进一步,根据实际使用情况和剥离子可选择剥离,剥离子能够实现多种剥离模式,具体而言,根据实际剥离需求,当需要进行范围剥离时,通过剥离子 的转动进行面剥离,通过剥离子的移动进行线剥离,二者结合对人体组织进行大范围剥离,根据剥离子转动的角度和剥离子的移动长度,可以将范围剥离分为大范围剥离和小范围剥离;当需要剥离的部位是间断的时,移动剥离子至其中一个待剥离部2位,转动剥离子使剥离部2与人体组织接触,进而转动或者回拉剥离子使剥离部2切割人体组织进而将待剥离部2位切割,待剥离部2位切割后将剥离子转动使剥离部2脱离与人体组织的接触,之后将剥离子移动至下一个待剥离部2位进而切割,多次重复以实现对多个待剥离部2位的切割,进而实现对人体组织的间断剥离;当需要剥离的部位有多个且分散,移动剥离子至待剥离部2位后对待剥离部2位进行切割实现对待剥离部2位的定点剥离。
在本公开提供的具体实施方式中,所述可选择剥离的剥离子可以转动任意角度后进行回拉剥离。作为一种选择,所述可选择剥离的剥离子垂直于切口进入,转动90°后回拉所述握把1使剥离刃4进行剥离。
转动90°后进行剥离达到最佳的剥离效果,同时,剥离子垂直于切口进入人体组织,将剥离刃4隐藏以避免剥离刃4在未达到待剥离部位时与人体组织接触,从而减少剥离子对人体组织的损伤。进一步,本可选择剥离的剥离子可以根据实际使用情况转动任意角度进行回拉剥离。
在本公开提供的具体实施方式中,所述剥离部2可以构造为任意合适的结构。作为一种选择,所述剥离部2包括第一刃部21和第二刃部22;所述第一刃部21通过所述第二刃部22与所述握把1相连;
所述第一刃部21与所述第二刃部22之间设有夹角α,所述夹角α是105°-125°;
所述第二刃部22与所述握把1之间设有夹角β,所述夹角β是130°-150°。
剥离部2是剥离子的主要工作部位,相比较于位于同一直线上的握把1和端头3,剥离部2与握把1、端头3位于同一个平面上,区别之处在于,剥离部 2相对于握把1、端头3凸出,使剥离部2和握把1、端头3并不位于同一直线上,使剥离部2相对而言可以分为内侧和外侧,剥离部2的内侧即在剥离子移动至待剥离部2位的过程中剥离部2不会与人体组织接触的一侧,剥离部2的外侧即在剥离子移动至待剥离部2位的过程中剥离部2可能会与人体组织接触的一侧;剥离子移动至待剥离部2位后转动剥离子,剥离部2的内侧和剥离部2的外侧均会与人体组织相接触,此时由于剥离部2的内侧设有剥离刃4而剥离部2的外侧圆润,再次回拉剥离子的话,那么剥离部2的内侧将会切割人体组织,剥离部2的外侧仅会与人体组织接触但不切割人体组织。
剥离部2由第一刃部21和第二刃部22两个部分组成,其中,第一刃部21与第二刃部22之间设有夹角α,夹角α是105°-125°,当夹角α过大时,依次相连的握把1、第二刃部22和第一刃部21越来越趋近于位于同一直线上,那么剥离部2切割人体组织时,与剥离部2相接触的人体组织的深度减小,一次回拉后剥离部2切割的人体组织少,对于切割同一厚度的人体组织而言增加了剥离次数;当夹角α过小时,第一刃部21与第二刃部22的连接点相对于握把1的距离越远,那么剥离部2切割人体组织时,剥离部2与人体组织的接触面积减小,剥离子的切割效率降低,同时剥离部2撑开人体组织的作用越明显;当夹角α位于105°-125°区间内,剥离子适用的人体部位多,同时剥离子能够在切割深度与切割效率之间达到平衡。进一步,在特殊人体部位、手术要求等条件下,可以使用夹角α过大或过小的剥离子以满足实际使用的要求。
第二刃部22与握把1之间设有夹角β,夹角β是130°-150°,其中,由于握把1与端头3位于同一直线上,端头3与第一刃部21相连,那么第一刃部21与端头3相连的连接端与握把1位于同一直线上,那么在为了保证第一刃部21的连接端与握把1位于同一直线上,夹角α和夹角β处于动态平衡,夹角α的具体角度与夹角β的具体角度相互关联,且夹角α相对重要,确定夹角α后确定夹角β。
在本公开提供的具体实施方式中,所述夹角α和所述夹角β可以构造为任意合适的角度。作为一种选择,所述夹角α是115°,所述夹角β是140°。
夹角α和夹角β均取确定值,使剥离子适用的人体部位多,同时剥离子能够在切割深度与切割效率之间达到平衡。
在本公开提供的具体实施方式中,所述剥离刃4可以构造为任意合适的结构。作为一种选择,所述剥离刃4设置在所述第一刃部21的内侧并延伸至所述第二刃部22的中部。
剥离刃4设置在第一刃部21的内侧,那么在剥离子移动至待剥离部2位过程中,剥离刃4不会与人体组织接触以避免剥离刃4将所有接触到的人体组织切割,造成创口过大,增加了患者的愈合时间,同时也就实现了剥离子的多种剥离模式。
剥离子达到待剥离部2位后,转动剥离子使剥离部2与人体组织接触,继而使剥离刃4与人体组织接触,第二刃部22上设置的剥离刃4对人体组织进行预切割,进而减小剥离刃4切割人体组织的难度;进一步,在待剥离部2位需要反复切割时,剥离子将以待剥离部2位为中心进行往复运动,第二刃部22上设置的剥离刃4也将参与对人体组织的切割以提高剥离子的切割效率。
在本公开提供的具体实施方式中,所述端头3可以构造为任意合适的结构。作为一种选择,所述可选择剥离的剥离子还包括端头3,所述端头3与所述第一刃部21相连,所述端头3与所述第一刃部21之间设有夹角Σ,所述夹角Σ是145°-165°。
端头3与第一刃部21相连,位于剥离子的最前端,具体而言,端头3是实心块状结构,在剥离子向待剥离部2位移动的过程中,为了端头3不伤到人体组织,使端头3各个端面平整,各端面之间的连接处圆滑过渡,避免各种凸出、尖端和锋利端的出现使端头3割伤人体组织。
端头3与第一刃部21之间设有夹角Σ,夹角Σ是145°-165°,其中,端头3与第一刃部21相连,那么第一刃部21与端头3相连的连接端与握把1位于同一直线上,那么在为了保证第一刃部21的连接端与握把1位于同一直线上, 那么夹角Σ与夹角β类似,即夹角α和夹角Σ处于动态平衡,夹角α的具体角度与夹角Σ的具体角度相互关联,且夹角α相对重要,确定夹角α后确定夹角Σ。
在本公开提供的具体实施方式中,所述夹角Σ可以构造为任意合适的结构。作为一种选择,所述夹角Σ是155°。
夹角Σ取确定值,使剥离子适用的人体部位多,同时剥离子能够在切割深度与切割效率之间达到平衡。
在本公开提供的具体实施方式中,所述握把1可以构造为任意合适的结构。作为一种选择,所述握把1是圆柱形握把1,且所述握把1上设有防滑纹。
在剥离子剥离人体组织过程中,使用者手持握把1以操作剥离子,在握把1上设置防滑纹增加摩擦系数,增加了剥离子握持时的稳定性。进一步,握把1的端面除圆形外,还可以是方形、六边形等形状。
另外需要说明的是,在上述具体实施方式中所描述的各个具体技术特征,在不矛盾的情况下,可以通过任何合适的方式进行组合。为了避免不必要的重复,本公开对各种可能的组合方式不再另行说明。
本发明不局限于上述可选实施方式,任何人在本发明的启示下都可得出其他各种形式的产品,但不论在其形状或结构上作任何变化,凡是落入本发明权利要求界定范围内的技术方案,均落在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种可选择剥离的剥离子,其特征在于:包括握把(1)和剥离部(2),所述剥离部(2)一端与所述握把(1)相连,所述剥离部(2)另一端与所述握把(1)位于同一直线上,所述剥离部(2)上设有剥离刃(4),转动并回拉所述握把(1)使剥离刃(4)进行剥离。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可选择剥离的剥离子,其特征在于:所述可选择剥离的剥离子垂直于切口进入,转动90°后回拉所述握把(1)使剥离刃(4)进行剥离。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的可选择剥离的剥离子,其特征在于:所述剥离部(2)包括第一刃部(21)和第二刃部(22);所述第一刃部(21)通过所述第二刃部(22)与所述握把(1)相连;
    所述第一刃部(21)与所述第二刃部(22)之间设有夹角α,所述夹角α是105°-125°;
    所述第二刃部(22)与所述握把(1)之间设有夹角β,所述夹角β是130°-150°。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的可选择剥离的剥离子,其特征在于:所述夹角α是115°,所述夹角β是140°。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的可选择剥离的剥离子,其特征在于:所述剥离刃(4)设置在所述第一刃部(21)的内侧并延伸至所述第二刃部(22)的中部。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的可选择剥离的剥离子,其特征在于:所述可选择剥离的剥离子还包括端头(3),所述端头(3)与所述第一刃部(21)相连,所述端头(3)与所述第一刃部(21)之间设有夹角Σ,所述夹角Σ是145°-165°。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的可选择剥离的剥离子,其特征在于:所述夹角Σ是155°。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的可选择剥离的剥离子,其特征在于:所述握把(1)是圆柱形握把(1),且所述握把(1)上设有防滑纹。
