42、执法记录开关44、音频处理存储电路43和存储卡,所述盾牌本体81上设置一通孔45,所述拾音器41和摄像头42设置在所述通孔45内并连接所述电路板,所述存储卡连接所述电路板,所述执法记录开关44连接所述电路板,所述音频处理存储电路43集成在所述电路板上,所述拾音器41和摄像头42采集的信号经所述音频处理存储电路43暂存并存储在所述存储卡中。所述储存卡通过卡设在所述盒体821上的卡口固定位置,所以卡口上设置有密封胶条防水防尘。
所述电池检测模块包括集成在所述电路板上的电池电压检测电路71和所述微处理器22,所述电池电压检测电路71的输入端连接所述电池11,所述电池电压检测电路71的输出端连接所述微处理器22。
请参见图6和图7,所述噪声触发开关21、爆闪灯开关61、循环播放开关34、录音开关35和执法记录开关44集成在所述盒体821的侧面,便于操作。
所述盾牌本体81的背面设置有手柄91和臂带92,为了保护手臂,所述盾 牌本体的背面设置有海绵93,能够减少对手臂的冲撞。
所述声波盾牌集强声驱离、强光驱离、喊话录音、执法记录、禁用环等功能于一体,当有非法集会、暴徒违法等现象时,可以通过喊话劝导,也可以采用强声、强光驱离,驱离方式效果好,方式灵活,综合成本低,对人、动物和环境无实质性伤害。内部集成的执法记录模块会记录执法过程为执法行为提供执法依据。保护模块可以保障执法过程中出现意外立刻停止所述声波驱离装置的使用,避免所述声波驱离装置对人员造成意外伤害。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的声波驱离装置,其特征在于,所述电源模块包括电池和电源管理电路,所述电源管理电路的输入端连接所述电池,所述电源管理电路的输出端连接各个模块的电量输入端。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的声波驱离装置,其特征在于,所述强声驱离模块包括噪声触发开关、所述微处理器、噪声信号驱动电路和发声器阵列,所述噪声触发开关触发所述微处理器,所述噪声信号驱动电路的输入端连接所述微处理器,所述噪声信号驱动电路的输出端连接所述发声器阵列。

  9. 一种声波盾牌,其特征在于,包括盾牌本体和设置在所述盾牌本体上的控制盒,所述盾牌本体上开有观察窗,所述盾牌本体的正面设有强声驱离窗和强光驱离窗,所述盾牌本体的背面固定设置所述控制盒,所述控制盒包括盒体和设置在所述盒体内的电路板,所述电路板上集成有电源模块、强声驱离模块、劝导模块、强光驱离模块和保护模块,所述电源模块分别连接各个模块的电量输入端,所述保护模块包括禁用环、禁用环检测电路和微处理器。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的声波盾牌,其特征在于,所述禁用环包括设置在所述盒体上的支架、依次叠加设置在所述支架上的干簧管、磁铁和引磁片,所述干簧管和引磁片固定设置在所述支架上,所述磁铁设置活动式,所述干簧管、禁用环检测电路和微处理器形成回路。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的声波盾牌,其特征在于,所述支架包括卡槽,所述卡槽的上部设置所述干簧管,下部设置所述引磁片,所述磁铁设置在所述卡槽中,所述引磁片上与所述磁铁吸引的表面裸露在所述卡槽中。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的声波盾牌,其特征在于,所述强声驱离模块包括噪声触发开关、所述微处理器、噪声信号驱动电路和发声器阵列,每个所述发声器均与所述电路板连接,所述微处理器和噪声信号驱动电路均集成在所述电路板上,所述噪声触发开关连接在所述电路板上,所述噪声触发开关触发所述微处理器,所述噪声信号驱动电路的输入端连接所述微处理器,所述噪声信号驱动电路的输出端连接所述发声器阵列,所述发生器阵列通过所述强声驱离窗发出强声。
  13. 根据权利要求9所述的声波盾牌,其特征在于,所述强光驱离模块包括爆闪灯和爆闪灯开关,所述爆闪灯开关连接所述电路板,所述爆闪灯连接所述电路板并通过所述强光驱离窗发出强光。
