Abstract

본 발명은 갈색거저리 유충의 단백가수분해물로부터 분리된 펩타이드 및 이를 유효성분으로 포함하는 간 손상 예방 또는 치료용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따르면, 갈색거저리 유충 단백가수분해물은 1 kDa 이하 크기의 생리활성 펩타이드를 포함하여 활성산소의 생성을 감소시키고 항산화 효소들의 발현과 활성을 증가시킴으로써 산화적 스트레스로부터 간세포를 효과적으로 보호하는 바, 간 손상 예방 또는 치료용 조성물, 간 손상 예방 또는 개선용 건강식품 조성물, 간 보호용 건강식품 조성물, 항산화용 건강식품 조성물 등으로 유용하게 활용될 수 있다.
