便携式紫外消毒容器不仅可以居家使用,而且可以携带至办公室使用或者在外出时使用。
人们在不同情况下可能需要不同的消毒功能,例如,在外出野餐时,由于受时间限制,只需要快速的消毒去味即可;而在居家或办公室正常使用时,就需要先消毒去味,再烘干;而如果需要保存时间较长时,就需要先消毒去味、烘干,然后无菌保存。
但是现有的一些便携式紫外消毒容器仅具有消毒键和开关键,仅可消毒。还有一些虽然有消毒键、烘干键和开关键,可以消毒、烘干,但需要用户首先按下消毒键,消毒完成后再按下烘干键,操作麻烦。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种便携式紫外消毒容器的控制系统,以提高使用便利性,以及满足用户的多种消毒需求。

优选地,所述风道结构为内循环式风道结构。
优选地,所述内循环式风道结构包括:所述物品收纳腔;开设于所述物品收纳腔的腔壁的、且与所述物品收纳腔相连通的出风口;开设于所述物品收纳腔的腔壁的、且与所述物品收纳腔相连通的回风口;设置在所述物品收纳腔的腔壁的内部的、且与所述出风口和所述回风口连通的空气通道;以及安装于所述空气通道中的风扇和电热元件;从所述物品收纳腔顺次经所述回风口、所述空气通道、所述风扇和电热元件、所述出风口、再到所述物品收纳腔,构成了内循环式风道结构。
优选地,所述电热元件包括电阻丝和薄片状且具有镂空部的骨架,所述电阻丝疏绕在所述骨架上、且在所述镂空部形成网状结构。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型做进一步说明。
请参照图1,本便携式紫外消毒容器包括:用于收纳被消毒物的物品收纳腔1,用于向所述物品收纳腔1释放紫外光的光照装置(紫外LED)16,用于向所述物品收纳腔1释放热风的风道结构。在消毒容器本体4配置有提手5。
本便携式紫外消毒容器的控制系统包括主控板(未图示)和人机界面,其中,所述主控板分别与所述光照装置、所述风道结构、以及所述人机界面电连接。
请参照图2,人机界面包括:第一功能键12、第二功能键13、第三功能键14和第四功能键15,其中,第一功能键12用于向所述主控板输出消毒去味的第一指令;第二功能键13用于向所述主控板输出顺次地消毒去味、烘干和恒温无菌保存的第二指令;第三功能键14用于向所述主控板输出先消毒去味再烘干的第三指令;第四功能键15用于向所述主控板输出打开电源或关闭电源的第四指令。
工作原理:当按下第一功能键12后,主控板控制光照装置16工作,向所述物品收纳腔1释放紫外光,进行消毒去味,完成后关闭电源。当按下第二功能键13后,主控板首先控制光照装置16向所述物品收纳腔1释放紫外光,进行消毒去味;消毒时间到后,启动所述风道结构向所述物品收纳腔1释放热风,进行烘干;烘干结束后,控制所述光照装置16和所述风道结构低功率运行,持续向所述物品收纳 腔1释放少量的紫外光和少量的热风,实现恒温无菌保存。当按下第三功能键14后,主控板首先控制光照装置16向所述物品收纳腔1释放紫外光,进行消毒去味;消毒时间到后,启动所述风道结构向所述物品收纳腔1释放热风,进行烘干,完成后关闭电源。在开机状态,按下第四功能键15后,主控板控制关闭电源。在关机状态,按下第四功能键15后,主控板控制打开电源。
可见,通过上述四个功能键,可以选择单独消毒去味、一键消毒去味并烘干、一键消毒去味并烘干和恒温无菌保存,能够满足用户的不同消毒需求,而且各种消毒模式均为一键控制,使用非常方便。
进一步,所述风道结构为内循环式风道结构。相比外循环式风道结构,内循环式风道结构由于没有引入环境空气,所以可以节省能源。
进一步,请参照图1、图3,内循环式风道结构包括:所述物品收纳腔1;开设于所述物品收纳腔1的腔壁的、且与所述物品收纳腔1相连通的出风口3;开设于所述物品收纳腔1的腔壁的、且与所述物品收纳腔1相连通的回风口2;设置在所述物品收纳腔1的腔壁的内部的、且与所述出风口3和所述回风口2连通的空气通道6;以及安装于所述空气通道6中的风扇7和电热元件8(见图4);从所述物品收纳腔1顺次经所述回风口2、所述空气通道6、所述风扇7和电热元件、所述出风口3、再到所述物品收纳腔1,构成了内循环式风道结构。
进一步,请参照图4,所述电热元件8包括电阻丝10和薄片状且具有镂空部11的骨架9,所述电阻丝10疏绕在所述骨架9上、且在所述镂空部11形成网状结构。采用这种电热元件8,能够方便地将其固定到风扇7的端部,电热元件的安装非常方便。而且,空气可以从所述网状结构通过,可以有效增大空气和电热元件的接触面积,实现 快速高效地对流动空气加热。

  3. 根据权利要求2所述的便携式紫外消毒容器的控制系统,其特征在于,所述内循环式风道结构包括:
    所述物品收纳腔;
    开设于所述物品收纳腔的腔壁的、且与所述物品收纳腔相连通的出风口;
    开设于所述物品收纳腔的腔壁的、且与所述物品收纳腔相连通的回风口;
    设置在所述物品收纳腔的腔壁的内部的、且与所述出风口和所述回风口连通的空气通道;以及
    安装于所述空气通道中的风扇和电热元件;
    从所述物品收纳腔顺次经所述回风口、所述空气通道、所述风扇和电热元件、所述出风口、再到所述物品收纳腔,构成了内循环式风道结构。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的便携式紫外消毒容器的控制系统,所述电热元件包括电阻丝和薄片状且具有镂空部的骨架,所述电阻丝疏绕在所述骨架上、且在所述镂空部形成网状结构。
