优选的,所述的绝缘主体与凹槽的延伸方向相平行的外表面均贴覆有铝型材,位于顶面的铝型材与相邻表面的铝型材间具有用于露出第一凹槽和第二凹槽的间隙。
优选的,所述的间隙内填覆有封盖第一凹槽和第二凹槽上部开口的海绵。
优选的,所述的绝缘主体贴覆铝型材的表面均设置有卡接槽,铝型材的表面设置有与所述卡接槽相配合的卡接头,铝型材的开接头卡接于对应的卡接槽内。
优选的,所述的壳体的前壳上设置有指示灯,指示灯分别与第一导电弹片和第三导电弹片电连接。
可选的,所述的第一插片的延伸方向与插孔的延伸方向相平行。也可选的,所述的第一插片的延伸方向与插孔的延伸方向相垂直。
本发明具有以下优点:
本发明结构简单,体积小,占用地少。
本发明插座与导轨间为插接式结构,插座在不使用时可拔出单独存放,节省空间,便于携带,使用时通过插接到导轨上的方式进行取电,且插座可沿导轨随意滑动,定位灵活,方便调节。
本发明插接后具有定位限位结构,有效避免插座意外脱离导轨,结构牢固可靠。
本发明导轨通过导电金属条导电,安装在建筑墙体表面或家具等固定物体表面,取代了传统的布线方式,简化了装修的复杂性,安装简便。

下面结合附图对本发明做进一步的描述:
如图1、图2、图3、图4所示,一种电力连接结构,包括插片和导轨,所述的插片由插片前壳和插片后壳构成的插片外壳、以及设置于插片外壳内的导电弹片,所述的插片后壳的前表面上设置有至少一个用于容置导电弹片的凹槽,每个所述的凹槽底部均设置有贯穿插片后壳的让位孔,每个凹槽内均布设有一个导电弹片,每个导电弹片上均设置有从对应的让位 孔突出插片后壳的凸起部,导电弹片的任意一端的端部延伸至插片外壳的外部,所述的插片前壳的前表面设置有定位凸棱,
所述的导轨包括绝缘主体,绝缘主体的顶部设置有至少一个用于插接插片的凹槽,凹槽的一个槽壁上设置有与插片的定位凸棱相配合的定位凹槽,凹槽的另一个槽壁上设置有用于与导电弹片的凸起部相接触的的金属条,金属条和定位凹槽的延伸方向均与凹槽的延伸方向相同,
插片插接于凹槽内,插片的定位凸棱容置于凹槽的定位凹槽内,且插片的导电弹片的凸起部与金属条相接触。
优选的,所述的导轨顶部设置有两个相互平行延伸的凹槽,其中一个凹槽为第一凹槽18,另一个凹槽为第二凹槽19,每个凹槽内均插接有一个插片,第一凹槽18内插接有第一插片8,第二凹槽19内插接有第二插片9,所述的第一插片8和第二插片9均包括由插片前壳10和插片后壳11构成的插片外壳、以及设置于插片外壳内的导电弹片,所述的插片后壳11上设置有用于容置导电弹片的凹槽,所述的凹槽底部设置有贯穿插片后壳11的让位孔12,导电弹片上设置有从让位孔12突出插片后壳11的凸起部13,所述的插片前壳10的前表面设置有定位凸棱,所述的第一插片8的插片后壳11上设置有一个凹槽,凹槽内设置有第一导电弹片14,所述的第二插片9的插片后壳11上设置有两个凹槽,其中一个凹槽内设置有第二导电弹片15,另一个凹槽内设置有第三导电弹片16,
所述的第一凹槽18的一个槽壁上设置有与第一插片8的定位凸棱相配合的第一定位凹槽20,第一凹槽18的另一个槽壁上设置有与第一导电弹片14的凸起部13相接触的零线金属条21,零线金属条21和第一定位凹槽20的延伸方向均与第一凹槽18的延伸方向相同,第二凹槽19的一个槽壁上设置有与第二插片9的定位凸棱相配合的第二定位凹槽22,第二凹槽19的另一个槽壁上设置有与第二导电弹片15的凸起部13相接触的地线金属条23和与第三导电弹片16的凸起部13相接触的火线金属条24,地线金属条23、火线金属条24和第二定位凹槽22的延伸方向均与第二凹槽19的延伸方向相同;
第一插片8插接于第一凹槽18内,第二插片9插接于第二凹槽19内,第一插片8的定位凸棱容置于第一凹槽18的第一定位凹槽20内,且第一插片8的第一导电弹片14的凸起部13与零线金属条21相接触;第二插片9的定位凸棱容置于第二凹槽19的第二定位凹槽22内,且第二插片9的第二导电弹片15的凸起部13与地线金属条23相接触、第三导电弹片16的凸起部13与火线金属条24相接触。
所述的第一插片8和第二插片9连接有插座,所述的插座包括壳体和设置于壳体内的支架1,所述的壳体包括前壳2和后壳3,前壳2上设置有插孔4,支架1固定安装于壳体内, 支架1内设置有与插孔4相配合的夹头导电片,所述的夹头导电片包括第一夹头导电片5、第二夹头导电片6和第三夹头导电片7,第一插片8和第二插片9的一端均与壳体固定连接,且第一导电弹片14、第二导电弹片15和第三导电弹片16均伸入壳体内,第二导电弹片15与第一夹头导电片5电连接,第一导电弹片14与第二夹头导电片6电连接,第三导电弹片16与第三夹头导电片7电连接。可选的,第一插片8和第二插片9的插片后壳11与壳体固定连接。
优选的,第一夹头导电片为地线夹头导电片,第二夹头导电片为零线夹头导电片,第三夹头导电片为火线夹头导电片;第一导电弹片为零线导电弹片,第二导电弹片为地线导电弹片,第三导电弹片为火线导电弹片;第一金属条为零线金属条,第二金属条为地线金属条,第三金属条为火线金属条。
优选的,所述的地线金属条距离第二凹槽的槽口的距离小于火线金属条距离第二凹槽的槽口的距离。从而当插片插入导轨时,能够保证插片上的凸起部优先接触地线金属条,且拔出插片时,插片上的凸起部最终接触地线金属条,提高了用电安全性。
优选的,所述的绝缘主体17与凹槽的延伸方向相平行的外表面均贴覆有铝型材25,位于顶面的铝型材25与相邻表面的铝型材25间具有用于露出第一凹槽18和第二凹槽19的间隙。
优选的,所述的间隙内填覆有封盖第一凹槽18和第二凹槽19上部开口的海绵26。
优选的,所述的绝缘主体17贴覆铝型材25的表面均设置有卡接槽,铝型材25的表面设置有与所述卡接槽相配合的卡接头,铝型材25的开接头卡接于对应的卡接槽内。
优选的,所述的壳体的前壳2上设置有指示灯27,指示灯27分别与第一导电弹片14和第三导电弹片16电连接。
可选的,所述的第一插片8的延伸方向与插孔4的延伸方向相平行。也可选的,如图5、图6所示,所述的第一插片8的延伸方向与插孔4的延伸方向相垂直。
本发明结构简单,体积小,占用地少。
本发明插座与导轨间为插接式结构,插座在不使用时可拔出单独存放,节省空间,便于携带,使用时通过插接到导轨上的方式进行取电,且插座可沿导轨随意滑动,定位灵活,方便调节。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种电力连接结构,其特征在于:包括插片和导轨,所述的插片由插片前壳和插片后壳构成的插片外壳、以及设置于插片外壳内的导电弹片,所述的插片后壳的前表面上设置有至少一个用于容置导电弹片的凹槽,每个所述的凹槽底部均设置有贯穿插片后壳的让位孔,每个凹槽内均布设有一个导电弹片,每个导电弹片上均设置有从对应的让位孔突出插片后壳的凸起部,导电弹片的任意一端的端部延伸至插片外壳的外部,所述的插片前壳的前表面设置有定位凸棱,
    所述的导轨包括绝缘主体,绝缘主体的顶部设置有至少一个用于插接插片的凹槽,凹槽的一个槽壁上设置有与插片的定位凸棱相配合的定位凹槽,凹槽的另一个槽壁上设置有用于与导电弹片的凸起部相接触的的金属条,金属条和定位凹槽的延伸方向均与凹槽的延伸方向相同,
    插片插接于凹槽内,插片的定位凸棱容置于凹槽的定位凹槽内,且插片的导电弹片的凸起部与金属条相接触。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电力连接结构,其特征在于:所述的导轨顶部设置有两个相互平行延伸的凹槽,其中一个凹槽为第一凹槽,另一个凹槽为第二凹槽,每个凹槽内均插接有一个插片,第一凹槽内插接有第一插片,第二凹槽内插接有第二插片,所述的第一插片和第二插片均包括由插片前壳和插片后壳构成的插片外壳、以及设置于插片外壳内的导电弹片,所述的插片后壳上设置有用于容置导电弹片的凹槽,所述的凹槽底部设置有贯穿插片后壳的让位孔,导电弹片上设置有从让位孔突出插片后壳的凸起部,所述的插片前壳的前表面设置有定位凸棱,所述的第一插片的插片后壳上设置有一个凹槽,凹槽内设置有第一导电弹片,所述的第二插片的插片后壳上设置有两个凹槽,其中一个凹槽内设置有第二导电弹片,另一个凹槽内设置有第三导电弹片,
    所述的第一凹槽的一个槽壁上设置有与第一插片的定位凸棱相配合的第一定位凹槽,第一凹槽的另一个槽壁上设置有与第一导电弹片的凸起部相接触的零线金属条,零线金属条和第一定位凹槽的延伸方向均与第一凹槽的延伸方向相同,第二凹槽的一个槽壁上设置有与第二插片的定位凸棱相配合的第二定位凹槽,第二凹槽的另一个槽壁上设置有与第二导电弹片的凸起部相接触的地线金属条和与第三导电弹片的凸起部相接触的火线金属条,地线金属条、火线金属条和第二定位凹槽的延伸方向均与第二凹槽的延伸方向相同;
    第一插片插接于第一凹槽内,第二插片插接于第二凹槽内,第一插片的定位凸棱容置于第一凹槽的第一定位凹槽内,且第一插片的第一导电弹片的凸起部与零线金属条相接触;第二插片的定位凸棱容置于第二凹槽的第二定位凹槽内,且第二插片的第二导电弹片的凸起部 与地线金属条相接触、第三导电弹片的凸起部与火线金属条相接触。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种电力连接结构,其特征在于:所述的第一插片和第二插片连接有插座,所述的插座包括壳体和设置于壳体内的支架,所述的壳体包括前壳和后壳,前壳上设置有插孔,支架固定安装于壳体内,支架内设置有与插孔相配合的夹头导电片,所述的夹头导电片包括第一夹头导电片、第二夹头导电片和第三夹头导电片,第一插片和第二插片的一端均与壳体固定连接,且第一导电弹片、第二导电弹片和第三导电弹片均伸入壳体内,第二导电弹片与第一夹头导电片电连接,第一导电弹片与第二夹头导电片电连接,第三导电弹片与第三夹头导电片电连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种电力连接结构,其特征在于:所述的第一插片和第二插片的插片后壳与壳体固定连接。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的一种电力连接结构,其特征在于:第一夹头导电片为地线夹头导电片,第二夹头导电片为零线夹头导电片,第三夹头导电片为火线夹头导电片;第一导电弹片为零线导电弹片,第二导电弹片为地线导电弹片,第三导电弹片为火线导电弹片;第一金属条为零线金属条,第二金属条为地线金属条,第三金属条为火线金属条。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种电力连接结构,其特征在于:所述的地线金属条距离第二凹槽的槽口的距离小于火线金属条距离第二凹槽的槽口的距离。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的一种电力连接结构,其特征在于:所述的绝缘主体与凹槽的延伸方向相平行的外表面均贴覆有铝型材,位于顶面的铝型材与相邻表面的铝型材间具有用于露出第一凹槽和第二凹槽的间隙。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种电力连接结构,其特征在于:所述的绝缘主体贴覆铝型材的表面均设置有卡接槽,铝型材的表面设置有与所述卡接槽相配合的卡接头,铝型材的开接头卡接于对应的卡接槽内。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的一种电力连接结构,其特征在于:所述的壳体的前壳上设置有指示灯,指示灯分别与第一导电弹片和第三导电弹片电连接。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电力连接结构,其特征在于:所述的插片的延伸方向与插孔的延伸方向相平行,或
    所述的插片的延伸方向与插孔的延伸方向相垂直。
