Abstract

L'invention concerne des systèmes, un appareil et des procédés de fabrication additive ou d'impression en trois dimensions (3D) d'objets à l'aide d'un ensemble de masques physiques et d'un récipient de base flexible. Un dispositif de fabrication additive peut comprendre une source de lumière conçue pour émettre de la lumière ; un récipient comprenant : un réceptacle conçu pour contenir un volume de matériau d'impression ; et une base transparente à travers laquelle de la lumière peut être reçue pour durcir une partie du volume de matériau d'impression, qui n'est pas tendue avant l'installation photopolymère ; un ensemble de masques délimitant un ensemble de motifs ; et un support de masque conçu pour supporter l'ensemble de masques entre la source de lumière et la base transparente afin de commander un motif de la lumière qui est reçu à travers la base transparente, le support de masque étant mobile le long de la base transparente pour durcir des parties du volume de matériau d'impression pour former une couche d'un objet tout en libérant des parties durcies de la base flexible par l'intermédiaire d'une combinaison de forces.
