Description
本发明涉及一种个人护理设备,尤其涉及一种口腔清洁装置。
随着社会生活水平的提高,人们对口腔护理的重视程度在逐渐增加。人们已经不再满足于简单地刷牙清洁口腔了,近些年,电动牙刷、水牙线等产品孕育而生受到了消费者的喜爱。水牙线是一种将储水容器中的水抽出后再形成小股的水流喷出,从而形成一种类似线的效果,对牙齿中的食物残渣进行冲刷。传统的水牙线产品都是单独使用,需要用户在非刷牙时间单独使用水牙线,比较耗时。
同时,电动牙刷在使用过程中,人们需要用漱口杯装水,然后配合电动牙刷一起使用,也比较麻烦。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的主要技术问题是提供一种口腔清洁装置,具有独立的冲洗牙功能和刷牙功能,并且在刷牙的同时可以对口腔进行辅助冲洗。
为了解决上述的技术问题,本发明提供了一种口腔清洁装置,包括:本体,出水喷头、第一电机、第二电机、刷头和吸水组件;
一转轴伸出本体的上端面外,所述转轴受所述第一电机驱动而振动 并带动刷头振动;所述本体的上端面还设置有出水口,所述出水喷头设置在所述本体的上端面上并与所述出水口连通;并且,所述出水喷头位于刷头朝向人体的一侧,并且出水喷头的高度位于刷头的刷毛下方;
所述第二电机带动吸水组件从内置或外置的容器中抽水,并从本体内部的水路经所述出水口和出水喷头喷出。
在一较佳实施例中:所述吸水组件包括活塞和齿轮;所述齿轮受第二电机的输出转轴驱动而转动,并带动活塞往复运动。
在一较佳实施例中:所述出水喷头的出水嘴设置在出水喷头朝向人体的一侧。
在一较佳实施例中:所述外置的容器为水杯或水瓶或自来水管或水龙头。

在一较佳实施例中:所述本体包括:固定座、支撑座、内盖,支撑座一侧上下布局安装有第一电机、电池;另一侧上下布局安装有第二电机、吸水组件;内盖通过密封垫将本体内腔界定上部出水区,下部防水区。

相较于现有技术,本发明的技术方案具备以下有益效果:
本发明提供的一种口腔清洁装置,由于出水喷头和刷头是两个相互独立的部分,因此这个口腔清洁装置可以独立具备牙刷的功能和洁牙器的功能。除此之外,由于出水喷头所在的位置在刷头靠近人体的一侧。因此,用户在刷牙时可以同时把刷头和出水喷头安装上,刷牙过程中出水喷头也会喷水进行辅助洁牙,这样对于口腔清洁就更加彻底。并且出水喷头是独立在刷头外的,因此出水喷头的出水不会受到刷头的遮挡或 者限制。
而传统的口腔清洁设备则将出水嘴设置在刷头上,这样既不能保证刷牙过程中水流不受遮挡,也不能单独进行洁牙操作,非常不方便。本发明的技术方案完美解决了这个问题。

实施例1
参考图1-7,本实施例提供了一种口腔清洁装置,包括:本体1,出 水喷头2、第一电机3、第二电机4、刷头5和吸水组件6;
一转轴12伸出本体1的上端面外,所述转轴12受第一电机3的驱动而振动,并带动刷头5振动;所述本体1的上端面还设置有出水口11,所述出水喷头2设置在所述本体1的上端面上并与所述出水口11连通;并且,所述出水喷头2位于刷头5朝向人体的一侧,并且出水喷头2的高度位于刷头5的刷毛下方;
所述第二电机4带动吸水组件6从内置或外置的容器中抽水,并从本体1内部的水路经所述出水口11和出水喷头2喷出。

本实施例中,所述吸水组件6包括齿轮61、连杆62、活塞芯63和活塞筒64;所述齿轮61受第二电机4的输出转轴驱动而转动,并通过连杆62带动活塞芯63在活塞筒64中往复运动。活塞芯63在往复运动过程中,将水吸进来,再喷出去,从而形成脉冲水。具体来说,齿轮61和第二电机4的输出转轴上的主动齿轮41啮合,第二电机4启动后,带动齿轮61转动。
本实施例中,所述齿轮61为端面齿轮,齿轮61同轴设有凸轮66,连 杆62上部套装在凸轮66。
本实施例中,储水的容器是外置的,可以选用图4的瓶子或者图5的水龙头。为了和外置的容器连接,本体1的底部需要通过外置的水管7与上述的外置容器连接在一起。
冲牙时,第二电机4启动,齿轮41与齿轮61啮合带动齿轮61转动,凸轮66同步转动,并通过连杆62带动活塞芯63在活塞筒64中往复运动上下移动,将水吸进来,再喷出去,从而形成脉冲水,经过内置水管9,由出水喷头2的出水嘴喷出。
此外,所述出水喷头2的出水嘴设置在出水喷头2朝向人体的一侧。这样可以让出水的方向和刷牙的方向大致一致,刷牙的部位就能够被水流冲击到。
所述刷头5、出水喷头2与本体1之间为可拆卸的连接关系。这样刷头5、出水喷头2既可以组合使用也可以单独使用,使得口腔清洁装置既可以单独作为冲牙器使用也可以作为电动牙刷使用。
本实施例中,所述第一电机3为超声波电机。
本实施例中,所述本体1还包括:固定座13、支撑座14、内盖15,支撑座14一侧上下布局安装有第一电机3、电池8;另一侧上下布局安装有第二电机4、吸水组件6;内置水管9上端密接在内盖15内,下端与出水接头67;第一电机3的转轴12穿过密封垫33伸出内盖15;内盖15通过密封垫33、34将本体1内腔界定上部出水区,下部防水区。
由于本实施例中固定座13、支撑座14、内盖15布局设计,其结构紧凑、安全性好。
实施例2
参考图8,本实施例与实施例1的区别在于,本实施例中使用了双输出转轴电机8来替代实施例1中的第一电机和第二电机;
一转轴12伸出本体1的上端面外,并受所述双输出转轴电机8的第一输出转轴的驱动而振动,所述转轴12驱动刷头而振动;所述本体1的上端面还设置有出水口11,所述出水喷头2设置在所述本体1的上端面上并与所述出水口11连通;并且,所述出水喷头2位于刷头5朝向人体的一侧,并且出水喷头2的高度位于刷头5的刷毛下方;
所述双输出转轴电机8的第二输出转轴带动吸水组件6从内置或外置的容器中抽水,并从本体内部的水路经所述出水口和出水喷头喷出。
其余部分与实施例1相同,在此不再赘述。
以上仅为本发明的优选实施例,但本发明的范围不限于此,本领域的技术人员可以容易地想到本发明所公开的变化或技术范围。替代方案旨在涵盖在本发明的范围内。因此,本发明的保护范围应由权利要求的范围确定。
本发明一种口腔清洁装置,具有独立的冲洗牙装置和刷牙装置,并且在刷牙的同时可以对口腔进行辅助冲洗,也可刷牙、冲洗依次进行,或单独使用。本发明结构紧凑、使用安全,具有良好的工业实用性。
Claims (12)
- 一种口腔清洁装置,其特征在于包括:本体,出水喷头、第一电机、第二电机、刷头和吸水组件;一转轴伸出本体的上端面外,所述转轴受所述第一电机驱动而振动并带动刷头振动;所述本体的上端面还设置有出水口,所述出水喷头设置在所述本体的上端面上并与所述出水口连通;并且,所述出水喷头位于刷头朝向人体的一侧,并且出水喷头的高度位于刷头的刷毛下方;所述第二电机带动吸水组件从内置或外置的容器中抽水,并从本体内部的水路经所述出水口和出水喷头喷出。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种口腔清洁装置,其特征在于:所述吸水组件包括活塞组件和齿轮;所述齿轮受第二电机的输出转轴驱动而转动,并带动活塞往复运动。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种口腔清洁装置,其特征在于:所述齿轮为端面齿轮,齿轮同轴设有凸轮;活塞连杆部套装在凸轮上,活塞芯设置在活塞筒内,往复运动时产生脉冲水。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种口腔清洁装置,其特征在于:所述本体包括:固定座、支撑座、内盖,支撑座一侧上下布局安装有第一电机、电池;另一侧上下布局安装有第二电机、吸水组件;内盖通过密封垫将本体内腔界定上部出水区,下部防水区。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种口腔清洁装置,其特征在于:所述出水喷头的出水嘴设置在出水喷头朝向人体的一侧。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种口腔清洁装置,其特征在于:所述外 置的容器为水杯或水瓶或自来水管或水龙头。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种口腔清洁装置,其特征在于:所述刷头、出水喷头与本体之间为可拆卸的连接关系。
- 一种口腔清洁装置,其特征在于包括:本体,出水喷头、双输出转轴电机、刷头和吸水组件;一转轴伸出本体的上端面外,并受所述双输出转轴电机的第一输出转轴的驱动而振动,所述转轴驱动刷头振动;所述本体的上端面还设置有出水口,所述出水喷头设置在所述本体的上端面上并与所述出水口连通;并且,所述出水喷头位于刷头朝向人体的一侧,并且出水喷头的高度位于刷头的刷毛下方;所述双输出转轴电机的第二输出转轴带动吸水组件从内置或外置的容器中抽水,并从本体内部的水路经所述出水口和出水喷头喷出。
- 根据权利要求8所述的一种口腔清洁装置,其特征在于:所述吸水组件包括活塞和齿轮;所述第二齿轮的输出转轴驱动而转动,并带动活塞往复运动。
- 根据权利要求8所述的一种口腔清洁装置,其特征在于:所述出水喷头的出水嘴设置在出水喷头朝向人体的一侧。
- 根据权利要求8所述的一种口腔清洁装置,其特征在于:所述外置的容器为水杯或水瓶或自来水管或水龙头。
- 根据权利要求8所述的一种口腔清洁装置,其特征在于:所述刷头、出水喷头与本体之间为可拆卸的连接关系。
