The pen is made up of a penholder, a pen head and a first control assembly. The first control assembly is composed of a compression plate, a flexible assembly and a button. In this assembly, the button works to control the action of the flexible assembly in wired or wireless manner. Mode for Invention
Here are the embodiments to clarify the implementation modes of this invention. Anyone who gets acquainted with this technology will have easy understanding of the advantages and functions of this invention after reading the content as disclosed in this Description. The embodiments here are only examples but not all of the implementation modes of this invention. All the other embodiments the ordinary technicians in this field come up with building on the embodiments of this invention as described in this Description fall into protection scope of this invention.
Embodiment 1
As shown in Drawing 1 and Drawing 2, in Embodiment 1, the main elements include penholder (02), pen head and the first control assembly. To be specific, penholder (02) is made up of penholder housing (03) and inner tube of the penholder (04), with the latter being jacketed by the former. One end of inner tube of the penholder (04) stretches out of penholder housing (03), forming connecting part (05) externally with male thread (12), while the other end of inner tube of the penholder (04) extends to the bottom of penholder housing (03) internally, namely, the end opposite to the pen head.
Further, the first control assembly is composed of compression plate (06), flexible assembly (07) and button (16). In this assembly, button (16) works to control the action of flexible assembly (07) in wired or wireless manner. Compression plate (06), which comes with two forms, namely, round plate and oval plate and whose diameter equals to the inner diameter of inner tube of the penholder (04), is inserted into inner tube of the penholder (04) and is connected to the bottom of penholder housing (03) internally via flexible assembly (07). Then it is needed to insert pen point (10) of ball-point pen refill (09) into sealing plug (14); have sealing plug (14) seamlessly contact with inner tube of the pen head (08); fit ball-point pen refill (09) inside inner tube of the penholder (04); tighten up the female thread (11) and male thread (12) connecting pen head (01) and penholder (02) to form an enclosed close to enable compression plate (06) to compress the air in inner tube of the penholder (04). Flexible assembly (07), possibly a scaled-down version of a jack assembly, is under contraction state initially, and stretches when button (16) is pressed to drive compression plate (06) to move and accordingly compress the air in inner tube of the penholder (04), raising the air pressure in inner tube of the penholder (04) to replace the atmospheric pressure. As a result, the ink inside ball-point pen refill (09) flows out from pen point (10) smoothly, and can render any ball-point pen refill inside be used under various gravitation state, air state, liquid state or other environment states.
In addition, relying on female thread (11) as set inside pen head (01) and male thread (12), penholder (02) and pen head (01) are clamped with each other properly. At the front end of pen head (01) lies funnel-shaped inner tube of the pen head (08) internally.
Inner tube of the pen head (08) is fitted with sealing plug (14) inside, both of which contact with each other seamlessly. Sealing plug (14), which is made of the elastic materials, has a through-hole in its middle for pen point (10) to pass through.
The combination of sealing plug (14) and inner tube of the pen head (08) forms an enclosed space inside the ball-point pen creatively.
As shown in Drawing 5, in the front end of ball-point pen refill (09) adopted in Embodiment 1 stand pen point (10) and clamping ring (13) whose diameter is less than the opening diameter of inner tube of the pen head (08). Thanks to this design, clamping ring (13) is able to move into inner tube of the pen head (08) to press sealing plug (14), leaving sealing plug (14) and inner tube of the pen head (08) contact with each other seamlessly. On the other side, the diameter of clamping ring (13) is larger than that of inner tube of the penholder (04), enabling clamping ring (13) to clamp connecting part (05) of inner tube of the penholder (04) instead of falling into inner tube of the penholder (04).
The ink inside ball-point pen refill (09) decreases in use and accordingly, the air pressure inside inner tube of the penholder (04) falls. In this case, button (16) in the first control assembly is pressed to rise the air pressure in inner tube of the penholder (04) to replace the atmospheric pressure. As a result, the ink inside ball-point pen refill (09) flows out from pen point (10) smoothly.
Application method in Embodiment 1: Insert pen point (10) of ball-point pen refill (09) into sealing plug (14); have sealing plug (14) seamlessly contact with inner tube of the pen head (08); fit ball-point pen refill (09) inside inner tube of the penholder (04); tighten up female thread (11) and male thread (12) connecting pen head (01) and penholder (02) to form an enclosed close. When the ink inside ball-point pen refill (09) decreases, the air pressure inside inner tube of the penholder (04) falls. In this case, button (16) is pressed to have flexible assembly (07) move forward along with compression plate (06), rising the air pressure in inner tube of the penholder (04) to replace the atmospheric pressure. As a result, the ink inside ball-point pen refill (09) flows out from pen point (10) smoothly.
Embodiment 2
As shown in Drawing 3, in Embodiment 2, the main elements include penholder (02), pen head (01) and the second control assembly (15). To be specific, penholder (02) is made up of penholder housing (03) and inner tube of the penholder (04), with the latter being jacketed by the former. One end of inner tube of the penholder (04) stretches out of penholder housing (03), forming connecting part (05) externally with male thread (12), while the other end of inner tube of the penholder (04) extends to the bottom of penholder housing (03) internally, namely, the end opposite to the pen head.
In addition, relying on female thread (11) as set inside pen head (01) and male thread (12), penholder (02) and pen head (01) are clamped with each other properly. At the front end of pen head (01) lies funnel-shaped inner tube of the pen head (08) internally.
Inner tube of the pen head (08) is fitted with sealing plug (14) inside, both of which contact with each other seamlessly. Sealing plug (14), which is made of the elastic materials, has a through-hole in its middle for pen point (10) to pass through.
The combination of sealing plug (14) and inner tube of the pen head (08) forms an enclosed space inside the ball-point pen creatively.
As shown in Drawing 5, in the front end of ball-point pen refill (09) adopted in Embodiment 2 stand pen point (10) and clamping ring (13) whose diameter is less than the opening diameter of inner tube of the pen head (08). Thanks to this design, clamping ring (13) is able to move into inner tube of the pen head (08) to press sealing plug (14), leaving sealing plug (14) and inner tube of the pen head (08) contact with each other seamlessly. On the other side, the diameter of clamping ring (13) is larger than that of inner tube of the penholder (04), enabling clamping ring (13) to clamp connecting part (05) of inner tube of the penholder (04) instead of falling into inner tube of the penholder (04).
As shown in Drawing 3 and Drawing 4, the difference between Embodiment 1 and Embodiment 2, namely the second control assembly (15) in Embodiment 2 uniquely. The second control assembly (15) is composed of one-way air valve (19), air volume controller (25) and air bag (23). To be specific, one-way air valve (19), which is mounted in penholder housing (03), functions to connect inner tube of the penholder (04) and air volume controller (25), only allowing air to flow from air volume controller (25) to inner tube of the penholder (04). And air volume controller (25) is connected to penholder housing (03) in enclosed manner via articulation piece (17).
Air volume controller (25) is furnished with compression spring (18), upper baffle (20) and lower baffle (21), with the latter two elements in two adjoining and jointing perpendicular lines. Air hole (22) is arranged in such end of upper baffle (20) as closes to lower baffle (21). In the tail of air bag (23) stands inflation inlet (24) which is fitted with a sealing cap. Before use, it is required to open the sealing cap, inflating air into air bag (23) fully and then close the cap; push air volume controller (25) to press compression spring (18), leaving upper baffle (20) move downward until air hole (22) is blocked by lower baffle (21). In this case, the air in air bag (23) is separated from that in air volume controller (25) which, in turn, flows into inner tube of the penholder (04) via one-way air valve (19).
The shape of air volume controller (25) is selected to adjust the volume in the controller, thus controlling the risen air pressure in inner tube of the penholder (04) within specified scope each time.
When air volume controller (25) is not pushed any more, compression spring (18) recovers to the initial state, driving upper baffle (20) to move upward and having lower baffle (21) move away from air hole (22). In this case, the air in air bag (23) flows into air volume controller (25), supplementing the air in the controller.
The ink inside ball-point pen refill (09) decreases in use and accordingly, the air pressure inside inner tube of the penholder (04) falls. In this case, air volume controller (25) is re-pushed to rise the air pressure in inner tube of the penholder (04) to replace the atmospheric pressure. As a result, the ink inside ball-point pen refill (09) flows out from pen point (10) smoothly.
Application method in Embodiment 2: Insert pen point (10) of ball-point pen refill (09) into sealing plug (14); have sealing plug (14) seamlessly contact with inner tube of the pen head (08); fit ball-point pen refill (09) inside inner tube of the penholder (04); tighten up female thread (11) and male thread (12) connecting pen head (01) and penholder (02) to form an enclosed close; pre-inflate air into the air bag (23) fully. When the ink inside ball-point pen refill (09) decreases and accordingly, the air pressure inside inner tube of the penholder (04) falls, air volume controller (25) is pushed to press compression spring (18), leaving upper baffle (20) move downward until it moves to such position as is parallel to the lower baffle (21). In this case, air hole (22) is blocked by lower baffle (21), and the air inside air volume controller (25) is squeezed into inner tube of the penholder (04) via one-way air valve (19), raising the air pressure in inner tube of the penholder (04) to replace the atmospheric pressure. As a result, the ink inside ball-point pen refill (09) flows out from pen point (10) smoothly.
Although the general description and the embodiments stated above have expounded this invention, any modifications or improvements of this invention may be easily made by the technicians in this field on the basis of this invention. Therefore, the modifications or improvements without prejudice to the invention spirits are still within protection scope of this invention.
Industrial Applicability
This invention introduces a pen which can render any ball-point pen refill inside be used under various gravitation state, air state, liquid state or other environment states. It addresses the dilemma in which the ball-point pen adopting the existing technology fails to adapt itself to various gravitation state, air state, liquid state or other environment states. In addition, this invention tackles the restriction in pen refill. Thanks to this solution bettering adaptability of ball-point pen, the user may select the colour and shade of inks in unlimited manner. More competitively, the ball-point pen refill can be replaced repeatedly, so the pen provided by the current invention which can render any ball-point pen refill inside be used under various gravitation state, air state, liquid state or other environment states, can be used repeatedly, thus solving the problems in the aspect of capital utilization efficiency.

Claims (10)

  1. A pen which can render any ball-point pen refill inside be used under various gravitation state, air state, liquid state or other environment states is characterized as follows: The pen is made up of a penholder, a pen head and a first control assembly. To be specific, the penholder includes a penholder housing and an inner tube of the penholder, with the latter being jacketed by the former. One end of the inner tube of the penholder stretches out of the penholder housing, forming a connecting part externally with male threads, while the other end of the tube extends to the bottom of the penholder housing internally. The first control assembly is composed of a compression plate, a flexible assembly and a button. In this assembly, the button works to control the action of the flexible assembly in wired or wireless manner. The compression plate is inserted into the inner tube of the penholder and is connected to the bottom of the penholder housing internally via the flexible assembly. The pen head is arranged with female threads internally. Relying on the female threads and male threads, the penholder and the pen head are clamped with each other properly. At the front end of the pen head lies an inner tube internally which is fitted with a sealing plug inside, both of which contact with each other seamlessly.
  2. A pen which can render any ball-point pen refill inside be used under various gravitation state, air state, liquid state or other environment states as mentioned in Claim 1 is characterized as follows: The button is arranged outside the penholder housing.
  3. A pen which can render any ball-point pen refill inside be used under various gravitation state, air state, liquid state or other environment states as mentioned in Claim 1 is characterized as follows: The compression plate comes with two forms, namely, round plate and oval plate, whose diameter equals to the inner diameter of the inner tube of the penholder.
  4. A pen which can render any ball-point pen refill inside be used under various gravitation state, air state, liquid state or other environment states as mentioned in Claim 1 is characterized as follows: The sealing plug is made of the elastic materials, with a through-hole arranged in the plug for the pen point to pass through.
  5. A pen which can render any ball-point pen refill inside be used under various gravitation state, air state, liquid state or other environment states as mentioned in Claim 1 is characterized as follows: The inner tube of the pen head, in funnel shape, has its opening diameter larger than the diameter of the refill clamping ring.
  6. A pen which can render any ball-point pen refill inside be used under various gravitation state, air state, liquid state or other environment states as mentioned in Claim 5 is characterized as follows: The diameter of the clamping ring is larger than that of the in inner tube of the penholder.
  7. A pen which can render any ball-point pen refill inside be used under various gravitation state, air state, liquid state or other environment states as mentioned in Claim 1 is characterized as follows: The pen has a second control assembly. This assembly is composed of a one-way air valve, an air volume controller and an air bag. To be specific, the one-way air valve, which is mounted in the penholder housing, functions to connect the inner tube of the pen head and the air volume controller. The air bag is fitted in the tail of the air volume controller which, in turn, is connected to the penholder housing in enclosed manner via an articulation piece. The controller is furnished with a compression spring, an upper baffle and a lower baffle, with the latter two elements in two adjoining and jointing perpendicular lines. An air hole is arranged in such end of the upper baffle as closes to the lower baffle.
  8. A pen which can render any ball-point pen refill inside be used under various gravitation state, air state, liquid state or other environment states as mentioned in Claim 7 is characterized as follows: In the tail of the air bag stands an inflation inlet which is fitted with a sealing cap.
  9. Application method of a pen which can render any ball-point pen refill inside be used under various gravitation state, air state, liquid state or other environment states is characterized as follows: Insert the refill pen point into the sealing plug; have the sealing plug seamlessly contact with the inner tube of the pen head; fit ball-point pen refill inside the inner tube of the penholder; tighten up the female threads and the male threads connecting the pen head and the penholder to form an enclosed close. When the ink inside the refill decreases, the air pressure inside the inner tube of the penholder falls. In this case, the button is pressed to have the flexible assembly move forward along with the compression plate, raising the air pressure in the inner tube of the penholder to replace the atmospheric pressure. As a result, the ink inside the refill flows out from the pen point smoothly.
  10. Application method of a pen which can render any ball-point pen refill inside be used under various gravitation state, air state, liquid state or other environment states as mentioned in Claim 9 is characterized as follows: Insert the refill pen point into the sealing plug; have the sealing plug seamlessly contact with the inner tube of the pen head; fit ball-point pen refill inside the inner tube of the penholder; tighten up the female threads and the male threads connecting the pen head and the penholder to form an enclosed close; pre-inflate air into the air bag fully. When the ink inside the refill decreases and accordingly, the air pressure inside the inner tube of the penholder falls, the air volume controller is pushed to press the compression spring, leaving the upper baffle move downward until it moves to such position as is parallel to the lower baffle. In this case, the air hole is blocked by the lower baffle, and the air inside the air volume controller is squeezed into the inner tube of the penholder via the one-way air valve, raising the air pressure in the inner tube of the penholder to replace the atmospheric pressure. As a result, the ink inside the refill flows out from the pen point smoothly.
