背景技术
随着技术的发展和进步,终端设备的应用越来越广泛,充电功能是终端设备的基本功能,而且为方便用户对终端设备进行充电,一般将终端设备的充电接口设置在终端设备的上端或者下端。
其中,在充电过程中,用户经常将终端设备调整至横屏模式,以便观看视频或者玩游戏。然而,在终端设备处于横屏模式下时,用于充电的数据线会影响用户对终端设备的握持,并造成握持困难的问题。
发明内容
本公开实施例提供一种终端设备,以解决相关技术中的终端设备在横屏模式下充电时,存在握持困难的问题。
本公开实施例提供了一种终端设备,包括:
壳体,所述壳体的边框设置通孔;
位于所述壳体内的充电模组;以及,
推杆连接件,所述推杆连接件为导电件,所述推杆连接件包括推杆本体,以及设置于所述推杆本体的两端的第一连接部和第二连接部,所述第一连接部朝向所述通孔且与所述通孔相适配,所述第二连接部朝向所述充电模组;
其中,在所述第一连接部容置于所述通孔内的情况下,所述第二连接部与所述充电模组分离;
在所述第一连接部朝向所述通孔的一侧与充电线的充电接口电连接,且 所述第一连接部运动至所述壳体的内部的预设位置的情况下,所述第二连接部与所述充电模组电连接。

壳体10,所述壳体10的边框设置通孔11;
位于所述壳体10内的充电模组20;以及,
推杆连接件30,所述推杆连接件30为导电件,所述推杆连接件30包括推杆本体31,以及设置于所述推杆本体31的两端的第一连接部32和第二连接部33,所述第一连接部32朝向所述通孔11且与所述通孔11相适配,所述第二连接部33朝向所述充电模组20;
其中,在所述第一连接部32容置于所述通孔11内的情况下,所述第二连接部33与所述充电模组20分离;
在所述第一连接部32朝向所述通孔11的一侧与充电线200的充电接口电连接,且所述第一连接部32运动至所述壳体10的内部的预设位置的情况下,所述第二连接部33与所述充电模组20电连接。
本实施方式中,通过在壳体10的边框设置通孔11,充当终端设备100的充电插口,并当需要对终端设备100充电时,将充电线200的充电接口以吸附连接的方式,吸附在位于通孔11内第一连接部32的端面;并通过施加外力,推动推杆连接件30朝向充电模组20移动,以使第二连接部33与充电模组20接触连接,由于推杆连接件30为导电件,从而使充电模组20和充电线200可以通过推杆连接件30实现电连接,进而实现对充电模组20进行充电。
而且,由于推杆连接件30会朝向充电模组20移动,从而使第一连接部32从通孔11内移动至壳体10的内部,进而使得充电线200的充电接口至少部分进入到通孔11内;这样通孔11的内侧壁就可以对充电线200的充电接口形成夹持作用,并在一定程度上可以提升充电线200与第一连接部32的连接的稳定性。
其中,第二连接部33可以与充电模组20电连接时,第一连接部32所在的位置为预设位置;而且,当第一连接部32位于壳体10内的预设位置,且第一连接部32与充电线200的充电接口电连接,第二连接部33与充电模组20电连接,即推杆连接件30处于第二状态,以实现对充电模组20进行充电。
其中,在第一连接部32容置于1通孔11内的情况下,推杆连接件30处于第一状态;在第一连接部32运动至壳体10的内部的预设位置的情况下,推杆连接件30处于第二状态。且在推杆连接件30处于第二状态的情况下,第二连接部33与充电模组20电连接,以实现对充电模组20进行充电。
其中,设置有通孔11的边框可以是平行于终端设备的长度方向的边框,这样当终端设备在横屏模式下进行充电时,插入通孔11内的充电线,不会使用户对终端的握持造成干扰。
其中,当推杆连接件30处于第一状态时,即终端设备100处于非充电状态下时,第二连接部33与充电模组20分离,第一连接部32位于通孔11内, 并封堵通孔11,从而避免外接的杂物通过通孔11进入到壳体10的内部,对壳体10的内部的其他功能器件造成干扰影响。
而且,为提升第一连接部32对通孔11的封堵效果,提升其密封防水性能,还可以将通孔11设计成沉台孔,且通孔11的沉台位于壳体10的内侧,并第一连接部32设计成与沉台孔相适配的形状,以改善第一连接部32对通孔11的封堵效果。
进一步的,还可以在沉台的端面设置防水结构(未图示),并利用防水结构的预压性能,进一步提升第一连接部32对通孔11的封堵效果。其中,防水结构可以是泡棉凸层,也可以硅胶条。
需要说明的是,也可以将防水结构设置在第一连接部32的朝向沉台的端面;还可以既在沉台的端面设置防水结构,还在第一连接部32的朝向沉台的端面设置防水结构,且该两组防水结构错开设置,以提升第一连接部32对通孔11的封堵效果。
可选的,终端设备100还包括位于壳体10内的限位组件40,限位组件40用于当推杆连接件30处于第二状态时,将推杆连接件30锁定在第二状态,以使推杆连接件30分别连接充电模组20和充电线200,满足终端设备100的充电需求。
其中,限位组件40包括电磁铁41和限位件42,推杆本体31设置有限位槽311,当推杆连接件30处于第二状态时,可以通过控制电磁铁41,使限位件42移动至限位槽311内,以将推杆连接件30锁定在第二状态;而当不需要将推杆连接件30锁定在第二状态时,则控制导磁限位件32移动至限位槽311外,以便推杆连接件30进行移动。
具体的,可以通过控制终端设备100的电源模块(未图示)给电磁铁41通第一方向电流,电磁铁41吸引限位件42,以使限位件42移动至限位槽311外,以便推杆连接件30进行移动;还可以通过控制终端设备100的电源模块给电磁铁42通第二方向电流,电磁铁41排斥限位件42,以使限位件42移动至限位槽311内,并限制推杆连接件30向通孔11方向移动,实现将推杆连接件30锁定在第二状态,满足终端设备100的充电需求。其中,第一方向和第二方向相反。
此外,还可以中断对电磁铁41的供电,以消除电磁铁41对限位件42的吸引力,并利用限位件42的重力作用,以使限位件42移动至限位槽311内,从而达到限制推杆连接件30向通孔11方向移动的目的,实现将推杆连接件30锁定在第二状态,满足终端设备100的充电需求。
其中,限位组件40还可以包括第一导向件(未图示),限位件42与第一导向件滑动连接,以使限位件42能够沿第一导向件移动,并准确的移动至限位槽311内。
需要说明的是,限位组件40的电磁铁可以固定设置于壳体10内,第一导向件也可以固定设置于壳体10内。
需要补充说明的是,限位组件40还可以是其他传动型限位组件,比如限位组件的驱动部件可以是驱动电机,限位件可以是基于驱动电机进行移动的限位块,只要能够满足对推杆连接件30的限位锁定即可。
可选的,终端设备100还包括固定设置于壳体10内的基座50,且基座50与第一连接部32之间设置有弹性件60,弹性件60用于将推杆连接件30从第二状态复位到第一状态;其中,弹性件60的一端与基座50的朝向通孔11的一侧的端面连接,另一端与第一连接部32的朝向基座50的一侧的端面连接;且当推杆连接件30处于第二状态时,弹性件60处于压缩状态,这样当解除限位组件40对推杆连接件30的锁定时,可以利用弹性件60的弹力,将推杆连接件30从第二状态复位到第一状态。弹性件60可以是弹簧、弹片、弹性硅胶等等。
其中,推杆连接件30可以相对基座50移动,并可以在基座50上设置第二导向件(未图示),且推杆本体31可以与第二导向件滑动连接,以使推杆连接件30可以在基座50上沿固定的路径移动,避免推杆连接件30在移动的过程中,出现移位的情况,从而有效避免第二连接部33与充电模组20之间出现接触不良的现象。
其中,第一导向件和第二导向件可以是滑轨,也可以是滑槽,只要能够实现第一导向件和限位件42之间的滑动连接即可,以及第二导向件与推杆本体31之间的滑动连接即可。
可选的,终端设备100还可以包括固定设置于壳体10内的挡块70,限 位槽311包括相对设置的第一限位面(未图示)和第二限位面(未图示),其中,第一限位面为靠近第一连接部32的一侧的限位面;
在第一状态下,挡块70可以与第二限位面贴合连接,以分摊弹性件60对推杆连接件30所施加的弹力;在第二状态下,挡块70可以与第一限位面贴合连接,以避免当对推杆连接件30施加过大的推力时,推杆连接件30对充电模组20造成损伤。

需要说明的是,本公开实施例提供的充电接口(通孔11)可以与终端设备的相关技术中的充电接口并存,而且两个充电接口可以同时充电,也可以分布充电,从而使终端设备的充电方式更灵活,充电效率更高。

    推杆连接件(30),所述推杆连接件(30)为导电件,所述推杆连接件(30)包括推杆本体(31),以及设置于所述推杆本体(31)的两端的第一连接部(32)和第二连接部(33),所述第一连接部(32)朝向所述通孔(11)且与所述通孔(11)相适配,所述第二连接部(33)朝向所述充电模组(20);
    其中,在所述第一连接部(32)容置于所述通孔(11)内的情况下,所述第二连接部(33)与所述充电模组(20)分离;
    在所述第一连接部(32)朝向所述通孔(11)的一侧与充电线(200)的充电接口电连接,且所述第一连接部(32)运动至所述壳体(10)的内部的预设位置的情况下,所述第二连接部(33)与所述充电模组(20)电连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的终端设备,还包括固定设置在所述壳体(10)内的限位组件(40);
    在所述第一连接部(32)运动至所述壳体(10)的内部的预设位置的情况下,所述限位组件(40)用于将所述推杆连接件(30)锁定在所述预设位置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的终端设备,其中,所述推杆本体(31)设置有限位槽(311),所述限位组件(40)包括电磁铁(41)和限位件(42);其中,
    当所述电磁铁(41)吸引所述限位件(42)时,所述限位件(42)从所述限位槽(311)内移出;
    当所述电磁铁(41)未吸引所述限位件(42)时,所述限位件(42)移动至所述限位槽(311)内,并限制所述推杆连接件(30)向所述通孔(11)方向移动。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的终端设备,其中,所述限位组件(40)还包括第一导向件,所述限位件(42)与所述第一导向件滑动连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的终端设备,还包括固定设置在所述壳体(10)内的基座(50),所述充电模组(20)与所述基座(50)固定连接,所述推杆连接件(30)与所述基座(50)滑动连接,所述基座(50)与所述第一连接部(32)之 间设置有弹性件(60);
    其中,所述弹性件(60)的一端与所述基座(50)的朝向所述通孔(11)的一侧的端面连接,另一端与所述第一连接部(32)的朝向所述基座(50)的一侧的端面连接;
    在所述第一连接部(32)运动至所述壳体(10)的内部的预设位置的情况下,所述弹性件(60)处于压缩状态。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的终端设备,其中,所述基座(50)上设置有第二导向件,所述推杆本体(31)与所述第二导向件滑动连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的终端设备,其中,所述通孔(11)为沉台孔,所述通孔(11)的沉台位于所述壳体(10)的内侧。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的终端设备,其中,所述沉台的端面设置有防水结构。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的终端设备,其中,所述防水结构包括泡棉凸层、硅胶条中的至少一项。
  10. 根据权利要求3所述的终端设备,还包括固定设置于所述壳体(10)内的挡块(70);
    所述限位槽(311)包括相对设置的第一限位面和第二限位面,所述第一限位面为靠近所述第一连接部(32)的一侧的限位面;
    在所述第一连接部(32)容置于所述通孔(11)内的情况下,所述挡块(70)与所述第二限位面贴合连接;
    在所述第一连接部(32)运动至所述壳体(10)的内部的预设位置的情况下,所述挡块(70)与所述第一限位面贴合连接。
