一个优选的方案是,所述中央隔板和所述滑轮槽的下部设有止口槽,所述止口槽的两端各设有一个螺丝孔;所述轨道装饰盖包括竖直的主板, 所述主板的上端设有与所述止口槽相配合的横向的限位板, 所述主板的下端设有横向的装饰板, 所述轨道装饰盖的两端分别设有适于连接所述上轨道的竖向螺丝孔。
一个优选的方案是,所述底部导向件固定于地板或固定底座上,所述底部导向件包括底板,从该底板向上延伸出三个隔板以形成两条滑槽,所述底板上设有底板固定孔。
有益效果
由上述方案可见,本发明提供的滑轮组件隐藏式淋浴门包括活动门组件、上轨道组件和底部导向件,其中活动门组件包括活动玻璃和固定在活动玻璃顶部的滑轮组件,滑轮组件整体上包括至少两个滑轮、滑轮支架、调节螺杆、固定座和压盖,上轨道组件包括上轨道、阻尼器和轨道装饰盖,上轨道设有第一底板,从第一底板的两侧向下延伸出两个挡板,固定座和压盖共同构成固定在活动玻璃上的吊夹,该吊夹容纳在上轨道下部的吊夹容纳槽内,从而滑轮组件的整体容纳于第一底板与挡板所围成的腔体内,这样可以避免滑轮组件受到污染和腐蚀,同时产品的外观也非常简洁美观。

本发明的实施方式
下面将详细描述本发明的各种实施方式,其中的实施例将结合上述附图进行说明并在下文中描述,上述附图省略了对本申请的权利要求保护范围无影响的其它元件。
如图1和图2所示的滑轮组件隐藏式淋浴门包括至少一个活动门组件10、上轨道组件30和至少一个底部导向件50。
如图2和图6所示,每个活动门组件10包括一块活动玻璃110和安装在活动玻璃110顶部的两个滑轮组件20,活动玻璃110的顶部边缘开有两个玻璃缺口111,每个玻璃缺口111的底部两端分别设有一个螺丝孔112,每个滑轮组件20设置在一个玻璃缺口111中,并通过螺丝(未示出)与活动玻璃110固定。见图7,每个滑轮组件20包括至少两个滑轮201,分别设置在滑轮组件20的两侧。活动玻璃110上有用于固定把手114的把手孔113。
如图3a至图3c所示,上轨道组件30包括上轨道310、阻尼器70和轨道装饰盖40,阻尼器70安装在上轨道310里。优选地,可以在上轨道310两端各设置一个墙座60,墙座60套住上轨道310的两端并固定在墙壁(未示出)上。如图13,也可以用两根竖直的贴壁铝材610通过螺丝固定在墙壁上,或者用胶粘的方式贴在墙壁上,然后上轨道310安装在贴壁铝材610的上部。上轨道310设有第一底板3101,从第一底板3101的两侧向下延伸出两个挡板3102,两个挡板3102的中部相向延伸出滑动平台3103, 两个挡板3102的底端相向延伸出凸边31021,从第一底板3101的中央向下延伸出一个与挡板3102平行的中央隔板3104, 中央隔板3104的最底端向两侧延伸出滑轮槽3105。中央隔板3104及滑轮槽3105的下部设有止口槽31010,该止口槽31010的两端各设有一个螺丝孔31012。
如图3a至图3c所示,上轨道310的两侧挡板3102和中央隔板3104分隔出两条滑槽3106,活动玻璃110的顶部边缘置于滑槽3106中,活动玻璃110上的一侧滑轮201与上轨道310的滑轮槽3105接触,另一侧的滑轮201与轨道的滑动平台3103接触。滑轮组件20整体容纳于上轨道310的第一底板3101和两侧的挡板3102所围成的腔体内。在两块活动玻璃110之间设有连接在中央隔板3104下方的轨道装饰盖40,以遮挡滑轮组件20。优选地,在上轨道310的两条滑槽3106里各设置一块活动玻璃110,两块活动玻璃110不相干涉地滑动来实现淋浴门的开关。根据需要,可以仅设置一条滑槽3106,在该滑槽3106里设置一块活动玻璃110,该活动玻璃110沿轨道滑动到合适的位置进行阻挡。也可在可以在一条滑槽3106里设置活动玻璃110,另一条滑槽3106里设置一块或者两块固定不动的玻璃,以活动玻璃110的滑动来实现开关门。还可以在一条滑槽3106里设置一块或两块固定玻璃,另一滑槽3106里设置两块活动玻璃110等等。安装固定玻璃时,只需要将固定玻璃置于上轨道310的滑槽3106里,将固定玻璃的顶部边缘与上轨道310的第二底板3107接触,固定玻璃的下部边缘与卫生间的地面接触,然后用粘胶固定。
如图3a至图3c所示,上轨道310的第二底板3107设置在其第一底板3101和滑槽3106之间,第二底板3107和滑槽3106限制滑轮201向上移动,防止滑轮201从滑槽3106中脱出。第一底板3101上开有阻尼器固定孔3108,以通过螺丝将阻尼器70固定于上轨道310。第二底板3107上设有开口3109,阻尼器70的启动部701从开口3109中穿过并伸入滑槽3106中,以便能够与滑轮组件20上的撞击部2035接触并耦合。
如图4a和4b所示,上轨道310两端的墙座60包括呈平面状的底板601,底板601上开有墙座固定孔602,以便通过螺丝将墙座60固定在墙壁上。底板601的下部设有墙座缺口603,活动玻璃110可以穿过墙座缺口603与墙壁接触。从底板601侧边和上部向一侧伸出限位板604,限位板604用于限制上轨道310的位置。从墙座缺口603的上部向内(与限位板604的延伸方向一致)延伸出一个承重台605,以支撑上轨道310的重量。墙座上部设有开口606,方便安装阻尼器70。
如图5a和5b所示,轨道装饰盖40包括竖直的主板401,主板401的上端设有横向的限位板402,主板401的下端设有横向的装饰板403,限位板402与中央隔板3104及滑轮槽3105下部的止口槽31010相配合,轨道装饰盖40的两端分别设有竖向螺丝孔404,以便通过螺丝将轨道装饰盖40与上轨道310连接。
如图7所示,滑轮组件20包括滑轮201、滑轮支架203、调节螺杆202、固定座204和压盖205,至少两个滑轮201安装在滑轮支架203上,并分布在滑轮支架203的两侧。固定座204和压盖205共同构成固定在活动玻璃110上的吊夹,并容纳在上轨道310下部的吊夹容纳槽31011内,该吊夹容纳槽31011在高度方向上位于挡板3102的滑动平台3103与凸边31021之间。
如图8a和8b所示,滑轮支架203包括大致呈长方体的主体, 主体的中央位置开有用于安装调节螺杆202的支架螺杆孔2031。主体的两端侧面设有凸台2032, 凸台2032的中央开有用于固定滑轮201的滑轮固定孔2033。主体的一端2034的顶部向上延伸出一个凸台状的撞击部2035,该撞击部2035可以与阻尼器70的启动部701接触耦合或者分离。
如图9a和9b所示,固定座204包括一主板2041,主板2041上开有固定座连接孔2042,主板2041的一侧向外并向上伸出一凸台2043, 凸台2043的中央开有固定座螺杆孔2044,其与滑轮支架203上的支架螺杆孔2031相对应, 调节螺杆202穿过滑轮支架203的支架螺杆孔2031并与固定座204上的固定座螺杆孔2044配合,以用于调节固定安装在固定座204上的活动玻璃110的高度。
如图10a和10b所示,压盖205包括一长条状的板体2051,板体2051上开有压盖连接孔2052,压盖连接孔2052与固定座204上的固定座连接孔2042以及活动玻璃110的玻璃缺口111处的螺丝孔112相对应,从而可通过螺丝将压盖205和固定座204固定在活动玻璃110顶部的玻璃缺口111处。压盖连接孔2052的周边设有定位凸台2053。为了防止固定座204和压盖205这样的金属件与活动玻璃110直接接触,可在活动玻璃110与固定座204和压盖205之间设置软材质垫片。
如图11和12所示,活动玻璃110的下部安装底部导向件50,底部导向件50可以安装一个或者多个。底部导向件50包括一底板501,从该底板501向上延伸出三个隔板502以形成两条滑槽503,底板501上开有底板固定孔504,优选地,采用螺丝将底部导向件50直接固定在地板上,也可以如图13所示,通过螺丝将底部导向件50固定在固定底座710上,再采用螺丝或者粘胶将固定底座710固定在地板上。活动玻璃110分别置于滑槽503中,并可沿滑槽503滑动。
当然,上述实施例仅仅是本发明优选的实施方式,实际应用时,本发明还可以有更多的改变,只要能实现本发明的基本目的即可。
工业实用性
  本发明的滑轮组件隐藏式淋浴门能够在工业上制造和使用,因此具备工业实用性。  

Claims (10)

  1. 滑轮组件隐藏式淋浴门,包括活动门组件、上轨道组件和底部导向件,所述活动门组件包括活动玻璃和固定在所述活动玻璃的顶部的滑轮组件,所述滑轮组件包括至少两个滑轮、滑轮支架、调节螺杆、固定座和压盖,所述滑轮安装在所述滑轮支架上并分布在所述滑轮支架的两侧,所述底部导向件安装在所述活动玻璃的下部,其特征在于:
    所述上轨道组件包括上轨道、阻尼器和轨道装饰盖,所述上轨道内设置有阻尼器,其中,所述上轨道设有第一底板,从所述第一底板的两侧向下延伸出两个挡板, 所述滑轮组件的整体容纳于所述第一底板与所述挡板所围成的腔体内;
    所述两个挡板的中部相向延伸出滑动平台,从所述第一底板的中央向下延伸出一个与所述挡板平行的中央隔板, 所述中央隔板的最底端向两侧延伸出滑轮槽;所述挡板和所述中央隔板分隔出两条滑槽,所述活动玻璃的顶部边缘置于所述滑槽中,所述滑轮组件一侧的所述滑轮与所述滑轮槽接触,另一侧的所述滑轮与所述滑动平台接触;所述固定座和压盖共同构成固定在所述活动玻璃上的吊夹,该吊夹容纳在所述上轨道的下部的吊夹容纳槽内;所述轨道装饰盖连接在所述中央隔板的下方。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的滑轮组件隐藏式淋浴门,其特征在于,所述活动玻璃的顶部边缘开有玻璃缺口,所述玻璃缺口的底部两端分别设有一个用于固定连接所述滑轮组件的螺丝孔,所述滑轮组件固定在所述玻璃缺口中。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的滑轮组件隐藏式淋浴门,其特征在于,所述压盖包括一长条状的板体,该板体上开有压盖连接孔,所述压盖连接孔的周边设有定位凸台;所述压盖连接孔与所述固定座上的固定座连接孔以及所述玻璃缺口处的螺丝孔相对应,以通过螺丝将所述压盖和固定座固定在所述玻璃缺口处。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的滑轮组件隐藏式淋浴门,其特征在于,所述上轨道的两端设置有墙座,所述墙座包括呈平面状的底板,该底板上开有墙座固定孔;所述底板的下部设有可供所述活动玻璃穿过并与墙壁接触的墙座缺口;从所述底板侧边和上部朝向所述上轨道延伸出用于限制所述上轨道的位置的限位板;从所述墙座缺口的上部朝向所述上轨道延伸出一个用于支撑所述上轨道的重量的承重台。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的滑轮组件隐藏式淋浴门,其特征在于,所述滑轮支架包括大致呈长方体的主体,该主体的中央位置开有用于安装所述调节螺杆的支架螺杆孔,所述主体的两端侧面设有凸台, 所述凸台的中央开有用于固定所述滑轮的滑轮固定;所述主体的一端的顶部向上延伸出一个凸台状的撞击部,该撞击部适于与所述阻尼器的启动部接触耦合或者分离。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的滑轮组件隐藏式淋浴门, 其特征在于,所述上轨道的所述第一底板和所述滑槽之间设置有第二底板,所述第二底板和所述滑槽适于限制所述滑轮向上移动以防止所述滑轮从所述滑槽中脱出;所述第一底板上开有阻尼器固定孔, 该阻尼器固定孔适于通过螺丝将所述阻尼器固定于所述上轨道;所述第二底板上设有开口,所述阻尼器的启动部从所述开口中穿过并伸入所述滑槽中, 所述启动部适于与所述撞击部接触并耦合。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的滑轮组件隐藏式淋浴门, 其特征在于,所述固定座包括一主板,该主板上开有固定座连接孔,所述主板的一侧向外并向上伸出一凸台,该凸台的中央开有固定座螺杆孔,该固定座螺杆孔与所述支架螺杆孔相对应, 调节螺杆穿过所述支架螺杆孔并与所述固定座螺杆孔配合,以用于调节固定安装在所述固定座上的所述活动玻璃的高度。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的滑轮组件隐藏式淋浴门, 其特征在于,所述两个挡板的底端相向延伸出凸边,所述吊夹容纳槽在高度方向上位于所述两个挡板的所述滑动平台与所述凸边之间。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的滑轮组件隐藏式淋浴门, 其特征在于,所述中央隔板和所述滑轮槽的下部设有止口槽,所述止口槽的两端各设有一个螺丝孔;所述轨道装饰盖包括竖直的主板, 所述主板的上端设有与所述止口槽相配合的横向的限位板, 所述主板的下端设有横向的装饰板, 所述轨道装饰盖的两端分别设有适于连接所述上轨道的竖向螺丝孔。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的滑轮组件隐藏式淋浴门, 其特征在于,所述底部导向件固定于地板或固定底座上,所述底部导向件包括底板,从该底板向上延伸出三个隔板以形成两条滑槽,所述底板上设有底板固定孔。
