一种工件清洁装置，包括清洗池（1），清洗池（1）内腔中部一侧安装有隔板（2），清洗池（1）内腔底部左侧安装有托架（3），托架（3）顶部表面安装有防水电动转盘（4），清洗池（1）内腔左侧壁和隔板（2）左侧壁均安装有喷淋机构（5），喷淋机构（5）由龙门架（501）、横杆（502）和高压喷头（503）组成，清洗池（1）外壁左侧安装有水泵（6），清洗池（1）内腔右侧壁底部和隔板（2）右侧壁底部均安装有限位块（7），限位块（7）顶部安装有格栅架（8），清洗池（1）内腔右侧壁顶部和隔板（2）右侧壁顶部均安装有超声波振板（9），清洗池（1）外壁右侧安装有超声波发生器（10）。该工件清洁装置通过喷淋机构对工件运行预处理，然后通过超声波振板和超声波发生器，对工件进行二次清理，提高了工件的清洗质量和清洗效率。
