有益效果:本发明的端门收容结构及可折叠的集装箱可由两人完成折叠、展开,集装箱无需拆卸,可快速折叠。而且通过收容结构使端门在装卸货物时可以收容其中,而且装卸时可仅展开装卸空间使端门完全打开形成装卸口,减少作业障碍,使装卸作业多方位灵活进行,提升装卸效率。更进一步地,所述端门和所述侧壁均为折叠的,进一步减少作业场地需求,使作业更加灵活。可折叠的集装箱可省时省力、方便快捷地完成折叠和展开,根据现有拖车或货车车厢进行尺寸设计,折叠收容后体积达到折叠前的1/6甚至以下。

下面结合说明书附图对本发明的可折叠集装箱1的较佳的实施方式详细描述如下,然而除了这些详细描述外,本发明还可以具有其他实施方式。
如图1-25所示,本发明采用的技术方案为,一种可折叠的集装箱1,包括箱顶10、箱底20、两个相对设置的侧壁30和两个相对设置的端门40,箱底20上设置有用于容置端门40的收容部,箱顶 10和箱底20分别与侧壁30的上端和下端铰接形成可装卸空间,端门40可完全打开地收容于所述收容部内形成装卸口;箱底20包括箱底面板201和箱底框架202,所述收容部设置于箱底面板201下,其中侧壁30包括左侧壁和右侧壁,左侧壁和右侧壁均包括上下铰接的上侧壁301和下侧壁302,端门40包括前端门和后端门,前端门和后端门均包括上下铰接的上端门401和下端门402,当集装箱1呈折叠状时,左侧壁和右侧壁分别向内折叠收容于箱顶10和箱底20之间,端门40收容于所述收容部内,集装箱1还包括用于锁止上侧壁301和下侧壁302使保持在同一平面内不发生相对运动的侧壁锁止机构304和用于在端门40同时垂直于箱底20和侧壁30时将端门40和侧壁30进行锁止的端门锁止机构403。
其中所述箱顶10包括箱顶面板104和箱顶框架103,所述侧壁30包括侧壁面板306和侧壁框架305,所述端门40包括端门面板408和端门框架409。
进而为了更好地减轻人工作业时的人力,便于人力作业的可折叠的集装箱1,其中箱顶面板104、侧壁面板306和端门面板408均采用玻纤蜂窝板材质,箱底面板201采用玻纤蜂窝板材质上附花纹铝板材质;箱顶框架103、侧壁框架305和端门框架409均采用铝合金材质;箱底框架202采用钢制材质。使集装箱1整体重量轻且具有相当的强度,更方便人工操作和使用。
同时箱底框架202上设置有标准的叉孔2024,用于装卸前后对集装箱1进行移动,更进一步地,集装箱1还设置有用于折叠后进行叠置的定位结构,所述定位结构包括设置于所述箱顶10上的堆垛角101和设置于所述箱底20上的叠置凹孔,避免叠置后的集装箱1相互之间滑动。同时优选地,所述箱底框架202的四角或对角上凸出所述箱底面板201设置有第一限位部2023,所述第一限位部2023设置于所述箱底面板201的外侧,所述第一限位部2023凸出所述箱底面板201的高度小于或等于所述箱顶10厚度和所述左侧壁30折叠后的厚度之和。用于侧壁30展开时限制所述下侧壁302向外翻转,集装箱1呈折叠状态时对所述箱底面板201上的折叠结构进行适当限位。所述下侧壁302上也可以设置有第二限位部309,所述第二限位部309设置于所述容纳空间的外侧,用于限制所述上侧壁301展开时向外翻转。
优选地,端门40的高度大于侧壁30的高度且小于侧壁30的长度。更为具体地,下端门402的高度大于上端门401的高度,所述端门40包括位于所述侧壁30最低端下方的延伸段,所述延伸段位于所述箱底面板201的上表面之下,所述延伸段为下端门402的端门框架409的一部分,所述延伸段上设置有与所述叉孔2024对应的开口。
更优选地,所述侧壁30的长宽高与运输装置的承载部或集装箱1的长宽高相匹配,所述端门40的高度小于所述侧壁30的长度,所述箱底20的高度为所述集装箱1高度的1/9到1/8之间,所述集装箱1呈折叠状时的高度为所述集装箱1展开完成后的高的1/6到1/7之间。最优选地,所述侧壁30的长宽高与运输装置的承载部或集装箱1的长宽高相匹配,可以制成人力可操作的单元化的集装箱1尺寸, 若干并排或单独放置于运载装置或集装箱1的长度或宽度方向上,所述端门40的高度小于所述侧壁30的长度,所述箱底20的高度为所述集装箱1高度的1/9到1/8之间,所述集装箱1呈折叠状时的高度为所述集装箱1组立完成后的高的1/6到1/7之间。
更优选地,所述集装箱1的长宽高适用于拖车宽度尺寸,所述折叠箱的外尺寸长、宽、高分别为2200毫米、2550毫米、2400毫米,所述箱底20高度为280-400毫米,所述箱顶10、所述侧壁30、所述端门40厚度为45-55毫米,所述折叠箱折叠完成后350-400毫米。具体地,所述集装箱1的长宽高适用于拖车宽度尺寸,所述折叠箱的外尺寸长、宽、高分别为2200毫米、2550毫米、2400毫米,所述箱底20高度为280-400毫米,所述箱顶10、所述侧壁30、所述端门40厚度为45-55毫米,所述箱顶面板104、所述侧壁面板306、所述端门面板408的厚度为15-25毫米,所述折叠箱折叠完成后350-400毫米。
其中所述收容部,也即用于容置端门40的端门收容结构,设置于箱底20上,所述收容部设置于箱底面板201的下方。所述收容部包括与箱底框架202固定连接的支撑架2021,所述支撑架2021的左右两侧设置有滑道2022,所述端门40沿所述滑道2022向内运动收容于所述收容部内。所述支撑架2021靠近滑道2022的端部设置的支撑部20211,该支撑部20211也有助于端门40与侧壁30锁止后,使端门40的底部更稳固地支撑而避免晃动,支撑部20211与限位槽20223的中心的距离大于所述支撑部20211到限位槽20223的中心的距离,避免端门40的底部旋转时产生干涉。
优选地,当需要描述限制端门40使其不脱离箱底20翻转时,可以描述为端门40的左右两侧靠近端门40的侧壁30底端位置处固定设置有限位块组件或限位块;当需要描述为了方便端门40在收容部内顺畅滑动时,可以描述为端门40的左右两侧靠近端门40的侧壁30底端位置处固定设置有滑块组件或滑块,滚轮组件或球形滚轮,或者滚轮组件或者圆柱形的滚轮;当需要可以描述为了方便端门40在收容部内顺畅滑动时同时限制端门40使其不脱离箱底20且能使端门40不脱离箱底20更顺畅地翻转时滚轮组件或滚轮,或者滚轮组件或者圆柱形的滚轮。根据描述场景的不同,可以择一地对应地进行相应描述。和最优选的圆柱形滚轮相比,其相同之处在于安装位置相同,不同之处在于所实现的功能相同或部分相同,而实现功能的运动形式或运动效果在不同场景下较差而已。
比如,滑块通过固定轴4042与端门40固定连接,所述滑块设置于所述滑道2022上,端门40通过滑块沿滑道2022运动。滑块有助于在滑道上方便移动,滑块可在限位槽20223内转动也相当限位块,只要限位槽20223能限制滑块不脱离箱底20且在限位槽20223中有足够的空间供其带动端门40翻转即可。因此限位组件和滑块组件可依据本发明去可实现滚轮组件的功能,只是效果上较差而已。
更进一步地,为了实现端门40的折叠收容并且端门40不脱离箱底20进行翻转展开,本发明的优选的端门翻转收容结构,所述滑道2022的端部设置有用于限制所述滑块滑动的限位槽20223,所述 限位槽20223的槽底低于所述滑道2022,所述限位槽20223的内侧槽壁与所述滑道2022平滑过渡,端门40通过所述滑块沿所述滑道2022运动,通过所述滑块限位于所述限位槽20223内使端门40绕所述滑块在水平位置和竖直位置之间翻转。所述滑道2022的端部设置有用于对端门40进行限位的限位槽20223,所述限位槽20223的槽底低于所述滑道2022,所述限位槽20223的开口侧端门40与所述滑道2022平滑过渡,所述限位槽20223的另一侧端门40高于所述滑道2022,集装箱1展开时,所述端门40限位于所述限位槽20223内而不脱离于箱底20,端门40绕所述滑块由水平位置向竖直位置翻转到位。
优选地,所述限位槽20223和所述滑道2022设置于箱底框架202上,端门40垂直于箱底20时,端门框架409位于侧壁框架305之间。
当然一种优选实施例为,所述滑道2022也可以平行设置为两组,所述收容部内上下平行设置有两组滑道2022,所述前端门和所述后端门上下平行设置于所述收容部内。所述前端门和所述后端门也可以为一整体或折叠形式,直接收容于所述收容部内。但这样会造成前端门和后端门的展开和折叠需要较大的操作空间,其中折叠形式的会相对减少操作空间,而且两个滑道2022之间需要避免前端门和后端门收容干涉的间隙。所述可折叠的集装箱1折叠后的高度尺寸有所增加。而且两个滑道2022仅在一端设置有限位槽20223,但这样相应地,两个端门40的高度特别是端门框架409的高度就不相同。
另一种也是最优的实施例为,端门40包括设置于所述箱底20两端的前端门和后端门,前端门和后端门均包括相互铰接的上端门401和下端门402,所述收容部内设置有一组滑道2022,前端门和所述后端门通过上端门401和下端门402折叠后向内运动收容至所述收容部内,上端门401和下端门402折叠后沿所述滑道2022运动,使前端门和后端门分别收容于所述收容部的前后两端。该最优实施例和其他两种实施例相比,前端门、后端门的操作空间更小,而且可折叠的集装箱1折叠后的高度也更底,折叠效果更好。
这里的滑块组件或滑块需要同时实现在滑道2022上滑动和在限位槽20223内限位并使端门40相对于箱底20转动。当端门40需要展开时,将端门40从收容部向外拉出,使所述限位块组件设置于所述限位槽20223内,所述端门40跟随所述限位块绕所述固定轴4042的转动而相对于所述箱底20翻转至垂直于所述箱底20设置,当端门40需要收容时,所述限位块组件脱离于所述限位槽20223。
其中一种优选实施例为,所述限位块为球形滚轮,球形滚轮的中心自由旋转。一种优选实施例为,所述限位块为球形滚轮,设置于所述固定轴上,所述球形滚轮绕所述固定轴上的一点自由旋转。
一种也是最优优选实施例为,所述限位块为圆柱形的滚轮4041,设置于所述固定轴4042上,所述滚轮4041绕所述固定轴4042旋转。所述圆柱形的滚轮4041包括对称设置的第一壁和第二壁,第一壁和第二壁的中部通过滚轮4041支撑壁相连,所述滚轮4041支撑壁围成供所述固定轴4042放置的轴 孔,所述滚轮4041支撑壁的外表面设置于滑道支撑部20221上,所述滑道限位部20222和所述滑道支撑部20221相对设置,用于对所述滚轮4041进行限位避免所述滚轮4041脱离所述滑道2022,且与滚轮4041支撑壁留有足够的第一间隙避免运动干涉。所述滚轮4041的外侧设置有与所述滚轮4041同轴设置于所述固定轴4042上的限位轮4043,所述滑道支撑部20221和所述滑道限位部20222与所述滑道2022靠近所述箱底外侧的一侧侧壁之间设置有第二间隙,所述间隙用于容纳所述限位轮4043。更具体地,所述限位槽20223的所述滑道2022对接,所述限位槽20223还包括用于支撑和容纳所述限位轮4043的限位轮4043容纳部。所述第二间隙内靠近所述限位槽20223处设置有用于限制所述滚轮4041旋转的限位结构,所述限位结构可以为支撑架2021的一部分。所述滚轮4041的限位轮4043落入所述限位槽20223内后,所述滚轮4041不动,所述端门40跟随所述固定轴4042绕所述固定轴4042的轴线翻转。对应最优选实施例,所述限位槽20223为C形槽,所述C形槽的槽底低于所述滑道2022,所述C形槽的内侧槽壁于与所述滑道2022平滑过渡,所述集装箱1需要折叠时,所述限位块脱离所述限位槽20223沿滑道2022运动收容于所述容纳部内。当然,如果其他实施例中的限位块,则可以通过根据本发明可习得的方式实现即可认定落入本发明的保护范围。其中所述滑道2022沿垂直于滑道2022长度方向的截面呈C形,所述限位槽20223沿平行于滑道2022长度方向的截面呈C形。所述C形槽靠近端门40的一侧与滑道2022平滑过渡,所述限位结构设置于所述限位槽20223和滑道2022的第二间隙之间。
优选地,所述限位槽20223的槽底与所述箱底框架202的最低位置处间隔一段距离设置,用于向下按压所述端门40将所述端门40脱离所述限位槽20223。
上端门401的外侧可以设置有提手。更加有助于人工操作时的借力和人力支撑,操作更加方便。
所述锁止机构优选地,包括用于锁止上侧壁301和下侧壁302使保持在同一平面内不发生相对运动的侧壁锁止机构304和用于在端门40同时垂直于箱底20和侧壁30时将端门40和侧壁30进行锁止的端门锁止机构403。
集装箱1还包括用于将端门40和侧壁30进行锁止的端门锁止机构403,所述端门锁止机构403的至少部分凸出于端门框架409,箱底框架202上设置有用于避让所述端门锁止机构403的缺口2025。凸出部分比如端门锁止机构403的伸出状态的活动闩4031如图15所示,(也可不凸出,为缩回状态如图16所示)和第一端面辅助锁止机构的第一凸起406和第二端面辅助锁止机构的第二凸起407。
所述侧壁锁止机构304包括销轴3045和分设于上侧壁301和下侧壁302上的第一固定块3041和第二固定块3042,所述第一固定块3041和所述第二固定块3042交错设置,下侧壁302上还设置有用于容纳所述第一固定块3041的容纳空间3043,所述第一固定块3041和所述第二固定块3042上对应设置有第一销孔3043和第二销孔3044,所述销轴3045可活动地设置于所述第二销孔3044内,所述销 轴3045与设置于所述第二固定块3042外侧的拉手3046固定连接,上侧壁301和下侧壁302通过铰链相对旋转至接近展开位置时通过拉手3046使所述销轴3045退出所述容纳空间3043,继续展开使第一固定块3041容纳于容纳空间3043内使所述上侧壁301和所述下侧壁302展开到位,释放所述销轴3045使所述销轴3045伸入所述第一销孔3043内使所述上侧壁301和所述下侧壁302锁止。
所述侧壁锁止机构304包括设置于所述第一销孔3043内的用于使所述销轴3045复位的复位弹簧,所述销轴3045包括第一段和第二段,所述第二段的直径大于第一段,所述复位弹簧设置于第一段上,所述第一销孔3043和所述第二销孔3044的尺寸和所述销轴3045相适配。
其中所述端门锁止机构403,优选地为包括设置于端门40上的活动闩4031、设置于侧壁30上的闩孔4032和设置于端门40上用于限定所述活动闩4031的限位孔4033,所述活动闩4031包括闩插部40311和把手部4034,所述闩插部40311在所述把手部4034的带动下可绕所述限位孔4033垂直于端门40旋转,所述闩插部40311呈L形,所述闩孔4032对应设置有水平孔和和竖直孔,所述水平孔的宽度、所述竖直孔的深度与所述活动闩4031的宽度相适配,所述闩插部40311插入所述闩孔4032的水平孔,到位后旋转使所述闩插部40311的竖直段进入所述竖直孔并到位,将活动闩4031限制于所述闩孔4032内锁止。优选地,端门40包括端门面板408和端门框架409,侧壁30包括侧壁面板306和侧壁框架305,所述限位孔4033通过安装底板设置于端门面板408上,所述闩孔4032设置于侧壁框架305上,且所述活动闩4031穿设于端门框架409绕所述限位孔4033垂直于端门40旋转。优选地,所述安装底板的上部和操作侧的对侧部设置于所述端门框架409的下方。所述安装底板上设置有用于所述活动闩4031到位时对活动闩4031进行定位的锁止凸起。
优选地,所述锁止机构包括用于端门锁止机构403进行锁止前对端门40和侧壁30进行定位和辅助锁止的第一端门辅助锁止机构,所述第一端门辅助锁止机构包括水平向外凸出设置于端门框架409的左右两侧的第一凸起406,水平设置于所述侧壁框架305的前表面的第一凹槽307和与设置于所述侧壁框架305的侧表面且与所述第一凹槽307相连通的竖直凹槽,所述第一凸起406与所述端门框架409的最顶端的高度差大于所述第一凹槽307与所述侧壁框架305的最顶端的高度差,所述第一凸起406与所述端门框架409的最顶端的高度差等于或小于所述竖直凹槽的最顶端与所述侧壁框架305的最顶端的高度差。
优选地,所述锁止机构包括用于端门锁止机构403进行锁止前对端门40和侧壁30进行定位和辅助锁止的第二端门40辅助锁止机构,包括水平向外凸出设置于所述端门框架409的左右两侧的若干第二凸起407,和水平设置于所述侧壁框架305的前表面的若干第二凹槽,所述第二凸起407与所述端门框架409的最顶端的高度差等于所述得第二凹槽与所述侧壁30架的最顶端的高度差。
其中最优选的所述侧壁锁止机构304,包括分设于所述上侧壁301和所述下侧壁302的第一固定 块3041和第二固定块3042,所述第一固定块3041和所述第二固定块3042交错设置,所述下侧壁302上还设置有用于容纳所述第一固定块3041的容纳空间3043,所述第一固定块3041和所述第二固定块3042上对应设置有第一销孔3043和第二销孔3044,所述销轴3045可活动地设置于所述第二销孔3044内,所述销轴3045与设置于所述第二固定块3042外侧的拉手3046通过拉手固定孔30451固定连接,所述上侧壁301和所述下侧壁302通过铰链相对旋转至接近展开位置时通过拉手3046是所述销轴3045退出所述第一销孔3043,继续展开使第一固定块3041容纳于容纳空间3043内使所述上侧壁301和所述下侧壁302展开到位,释放所述销轴3045使所述销轴3045伸入所述第一销孔3043内使所述上侧壁301和所述下侧壁302锁止。当然所述端门锁止机构403也可以为其他形式的锁止机构进行锁止,优选地采用本发明的端门锁止机构403,本发明的最优的端门锁止机构403设计巧妙、可由工人单手操作,锁定方便、可靠。所述端门锁止机构403可以在上端门401和下端门402上同时设置。在所述端门锁止机构403锁止前还可以通过辅助锁止机构来实现端门40和侧壁30的定位和与预锁止,减轻在端门40锁止过程中的人力手部支撑力,提高操作舒适性。其中端门40的辅助锁止机构,可以为第一端门40辅助锁止机构,也可以为第二端门40辅助锁止机构,当然也可以同时包括一个第一端门40辅助锁止机构和若干个第二端门40辅助锁止机构。第一端门40辅助锁止机构设置于第一端门40辅助锁止机构的上方,第一端门40辅助锁止机构设置于靠近上端门401的侧壁30顶端位置处。当辅助锁止机构包括第一端门40辅助锁止机构时,所述端门锁止机构403也可以仅在下端门402上设置。
本发明最优的实施例中箱顶10与侧壁30(上侧壁301)之间的铰链为箱顶铰链102,上侧壁301和下侧壁302之间的铰链为侧壁铰链303,上端门401和下端门402之间的铰链为端门铰链405,箱底20于侧壁30(下侧壁302)之间的铰链为箱底铰链203。
其中铰链优选为防水铰链,避免雨水打湿或灌入折叠箱内。箱顶铰链102和箱底铰链203可以翻折90度,侧壁铰链303和端面铰链可以翻折180度。以箱底铰链203为例进行说明如下:
防水铰链,包括第一铰链部2031和与所述第一铰链部2031进行卡合的第二铰链部2032,第一铰链部2031设置于第二铰链部2032的上部,第二铰链部2032的中心线位于第一铰链部2031的内侧,第一铰链部2031包括第一卡合部20311和第一卡槽部20312,第二铰链部2032包括第二卡合部20321和第二卡槽部20322,所述第一卡合部20311容纳于第二卡槽部20322,所述第二卡合部20321容纳于第一卡槽部20312,所述第一卡合部20311和所述第二卡合部20321上相对设置有卡合凹槽203111和卡合凸起203211。优选地,所述第一铰链部2031和/或所述第二铰链部2032的外表面设置有导水弧面。进一步地,本实用新型的防水铰链,所述第一铰链部2031和/或所述第二铰链部2032(即第一水平固定部20312和所述第二水平固定部20322)与集装箱1的安装面上设置有用于阻止水进行的若干防水凹槽。防水铰链,优选用于箱顶10、箱底20与侧壁30的铰接。其中防水铰链由于第一铰链部2031设置于第二铰链部2032的上部,第二铰链部2032的中心线位于第一铰链部2031的内侧,能很好地防止雨水进入到铰链部分,增加了防水铰链的可靠性和使用寿命。进一步地,第一铰链部2031和/或所述第二铰链 部2032,尤其是第一铰链部2031的外侧设置有用于导水的导水弧面,能进一步有效导水;第一铰链部2031和/或所述第二铰链部2032尤其是第二铰链部2032上的第二固定水平部20322和对应的集装箱的固定位置处对应设置有防水凹槽,进一步阻止雨水的渗入。
优选地,第一铰链部2031还包括用于固定的第一水平固定部20312,第二铰链部2032包括用于固定的第二水平固定部20322,所述第一水平固定部20312通过第一竖直连接部20314和所述第一卡合部20311相连,所述第二水平固定部20322通过第二竖直连接部20324和所述第二卡合部20321相连。
优选地,所述第一卡槽部20312设置于第一竖直连接部20314上,第一卡合部20311的一端与所述第一竖直连接部20314相连,另一端与所述第一卡槽部20312相对设置;所述第二卡槽部20322设置于第二竖直连接部20324的外侧,第二卡合部20321的一端与所述第二竖直连接部20324相连,另一端与所述第二卡槽部20322相对设置。
优选地,所述第二卡合部20321的外表面与所述第一卡槽部20312的内表面相适配,,所述一卡合部20311的外表面和所述第二卡槽20322的外表面间隙设置,所述卡合凸起203211和卡合凹槽203111为翻转的中心轴,所述第一卡槽部20312和所述第二卡槽部20322均设置有限定所述第一卡合部20311和所述第二卡合部20321翻转角度的限位部。
优选地,所述第二卡合部20321的翻转半径大于第一卡合部20311的翻转半径。
优选地,第一铰链部2031还包括设置于第一水平部上的第一竖直凸起部20313,第二铰链部2032包括设置于第二水平固定部20322上的第二竖直凸起部20323,所述第一竖直凸起部20313和所述第二竖直凸起部20323分别设置于所述第一竖直连接部20314和所述第二竖直连接部20324的内侧。
优选地,所述第二铰链部2032通过所述第一铰链部2031的一端套设于所述第一铰链部2031内,所述卡合凸起203211、所述第一卡合部20311和所述第二卡合部20321在第一铰链部2031和第二铰链部2032相对翻转时均不脱离所述卡合凹槽203111、所述第二凹槽部20322和所述第一凹槽307部。
有益效果:本发明的可折叠的集装箱可由两人完成折叠、展开,集装箱无需拆卸,所有零件在折叠和展开过程中均不脱离集装箱。可快速折叠和展开,而且折叠、展开锁止可靠稳固。折叠效果大大提高,使得车辆的空载率大大降低,提升了装卸作业和运输的效率,极大降低了成本。
本发明的端门收容结构以及端门翻转收容机构,通过收容部使端门在装卸货物时可以收容其中,装卸时可仅展开装卸空间使端门完全打开形成装卸口,减少作业障碍,使装卸作业多方位灵活进行,提升装卸效率。通过限位槽和限位组件(滚轮等),使端门在折叠过程中不脱离集装箱进行翻转,操作轻松便捷。更进一步地,所述端门和所述侧壁均为折叠的,进一步减少作业场地需求,使作业更加灵活。
本发明的锁止机构中,设计巧妙、使可折叠的集装箱可快速锁止和解锁地进行折叠或安装,操作方便,锁止可靠、稳固,特别是通过第一端门辅助锁止机构和第二端门辅助锁止机构不但能大大降低锁止机构的成本低,而且在端门锁止过程中能大大减轻人力。而且在锁止过程中可单手进行锁止操作, 操作简单方便。而且通过第一端门辅助锁止机构,在端门展开过程中可快速定位,减轻人力,通过第二端门锁止机构可以进一步对端门进行与固定,不用人扶即可单手完成端门锁止机构的操作,可省时省力、方便快捷地完成折叠和展开。
而且本发明的可折叠的集装箱,结构设计简单巧妙,便于人力作业,所述顶盖面板、所述侧壁面板和所述端壁面板均采用玻纤蜂窝板材质,所述底托面板采用玻纤蜂窝板上附花纹铝板材质;所述顶壁框架、所述侧壁框架和所述端壁框架均采用铝合金材质;所述底托框架采用钢制材质。使集装箱整体重量轻且具有相当的强度,更加方便人工操作和使用,由2人不借助任何机械即可轻松折叠和展开。同时设置有标准的叉车叉孔,用于装卸前后对集装箱进行移动,更进一步地,集装箱还设置有用于折叠后进行叠置的定位结构,所述定位结构包括设置于所述顶盖上的叠置凸起和设置于所述底托上的叠置凹孔,避免叠置后的集装箱相互之间滑动。根据现有拖车或货车车厢进行尺寸设计,折叠收容后体积达到折叠前的1/6甚至以下。
下面以最优实施例对集装箱1的折叠和展开过程进行详细说明。
可折叠的集装箱1由展开状态进行折叠时,端门锁止机构403、第一端门辅助锁止机构、第二端门辅助锁止机构和侧壁锁止机构304由锁止状态释放至解锁状态:首先,依次释放用于锁止端门40和侧壁30的端门锁止机构403、第二端门辅助锁止机构和第一端门辅助锁止机构,使端门40脱离侧壁30,将端门40绕设置于下端的圆柱形的滚轮4041(即绕固定轴4042的轴线)进行旋转,当下端门402呈水平时使上端门401放置于下端门402上,将折叠后的端门40沿滑道2022向前推动而收容于收容部内,所述前后端门40分别进行释放、折叠、滑动和收容于收容部的前后两端;然后分别依次将一侧侧壁30的侧壁锁止机构304释放,使侧壁30分别向内折叠收容于箱顶10和箱底20之间,所述左右侧壁30分别进行,箱顶10落于所述左右侧壁30之上,集装箱1折叠完毕。
可折叠的集装箱1由折叠状态展开方法如下:由两人于集装箱1的前后两端站立,并于右侧抬起箱顶10使箱顶10和该侧侧壁30的上端呈倾斜支撑,当右侧的上侧壁301和下侧壁302即将完全展开时由两人同时单手对侧壁锁止机构304进行操作,通过拉手3046将销轴3045向外拉出撤销销轴3045对上侧壁301的旋转的干涉,待右侧的侧壁30完全展开到位时释放拉手3046将销轴3045释放,实现对右侧的上侧壁301和下侧壁302的锁止,此时右侧的侧壁30和箱顶10均倾斜支撑在箱底20上;然后于左侧抬起箱顶10,使右侧的侧壁30竖直并使箱顶10抬起至水平,当左侧的上侧壁301和下侧壁302即将完全展开时由两人同时单手对侧壁锁止机构304进行操作,通过拉手3046将销轴3045向外拉出撤销销轴3045对上侧壁301的旋转的干涉,待左侧的侧壁30完全展开到位时释放拉手3046将销轴3045释放,实现对左侧的上侧壁301和所述下侧壁302的锁止使箱顶10和左右侧壁30展开完成;进一步地,将收容于前端的呈折叠状态的前端门40抽出,同时抬起前端门40并通过设置于所述上端门 401上的提手使上端门401和下端门402呈一定角度,当上端门401抬起至上端门401上的第一凸起406对应侧壁30上的第一凹槽307时通过第一端门40辅助锁止机构对端门40和侧壁30进行定位,其中第一凸起406放置于第一凹槽307内对前端门40和侧壁30进行定位,进一步通过铰链对上端门401进行角度调整使第一凸起406在第一凹槽307内运动到位,所述前端门40完全展开;进而通过第二端门40辅助锁止机构对端门40和侧壁30进行预安装,其中第二凸起407对应第二凹槽308,将第二凸起407压入第二凹槽308中对前端门40和侧壁30进行预安装;最后通过端门锁止机构403对前端门40和侧壁30进行最终锁止;最后根据前端门40展开及锁止相同方式对后端门40和侧壁30进行锁止。
优选地,还包括锁止机构,所述锁止机构包括用于锁止上侧壁301和下侧壁302使保持在同一平面内不发生相对运动的侧壁锁止机构304和用于在端门40同时垂直于箱底20和侧壁30时将端门40和侧壁30进行锁止的端门锁止机构403。
其中,端门收容结构、锁止机构和防水铰链结构,可以设置于一般的集装箱上或以其他折叠形式的可折叠的集装箱上。
本发明已经通过上述实施方式进行了说明,但应当理解的是,上述实施方式只是用于举例和说明的目的,而非意在将本发明限制于所描述的实施方式范围内。此外本领域技术人员可以理解的是,本发明并不局限于上述实施方式,根据本发明的教导还可以做出更多种的变型和修改,这些变型和修改均落在本发明所要求保护的范围以内。
Claims (10)
- 一种端门收容结构,用于集装箱,其特征在于,集装箱包括箱顶、箱底、侧壁和端门,箱底上设置有用于容置端门的收容部,箱顶和箱底分别与侧壁的上端和下端铰接形成可装卸空间,端门可完全打开地收容于所述收容部内形成装卸口;箱底包括箱底面板和箱底框架,所述收容部设置于箱底面板的下方。
- 根据权利要求1所述的端门收容结构,其特征在于,所述收容部包括与箱底框架固定连接的支撑架,所述支撑架的左右两侧设置有滑道,所述端门沿所述滑道向内运动收容于所述收容部内。
- 根据权利要求2所述的端门收容结构,其特征在于,端门的左右两侧壁靠近底端处凸出设置有滑块,所述滑块设置于所述滑道内。
- 根据权利要求3所述的端门收容结构,其特征在于,端门包括设置于所述箱底两端的前端门和后端门,所述收容部内上下平行设置有两组滑道,所述前端门和所述后端门上下平行设置所述收容部内。
- 根据权利要求3所述的端门收容结构,其特征在于,端门包括设置于所述箱底两端的前端门和后端门,前端门和后端门均包括相互铰接的上端门和下端门,所述收容部内设置有一组滑道,前端门和所述后端门通过上端门和下端门折叠后向内运动收容至所述收容部内。
- 根据权利要求1所述的端门收容结构,其特征在于,上端门的外侧设置有拉手。
- 根据权利要求1所述的端门收容结构,其特征在于,集装箱还包括用于将端门和侧壁进行锁止的端门锁止机构,所述端门锁止机构的至少部分凸出于端门框架,箱底框架上设置有用于避让所述端门锁止机构的缺口。
- 根据权利要求1所述的端门收容结构,其特征在于,箱底框架凸出于箱底面板设置有第一限位部,所述第一限位部凸出所述箱底面板的高度小于等于所述箱顶厚度和所述侧壁折叠后的厚度之和,大于等于所述侧壁的厚度。
- 根据权利要求3所述的端门收容结构,其特征在于,所述滑道的端部设置有用于对端门进行限位的限位槽,所述限位槽的槽底低于所述滑道,所述限位槽的开口侧端门与所述滑道平滑过渡,所述限位槽的另一侧端门高于所述滑道,集装箱展开时,所述端门限位于所述限位槽内而不脱离于箱底,端门绕所述滑块由水平位置向竖直位置翻转到位。
- 一种可折叠的集装箱,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-9任一所述的端门收容结构,所述集装箱包括箱顶、箱底、相对设置的两个侧壁和相对设置的两个端门,所述侧壁包括左侧壁和右侧壁,所述左侧壁和所述右侧壁均包括相互铰接的上侧壁和下侧壁,所述端门包括前端门和后端门,所述前端门和后端门均包括相互铰接的上端门和下端门,集装箱折叠时,侧壁通过上侧壁和下侧壁向内折叠收容于箱顶和箱底之间,端门收容于所述收容部内。
