Description
本发明涉及包装领域,尤其涉及一种包装箱。
目前,聚丙烯塑料发泡材料包装箱被广泛应用于装载液晶面板。为了提高运输效率,某些规格的聚丙烯塑料发泡材料的包装箱不得不把包装尺寸设计得非常紧凑,箱体四周侧壁厚度也设计得较薄。这样的设计导致箱体内部没有足够的空间来放置干燥剂,增加了液晶面板在储存运输中存在受潮的可能性。
现有的传统型包装箱结构如图1所示,传统型包装箱内部设有围合而成的内壁10,其中,两相对内壁10上分别设有一个存放槽11,该存放槽11用于存放干燥剂310。干燥剂310的背部设有双面胶,用于将干燥剂310粘贴于存放槽11内,防止掉落。该种结构的存放槽11无外设隔档结构,长期使用将会由于双面胶310容易失效,导致干燥剂掉落,污染包装箱内部空间,损坏液晶面板以及包装箱嵌板。
现有的改进型包装箱结构如图2所示,传统型包装箱内部设有围合而成的内壁20,其中,两相对内壁20上分别设有一个存放结构,该存放结构由两个支臂21半包围形成一个存放空间22,该存放空间22用于存放干燥剂,同时,支臂21对干燥剂产生隔档效果。
由于支臂21遮挡了干燥剂与空气的接触面积,需要增加存放空间22的体积才能满足干燥要求。因此,需要在不改变包装箱壁厚的条件下,提出一种能够有效提高包装箱中的干燥剂的干燥效率的放置结构。

本发明中,构成所述镶嵌板的多个侧壁中的至少一个侧壁设有凹槽。参见图3,本实施例中,所述第一侧壁301和第三侧壁303上分别设置有两个凹槽,所述凹槽31包括第一开口和与所述第一开口所在的平面垂直的固定面。在本实施例中,所述第一开口位于所述镶嵌板内侧,并朝向所述第四侧壁304。所述固定面与所述第一开口所在的平面垂直,并与所述底板305平行。所述固定件与所述固定面相配合,将所述隔挡板固定在所述镶嵌板上。
当然,所述凹槽31的数量和位置可以根据需要进行设置,本实施例仅用于对本发明进行示例性说明,而不能解释为对本发明的限制。
参见图5,图5为本发明的一个具体实施例中的包装箱的隔挡板的结构示意图。本实施例中,所述隔挡板33包括垂直连接的水平隔挡板331和垂直隔挡板332,所述水平隔挡板331通过所述固定件固定在所述固定面上,所述垂直隔挡板332覆盖部分所述开口。
参见图4,图4为为图3中的包装箱的局部放大示意图。在本实施例中,所述固定面上具有第二开口,所述第二开口的长度小于所述水平隔挡板331的长度。优选的,所述第一开口和第二开口分别位于所述凹槽31的两个相互垂直的表面上,且所述第二开口的长度等于所述第一开口的长度。
本实施例中,所述固定件可以是螺纹结构。所述螺纹结构包括位于所述镶嵌板上的第一螺纹件以及与所述第一螺纹件配合的第二螺纹件,所述隔挡板33上具有连接孔32,所述螺纹结构穿过所述连接孔32将所述隔挡板33固定在所述镶嵌板上。
优选的,所述第一螺纹件为凹陷在所述侧壁上的螺纹孔,所述第二螺纹件为与所述螺纹孔配合的螺丝,所述螺丝通过所述连接孔32与所述螺纹孔配合,将所述隔挡板33固定在所述镶嵌板上。
优选的,所述第一螺纹件为凸起在所述侧壁上的螺丝,所述第二螺纹件为与所述螺丝配合的螺母,所述螺母通过所述连接孔32与所述螺丝配合,将所述隔挡板33固定在所述镶嵌板上。螺纹结构为常用的连接结构,因此本发明不对其做进一步限制,任何尺寸合适的螺纹结构均可用做本发明中的固定件。
在本发明的一个实施例中,所述固定件包括卡扣结构,所述卡扣结构包括位于所述镶嵌板上的第一卡合部和位于所述隔挡板33上的第二卡合部。所述卡扣部件可以是相互配合的凸起部和凹陷部,当所述凸起部和凹陷部完全卡合时,即可将所述隔挡板33固定在所述镶嵌板上。相比于前一个实施例中的螺纹结构,采用卡扣结构作为固定件时,固定件的固定部分分别位于隔挡板33和镶嵌板上,没有独立存在的固定部件,避免了由于螺纹结构中螺丝或螺母遗落的风险。
在本发明的一个实施例中,所述固定件为磁性固定结构,所述磁性固定结构包括位于所述镶嵌板上的第一磁性件和与所述第一磁性件相配合的第二磁性件。相比于卡扣结构,磁性固定结构的安装和拆卸都更加容易,能够节省置换干燥剂的时间,提高了工人的工作效率。
参见图4和图5,在本实施例中,优选的,所述隔挡板表面具有多个透气结构,且所述多个透气结构在所述隔挡板表面均匀分布。所述透气结构的能够增加位于凹槽内的干燥剂与空气的接触面积,提高干燥剂的干燥效率。
所述透气结构可以是圆形、椭圆形、三角形、矩形、多边形或其他不规则形状。优选的,所述多个透气结构的形状和尺寸相同。
在本实施例中,以圆形结构的透气孔为例进行说明。为了增大干燥剂与空气的接触面积,本实施例中,任意两个透气孔的边缘之间的最小距离小于或等于所述任意两个透气孔的几何中心之间的距离的二分之一。这样设置能够保证隔挡板33上的透气区域的面积大于非透气区域的面积,在保证隔挡板33的机械强度的条件下,使隔挡板33的透气面积最大化。同时能够节省制作隔挡板33的材料,节约成本。
另一个优选的透气结构为由多个平行设置的矩形透气单元构成的栅栏型结构。同样的,为了使隔挡板33的透气面积最大化,所述栅栏型结构的每一个矩形透气单元的宽度大于两个相邻的矩形透气单元之间的距离。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,所述水平隔挡板331包括两个定位端和凹陷部,所述两个定位端分别位于所述凹陷部两侧,通过固定件固定在所述固定面上,所述凹陷部向所述凹槽31内部凹陷,使所述凹陷部与所述固定面之间存在间隙。由于凹陷部的所在的平面低于固定端所在的平面,在所述多个包装箱被层叠设置时,每一个水瓶隔挡板的凹陷部与位于所述包装箱上方的包装箱的底部之间必然存在一定的间隙。这一间隙的存在使位于所述凹槽31中的干燥剂能够与空气接触,从而能够增大所述干燥剂与空气接触的面积,进一步提高干燥剂的干燥效率。
本发明提供了供了一种包装箱,所述包装箱包括镶嵌板、固定件和隔挡板,所述镶嵌板由多个侧壁合围构成,至少一个所述侧壁设有凹槽,所述隔挡板与所述凹槽相配合,用于放置干燥剂。由于所述隔挡板仅仅覆盖了所述凹槽的小部分开口,使得大部分干燥剂能够与包装箱内的空气直接接触,有效的提高了干燥剂的干燥效率。同时,所述隔挡板上还设置了多个均匀分布的透气结构,进一步增大了干燥剂与空气接触的面积,提高了干燥剂的干燥效率。
综上所述,虽然本发明已以优选实施例揭露如上,但上述优选实施例并非用以限制本发明,本领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,均可作各种更动与润饰,因此本发明的保护范围以权利要求界定的范围为准。
Claims (19)
- 一种包装箱,其中,所述包装箱包括镶嵌板、固定件和隔挡板;所述镶嵌板由多个侧壁合围构成,至少一个所述侧壁设有凹槽,所述凹槽包括第一开口和与所述第一开口所在的平面垂直的固定面;所述固定件与所述固定面相配合,将所述隔挡板固定在所述镶嵌板上;所述隔挡板包括垂直连接的水平隔挡板和垂直隔挡板,所述水平隔挡板通过所述固定件固定在所述固定面上,所述垂直隔挡板覆盖部分所述第一开口;其中,所述固定件为磁性固定结构,所述磁性固定结构包括位于所述镶嵌板上的第一磁性件和与所述第一磁性件相配合的第二磁性件。
- 根据权利要求1所述的包装箱,其中,所述固定面上具有第二开口,所述第二开口的长度小于所述水平隔挡板的长度。
- 根据权利要求1所述的包装箱,其中,所述水平隔挡板包括两个定位端和凹陷部,所述两个定位端分别位于所述凹陷部两侧,通过固定件固定在所述固定面上,所述凹陷部向所述凹槽内部凹陷,使所述凹陷部与所述固定面之间存在间隙。
- 根据权利要求1所述的包装箱,其中,所述固定件包括卡扣结构,所述卡扣结构包括位于所述镶嵌板上的第一卡合部和位于所述隔挡板上的第二卡合部。
- 根据权利要求1所述的包装箱,其中,所述固定件包括螺纹结构,所述螺纹结构包括位于所述镶嵌板上的第一螺纹件以及与所述第一螺纹件配合的第二螺纹件,所述隔挡板上具有连接孔,所述螺纹结构穿过所述连接孔将所述隔挡板固定在所述镶嵌板上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的包装箱,其中,所述镶嵌板还包括底部,所述底部和所述侧壁垂直连接构成半包围结构。
- 根据权利要求1所述的包装箱,其中,所述隔挡板表面具有多个透气结构。
- 根据权利要求7所述的包装箱,其中,所述多个透气结构在所述隔挡板表面均匀分布。
- 根据权利要求8所述的包装箱,其中,任意两个透气结构的边缘之间的最小距离小于或等于所述任意两个透气结构的几何中心之间的距离的二分之一。
- 一种包装箱,其中,所述包装箱包括镶嵌板、固定件和隔挡板;所述镶嵌板由多个侧壁合围构成,至少一个所述侧壁设有凹槽,所述凹槽包括第一开口和与所述第一开口所在的平面垂直的固定面;所述固定件与所述固定面相配合,将所述隔挡板固定在所述镶嵌板上;所述隔挡板包括垂直连接的水平隔挡板和垂直隔挡板,所述水平隔挡板通过所述固定件固定在所述固定面上,所述垂直隔挡板覆盖部分所述第一开口。
- 根据权利要求10所述的包装箱,其中,所述固定面上具有第二开口,所述第二开口的长度小于所述水平隔挡板的长度。
- 根据权利要求10所述的包装箱,其中,所述水平隔挡板包括两个定位端和凹陷部,所述两个定位端分别位于所述凹陷部两侧,通过固定件固定在所述固定面上,所述凹陷部向所述凹槽内部凹陷,使所述凹陷部与所述固定面之间存在间隙。
- 根据权利要求10所述的包装箱,其中,所述固定件包括卡扣结构,所述卡扣结构包括位于所述镶嵌板上的第一卡合部和位于所述隔挡板上的第二卡合部。
- 根据权利要求10所述的包装箱,其中,所述固定件包括螺纹结构,所述螺纹结构包括位于所述镶嵌板上的第一螺纹件以及与所述第一螺纹件配合的第二螺纹件,所述隔挡板上具有连接孔,所述螺纹结构穿过所述连接孔将所述隔挡板固定在所述镶嵌板上。
- 根据权利要求10所述的包装箱,其中,所述固定件为磁性固定结构,所述磁性固定结构包括位于所述镶嵌板上的第一磁性件和与所述第一磁性件相配合的第二磁性件。
- 根据权利要求10所述的包装箱,其中,所述镶嵌板还包括底部,所述底部和所述侧壁垂直连接构成半包围结构。
- 根据权利要求10所述的包装箱,其中,所述隔挡板表面具有多个透气结构。
- 根据权利要求17所述的包装箱,其中,所述多个透气结构在所述隔挡板表面均匀分布。
- 根据权利要求18所述的包装箱,其中,任意两个透气结构的边缘之间的最小距离小于或等于所述任意两个透气结构的几何中心之间的距离的二分之一。
