Description

一种移动终端铰链的同步机构 技术领域
本发明涉及一种移动终端铰链的同步机构,尤其涉及内折柔性屏移动终端铰链的同步机构。
背景技术
对于移动终端,柔性屏是一种理想的屏幕,在携带时能使移动终端可折叠,使用时展平得到双倍显示,满足对大屏幕显示的需求。由于柔性屏为连续屏,往往需要在铰链中设置同步机构,使左侧机构和右侧机构同步反向运动。同步机构往往采用齿轮结构,容易因磕碰、摔落而损坏齿轮结构中的齿。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种移动终端铰链的同步机构,结构简单,能够满足柔性屏移动终端使用需要且不容易因磕碰、摔落而损坏。为此,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种移动终端铰链的同步机构,所述铰链包括左转动支架和右转动支架、中间安装架,所述左转动支架和右转动支架分别可转动地连接在中间安装架的左右侧,所述左转动支架的转动轴和右转动支架的转动轴平行;其特征在于所述同步机构包括第一连接绳和第二连接绳,第一连接绳呈第一S形的穿绕方式与左转动支架的转动轴和右转动支架的转动轴连接,第二连接绳呈第二S形的穿绕方式与左转动支架的转动轴和右转动支架的转动轴连接,并且第一S形和第二S形互为正反。
进一步地,左转动支架的转动轴和右转动支架的转动轴上分别设置有卷绳部件或卷绳结构,卷绳部件或卷绳结构上设置有连接绳限位槽。
进一步地,所述同步机构上设置有扭力机构。
进一步地,所述扭力机构包括簧管结构,所述簧管结构具有分别对应左转动支架和右转动支架的左簧管和右簧管,左簧管和右簧管分别包在左转动支架的转动轴和右转动支架的转动轴上。
进一步地,所述同步机构上设置有扭力机构;所述扭力机构包括簧管结构,所述簧管结构具有分别对应左转动支架和右转动支架的左簧管和右簧管,左簧管包在左转动支架的转动轴上并在轴向上处在卷绳部件或卷绳结构的内侧;右簧管包在右转动支架的转动轴上并在轴向上处在卷绳部件或卷绳结构的内侧。
进一步地,所述左转动支架的转动轴和右转动支架的转动轴与中间安装架转动连接。
进一步地,所述铰链在同步机构的上方,在中间安装架上设置柔性屏支撑板。
由于采用本发明的技术方案,本发明结构简单,无易碎、易破部件,不容易因磕碰、摔落而损坏,使用寿命长,且易于移动终端的薄形化设计的实现。

具体实施方式
参照附图。本发明提供的一种移动终端铰链的同步机构,所述铰链包括左转动支架1和右转动支架2、中间安装架3,所述左转动支架1和右转动支架2分别可转动地连接在中间安装架3的左右侧,移动终端可以是柔性屏移动终端,比如为柔性屏300设置在内侧的移动终端,所述铰链在同步机构的上方,在中间安 装架3上设置柔性屏支撑板30。左转动支架1和右转动支架2可以是如图所示的支撑臂或支撑架,柔性屏移动终端的左侧机壳10和右侧机壳20分别和左转动支架1和右转动支架2滑动连接;作为另一种方案,也可以是左侧机壳和右侧机壳就分别是左转动支架1和右转动支架2,而可转动地连接在中间安装架3的左右侧。左侧机壳10和右侧机壳20均含有柔性屏的支撑板。
所述左转动支架1的转动轴11和右转动支架2的转动轴21平行;所述左转动支架1的转动轴11和右转动支架2的转动轴21与中间安装架3转动连接
所述同步机构包括第一连接绳41和第二连接绳42,如图5、6所示,第一连接绳41呈第一S形的穿绕方式与左转动支架的转动轴11和右转动支架的转动轴21连接,第二连接绳42呈第二S形的穿绕方式与左转动支架的转动轴11和右转动支架的转动轴21连接,第一S形和第二S形互为正反。当转动轴11在逆时针转动时,为收紧第一连接绳41和放松第二连接绳42,而转动轴21在顺时针转动时,为放松第一连接绳41和收紧第二连接绳42。当转动轴11在顺时针转动时,为收紧第二连接绳42和放松第一连接绳41,而转动轴21在逆时针转动时,为放松第二连接绳42收紧松第一连接绳41,实现同步反向转动。
左转动支架的转动轴11和右转动支架的转动轴21上分别设置有卷绳结构51、52,卷绳结构51、52可以是分别和转动轴11、21一体的,卷绳结构51、52也可以是由单独的卷绳部件代替,卷绳部件分别装配到转动轴11、21上。第一连接绳41和第二连接绳42可以通过焊接、打孔穿设等方式和卷绳结构51、52连接,通过和卷绳结构51、52而分别与左转动支架的转动轴11和右转动支架的转动轴21连接。卷绳部件或卷绳结构上设置有连接绳限位槽6。
所述同步机构上设置有扭力机构;所述扭力机构包括簧管结构,所述簧管结构具有分别对应左转动支架1和右转动支架2的左簧管71和右簧管72,它们均可固定在中间安装架3上。左簧管71包在左转动支架的转动轴11上并在轴向上处在卷绳部件51的内侧;右簧管72包在右转动支架的转动轴21上并在轴向上 处在卷绳部件52的内侧。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种移动终端铰链的同步机构,所述铰链包括左转动支架和右转动支架、中间安装架,所述左转动支架和右转动支架分别可转动地连接在中间安装架的左右侧,所述左转动支架的转动轴和右转动支架的转动轴平行;其特征在于所述同步机构包括第一连接绳和第二连接绳,第一连接绳呈第一S形的穿绕方式与左转动支架的转动轴和右转动支架的转动轴连接,第二连接绳呈第二S形的穿绕方式与左转动支架的转动轴和右转动支架的转动轴连接,并且第一S形和第二S形互为正反。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种移动终端铰链的同步机构,其特征在于左转动支架的转动轴和右转动支架的转动轴上分别设置有卷绳部件或卷绳结构,卷绳部件或卷绳结构上设置有连接绳限位槽。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的一种移动终端铰链的同步机构,其特征在于所述同步机构上设置有扭力机构。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的一种移动终端铰链的同步机构,其特征在于所述扭力机构包括簧管结构,所述簧管结构具有分别对应左转动支架和右转动支架的左簧管和右簧管,左簧管和右簧管分别包在左转动支架的转动轴和右转动支架的转动轴上。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的一种移动终端铰链的同步机构,其特征在于所述同步机构上设置有扭力机构;所述扭力机构包括簧管结构,所述簧管结构具有分别对应左转动支架和右转动支架的左簧管和右簧管,左簧管包在左转动支架的转动轴上并在轴向上处在卷绳部件或卷绳结构的内侧;右簧管包在右转动支架的转动轴上并在轴向上处在卷绳部件或卷绳结构的内侧。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的一种移动终端铰链的同步机构,其特征在于所述左转动支架的转动轴和右转动支架的转动轴与中间安装架转动连接。
  7. 如权利要求1、2、3、4、5或6所述的一种移动终端铰链的同步机构, 其特征在于所述铰链在同步机构的上方,在中间安装架上设置柔性屏支撑板。
