如上文所述,转动件300可转动地安装在壳体上,实现转动件300安装的装配方式有多种,例如,转动件300可以通过销轴转动地安装在壳体上。请再次参考图1-图4,转动件300可以通过第一铆钉310转动地安装在片状支撑部200上。具体地,第一铆钉310可以包括第一铆接部311和第二铆接部312,第一铆接部311的第一端与转动件300的第一端面定位贴合,第一铆接部311的第二端穿过转动件300且凸出于转动件300的第二端面之外,此种情况下,第一铆接部311的第二端高于转动件300,因此转动件300的第二端面与片状支撑部200之间会存在间隙,避免将转动件300被锁紧,而转动件300与第一铆接部311转动配合。第二铆接部312的第一端定位在片状支撑部200上,第二铆接部312的第二端穿过片状支撑部200,并且第二铆接部312的第二端与第一铆接部311固定相连。第一铆接部311与第二铆接部312的配合,能够实现转动件300转动地安装在片状支撑部200上。
第一铆接部311的第一端实质是通过钉帽与转动件300定位配合,第二铆接部312的第一端通过钉帽与片状支撑部200定位配合。为了降低堆叠厚度,在可选的方案中,滑盖100可以开设有避让空间120,第一铆接部311的第一端伸至避让空间120中,即第一铆钉310的端部伸至避让空间120中。避让空间120的延伸方向与齿条400的延伸方向一致。在滑盖100滑动的过程中,第一铆接部311可以在避让空间120内相对移动。当然,第一铆接部311的一端可以与滑盖100叠置,进而能够避免第一铆接部311对滑盖100滑动的影响。当然此种方式会导致堆叠高度较大,不利于终端设备向着更薄的方向设计。具体地,避让空间120通常为避让凹槽。
为了方便滑盖100与壳体的装配,在可选的方案中,片状支撑部200可以开设有第一开孔210,转动件300与齿条400的啮合处可以与第一开孔210相对设置。在装配的过程中,最好能看到转动件300与齿条400的啮合部位,第一开孔210的开设在与转动件300和齿条400的啮合处相对的设置,因此用户能够通过第一开孔210观察转动件300与齿条400的啮合,进而更方便装配操作。
在本公开实施例中,片状支撑部200可以开设有第二开孔220,第一开 孔210与第二开孔220之间可以形成横梁230,转动件300可以通过第一铆钉310转动地安装在横梁230上。此种类似于镂空的结构,能够方便转动件300在片状支撑部200上的组装操作。
在本公开实施例中,壳体和滑盖100中,一者可以开设有导向孔240,另一者可以设置有限位块130,导向孔240的延伸方向与齿条400的延伸方向一致,限位块130可滑动地配合在导向孔240内。具体地,壳体可以开设有导向孔240,滑盖100可以设置有限位块130。限位块130与导向孔240滑动配合,在滑盖100滑动的过程中,限位块130可以与导向孔240的端部限位配合,避免滑盖100过度滑动。
本公开实施例公开的终端设备中,滑盖100具有第一极限位置和第二极限位置。为了确保滑盖100更稳定地保持在第一极限位置,在可选的方案中,壳体可以开设有第一连接孔250,滑盖100可以设置有第一弹性卡接件140,第一连接孔250的内壁可以设置有第一卡槽251,在滑盖100处于第一极限位置时,第一弹性卡接件140随滑盖100与第一卡槽251卡接固定,从而使得滑盖100较为稳定地保持在第一极限位置。
第一连接孔250可以为两个,两个第一连接孔250分别设于转动件300与齿条400啮合处的两侧,从而实现滑盖100在第一极限位置的较为均衡的保持,同时不会对转动件300与齿条400的啮合处产生侧向力,进而能够更好地确保滑盖100的滑动。
为了方便第一弹性卡接件140与第一卡槽251的配合,在可选的方案中,第一连接孔250的内壁可以包括倾斜导向面,倾斜导向面能够方便第一弹性卡接件140滑入第一卡槽251。第一卡槽251的槽壁表面也可以为倾斜面,倾斜面能够方便第一弹性卡接件140从第一卡槽251中脱离。
本公开实施例中,第一弹性卡接件140可以通过第二铆钉160固定在滑盖100上。具体地,第一弹性卡接件140可以包括至少两个定位柱141,滑盖100可以开设有定位孔,定位柱141可以与定位孔定位配合。在实际的组装过程中,可以先将定位柱141定位在相应的定位孔中进而完成预安装,然后再用第二铆钉160实现固定。
本公开实施例中,第一弹性卡接件140和第一连接孔250的数量均可以 至少为两个,至少两个第一弹性卡接件140与相对应的第一连接孔250内的第一卡槽251配合,无疑能够提高定位的稳定性。
在可选的方案中,壳体还可以开设有第二连接孔260,滑盖100可以设置有第二弹性卡接件150,第二连接孔260的内壁可以设置有第二卡槽261,在滑盖100处于第二极限位置时,第二弹性卡接件150可随所述滑盖100与第二卡槽261卡接固定,且第一弹性卡接件140随滑盖100从第一卡槽251中脱离,进而能够使得滑盖100较为稳定地保持在第二极限位置;当然在滑盖100处于第一极限位置时,第二弹性卡接件150需要随滑盖100从第二卡槽261脱离,第一弹性卡接件140与第一卡槽251卡接固定。
具体地,第一连接孔250和第二连接孔260可以在齿条400的延伸方向间隔设置,第一连接孔250和第二连接孔260可以分别位于壳体的两端,从而方便滑盖100在终端设备的长度方向的滑动时在极限位置的保持。
第二弹性卡接件150可以通过第二铆钉160固定在滑盖100上,具体地,第二弹性卡接件150也可以包括至少两个定位柱,滑盖100上可以开设有定位孔,定位柱可以与定位孔定位配合。在实际的组装过程中,可以先将第二弹性卡接件150的定位柱定位在相应的定位孔中进而完成预安装,然后再用第二铆钉160实现对第二弹性卡接件150的固定。
本公开实施例公开的折叠式终端设备可以是手机、平板电脑、电子书阅读器、游戏机、可穿戴设备(例如智能手表)等终端设备,本公开实施例不限制折叠式终端设备的具体种类。
本公开上文实施例中重点描述的是各个实施例之间的不同,各个实施例之间不同的优化特征只要不矛盾,均可以组合形成更优的实施例,考虑到行文简洁,在此则不再赘述。
以上所述仅为本公开的实施例而已,并不用于限制本公开。对于本领域技术人员来说,本公开可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本公开的精神和原理之内所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本公开的权利要求范围之内。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种终端设备,包括:
    壳体;
    滑盖,所述滑盖滑动地设置在所述壳体上,所述滑盖上设置有显示屏;其中:
    所述壳体与所述滑盖中的一者设置有齿条,所述齿条沿所述滑盖的滑动方向延伸;
    所述壳体与所述滑盖中的另一者转动地设置有转动件,所述转动件上设置有轮齿,所述轮齿与所述齿条啮合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的终端设备,其中,所述转动件的齿面和齿条的齿面中至少一者设置有阻尼件。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的终端设备,其中,所述转动件与所述齿条的啮合处位于所述滑盖的宽度方向的中间位置。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的终端设备,其中,所述齿条设置于所述滑盖上,所述转动件转动地设置于所述壳体上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的终端设备,其中,所述壳体包括片状支撑部,所述转动件转动地安装在所述片状支撑部上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的终端设备,其中,所述滑盖的侧边缘设置有滑槽,所述片状支撑部的侧边缘可滑动地配合在所述滑槽内。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的终端设备,其中,所述转动件通过第一铆钉可转动地安装在所述片状支撑部上。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的终端设备,其中,所述滑盖开设有避让空间,所述第一铆钉的端部伸至所述避让空间中,所述避让空间的延伸方向与所述齿条的延伸方向一致。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的终端设备,其中,所述片状支撑部开设有第一开孔,所述转动件与所述齿条的啮合处与所述第一开孔相对设置。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的终端设备,其中,所述片状支撑部开设有第二开孔,所述第一开孔与所述第二开孔之间形成横梁,所述转动件通过所述 第一铆钉转动地安装在所述横梁上。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的终端设备,其中,所述壳体和所述滑盖中,一者开设有导向孔,另一者设置有限位块,所述导向孔的延伸方向与所述齿条的延伸方向一致,所述限位块可滑动地配合在所述导向孔内。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的终端设备,其中,所述壳体开设有第一连接孔,所述滑盖设置有第一弹性卡接件,所述第一连接孔的内壁设置有第一卡槽,所述滑盖具有第一极限位置,在所述第一极限位置时,所述第一弹性卡接件随所述滑盖与所述第一卡槽卡接固定。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的终端设备,其中,所述壳体开设有第二连接孔,所述滑盖设置有第二弹性卡接件,所述第二连接孔的内壁设置有第二卡槽,所述滑盖具有第二极限位置,在所述第二极限位置时,所述第二弹性卡接件随所述滑盖与所述第二卡槽卡接固定,且所述第一弹性卡接件随所述滑盖从所述第一卡槽脱离;在所述第一极限位置时,所述第二弹性卡接件随所述滑盖从所述第二卡槽脱离。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的终端设备,其中,所述第一连接孔和所述第二连接孔在所述齿条的延伸方向上间隔设置,且所述第一连接孔和所述第二连接孔分别位于所述壳体的两端。
  15. 根据权利要求12所述的终端设备,其中,所述第一连接孔为两个,两个所述第一连接孔分别设于所述转动件与所述齿条啮合处的两侧。
