为了便于理解本发明,下面将参照相关附图对本发明进行更全面的描述。附图中给出了本发明的较佳的实施例。但是,本发明可以以许多不同的形式来实现,并不限于本文所描述的实施例。相反地,提供这些实施例的目的是使对本发明的公开内容的理解更加透彻全面。
作为在此使用的“终端设备”指包括但不限于经由以下任意一种或者数种连接方式连接的能够接收和/或发送通信信号的装置:
(1)经由有线线路连接方式,如经由公共交换电话网络(Public Switched Telephone Networks,PSTN)、数字用户线路(Digital Subscriber Line,DSL)、数字电缆、直接电缆连接;
(2)经由无线接口方式,如蜂窝网络、无线局域网(Wireless Local Area Network,WLAN)、诸如DVB-H网络的数字电视网络、卫星网络、AM-FM广播发送器。
被设置成通过无线接口通信的终端设备可以被称为“移动终端”。移动终端的示例包括但不限于以下电子装置:
(1)卫星电话或蜂窝电话;
(2)可以组合蜂窝无线电电话与数据处理、传真以及数据通信能力的个人通信系统(Personal Communications System,PCS)终端;
(3)无线电电话、寻呼机、因特网/内联网接入、Web浏览器、记事簿、日历、配备有全球定位系统(Global Positioning System,GPS)接收器的个人数字助理(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA);
(4)常规膝上型和/或掌上型接收器;
(5)常规膝上型和/或掌上型无线电电话收发器等。
参考图1和图2,在一实施例中以手机为例对移动终端10进行说明,所述移动终端10包括本体100、摄像头安装组合件300以及驱动器400(参考图3)。
在一实施例中,本体100包括相背设置的前表面110、后表面120、以及连接前表面110和后表面120的侧面130。其中,相背设置可以理解如下:例如,在沿侧面130厚度方向(图1中的Y轴方向),假设在侧面130中间的某点位置定义一平行于XZ平面的参考面,则可以使得前表面110上的所有点位于该参考面的一侧,并使得后表面120上的所有点位于该参考面的另一相对侧。
在一实施例中,侧面130包括相背设置的第一侧面131、第二侧面132、以及相背设置的第三侧面133、第四侧面134。第一侧面131连接于第三侧面133、第四侧面134的一端,第二侧面132连接于第三侧面133、第四侧面134的另一端。第一侧面131、第三侧面133、第二侧面132、第四侧面134顺次围合形成封闭的矩形框。在一实施例中,第三侧面133的长度值大于第一侧面131的长度值,第一侧面131位于移动终端10的顶部。在一实施例中,第一侧面131与第三侧面133、第四侧面134之间,以及第二侧面132与第三侧面133、第四侧面134之间的连接方式可以采用圆角过渡。可以理解,在其它实施例中,第一侧面131与第三侧面133、第四侧面134,以及第二侧面132与第三侧面133、第四侧面134也可以采用直角过渡。
在一实施例中,本体100包括显示屏200。显示屏200包括可显示区,可显示区包括平面区域。在一实施例中,本体100包括盖设于显示屏200上的盖板玻璃,盖板玻璃的背向显示屏200的可显示区的一侧构成前表面110的全部或者部分。本体100的后表面120可以用于搭载摄像头安装组合件300和驱动器400。在一实施例中,结合图3和图4,本体100可以包括中框101,中框101的两个相背的端面即为本体100的前表面110和后表面120,中框101的外壁面即为本体100的侧面130,显示屏200固定于中框101的前表面110。中框101的后表面120可以搭载移动终端10的其他组件,例如摄像头安装组合件300、驱动器400。在其他实施例中,中框101的后表面120也可以搭载控制组件(包括主板及线路)、电源组件等。在一实施例中,本体100还可以包括后盖102,后盖102与中框101的后表面120结合,以密封安装于中框101的后表面120的上述各种组件。
显示屏200用于显示信息。显示屏200可以是液晶显示屏(Liquid Crystal Display,LCD)或有机发光二极管(Organic Light-Emitting Diode,OLED)显示屏。在一实施例中,显示屏200是触控显示屏,用户可以通过触摸操作的方式对显示屏200所展示的信息进行触控操作。在其他实施例中,显示屏200也可以是非触控显示屏,只用于信息显示。
请继续参考图1和图2,在一实施例中,摄像头安装组合件300包括安装座310以及设于安装座310的摄像头320,通过摄像头320的拍照、摄像功能可以为移动终端10提供视频通话、摄影等功能,摄像头的入光面可以设置防尘玻璃以遮挡灰尘。可以理解,在其他实施例中,摄像头安装组合件300也可 以包括设于安装座310用于辅助摄像头320拍摄的光传感器、闪光灯等器件,或者独立于摄像头320的拍摄功能的其他功能器件(例如:虹膜识别模组、人脸识别模组、接近传感器、环境光传感器、麦克风、受话器、指纹模组等)。其中,上述安装座310的材料可以但不限定为金属、塑料或不锈钢等。
请继续参考图1和图2,移动终端10开设有收容槽1311。在一实施例中,收容槽1311开设于本体100。在一实施例中,收容槽1311开设于本体100的第一侧面131,也即收容槽1311开设于移动终端10的顶部。进一步,收容槽1311可以开设于第一侧面131的中部,也即收容槽1311位于前表面110和后表面120之间。当然,收容槽1311也可以开设于第一侧面131靠近后表面120的边缘。安装座310能够携带摄像头320由第一位置(图1和图3所示)运动至第二位置(图2和图4所示),当安装座310处于第一位置时,安装座310和摄像头320收容于收容槽1311内,当安装座310处于第二位置时,摄像头320的入光面位于收容槽1311之外,也即摄像头320的入光面外露于本体100。如此,当需要利用摄像头320进行拍摄时,安装座310携带摄像头320运动至收容槽1311外,从而进行拍摄,当拍摄完毕后,安装座310携带摄像头320运动至收容槽1311内,从而可以消除摄像头320占用显示屏200所在一侧的空间,增加显示屏200在前表面110的覆盖率,提高显示屏200的屏占比。在一实施例中,当安装座310处于第一位置时,安装座310外露于收容槽1311的表面311与本体100的外表面平齐,具体为与第一侧面131平齐。如此,当不需要使用摄像头320拍摄时,可以保证移动终端10结构的完整性,增加移动终端10的美观。
在一实施例,安装座310设于收容槽1311内且能够相对本体100转动,安装座310能够携带摄像头320转动至收容槽1311外,从而实现摄像头320的拍摄功能。在一实施例中,安装座310的转动轴线垂直于基准平面,基准平面为显示屏200的平面区域所在的平面,也可以理解为垂直于移动终端10的厚度方向的平面(也即垂直于图1所示Y轴的平面,例如XZ平面)。在其它实施例中,安装座310的转动轴线穿过参考线的中心,参考线为安装座310在参考面的正投影的最大宽度的连线,参考面为垂直于摄像头320的光轴的平面,也即安装座310的转动轴线与摄像头320的光轴平行。为便于描述,以下以基准平面对各个实施例进行说明。进一步,在一实施例中,安装座310的转动轴线穿过安装座310在基准平面上的正投影的外接圆的圆心。在其它实施例中,安装座310的转动轴线穿过参考线的中心,参考线为安装座310在基准平面上的正投影的最大宽度的连线。例如,如图3和图4所示,当安装座310在基准平面的正投影包括形状为优弧弓的区域时,最大宽度的连线即为优弧弓区域外接圆的直径。
其中,上述摄像头320的图像采集面(也即入光面)朝向前表面110,也即朝向显示屏200所在的一侧,作为前置摄像头使用。在一实施例中,摄像头320的入光面也可以背离显示屏200所在的一侧,作为后置摄像头使用。当然,安装座310上还可以同时设置两个摄像头320,两个摄像头320的图像采集面分别朝向显示屏200所在一侧和背离显示屏200所在一侧,也即作为前置摄像头和后置摄像头使用,此时,当不需要拍摄时,移动终端10的前置摄像头和后置摄像头皆能够隐藏在收容槽1311内,当需要使用前置摄像头或后置摄像头进行拍摄时,安装座310转动至第二位置,两个摄像头320的入光面分别外露于显示屏200所在一侧以及外露于背向显示屏200所在的一侧。
上述摄像头320等功能器件可以通过设置在安装座310的芯片与移动终端10的主板实现无线数据传输,也可以利用柔性电路板或弹片与移动终端10的主板实现数据传输。在一实施例中,本体包括第一极高频通信芯片(图未示),摄像头安装组合件300包括第二极高频通信芯片(图未示),第二极高频通信芯片设于安装座310,摄像头320能够与第二极高频通信芯片通信连接,当安装座310处于第二位置时,第二极高频通信芯片与第一极高频通信芯片配对,以使第一极高频通信芯片能够与第二极高频通信芯片通信连接。
在一实施例中,第一极高频通信芯片和第二极高频通信芯片均为极高频通信芯片。极高频通信芯片为内部封装有EHF(extremely high frequency,极高频率)天线的IC(Integrated Circuit,集成电路)芯片,两个极高频通信芯片之间足够接近时才能够完成配对以进行无线通信。极高频通信芯片的实例为EHF共同链路芯片。术语“共同链路芯片”、“共同链路芯片封装”及“EHF通信链路芯片封装”用以指代嵌入于IC封装中的EHF天线。极高频通信芯片的实例可参考描述于第2012/0263244号及第2012/0307932号美国专利申请公开案中的信息,也可参见公布号为CN103563166A、CN104145380A中国 专利文献中披露的信息。
极高频通信芯片的实例可以参见授权公告号为CN105264785B的中国授权专利文献。极高频通信芯片内封装有极高频天线,配置有极高频通信芯片(第二极高频通信芯片350)的摄像头的图像采集器可以基于高载波频率(例如,60GHz)与配置有极高频通信芯片(第一极高频通信芯片)的移动终端10的主板实现数据的高速无线传输(例如,最高可达6GB/s的传输速度)。
可以理解的是,基于高载波频率的近距离无线通信具有低功耗、体积小、传输速率快、非接触传输等优点,还可以实现即插即用模块的功能,可以大幅提高的信号完整性,支持更灵活的系统实现,降低待机功耗,增加带宽幅度与数据传输的安全性,兼容对高速视频信号的支持等特点。
可以理解的是,高载波频率可以是能够实现高速的数据无线传输的载波频率。高载波频率可以是某个明确的载波频率,也可以是一个载波频段,例如30GHz-300GHz,本发明实施例对此不做具体限定。可选地,该高载波频率为60GHz。
如图3和图4所示,驱动器400设于本体100内,并用于驱动安装座310在收容槽1311内相对本体100转动。在一实施例中,驱动器400包括电机,驱动器400固定于本体100(驱动器400可以通过例如螺钉连接、铆接、焊接或粘接的方式固定于本体100,例如:驱动器400固定于移动终端10的中框、后盖、或前壳),驱动器400的输出轴与安装座310连接,从而安装座310在驱动器400的带动下能够由第一位置转动至第二位置。可以理解,在其它实施例中,驱动器400固定于安装座310,驱动器400的输出轴与本体100连接,如此,在驱动器400的驱动下,安装座310同样可以由第一位置转动至第二位置。需要说明的是,当安装座310携带摄像头320转动至第二位置后,安装座310可以在驱动器400的作用下自动退回收容槽1311,安装座310也可以手动退回。其中,摄像头安装组合件300与驱动器400可以形成安装驱动机构组合件,安装驱动机构组合件可以单独组装和生产并用于安装于移动终端10。
上述移动终端10,驱动器400能够带动安装座310携带摄像头320相对本体100转动,并由第一位置转动至第二位置。当安装座310处于第一位置时,摄像头320收容于收容槽1311内,当安装座310处于第二位置时,摄像头320的入光面外露于本体100,从而可以根据拍摄使用的需要选择摄像头320的隐藏和外露。因此,摄像头320无需占用显示屏200或后盖所在一侧的空间,移动终端10的屏占比或后盖的完整性得到了有效提高。
在一实施例中,如图5所示,安装座310开设有安装槽310a,驱动器400在安装座310的转动轴线的延伸方向部分容置于安装槽310a内。可以理解,在其它实施例中,驱动器400在安装座310的转动轴线的延伸方向也可以全部容置于安装槽310a内。如此,由于驱动器400能够部分或全部容置于安装槽310a内,从而结构更加紧凑,可以减小本体100的厚度。在一实施例中,如图3、图4和图5所示,驱动器400凸出于安装座310的一端形成凸起结构410,收容槽1311的槽壁开设有缺口1312,凸起结构410部分穿设于缺口1312。如此,缺口1312的设置能够形成供凸起结构410穿设的避让空间,使得安装座310能够更加靠近移动终端10的边缘,从而扩大移动终端10内部的安装空间。
在一实施例中,如图3和图4所示,安装座310设有缓冲组件500,以用于缓解安装座310在转动过程中本体100对安装座310的冲击。在一实施例中,缓冲组件500可以设置在安装座310的侧周壁。缓冲组件500能够实现安装座310在转动过程中的限位作用,当安装座310转动至第一位置和第二位置中的至少一者时,缓冲组件500能够缓解本体100对安装座310的冲击。例如,当安装座310转动至第一位置时(参考图3),缓冲组件500的一侧能够与本体100抵接,从而缓解本体100对安装座310的冲击。当安装座310转动第二位置时(参考图4),缓冲组件500的另一相对侧也能够与本体100抵接,以缓解本体100对安装座310的冲击。可以理解,在其它实施例中,缓冲组件500也可以设置在本体100,此时,当安装座310转动至第一位置和第二位置中的至少一者时,安装座310能够与本体100上的缓冲组件500抵接,从而通过本体100上的缓冲组件500缓解本体100对安装座310的冲击,避免了本体100与安装座310的直接接触碰撞而产生较大的异响,提高了用户体验。
以下结合图5、图6和图7仅以缓冲组件500设于安装座310为例进行说明,但不局限于设置在安装座310,也可以设置于本体100。
在一实施例中,安装座310包括座体311以及设于座体311侧周壁的凸台312,摄像头320等功能器件设于座体311,座体311在驱动器400的带动下从而实现转动。缓冲组件500包括设于凸台312的弹性件520,弹性件520能够与本体100抵接以使弹性件520受压而积蓄回弹力,从而当安装座310由于惯性运动而朝向本体100撞击时,弹性件520能够对安装座310起到很好的缓冲作用。需要说明的是,上述凸台312可以省略,此时弹性件520可以直接设置于安装座310的侧周壁,也即座体311的侧周壁。其中,弹性件520可以包括橡胶、硅胶、海绵、弹簧中的至少一者。当弹性件520为橡胶、硅胶、海绵时,弹性件520可以直接粘附于安装座310的侧周壁。
在一实施例中,弹性件520包括第一弹性件521和第二弹性件522,当安装座310转动至第一位置时,第一弹性件521能够与本体100抵接以用于缓解本体100对安装座310的冲击,当安装座310转动至第二位置时,第二弹性件522能够与本体100抵接以用于缓解本体100对安装座310的冲击。也即在安装座310转动至第一位置、第二位置时,凸台312的相对两侧能够分别通过第一弹性件521、第二弹性件522与本体100抵接。
在一实施例中,缓冲组件500包括与弹性件520连接的缓冲盖530,弹性件520能够通过缓冲盖530与本体100抵接。在一实施例中,缓冲盖530包括与第一弹性件521连接的第一缓冲盖531、以及与第二弹性件522连接的第二缓冲盖532,第一缓冲盖531和第二缓冲盖532可以为橡胶盖,第一弹性件521能够通过第一缓冲盖531与本体100抵接,第二弹性件522能够通过第二缓冲盖532与本体100抵接。如此,通过缓冲盖530的设置可以增大缓冲组件500与本体100的接触面积,也即增大受力面积,避免弹性件520上的局部应力集中而损坏弹性件520,从而可以保证缓冲过程的可靠性。
在一实施例中,凸台312开设有容置槽313,弹性件520设于容置槽313。在一实施例中,容置槽313包括第一容置槽313a和第二容置槽313b,第一弹性件521设于第一容置槽313a,第二弹性件522设于第二容置槽313b。在弹性件520与本体100抵接并积蓄回弹力的过程中,第一缓冲盖531能够至少部分收容于第一容置槽313a,第二缓冲盖532能够至少部分收容于第二容置槽313b,如此,缓冲组件500的结构更加紧凑。
在一实施例中,如图3和图4所示,当安装座310处于第一位置时,缓冲组件500在基准平面的投影为第一图形,当安装座310处于第二位置时,缓冲组件500在基准平面的投影为第二图形,第一图形和第二图形关于安装座310的转动轴线在基准平面的投影中心对称。此时缓冲组件500绕着转动轴线旋转180度,以实现安装座310在转动至第一位置和第二位置时,缓冲组件500相对的两侧分别与本体100抵接,从而缓解本体100对安装座310的冲击。
现对上述驱动器400控制摄像头安装组合件300的可以实现的方式进行举例说明:
例如,可以在本体100的侧面130设置触发键。触发键连接移动终端10内的主板。当用户按压或触摸触发键时,触发键发送触发信号给主板上的处理器,处理器控制驱动器400,使得安装座310在驱动器400的控制下转动至收容槽1311外或退回至收容槽1311内。在一实施例中,当用户需要使用摄像头320拍摄时,按压一次触发键,可以使得安装座310在驱动器400的控制下转动至收容槽1311外至指定位置(例如第二位置),此时,驱动器400停止工作,用户可以用过摄像头320进行视频聊天或自拍等操作。当用户不需要使用摄像头320拍摄时,再次按压一次触发键,可以使得安装座310在驱动器400的控制下退回至收容槽1311内。当然,触发键的数量可以设置为两个,一个触发键用于使安装座310在驱动器400的控制下转动至收容槽1311外至指定位置(例如第二位置),另一个触发键用于使安装座310在驱动器400的控制下退回至收容槽1311内。
在其它实施例中,触发键也可以为设置于显示屏200上的触控图标,点击触控图标即能发送相关触控信号至主板上的处理器,处理器接收到触控信号并根据控制信号执行相应的命令,以使驱动器400驱动安装座310转动至收容槽1311外或退回至收容槽1311内。
例如,触发键可以为设置于显示屏200内的开始拍摄图标以及结束拍摄图标。当触摸开始拍摄图标时,开始拍摄图标发送第一触发信号给主板的处理器,处理器接收到第一触发信号并控制驱动器400驱动安装座310转动至收容槽1311外至指定位置(例如第二位置),从而使得摄像头320得以在拍摄信号下拍摄。当触摸结束拍摄图标时,结束拍摄图标发送第二触发信号给主板的处理器,处理器接收到第 二触发信号并控制驱动器400驱动安装座310退回至收容槽1311内。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。

Claims (22)

  1. 一种移动终端,包括:
    本体,开设有收容槽;以及
    安装组合件,包括安装座、设于所述安装座的功能器件,所述安装座设于所述收容槽且能够在第一位置和第二位置之间转动,当所述安装座处于所述第一位置时,所述功能器件收容于所述收容槽,当所述安装座处于所述第二位置时,所述功能器件外露于所述本体;
    其中,所述本体和所述安装座中的至少一者设有缓冲组件,当所述安装座转动至所述第一位置和所述第二位置中的至少一者时,所述缓冲组件用于缓解所述本体对所述安装座的冲击。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述缓冲组件包括与所述安装座连接的弹性件,所述弹性件能够与所述本体抵接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述弹性件包括橡胶、海绵、弹簧中的至少一者。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述安装座包括凸台,所述弹性件设于所述凸台。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述弹性件包括第一弹性件和第二弹性件,当所述安装座转动至所述第一位置时,所述第一弹性件用于缓解所述本体对所述安装座的冲击,当所述安装座转动至所述第二位置时,所述第二弹性件用于缓解所述本体对所述安装座的冲击。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述缓冲组件包括与所述第一弹性件连接的第一缓冲盖、以及与所述第二弹性件连接的第二缓冲盖,当所述安装座转动至所述第一位置时,所述第一缓冲盖与所述本体抵接,当所述安装座转动至所述第二位置时,所述第二缓冲盖与所述本体抵接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述凸台开设有第一容置槽和第二容置槽,所述第一弹性件设于所述第一容置槽,所述第二弹性件设于所述第二容置槽。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的移动终端,其特征在于,当所述安装座转动至所述第一位置时,所述第一缓冲盖至少部分收容于所述第一容置槽,当所述安装座转动至所述第二位置时,所述第二缓冲盖至少部分收容于所述第二容置槽。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的移动终端,其特征在于,当所述安装座处于所述第一位置时,所述安装座外露于所述收容槽的表面与所述本体的外表面平齐。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述功能器件包括摄像头,所述本体包括显示屏,当所述安装座处于所述第二位置时,所述摄像头的入光面外露于所述显示屏所在一侧。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述功能器件包括摄像头,所述本体包括显示屏,当所述安装座处于所述第二位置时,所述摄像头的入光面外露于背向所述显示屏所在一侧。
  12. 根据权利要求10或11所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述显示屏包括平面区域,所述安装座的转动轴线垂直于基准平面,所述基准平面为所述平面区域所在的平面。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述安装座的转动轴线穿过参考线的中心,所述参考线为所述安装座在所述基准平面上的正投影的最大宽度的连线。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述安装座的转动轴线穿过所述安装座在所述基准平面上的正投影的外接圆的圆心。
  15. 根据权利要求12所述的移动终端,其特征在于,当所述安装座处于所述第一位置时,所述缓冲组件在所述基准平面的投影为第一图形,当所述安装座处于所述第二位置时,所述缓冲组件在所述基准平面的投影为第二图形,所述第一图形和所述第二图形关于所述安装座的转动轴线在所述基准平面的投影中心对称。
  16. 一种安装组合件,包括:
    安装座;
    功能器件,设于所述安装座;以及
    缓冲组件,包括弹性件,所述弹性件与所述安装座连接。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的安装组合件,其特征在于,所述安装座包括凸台,所述弹性件设于所述凸台。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的安装组合件,其特征在于,所述弹性件包括第一弹性件和第二弹性件,所述第一弹性件和所述第二弹性件设于所述凸台相背的两侧。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的安装组合件,其特征在于,所述缓冲组件包括第一缓冲盖和第二缓冲盖,所述第一缓冲盖与所述第一弹性件远离所述第二弹性件的一侧连接,所述第二缓冲盖与所述第二弹性件远离所述第一弹性件的一侧连接。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的安装组合件,其特征在于,所述凸台相背的两侧分别开设有第一容置槽和第二容置槽,所述第一弹性件设于所述第一容置槽,所述第二弹性件设于所述第二容置槽。
  21. 根据权利要求16至20中任意一项所述的安装组合件,其特征在于,所述功能器件包括摄像头、光传感器、闪光灯、虹膜识别模组、人脸识别模组、接近传感器、环境光传感器、麦克风、受话器、指纹模组中的至少一者。
  22. 一种安装驱动机构组合件,包括:
    如权利要求16至21中任意一项所述的安装组合件;以及
    驱动器,与所述安装座连接,所述驱动器能够带动所述安装座转动。
