本发明在使用时,本申请中出现的电器元件在使用时均外接连通电源和控制开关,将装置移动到装卸位置处,电动机21驱动转轴23带动绕线轮25转动,绕线轮25释放连接线将连接壳27放下,将包装好的液晶电视机放置在两个夹板29之间,启动微型气泵9,微型气泵9推动夹板29将液晶电视机表面的包装箱进行稳定夹持,然后再次启动电动机21,电动机21通过转轴23驱动绕线轮25转动,绕线轮25缠绕连接绳26,通过连接绳26将连接壳27升起,启动电动推杆22,电动推杆22拉动滑框20沿着连接板18滑动,将夹板29夹持的包装好的液晶电视机放置到合适位置时,将包装好的液晶电视机放置在两个气囊袋16之间,在液晶电视机放置好后,启动气泵9,通过第一气管10以及第二气管13为气囊进行供气,进而将保障好的液晶电视机稳定夹持,然后推动装置在滚轮3的滚动下移动,保障液晶电视机稳定动,从而完成液晶电视机的搬运过程。
电动机21采用的是晨希五金专营店生产的Y2型号电动推杆及其相关的配套电源和电路。
电动推杆22采用的是电动推杆电动伸缩杆铁甲虫厂生产的TJC-C1-S-P-P型号电动推杆及其相关的配套电源和电路。
微型气泵9采用的是魔菲车品馆生产的01型号电动推杆及其相关的配套电源和电路。
液压缸4采用的是金泰气动液压生产的HOB40型号电动推杆及其相关的配套电源和电路。
涉及到电路和电子元器件和模块均为现有技术,本领域技术人员完全可以实现,无需赘言,本发明保护的内容也不涉及对于软件和方法的改进。
对于本领域技术人员而言,显然本发明不限于上述示范性实施例的细节,而且在不背离本发明的精神或基本特征的情况下,能够以其他的具体形式实现本发明。因此,无论从哪一点来看,均应将实施例看作是示范性的,而且是非限制性的,本发明的范围由所附权利要求而不是上述说明限定,因此旨在将落在权利要求的得同要件的含义和范围内的所有变化囊括在本发明内。不应将权利要求中的任何附图标记视为限制所涉及的权利要求。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种便于装卸液晶电视机的搬运装置,其特征在于:包括放置壳(1)、支撑腿(2)、液压缸(4)、稳定放置机构以及装卸机构;
    所述放置壳(1)底部固定连接有支撑腿(2),且支撑腿(2)底端转动连接有滚轮(3);所述支撑腿(2)一侧设有固定连接在放置壳(1)底部的液压缸(4),且液压缸(4)输出端固定连接有推板(5);所述放置壳(1)左侧固定连接有固定板(15),且固定板(15)顶部固定连接有连接板(18);所述连接板(18)顶部左侧固定连接有电动推杆(22),且电动推杆(22)输出端连接有套接在连接板(18)表面的滑框(20);所述连接板(18)末端固定连接有挡板(19);
    所述稳定放置机构包括连接筒(6)、连接杆(7)、支撑板(12)、海绵垫(14)、隔板(17)、气泵(9)以及气囊袋(16),且连接筒(6)固定连接在放置壳(1)内壁;所述连接筒(6)顶端滑动连接有连接杆(7),且连接杆(7)表面套接有弹簧(8);所述连接杆(7)顶端固定连接有支撑板(12),且支撑板(12)顶部贴合有海绵垫(14);所述支撑板(12)顶部固定连接有隔板(17),且隔板(17)表面贴合有气囊袋(16);
    所述气囊袋(16)底端固定连通有第二气管(13);所述放置壳(1)左侧固定连接有气泵(9),且气泵(9)输出端固定连通有第一气管(10);所述第一气管(10)与第二气管(13)固定连通;所述第一气管(10)末端安装有排气阀(11);
    所述装卸机构包括电动机(21)、转轴(23)、绕线轮(25)、连接绳(26)、连接壳(27)、微型气缸(28)以及夹板(29),且电动机(21)固定连接在滑框(20)底部;所述电动机(21)输出端连接转轴(23),且转轴(23)末端固定连接有绕线轮(25);所述绕线轮(25)表面缠绕有连接绳(26),且连接绳(26)底端固定连接有连接壳(27);所述连接壳(27)相对内壁固定连接有微型气缸(28),且微型气缸(28)输出端固定连接有夹板(29)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于装卸液晶电视机的搬运装置,其特征在于:所述支撑腿(2)数目为四个,且支撑腿(2)位于所述放置壳(1)底部四个拐角位置处。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于装卸液晶电视机的搬运装置,其特征在于:所述连接筒(6)数目为四个,且连接筒(6)在放置壳(1)底部内壁均匀放置。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于装卸液晶电视机的搬运装置,其特征在于:所述弹簧(8)顶端固定连接在支撑板(12)底部,且弹簧(8)底端固定连接在连接筒(6)顶端。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于装卸液晶电视机的搬运装置,其特征在于:所述隔板(17)数目为若干个,且相邻隔板(17)之间等距放置。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于装卸液晶电视机的搬运装置,其特征在于:所述气囊袋(16)横截面呈方形结构,且气囊袋(16)与一侧的液晶电视机保障箱紧密贴合。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于装卸液晶电视机的搬运装置,其特征在于:所述第一气管(10)末端依次贯穿放置壳(1)左侧、固定板(15)以及放置壳(1)右侧,且第一气管(10)末端表面设有排气阀(11)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于装卸液晶电视机的搬运装置,其特征在于:所述支撑板(12)与放置壳(1)内腔滑动连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于装卸液晶电视机的搬运装置,其特征在于:所述夹板(29)数目为两个,且连接板(18)相对侧底部设有防滑纹(30)。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于装卸液晶电视机的搬运装置,其特征在于:所述连接壳(27)相对两侧均固定连接有把手。
