  • the side part 4 of the lid and the top part 8 of the lid constitute separate elements, where the side part 4 of the lid is given the form of a clamp, and the top part 8 of the lid is given the form of a cap.

  • the method of assembling the container which features a lid in the two- element variant differs from the assembly procedure described above of the single-element lid in that: first, the top part 8 of the lid is fitted in the mouth 1 of the container, as shown in Fig. 5, following which the side part 4 of the lid in the form of a clamp is fitted on the outer side surface 2’ of the top part of the container, whereupon the same procedure is followed as in the case of the lid in the single-element variant.
  • the top surface 5” of the projection 5 formed on the inner surface of the side part 4 of the lid is pressed against the bottom surface 6” of the protruding profile element 6 formed on the top part of the outer side surface 2 around the mouth 1 of the container, and the side surface 5’ of the said projection 5 is pressed against the side resistance surface 3’ of the socket 3 in which the said projection 5 is inserted.

Abstract

L'unité de fermeture de contenant, destinée particulièrement à des contenants de boisson, comprend la partie supérieure du contenant qui comprend la surface latérale externe autour du goulot du contenant, et un couvercle qui comprend une partie supérieure recouvrant le goulot du contenant, et une partie latérale comprenant une surface interne, formée sur ladite surface latérale externe autour du goulot du contenant et sur ladite surface interne sur la partie latérale du couvercle où se trouvent des éléments de profil de couplage mutuel, est caractérisé en ce que les éléments de profil de couplage mutuel se présentent sous la forme d'au moins deux paires d'éléments de profil, une paire des éléments de profil étant constituée d'une saillie (5) formée sur la surface interne de la partie latérale (4) du couvercle et une douille (3) formée sur la surface latérale externe (2) autour du goulot du contenant (1), la douille ayant une surface de résistance latérale (3'). De préférence, la surface latérale externe (2) autour du goulot du contenant (1) se dilate vers le bas par rapport audit goulot (1) et comprend la partie supérieure (21) et la partie inférieure (2"), les douilles (3) étant formées dans ladite partie inférieure (2").
