Embodiment 1.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a state in which the outdoor unit 200 of the air conditioner is packaged in the package 100 according to the first embodiment. FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view of the package 100 shown in FIG.
The package 100 according to the first embodiment wraps and protects the outdoor unit 200 of the air conditioner (hereinafter, also simply referred to as the outdoor unit 200). As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the package 100 includes a top surface corrugated cardboard 2, a top surface cushioning material 3, a bottom surface cushioning material 4, a bottom surface cardboard 5, and a reinforcing cardboard 7.
The top cardboard 2 is provided so as to cover the entire top surface of the outdoor unit 200, and protects the top surface of the outdoor unit 200. The top cushioning material 3 is made of styrofoam or the like, and is provided between the top surface of the outdoor unit 200 and the top surface corrugated cardboard 2 to absorb an impact from the outside. The bottom cardboard 5 is provided so as to cover the entire bottom surface of the outdoor unit 200, and protects the bottom surface of the outdoor unit 200. The bottom cushioning material 4 is made of styrofoam or the like, and is provided between the bottom surface of the outdoor unit 200 and the bottom corrugated cardboard 5 to absorb an impact from the outside. The reinforcing corrugated cardboard 7 is provided so as to cover the side surface of the outdoor unit 200 and to be parallel to the side surface, and protect the side surface of the outdoor unit 200.
Then, the top cardboard 2, the top cushioning material 3, the bottom cushioning material 4, and the bottom cardboard 5 provided in the outdoor unit 200 are bound by the binding band 8. Further, the upper portion of the reinforcing corrugated cardboard 7 provided in the outdoor unit 200 is sandwiched between the top cushioning material 3 and the lower portion thereof is sandwiched between the bottom cushioning material 4. In this way, the outdoor unit 200 is packaged by the packaging body 100.
FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing an outdoor unit 200 of an air conditioner packaged in the package 100 according to the first embodiment. FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing the internal structure of the outdoor unit 200 of the air conditioner shown in FIG. FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing an outer panel 11 of the outdoor unit 200 of the air conditioner shown in FIG. FIG. 6 is a front view showing a side panel 12 of the outdoor unit 200 of the air conditioner shown in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 3, the outdoor unit 200 has an outer shell composed of an outer shell panel 11, a side panel 12, a top panel 13, and a bottom plate 14. The side panel 12 is arranged on the right side surface of the outdoor unit 200. The top panel 13 is arranged on the top surface of the outdoor unit 200. The bottom plate 14 is arranged on the bottom surface of the outdoor unit 200 on which internal parts are placed. As shown in FIG. 5, the outer panel 11 is composed of a front surface portion 11a and a side surface portion 11b, and is arranged on the front surface and the left side surface of the outdoor unit 200.
As shown in FIG. 4, a partition plate 21 is provided inside the outdoor unit 200 in the vertical direction, and the partition plate 21 causes the inside of the outdoor unit 200 to be the heat exchanger room 200A on the left side and the machine on the right side. It is divided into a room 200B. The heat exchanger room 200A is provided with a heat exchanger 15, a propeller fan 16, and a motor holding column 17. Further, the machine room 200B is provided with a compressor 18, a refrigerant pipe 19, and an electric component box 20.
The heat exchanger 15 functions as an evaporator or a condenser, exchanges heat between air and a refrigerant, and vaporizes or condenses the refrigerant. The propeller fan 16 is rotationally driven by a fan motor (not shown) to supply air to the heat exchanger 15. The motor holding column 17 is attached to the heat exchanger 15 and holds the fan motor to which the propeller fan 16 is attached.
The compressor 18 sucks in the refrigerant and compresses the refrigerant into a high temperature and high pressure state. The refrigerant pipe 19 connects the compressor 18 and the heat exchanger 15, and the refrigerant flows inside. The electrical component box 20 houses various electrical components and the like, and houses, for example, a control device and a heat sink.
As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the suction port 11ba for introducing the heat exchange air supplied to the heat exchanger 15 into the side surface portion 11b of the outer panel 11 arranged on the heat exchanger chamber 200A side. Are formed in plurality. Further, the side panel 12 arranged on the machine room 200B side is formed with only one suction port 12a for introducing cooling air supplied to the electric component box 20. Therefore, the side surface portion 11b of the outer shell panel 11 has a larger total opening area than the side panel 12, and the side surface portion 11b of the outer shell panel 11 has a weaker pressure resistance than the side panel 12.
Further, as shown in FIG. 4, in the outdoor unit 200, in order to improve the heat exchange rate of the heat exchanger 15, the heat exchanger room 200A is wider than the machine room 200B, and the partition plate 21 is the outdoor unit. It is located on the right side of the center of the left and right sides of the 200. Therefore, when the outdoor unit 200 is stacked, the partition plate 21 receives the load applied to the machine room 200B side of the outdoor unit 200.
From the above, since the heat exchanger room 200A side of the outdoor unit 200 has a structure in which the withstand voltage strength is weaker than that of the machine room 200B side, the heat exchange of the outdoor unit 200 is performed during warehouse storage and transportation. It is necessary to reinforce the equipment room 200A side.
FIG. 7 is a front view showing the reinforced corrugated cardboard 7 of the packaging body 100 according to the first embodiment before bending. FIG. 8 is a perspective view showing the reinforced corrugated cardboard 7 of the packaging body 100 according to the first embodiment after bending. FIG. 9 is a schematic vertical cross-sectional view illustrating a method of fixing the reinforced corrugated cardboard 7 of the packaging body 100 according to the first embodiment.
As shown in FIG. 7, the reinforcing corrugated cardboard 7 is provided with bending lines 7a along the horizontal direction at a position about 30 mm below the upper end and a position about 30 mm above the lower end.
As shown in FIG. 8, the upper end and the lower end of the reinforced corrugated cardboard 7 are bent at right angles along the bending line 7a, and the bent portions 7c are formed vertically. Then, as shown in FIG. 9, the reinforcing corrugated cardboard 7 has a bent portion 7c formed on the upper end side in contact with the top cushioning material 3 and a bent portion 7c formed on the lower end side as a bottom cushioning material. It is fixed by being sandwiched so as to come into contact with 4.
Further, the reinforced corrugated cardboard 7 is formed with an upper support portion 7d and a lower support portion 7e for reinforcement when a load is applied from the top surface. The upper support portion 7d has a corner portion 7b having an L-shaped cross section and a bent portion 7c, the upper surface of the bent portion 7c is in contact with the lower surface of the top cushioning material 3, and the corner portion 7b is the top surface of the outdoor unit 200. It is formed to receive the load from. Further, the lower support portion 7e has a corner portion 7b having an L-shaped cross section and a bent portion 7c, the bent portion 7c comes into contact with the upper surface of the bottom cushioning material 4, and the corner portion 7b is from the top surface of the outdoor unit 200. Is formed so as to support the load of the bottom surface cushioning material 4. The corner portion 7b does not have to be strictly L-shaped in cross section, and may be substantially L-shaped in cross section.
As a result, the reinforcing corrugated cardboard 7 is stretched between the top cushioning material 3 and the bottom cushioning material 4, and the reinforcing corrugated cardboard 7 acts as a support.
FIG. 10 is a perspective view showing a modified example of the reinforced corrugated cardboard 7 of the packaging body 100 according to the first embodiment.
As shown in FIG. 10, when the reinforcing corrugated cardboard 7 is viewed from the front, bent portions 7c may be formed on the left and right side portions, respectively. The bent portions 7c are provided with bending lines along the vertical direction at positions away from the left end and positions away from the right end of the reinforced corrugated cardboard 7, and the left end and the right end are perpendicular to each other along the bending line. It is formed by bending. By forming the bent portions 7c on the left and right side portions of the reinforcing corrugated cardboard 7 in this way, the rigidity of the reinforcing corrugated cardboard 7 can be increased and the pressure resistance strength of the reinforcing corrugated cardboard 7 can be increased.
As described above, the packaging body 100 according to the first embodiment is the packaging body 100 that protects the outdoor unit 200 of the air conditioner, and includes the top surface corrugated cardboard 2 provided so as to cover the top surface of the outdoor unit 200. Further, the reinforced corrugated cardboard 7 includes an upper support portion 7d having a bent portion 7c formed by bending the upper end and a lower support portion 7e having a bent portion 7c formed by bending the lower end, and cushioning the top surface. It is sandwiched and fixed by the material 3 and the bottom cushioning material 4. Further, the bent portion 7c of the upper support portion 7d is formed so that the upper surface is in contact with the lower surface of the top cushioning material 3, and the bent portion 7c of the lower support portion 7e has a lower surface of the upper surface of the bottom cushioning material 4. It is formed to make contact.
According to the package 100 according to the first embodiment, the upper support portion 7d having a bent portion 7c formed by bending the upper end and the lower support portion 7e having a bent portion 7c formed by bending the lower end. The reinforced corrugated cardboard 7 is provided with the above. The reinforcing corrugated cardboard 7 is sandwiched and fixed by the top cushioning material 3 and the bottom cushioning material 4, and the upper surface of the bent portion 7c of the upper support portion 7d comes into contact with the lower surface of the top cushioning material 3. The bent portion 7c of the lower support portion 7e is formed so that the lower surface is in contact with the upper surface of the bottom cushioning material 4. Therefore, in the reinforcing corrugated cardboard 7, the upper support portion 7d receives the load from the top surface of the outdoor unit 200, and the lower support portion 7e stretches the load from the top surface of the outdoor unit 200 on the upper surface of the bottom cushioning material 4. It serves as a support. As a result, the number of parts can be reduced while ensuring the withstand voltage.
Further, according to the packaging body 100 according to the first embodiment, the reinforcing corrugated cardboard 7 is sandwiched and fixed by the top cushioning material 3 and the bottom cushioning material 4, so that when the outdoor unit 200 is packaged, it is as in the conventional case. There is no need for a structure for fixing an L-shaped column having a cross section that does not stand on its own. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the external size of the outdoor unit 200 from becoming large when the outdoor unit 200 is packaged in the package 100.
Further, in the package 100 according to the first embodiment, the reinforced corrugated cardboard 7 has a bent portion 7c formed by bending the left end and the right end.
According to the package 100 according to the first embodiment, since the reinforcing cardboard 7 has bent portions 7c on the left and right sides, the rigidity of the reinforcing cardboard 7 is increased and the pressure resistance strength of the reinforcing cardboard 7 is increased. Can be made to.

Embodiment 2.
Hereinafter, the second embodiment will be described, but the description of the parts overlapping with the first embodiment will be omitted, and the same parts or the corresponding parts as those of the first embodiment will be designated by the same reference numerals.
FIG. 11 is a perspective view showing a main part of the package 100 according to the second embodiment. FIG. 12 is a schematic vertical cross-sectional view of a main part of the package 100 according to the second embodiment.
In the package 100 according to the second embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 11 and 12, the bottom cushioning material 4 is provided with a rectangular fixing groove 4a in a cross-sectional view. Then, the lower support portion 7e of the reinforced corrugated cardboard 7 is inserted into the fixing groove portion 4a of the bottom cushioning material 4, and the bent portion 7c of the inserted lower support portion 7e comes into contact with the upper surface of the bottom cushioning material 4 to be fixed. .. By doing so, it is possible to suppress the slip escape of the reinforcing corrugated cardboard 7 on the contact surfaces of the top surface cushioning material 3 and the bottom surface cushioning material 4, that is, the horizontal displacement caused by the compressive load and the transport vibration, and the reinforcement can be suppressed. The corrugated cardboard 7 can be firmly fixed. The groove width of the fixed groove portion 4a is longer than the length of the bent portion 7c in the left-right direction so that the lower support portion 7e of the reinforced corrugated cardboard 7 can be easily inserted into the fixed groove portion 4a of the bottom cushioning material 4. Therefore, a gap 22 is formed between the lower support portion 7e and the side wall portion 4a1 of the fixed groove portion 4a.
As described above, in the package 100 according to the second embodiment, the bottom cushioning material 4 is provided with the fixing groove portion 4a. Then, the reinforcing corrugated cardboard 7 is fixed by the lower support portion 7e being inserted into the fixing groove portion 4a and the bent portion 7c coming into contact with the upper surface of the bottom cushioning material 4.
According to the package 100 according to the second embodiment, the bottom cushioning material 4 is provided with a fixing groove 4a. Then, the reinforcing corrugated cardboard 7 is fixed by the lower support portion 7e being inserted into the fixing groove portion 4a and the bent portion 7c coming into contact with the upper surface of the bottom cushioning material 4. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the reinforcing corrugated cardboard 7 from slipping away on the contact surfaces of the top cushioning material 3 and the bottom cushioning material 4, that is, to be displaced in the horizontal direction, which is caused by a compressive load and transport vibration, and to strengthen the reinforcing corrugated cardboard 7. Can be fixed.
Embodiment 3.
Hereinafter, the third embodiment will be described, but the description of the parts overlapping with the first and second embodiments will be omitted, and the same parts or the corresponding parts as those of the first and second embodiments will be designated by the same reference numerals.
FIG. 13 is a perspective view showing a main part of the package 100 according to the third embodiment. FIG. 14 is a schematic vertical cross-sectional view of a main part of the package 100 according to the third embodiment.
In the package 100 according to the third embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 13 and 14, the bottom cushioning material 4 is provided with a tapered groove portion 4b having a tapered shape in a cross-sectional view. Then, the lower support portion 7e of the reinforced corrugated cardboard 7 is inserted into the tapered groove portion 4b of the bottom cushioning material 4. At this time, since the tapered groove portion 4b has a tapered shape, the lower support portion 7e is fixed in a state where the bent portion 7c springs back and the corner portion 7b has a J-shaped cross section. The lower support portion 7e does not have to have the corner portion 7b fixed in a strictly J-shaped cross section, and may be fixed in a substantially J-shaped cross section. Further, since the bent portion 7c of the lower support portion 7e strengthens the springback, the bending angle 7f of the bent portion 7c is preferably about 30 °.
Here, in the second embodiment, the groove width of the fixed groove portion 4a is longer than the length of the bent portion 7c in the left-right direction, and the lower support portion 7e of the reinforced corrugated cardboard 7 is inserted into the fixed groove portion 4a of the bottom cushioning material 4. At that time, a gap 22 was formed between the lower support portion 7e and the side wall portion 4a1 of the fixed groove portion 4a. On the other hand, in the third embodiment, even the widest groove width of the tapered groove portion 4b is shorter than the length of the bent portion 7c in the left-right direction, and the lower support portion 7e of the reinforcing corrugated cardboard 7 is tapered by the bottom cushioning material 4. When inserted into the groove 4b, the bent portion 7c springs back. Therefore, no gap 22 is formed between the lower support portion 7e and the side wall portion 4b1 of the tapered groove portion 4b. As a result, the bent portion 7c springs back, so that the displacement in the horizontal direction can be suppressed, and the reinforced corrugated cardboard 7 can be fixed more firmly.
In the third embodiment, the widest groove width of the tapered groove portion 4b is shorter than the length of the bent portion 7c in the left-right direction, but the present invention is not limited to this. Even if the widest groove width of the tapered groove portion 4b is longer than the length of the bent portion 7c in the left-right direction, the narrowest groove width of the tapered groove portion 4b is shorter than the length of the bent portion 7c in the left-right direction. I just need to be there. By doing so, when the lower support portion 7e of the reinforcing corrugated cardboard 7 is inserted into the tapered groove portion 4b of the bottom cushioning material 4, the bent portion 7c springs back, so that the lower support portion 7e and the side wall portion 4b1 of the tapered groove portion 4b No gap 22 is formed between the two.
As described above, in the package 100 according to the third embodiment, the bottom cushioning material 4 is provided with the tapered groove portion 4b. Then, in the reinforcing corrugated cardboard 7, the lower support portion 7e is inserted into the tapered groove portion 4b, and the bent portion 7c is spring-backed and fixed.
According to the package 100 according to the third embodiment, the bottom cushioning material 4 is provided with a tapered groove portion 4b. Then, in the reinforcing corrugated cardboard 7, the lower support portion 7e is inserted into the tapered groove portion 4b, and the bent portion 7c is spring-backed and fixed. In this way, when the lower support portion 7e of the reinforced corrugated cardboard 7 is inserted into the tapered groove portion 4b of the bottom cushioning material 4, the bent portion 7c springs back, so that the lower support portion 7e and the side wall portion 4b1 of the tapered groove portion 4b No gap 22 is formed between them. As a result, the bent portion 7c springs back, so that the displacement in the horizontal direction can be suppressed, and the reinforced corrugated cardboard 7 can be fixed more firmly.
Embodiment 4.
Hereinafter, the fourth embodiment will be described, but the description of the parts overlapping with the first to third embodiments will be omitted, and the same parts or the corresponding parts as those of the first to third embodiments will be designated by the same reference numerals.
FIG. 15 is a front view showing the reinforced corrugated cardboard 7 of the packaging body 100 according to the fourth embodiment before bending. FIG. 16 is a perspective view showing a main part of the package 100 according to the fourth embodiment.
In the package 100 according to the fourth embodiment, as shown in FIG. 15, a plurality of notches 7g are formed at the lower end when the reinforcing corrugated cardboard 7 is viewed from the front, and the lower end is bent along the bending line 7a. A plurality of corner portions 7b and bent portions 7c are formed. The lower end of the reinforced corrugated cardboard 7 can be bent at different angles for each portion, and in the fourth embodiment, the corner portion 7b is bent so as to have an L-shaped cross section or a J-shaped cross section.
Further, in the package 100, as shown in FIG. 16, the bottom cushioning material 4 is provided with a rectangular fixing groove portion 4a in cross section, and further, a part of the fixing groove portion 4a is tapered in cross section. The tapered groove portion 4b of the above is provided. The notch 7g is formed at the lower end of the reinforced corrugated cardboard 7 at a position aligned with the position of the tapered groove portion 4b.
Further, the lower support portion 7e of the corrugated cardboard 7 is composed of an L-shaped portion 7h composed of a corner portion 7b having an L-shaped cross section and a bent portion 7c, and a corner portion 7b having a J-shaped cross section and a bent portion 7c. It has a J-shaped portion 7i configured. Then, the L-shaped portion 7h of the lower support portion 7e of the reinforced corrugated cardboard 7 is inserted into the fixing groove portion 4a of the bottom cushioning material 4, and the J-shaped portion 7i is further inserted into the tapered groove portion 4b. At this time, a part of the bent portion 7c and the corner portion 7b of the L-shaped portion 7h comes into contact with the upper surface of the bottom surface cushioning material 4 and is fixed. Further, since the tapered groove portion 4b has a tapered shape, the bent portion 7c of the L-shaped portion 7h springs back and the corner portion 7b is fixed in a state of a J-shaped cross section. Therefore, the bent portion 7c springs back, so that the displacement in the horizontal direction can be suppressed, and the reinforced corrugated cardboard 7 can be fixed more firmly.
The corner portion 7b of the L-shaped portion 7h does not have to be strictly L-shaped in cross section, and may be substantially L-shaped in cross section. Further, in the J-shaped portion 7i, the corner portion 7b does not have to be fixed in a strictly J-shaped cross section, and may be fixed in a substantially J-shaped cross section. Further, since the bent portion 7c of the L-shaped portion 7h strengthens the springback, the bending angle 7f of the bent portion 7c is preferably about 30 °.
Here, comparing the L-shaped portion 7h of the lower support portion 7e of the reinforced corrugated cardboard 7 with the J-shaped portion 7i, the L-shaped portion 7h has a larger receiving area in contact with the upper surface of the bottom cushioning material 4. The L-shaped portion 7h has stronger pressure resistance.
Further, when the J-shaped portion 7i of the lower support portion 7e of the reinforced corrugated cardboard 7 is inserted into the tapered groove portion 4b of the bottom cushioning material 4, the bent portion 7c springs back. Therefore, a gap 22 does not occur between the J-shaped portion 7i of the lower support portion 7e and the side wall portion 4b1 of the tapered groove portion 4b, and the deviation in the horizontal direction can be suppressed.
As a result, the pressure resistance strength can be further increased while suppressing the horizontal displacement of the reinforced corrugated cardboard 7.
As described above, in the package 100 according to the fourth embodiment, the bottom cushioning material 4 is provided with a fixed groove portion 4a and a tapered groove portion 4b formed in a part of the fixed groove portion 4a. Further, the lower support portion 7e is a J composed of an L-shaped portion 7h composed of a bent portion 7c and an L-shaped corner portion 7b, and a bent portion 7c and a corner portion 7b having a J-shaped cross section. It has a character-shaped portion 7i. Then, in the reinforcing corrugated cardboard 7, the L-shaped portion 7h of the lower support portion 7e is inserted into the fixing groove portion 4a, and the bent portion 7c and the corner portion 7b of the L-shaped portion 7h come into contact with the upper surface of the bottom cushioning material 4. The J-shaped portion 7i is inserted into the tapered groove portion 4b, and the bent portion 7c of the J-shaped portion 7i is springbacked and fixed.
According to the package 100 according to the fourth embodiment, the bottom cushioning material 4 is provided with a fixed groove portion 4a and a tapered groove portion 4b formed in a part of the fixed groove portion 4a. Further, the lower support portion 7e is a J composed of an L-shaped portion 7h composed of a bent portion 7c and an L-shaped corner portion 7b, and a bent portion 7c and a corner portion 7b having a J-shaped cross section. It has a character-shaped portion 7i. Then, in the reinforcing corrugated cardboard 7, the L-shaped portion 7h of the lower support portion 7e is inserted into the fixing groove portion 4a, and the bent portion 7c and the corner portion 7b of the L-shaped portion 7h come into contact with the upper surface of the bottom cushioning material 4 and fixed. Will be done. Further, in the reinforced corrugated cardboard 7, the J-shaped portion 7i is inserted into the tapered groove portion 4b, and the bent portion 7c of the J-shaped portion 7i is spring-backed and fixed. Therefore, the pressure resistance strength can be further increased while suppressing the displacement of the reinforced corrugated cardboard 7 in the horizontal direction.
