Then the obtained elastane (20) is transmitted to bobbin winding system (14) by passing through guides (13) and carrying by directing cylinders (12). Guides (13) provide transmission of elastane (20) without oscillation and vibration in order to provide proper winding of elastane (20).

  • Core spun yarn machine (30) basically consists of a roving yarn (31 ), yarn draw cylinders (32) through which said roving yarn (31 ) is passed, thinned roving yarn (31 ) and directing front cylinders (33) where at least two-end elastane yarn (21 ) taken from at least two-end elastane bobbin (15) is supplied together, a yarn guide (34) provided in continuation of said directing front cylinders (33) and a spinning unit (35).
  • Said spinning unit (35) consists of a ring (351 ), a moving unit (352) and a cop (353).
  • Obtaining dual elastane core yarn (40) at core-spun yarn machine (30) is achieved by means of passing the roving yarn (31 ) between yarn draw cylinders (32) and bringing into thinness value as required, supplying from at least two-end elastane bobbin (15) to at least two-end elastane yarn (21 ) directing front cylinders (33) and combining with drawn roving yarn (31 ), supplying thinned roving yarn (31 ) and at least two-end elastane yarn (21 ) from yarn guide (34) to provide smooth flow and orienting to spinning unit (35) and winding thinned roving yarn (31 ) onto at least two-end elastane yarn (21 ) by operation of ring (351 ) and yarn moving unit (352) at spinning unit (35) together and performing spinning and winding onto cop (353).
  • Yarn structure obtained from outlet of core-spun yarn machine (30) is dual elastane core yarn (40).
  • This yarn structure comprises thinned roving yarn (31 ) is wound by twisting onto at least two-end elastane yarn (21 ) from one at least two-end elastane bobbin (15) in core section and onto at least two-end elastane yarn (21 ) as sheath section.
  • Roving yarn (31 ) that is added into structure is preferably made from a staple fibre such as cotton, poly viscose etc.
  • elastane yarn (20) that is used in core yarn structured as described above is produced as two or more end and is supplied from a single bobbin and thus can be incorporated into core yarn structure. Therefore, use of multiple number (at least two) of ends containing elastane provided from a single bobbin in core section can provide development of elasticity and recovery values desired to be achieved in end product where core yarn will be used.
  • dual elastane core yarn (40) comprising at least two-end can be used as weft and/or warp yarn in denim or non-denim woven fabric structures.
  • Fabrics obtained by using of core yarn disclosed under the invention shows high elasticity features and takes shape of body due to such features and thus offers a comfortable use for users. This also improves quality of obtained end product.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un fil à âme doté d'une âme en élasthanne comprenant une section âme définie par au moins du fil (21) d'élasthanne à deux extrémités, alimenté à partir d'au moins une bobine (15) d'élasthanne seul à deux extrémités, et une section gaine enroulée sur ladite section âme au moyen d'un filage au niveau d'une machine (30) à filé à âme et donnant une élasticité supplémentaire et un comportement de rétablissement nettement amélioré au tissu là où il est utilisé.
