Description
本发明涉及榨汁机领域,具体涉及一种卧式双螺杆榨汁机。
发明背景
现有的螺杆榨汁机一般为单螺杆榨汁机,但是单螺杆榨汁机的榨汁效率低,速度慢,难以满足用户快节奏生活的需要。
市面上也出现一些双螺杆榨汁机,但是现有的榨汁机一般噪音大;仅通过两个螺杆螺纹的咬合进行榨汁,然而存在榨汁不彻底,效率一般;由于密封性能差,容易导致榨汁穿过电机转动轴进入电机壳体内腐蚀电机及其减速箱;由于榨汁部分和机体底座部分拆卸不方便,不方便用户操作和清洗,榨汁机的维修不方便,维护成本高。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述问题,本发明鉴于现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提供了一种新型的榨汁机,从而提高榨汁机的密封性,降低了榨汁机的制作成本,方便了榨汁机的操作和维护。
本发明提供了一种榨汁机包括动力组件、壳体组件、卡合组件和螺杆组件;
所述动力组件包括电机、电机壳体和转动轴,所述电机驱动所述转动轴旋转;
所述螺杆组件,连接于所述转动轴上,设置在所述壳体组件内;
所述卡合组件,将所述壳体组件连接到动力组件上;
所述壳体组件包括滤网组件和过滤罩组件,所述滤网组件整体焊接成型,所述过滤罩组件可拆卸地固定支撑在所述滤网组件上,所述过滤罩组件上设置有滤汁分离槽,能够实现榨汁的二次过滤。
可选的,所述榨汁机包括机体底座,所述机体底座包括两个向前突出的前脚。
可选的,所述螺杆组件为双螺杆组件,其中的两个螺杆分别旋转连接于穿过设置在电机壳体上的密封连接件的所述转动轴和设置在所述密封连接件上的传动轴上,所述双螺杆组件设置于所述滤网组件内。
可选的,所述双螺杆组件包括破碎部和挤压部,所述破碎部通过螺杆外圆周上的螺纹齿刀相互啮合形成,所述挤压部设置在破碎部前端,且所述挤压部的直径明 显小于破碎部的直径,所述破碎部和所述挤压部连接处形成有阶梯;所述挤压部由第一螺纹部和第二螺纹部组成,所述第二螺纹部设置在所述第一螺纹部前端,且所述第二螺纹部的螺纹数量大于所述第一螺纹部。
可选的,所述螺纹齿刀倾斜角度为11-13度;所述第一螺纹部由两条螺纹形成,所述第二螺纹部由四条螺纹形成。
可选的,所述滤网组件包括容纳双螺杆组件破碎部的破碎外壳、容纳双螺杆挤压部的挤压外壳以及喇叭口部;且所述破碎外壳和所述挤压外壳均设置有多个滤网或者仅在挤压外壳的下部设置一个或数个挤压外壳缺口。
可选的,所述滤网组件由两个滤网筒焊接而成,所述两个滤网筒的侧壁相互交集并相通,所述滤网筒内部设置有螺杆,所述滤网筒的直径比螺杆的直径略大,所述滤网筒与所述螺杆之间存在一定的间隙。
可选的,所述密封连接件上设置有轻触安全开关,所述滤网组件后端设置有与所述密封连接件连接的连接部,所述连接部内设置有硅胶密封垫,所述硅胶密封垫上设置有能够触碰所述轻触安全开关的凸起。
可选的,所述过滤罩组件套设在所述滤网组件上,所述过滤罩组件包括滤筒和滤渣分离板,所述滤筒下部中间部分设置所述滤汁分离槽,所述滤渣分离板固定在所述滤筒前端。
可选的,所述榨汁机还包括密封连接件,可拆卸连接在所述电机壳体上,所述密封连接件为实心结构,在所述电机壳体轴向上向前延伸,所述密封连接件上设置转动轴孔和密封装置。
可选的,所述密封连接件为铝压铸件,进一步包括与电机壳体连接的圆盘,以及设置在所述圆盘前端的圆柱体。
可选的,所述密封装置包括硅胶密封圈,所述硅胶密封圈为长圆柱形,内部设置有至少两道密封环。
可选的,所述密封连接件为铝压铸件,进一步包括与电机壳体连接的圆盘,以及设置在所述圆盘前端的圆柱体,所述圆柱体前端设置有突出部,所述突出部为两个圆弧相交的横“8”字形,其中一侧圆弧的中心部传动轴孔内设置有传动轴,并且另一侧圆弧的中心部转动轴孔内贯通设置有转动轴。
可选的,所述榨汁机还包括榨汁机构,所述榨汁机构为双螺杆组件,所述密封连接件上还设置有传动轴,两个螺杆分别设置在所述转动轴和所述传动轴上,且所 述传动轴与所述密封连接件之间为可拆卸连接。
可选的,所述密封连接件的端部还设置有轻触安全开关,所述滤网组件后端设置有连接部,所述连接部内的硅胶密封垫上设置有能够触碰所述轻触安全开关的凸起。
可选的,在榨汁机机体底座和所述密封连接件之间还设置有防震装置,所述防震装置包括连接在密封连接件上的固定防震件和安装在机体底座上的连接件;所述固定防震件为倒U形,倒U形的两个只脚倾斜设置,所述连接件为带支脚的倒U形,所述连接件的上部与固定防震件适配,且所述机体底座向前延伸至密封连接件的前方。
可选的,所述卡合组件包括密封件、第一卡合件、第二卡合件、弹簧、连接件和控制件,所述第一卡合件和第二卡合件的一端铰接于所述密封件一侧的弹簧容纳部上,所述控制件铰接于所述第二卡合件的另一端部;所述连接件一端铰接于所述第一卡合件的另一端部,所述连接件的另一端铰接于所述控制件的中间部分,所述弹簧设置在所述弹簧容纳部内。
可选的,所述密封件可拆卸地固定连接到密封连接件的前端。
可选的,所述滤网组件包括喇叭口部、破碎外壳、挤压外壳和防脱部,所述喇叭口部设置在破碎外壳上部后端,所述挤压外壳连接在破碎外壳前端,所述防脱部连接在所述挤压外壳前端,所述喇叭口部、所述破碎外壳、所述挤压外壳以及所述防脱部之间的连接结构为焊接结构。
可选的,所述滤网组件的前端还包括防脱部,双螺杆组件前端包括光轴,所述防脱部容纳支撑所述光轴。
本发明的榨汁机可以获得如下的技术效果:
(1)采用的密封连接件,改变了常用的焊接结构而采用了可拆卸结构,方便了用户拆卸和维护,为提高电机壳体密封提供了更多空间。
(2)采用的轻触安全开关,将壳体组件连接固定在密封连接件上时电机开启,提高了用电安全,减少了对榨汁机壳体损坏的发生。
(3)采用的卡合组件,方便了壳体组件的拆卸,利于壳体组件的清洗等操作,且卡合组件本身使用方便,省时省力。
(4)采用的双螺杆组件,通过增加的破碎部,提高了破碎果蔬的效率,榨汁更加充分,而第二螺纹部的设置,加强了挤压,使得向前挤压和推进更加流畅自然, 进一步提升了榨汁效率,最大量提取果蔬汁液,并利于分离出滤渣。
(5)采用的滤网组件,由于整体焊接成型,提高了制作效率,降低了成本,有利于标准化操作,装配更加便捷,排渣和滤汁更加流畅。
(6)采用的过滤罩组件,其中的滤渣分离板有利于引导滤渣的分离和排出,滤汁分离槽实现了对滤汁的二次过滤,且有利于滤汁的集中流出。

实施本发明的方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图对本发明实施方式作进一步地详细描述。
一种榨汁机,包括动力组件100、壳体组件、卡合组件300和双螺杆组件400,其中,动力组件包括电机、电机壳体110、密封连接件120、轻触安全开关170、转动轴130和传动轴140,密封连接件120与电机壳体110可拆卸连接,电机驱动转动轴130旋转,轻触安全开关170、传动轴140和转动轴130设置在密封连接件120上。壳体组件,包括滤网组件200和过滤罩组件500,滤网组件包括垂直设置的喇叭口部210,过滤罩组件500套设在滤网组件上。卡合组件300,将壳体组件卡合连接于密封连接件120上。双螺杆组件400,连接于传动轴140和转动轴130上,内置于滤网组件200内,其中所述双螺杆组件包括破碎部410和挤压部420。
其中所述转动轴130为驱动轴,所述传动轴140可以为驱动轴也可以是固定轴或从动轴。
所述滤网组件200、双螺杆组件400以及过滤罩组件500的材质可以是用于食品工业的不锈钢,比如食品级304或316等型号的不锈钢,它们具有良好的抗腐蚀性。
需要说明的是,在以下实施例中,以图2的左侧方向为后方、后侧,右侧延伸方向为前方、前端。
实施例1
如图1-4所示,针对电机及其减速箱容易被泄露到壳体内部的榨汁腐蚀的问题,本实施例中为电机设置了多重的密封保护,避免电机遭受榨汁的腐蚀,在电机壳体外连接专门设计的一个实心插件,增加了密封效果,并且还专门设计了针对性的密封圈。另外,利用卡合组件以及滤网组件结构增加密封的效果,大大增加了密封的功效,获得了突出的技术效果。
动力组件100包括:电机壳体110,电机设置在电机壳体内,电机壳体110前端设置有专门设计制造的有密封连接件120,密封连接件120包括一圆盘121、圆盘前端的圆柱体122,圆盘和圆柱体部均为实心结构,圆盘121通过螺钉与电机壳体前端形成可拆卸式连接,圆柱体122的前端面分别设置有转动轴孔、传动轴孔、 轻触安全开关孔和螺丝孔,其上分别设置转动轴、传动轴、轻触安全开关以及螺钉。其中,转动轴孔为通孔,电机可驱动转动轴旋转,传动轴为可替换轴,在被腐蚀之后方便其更换。
可选的,该密封连接件120为铝压铸件,所述铝压铸件制造方便,成本低,不需要再次加工就可以使用,保证了榨汁机制造规格。所述铝压铸件的可拆卸连接方便了用户拆卸和维护,为提高电机壳体密封提供了更多空间,且铝的硬度高,重量小,提高了整体强度,在整体为不锈钢结构中加入铝压铸件是本发明的又一个重要贡献点。
为了加强密封,本发明在分别在转动轴孔、传动轴孔和螺丝孔处均设置有密封圈,可选的,密封圈材质为硅胶,且硅胶密封圈150、160为圆柱形,在圆柱状硅胶密封圈的轴向上设置有多道密封环,硅胶密封圈耐腐蚀性强,柔韧性好,硬度高,通过多道密封,即使外部的密封环损坏,也能有效防止榨汁液渗入电机壳体内,增加了其使用时间,减少了维护成本。
可选的,所述硅胶密封圈内存在至少两道密封环,优选采用六道密封环。在密封连接件的转动轴孔内设置上述带有六道密封环的硅胶密封圈,不仅起到了密封作用,防止榨汁进入电机壳体内部,而且还起到了支撑转动轴的作用。
为了安装方便,密封连接件120的圆柱体前端设置有突出部,该突出部为两个圆弧相交的横“8”字形,其中一侧圆弧的中心部凸出形成有传动轴140,并且另一侧圆弧的中心部贯通并突出有转动轴130。其中传动轴与密封连接件优选为可拆卸式连接,方便更换腐蚀掉的传动轴。
如图1所示,针对现有卧式双螺杆榨汁机容易振动移位的问题,本发明的机体底座包括两个向前突出的前脚111,有效防止了榨汁机的振动和移位。
本发明进一步地,在密封连接件120与榨汁机机体底座之间设置有防震装置,主要是通过将密封连接件与机体底座进行连接实现减振的目的。该防震装置具体包括:密封连接件下端设置的固定防震件180,所述固定防震件180大体为倒U形,U形的两个只脚倾斜设置,只脚上设置有连接孔,在榨汁机的机体底座内设置有与固定防震件适配连接的连接件190,所述连接件包括与固定防震件连接的连接部,为了增大与固定防震件的接触面积,所述连接部的上部与U形固定防震件相适配,所述连接件190的下部为与榨汁机机体底座固定连接的两个只脚,所述连接部为带支脚的倒U形,从而实现与所述固定防震件180适配。其中,上述密封连接件120、 固定防震件180和连接件190之间可以采用可拆卸的螺栓、螺钉等方式,或者铆接或焊接等其他形式。
进一步地,所述榨汁机机体底座向前延伸至密封连接件的前方,所述防震装置整体隐藏于机体底座壳体的内部。
通过上述防震装置以及机体底座的结构设计,大大提高了榨汁机的防震和稳定性能,获得了预料不到的技术效果。
实施例2
如图2、图5、图6所示,卡合组件300用于将滤网组件200连接到所述动力组件100的密封连接件120上,所述卡合组件300包括:用于进一步密封的固定连接在密封连接件120前端圆柱上的密封件310,第一卡合件330,一端通过螺钉313铰接于密封件310一侧的弹簧容纳部311上;第二卡合件340,其一端同样通过螺钉铰接于所述弹簧容纳部311上,第一卡合件和第二卡合件均为圆弧形;控制件360,其铰接于所述第二卡合件340的另一端部;连接件350,其一端铰接于所述第一卡合件330的另一端部,另一端铰接于控制件360的中间部分。所述螺钉至少为两个,相互分离地连接在弹簧容纳部311上,弹簧与上述两个卡合件铰接的两个螺钉套接。所述第一卡合件330和第二卡合件340所处的位置能够从上下包围密封件310,弹簧能够使得在第一卡合件和第二卡合件分离时自动弹开。
所以,如图5及图6所示,在动力组件100上结合滤网组件200时,相对第一卡合件330,将控制件360旋转至第二卡合件340方向时,则铰接于控制件360的连接件350拉至第一卡合件330方向,从而第一卡合件330和第二卡合件340相互接近,并且相对第一卡合件330,将控制件360旋转至第一卡合件330方向时,则铰接于控制件360的连接件350远离第二卡合件340,从而第一卡合件330和第二卡合件340相互远离。所述第一卡合件330和第二卡合件340相向的内壁上设置凹槽,以便插入并贴合滤网组件的连接部250的端部。
本发明的带有弹簧的卡合组件,能够实现第一卡合件和第二卡合件的自动分离,方便了用户操作,且其设置有贴合密封连接件的密封件,对电机作了进一步的密封保护。
实施例3
如图7、图8所示,本发明的滤网组件200包括喇叭口部210、破碎外壳220、挤压外壳230、防脱部240、连接部250。所述挤压外壳230比破碎外壳220的直径明显减小,挤压外壳和破碎外壳之间形成有阶梯,分别用于容纳双螺杆组件的破碎部和挤压部,且上述破碎外壳220和挤压外壳230上分别设置有多个形成阵列的破碎外壳滤网和多个形成阵列的挤压外壳滤网。
所述破碎外壳220的上部垂直设置有中空的喇叭口部210,用于向滤网组件提供待榨汁的原料。
作为一个重要的创新点,所述滤网组件的各部分均焊接成型,通过整体焊接成型结构,从而减小了制造成本,提高了制作效率,方便了用户的使用和维护。
所述滤网组件的外壳由两个滤网筒形成,两个滤网筒的侧壁相互交集并相通,滤网筒内部设置有螺杆,滤网筒的直径比螺杆的直径略大。
如图2、图7A及图8所示,所述喇叭口部210的前方在所述破碎外壳220上形成阵列的多个滤网,所述滤网为多个微细贯通孔。向所述喇叭口210投入有榨汁原料,所述榨汁原料通过相互进行咬合旋转的双螺杆破碎部进行破碎,同时移送至前方,榨汁原料进行破碎的同时,从榨汁原料所流出的部分汁液通过所述滤网排出。同理,挤压外壳230上也设置有多个滤网,用于排出挤压部榨出的汁液。
所述挤压外壳230的前端部向设置有防脱部240,防脱部240后端设置有过滤罩组件固定件270和支撑双螺杆的支撑件280,固定件270用于定位过滤罩组件。所述支撑件280上设置有两个通孔,用于支撑双螺杆组件,并且方便将滤渣排出滤网组件。
所述防脱部240的前端还设置有容纳部241,所述容纳部241上形成有两个盲孔,从而盲孔内可旋转地插入并支撑容纳所述双螺杆组件中挤压部前端设置的光轴,所述防脱部的下部设置有排出滤渣的开口。
所述滤网组件后端设置有与密封连接件120连接的连接部250,连接部250内设置有硅胶密封垫260。
参见附图7B,本发明提供了另一种用途的滤网组件,所述用途包括不以榨汁为目的的压榨如果酱、冰激凌等食材,所述滤网组件在所述破碎外壳不设置滤网,而仅在挤压外壳下部设置一个或数个挤压外壳缺口232,用于导出压榨出的果酱或冰激凌等,此使用状态下,并不需要配合过滤罩组件使用。
作为一个重要创新点,本发明提供了一种电机启动安全结构,所述硅胶密封垫 260上设置有能够触碰所述轻触安全开关的凸起,所述凸起能够使得当卡合组件300卡合后通过接触轻触安全开关170启动电机工作,保证了榨汁机在卡合后才安全启动。并且,所述硅胶密封垫260的设置进一步加强了电机密封。
实施例4
参见图9,所述双螺杆组件包括:破碎部410和挤压部420,挤压部420连接至所述破碎部410的前方,直径明显小于破碎部410,破碎部和挤压部连接处形成有阶梯,且挤压部420轴向向前直径逐渐减小。所述双螺杆组件设置在滤网组件的壳体内,旋转的同时破碎部用于破碎榨汁原料,挤压部继续对榨汁原料加压榨汁,同时进行移送。
本发明发明的破碎部410和挤压部420由螺旋的凸起和凹槽形成,凸起的横截面可以为便于破碎和挤压压榨榨汁材料的多种形状,比如螺纹形、齿条形、多角形。
进一步的,所述破碎部包括两个分别连接在转动轴和传动轴上的螺杆,两个螺杆通过外圆周上的螺旋齿刀相互啮合。
所述挤压部设置在破碎部前端,其螺杆外周面上形成螺纹形所述螺杆中插入有转动轴。
可选的,所述挤压部由第一螺纹部421和第二螺纹部422组成,上述两个螺纹部邻接,第二螺纹部设置在第一螺纹部前端,且第二螺纹部的螺纹数量大于第一螺纹部,第二螺纹部422多出的螺纹形成新的凹槽和凸起,增加了挤压的强度,且两个螺杆之间的上述螺纹部间隙设置。两个螺纹部顺次连接,减少了对滤网组件的挤压变形,且向前推进和对原料的挤压效果获得了预料不到的提升,榨汁机的整体性能获得了较大的改善。
可选的,所述螺纹齿刀倾斜设置,其倾斜角度为8-30度,以便进行破碎的同时迅速移送至前方。
可选的,所述第一螺纹部由两条螺纹形成,所述第二螺纹部由四条螺纹形成。
进一步的,所述螺纹齿刀的倾斜角度11-13度之间,从而获得预料不到的破碎和向前推进效益。通过上述的加强挤压结构以及倾斜角度等设置,挤压效率均从60%以上提升到90%以上,并且电机功率的有效利用率达到95%以上。
本发明发明中通过第一螺纹部和加强挤压的第二螺纹部顺序接合,可以使得榨汁材料在挤压部的向前推进和榨汁更加顺畅,提高了榨汁效率,提升了榨汁率,并 且减少了清洗的难度,并且降低了对滤网组件壳体的压力,防止了滤网组件的形变,并且增加了其使用寿命。
实施例5
如图2、图10所示,所述滤网组件外套设有过滤罩组件500,所述过滤罩组件500包括滤筒510和滤渣分离板520,其中滤筒下部中间位置设置有滤汁分离槽530,滤渣分离板520设置在滤筒前端。
所述榨汁机还包括滤汁容器600和滤渣容器700,所述滤汁容器设置在过滤罩组件的滤汁分离槽下侧,所述滤汁容器上设置有把手610。
过滤罩组件可以实现对滤汁的二次过滤,提升了用户口感,且能够防止通过上述多个滤网所排出的汁液飞溅,阻止灰尘等物质进入榨汁机内部。
如图7所示,喇叭口部210上设置有过滤罩组件安装件290,通过螺钉或螺栓等可拆卸的方式将过滤罩组件安装到喇叭口部上的安装件290上。
实施例6
如图10所示,向喇叭口部210投入用于生成汁液的蔬菜或水果等榨汁原料,通过控制件360卡合滤网组件和密封连接件120后启动电机150。
通过轻触安全开关170和凸起的接触,启动电机并对转动轴进行驱动,双螺杆组件400经过转动轴的驱动进行旋转。此时,破碎部410的破碎刀相互咬合,随着转动轴驱动的螺杆旋转,连接在传动轴上的螺杆也跟着按照相对的方向进行旋转。
破碎出的汁液通过破碎外壳220上的多个滤网排出,并且所排出的汁液通过过滤罩上的分离滤汁槽530二次过滤后落入滤汁容器600。
然后,通过破碎部的榨汁材料从破碎外壳220推送至挤压外壳230,榨汁材料通过双螺杆组件的挤压部420中第一螺纹部421以及第二次螺纹部422的加强挤压后再次榨出汁液,使得榨汁更加充分,并经过挤压外壳上设置的多个滤网进行过滤,最终通过过滤罩上的分离滤汁槽530二次过滤后落入滤汁容器600。
最后,经过挤压外壳230后的残渣推送至防脱部240后,落入并收集至位于防脱部下方的滤渣容器。
本发明发明榨汁机榨汁完成后拆卸方便,通过扳动控制件360即可通过弹簧轻松弹开卡合件的夹紧,且双螺杆组件、滤网组件以及过滤罩组件等均通过简单接合, 容易分离取出,有利于清洗作业。
以上仅为本发明的具体实施方式,在本发明的上述教导下,本领域技术人员可以在上述实施例的基础上进行其他的改进或变形。本领域技术人员应该明白,上述的具体描述只是更好的解释本发明的目的,本发明的保护范围应以权利要求的保护范围为准。
Claims (20)
- 一种榨汁机,其特征在于,包括动力组件、壳体组件、卡合组件和螺杆组件;所述动力组件包括电机、电机壳体和转动轴,所述电机驱动所述转动轴旋转;所述螺杆组件,连接于所述转动轴上,设置在所述壳体组件内;所述卡合组件,将所述壳体组件连接到动力组件上;所述壳体组件包括滤网组件和过滤罩组件,所述滤网组件整体焊接成型,所述过滤罩组件可拆卸地固定支撑在所述滤网组件上,所述过滤罩组件上设置有滤汁分离槽,能够实现榨汁的二次过滤。
- 根据权利要求1所述的榨汁机,其特征在于,所述榨汁机包括机体底座,所述机体底座包括两个向前突出的前脚。
- 根据权利要求2所述的榨汁机,其特征在于,所述螺杆组件为双螺杆组件,其中的两个螺杆分别旋转连接于穿过设置在电机壳体上的密封连接件的所述转动轴和设置在所述密封连接件上的传动轴上,所述双螺杆组件设置于所述滤网组件内。
- 根据权利要求3所述的榨汁机,其特征在于,所述双螺杆组件包括破碎部和挤压部,所述破碎部通过螺杆外圆周上的螺纹齿刀相互啮合形成,所述挤压部设置在破碎部前端,且所述挤压部的直径明显小于破碎部的直径,所述破碎部和所述挤压部连接处形成有阶梯;所述挤压部由第一螺纹部和第二螺纹部组成,所述第二螺纹部设置在所述第一螺纹部前端,且所述第二螺纹部的螺纹数量大于所述第一螺纹部。
- 根据权利要求4所述的榨汁机,其特征在于,所述螺纹齿刀倾斜角度为11-13度;所述第一螺纹部由两条螺纹形成,所述第二螺纹部由四条螺纹形成。
- 根据权利要求3所述的榨汁机,其特征在于,所述滤网组件包括容纳双螺杆组件破碎部的破碎外壳、容纳双螺杆挤压部的挤压外壳以及喇叭口部;且所述破碎外壳和所述挤压外壳均设置有多个滤网或者仅在挤压外壳的下部设置一个或数个挤压外壳缺口。
- 根据权利要求3所述的榨汁机,其特征在于,所述滤网组件由两个滤网筒焊接而成,所述两个滤网筒的侧壁相互交集并相通,所述滤网筒内部设置有螺杆,所述滤网筒的直径比螺杆的直径略大,所述滤网筒与所述螺杆之间存在一定的间 隙。
- 根据权利要求3所述的榨汁机,其特征在于,所述密封连接件上设置有轻触安全开关,所述滤网组件后端设置有与所述密封连接件连接的连接部,所述连接部内设置有硅胶密封垫,所述硅胶密封垫上设置有能够触碰所述轻触安全开关的凸起。
- 根据权利要求1或3所述的榨汁机,其特征在于,所述过滤罩组件套设在所述滤网组件上,所述过滤罩组件包括滤筒和滤渣分离板,所述滤筒下部中间部分设置所述滤汁分离槽,所述滤渣分离板固定在所述滤筒前端。
- 根据权利要求1所述的榨汁机,其特征在于,所述榨汁机还包括密封连接件,可拆卸连接在所述电机壳体上,所述密封连接件为实心结构,在所述电机壳体轴向上向前延伸,所述密封连接件上设置转动轴孔和密封装置。
- 根据权利要求10所述的榨汁机,其特征在于,所述密封连接件为铝压铸件,进一步包括与电机壳体连接的圆盘,以及设置在所述圆盘前端的圆柱体。
- 根据权利要求10所述的榨汁机,其特征在于,所述密封装置包括硅胶密封圈,所述硅胶密封圈为长圆柱形,内部设置有至少两道密封环。
- 根据权利要求10所述的榨汁机,其特征在于,所述密封连接件为铝压铸件,进一步包括与电机壳体连接的圆盘,以及设置在所述圆盘前端的圆柱体,所述圆柱体前端设置有突出部,所述突出部为两个圆弧相交的横“8”字形,其中一侧圆弧的中心部传动轴孔内设置有传动轴,并且另一侧圆弧的中心部转动轴孔内贯通设置有转动轴。
- 根据权利要求10所述的榨汁机,其特征在于,所述榨汁机还包括榨汁机构,所述榨汁机构为双螺杆组件,所述密封连接件上还设置有传动轴,两个螺杆分别设置在所述转动轴和所述传动轴上,且所述传动轴与所述密封连接件之间为可拆卸连接。
- 根据权利要求10所述的榨汁机,其特征在于,所述密封连接件的端部还设置有轻触安全开关,所述滤网组件后端设置有连接部,所述连接部内的硅胶密封垫上设置有能够触碰所述轻触安全开关的凸起。
- 根据权利要求10所述的榨汁机,其特征在于,在榨汁机的机体底座和所述密封连接件之间还设置有防震装置,所述防震装置包括连接在密封连接件上的固定防震件和安装在机体底座上的连接件;所述固定防震件为倒U形,倒U形的两 个只脚倾斜设置,所述连接件为带支脚的倒U形,所述连接件的上部与固定防震件适配,且所述机体底座向前延伸至密封连接件的前方。
- 根据权利要求10所述的榨汁机,其特征在于,所述卡合组件包括密封件、第一卡合件、第二卡合件、弹簧、连接件和控制件,所述第一卡合件和第二卡合件的一端铰接于所述密封件一侧的弹簧容纳部上,所述控制件铰接于所述第二卡合件的另一端部;所述连接件一端铰接于所述第一卡合件的另一端部,所述连接件的另一端铰接于所述控制件的中间部分,所述弹簧设置在所述弹簧容纳部内。
- 根据权利要求17所述的榨汁机,其特征在于,所述密封件可拆卸地固定连接到密封连接件的前端。
- 根据权利要求1或10所述的榨汁机,其特征在于,所述滤网组件包括喇叭口部、破碎外壳、挤压外壳和防脱部,所述喇叭口部设置在破碎外壳上部后端,所述挤压外壳连接在破碎外壳前端,所述防脱部连接在所述挤压外壳前端,所述喇叭口部、所述破碎外壳、所述挤压外壳以及所述防脱部之间的连接结构为焊接结构。
- 根据权利要求19所述的榨汁机,其特征在于,所述滤网组件的前端还包括防脱部,双螺杆组件前端包括光轴,所述防脱部容纳支撑所述光轴。
