Abstract
본 발명은 각막 내피 세포의 기능 부전을 진단할 수 있는 바이오마커 용 바이오마커 및 이를 이용하여 각막 내피 세포의 기능 부전 정도와 이와 관련된 다양한 질환을 진단하기 위한 정보 제공 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 안구의 방수에 있어서 본 발명의 바이오마커 단백질 또는 이를 코딩하는 유전자의 발현 수준을 측정함으로써 각막 내피 세포의 기능 부전 여부 혹은 그 정도를 빠르고 용이하지만 정확하게 진단할 수 있고, 이를 통하여 상기 각막 내피 세포의 기능 부전으로 인하여 유발될 수 있는 푹스각막이영양증, 외상, 인공수정체 수포각막병증, 각막 내피염 또는 시력 손실 등의 질환을 조기에 진단하거나, 상기 질환의 경과, 예후 또는 치료 효과에 대하여도 추적이 가능하다.
