本实用新型涉及钢格板,尤其涉及一种钢格板的连接定位装置。
背景技术
钢格板是用承载扁钢和横杆按照一定的间距进行正交组合,通过焊接或压锁加以固定的开敞式钢构件;横杆一般采用经过扭绞的方钢、也可采用圆钢或扁钢,材质分为碳钢和不锈钢。钢格板主要用来做钢结构平台板、沟盖板、钢梯的踏步板、建筑物吊顶等。钢格板一般通过平滑的侧边拼接,导致钢格板之间容易打滑,难以保持固定。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种钢格板的连接定位装置,可以使钢格板之间的连接更加稳固。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种钢格板的连接定位装置,包括钢格板,钢格板具有相对的第一侧边和第二侧边,第一侧边设有定位孔,第二侧边设有圆柱销、弹簧和安装件,圆柱销通过弹簧连接第二侧边,圆柱销和弹簧通过安装件固定在第二侧边上,定位孔和圆柱销的位置相对,相邻钢格板通过圆柱销插入定位孔连接。
根据上述技术方案,优选地,圆柱销的插入定位孔部分长度小于第一侧边的厚度。
根据上述技术方案,优选地,还包括操作杆,第二侧边设有侧边通孔,操作杆设有连接杆,连接杆穿过侧边通孔和弹簧并与圆柱销连接。
根据上述技术方案,优选地,安装件为U形板件,安装件的两端与第 二侧边固定连接,安装件设有安装通孔,圆柱销穿过安装通孔。
本实用新型的有益效果是:相邻的钢格板通过圆柱销插入定位孔进行连接固定,圆柱销可以通过弹簧移动,便于钢格板的安装。

如图所示,本实用新型一种钢格板的连接定位装置,包括钢格板1,钢格板具有相对的第一侧边2和第二侧边3,第一侧边设有定位孔4,第二侧边设有圆柱销5、弹簧6和安装件7,圆柱销通过弹簧连接第二侧边,圆柱销和弹簧通过安装件固定在第二侧边上,定位孔和圆柱销的位置相对,相邻钢格板通过圆柱销插入定位孔连接。
在本实施例中,相邻的钢格板通过圆柱销插入定位孔进行连接固定,圆柱销可以通过弹簧移动,便于钢格板的安装。
根据上述实施例,优选地,圆柱销的插入定位孔部分长度小于第一侧边的厚度。在本实施例中,避免从侧边通孔的另一侧压缩圆柱销,使钢格板脱出。
根据上述实施例,优选地,还包括操作杆8,第二侧边设有侧边通孔9,操作杆设有连接杆10,连接杆穿过侧边通孔和弹簧并与圆柱销连接。在本实施例中,操作杆可以通过连接杆带动圆柱销移动,便于相邻的钢格板分离。
根据上述实施例,优选地,安装件为U形板件,安装件的两端与第二侧边固定连接,安装件设有安装通孔11,圆柱销穿过安装通孔。在本实施 例中公开了一种安装件的实施方式,安装件通过焊接与第二侧边固定连接。

  1. 一种钢格板的连接定位装置,其特征在于,包括钢格板,所述钢格板具有相对的第一侧边和第二侧边,所述第一侧边设有定位孔,所述第二侧边设有圆柱销、弹簧和安装件,所述圆柱销通过弹簧连接第二侧边,所述圆柱销和弹簧通过安装件固定在第二侧边上,所述定位孔和圆柱销的位置相对,相邻钢格板通过圆柱销插入定位孔连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种钢格板的连接定位装置,其特征在于,所述圆柱销的插入定位孔部分长度小于第一侧边的厚度。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种钢格板的连接定位装置,其特征在于,还包括操作杆,所述第二侧边设有侧边通孔,所述操作杆设有连接杆,所述连接杆穿过侧边通孔和弹簧并与圆柱销连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种钢格板的连接定位装置,其特征在于,所述安装件为U形板件,所述安装件的两端与第二侧边固定连接,所述安装件设有安装通孔,所述圆柱销穿过安装通孔。
